Harry Potter Snakes Love series pt 1
Chapter 20:Harry returns
After a couple more days in John had given the custody back to Sirius and the greengrass family who had taken him back to school, During the morning Harry was getting a check up by madam pomfrey and to make sure he was OK his family except Astoria who was still in her wizarding primary school Hogarths Sirius was glad that Harry had a clean bill and so Sirius and Harry walked it to the great hall to await everyone else to join them for lunch. Just as the bell went everyone was filling their house tables but when Draco, Blaise, Theo, Daphne, Tracey and Leanne walked in they spotted Harry and rushed over to him and it was Leanne who said "Welcome back bro" Harry smiled and then he asked "Where's Hermione?" and then Leanne spoke "She was being bullied by Ron Weasley of Gryffindor for knowing the answers and earning slytherin house points and so she ran off i tried looking for her but i couldn't find her" this concerned Harry and soon Neville walked in and welcomed Harry back and then Neville told Leanne that he heared Pavarti Patil say Hermione was in the girls bathroom on the third floor.
After a while Hermione finally joined her house mates and when she noticed Harry she hugged him and welcomed him back before she ate some food, During the last half hour of lunch Leanne asked Hermione if she was ok and Hermione said yes but Harry knew something was off and so he walked over to the gryffindor table and everyone watched and Hermione had fear in her eyes. Over at the Gryffindor table Harry pulled out the elder wand and when Dumbledore saw this he stood up and shouted "How did you get a hold of that wand ?" "it had shown itself to me the day me and my family and friends went into diagon ally sir and i also found out that it was in the Potter Vaults left for me along with that Invisibility cloak that you still have oh wait Accio Invisibility cloak now its back in my possession so what else have you stolen from my family headmaster? how about the pensive that my father let you lend oh and that phoenix you have was my mothers until she died and you took the bird which i shall take back" Dumbledore was shocked how did Harry know all of this and then Harry continued "Oh and just because you get mad that i get attacked but you don't stop bullying well i will this boy Ron weasley likes to bully a friend of mine and that don't sit right with me and god old Albus Dumbledore would do anything to protect me and his precious gryffindors well ive go news for you the Dark side of this stupid chess game of yours headmaster can not have me to kill me and the light side as you say cant have me to use as a weapon and pig for slaughter no way im staying neutral and if you can't deal with that then you can kiss yo ass goodbye" Dumbledore was seething how did Harry find out and then the old man looked towards Sirius and then Severus.
Harry now on a roll and then Minerva stepped in " you are out of line to accuse the headmaster of stealing..." "Im sorry Professor but what i say is true when i went to have a soul fragment removed from my forehead the goblins told me that Professor Dumbledore had taken things that belonged to me and he said the only way for me to get rid of the soul fragment was to die also during the summer he had me kidnapped from my home and allowed the Dursley's to beat me and have a dog bite me if you don't believe me just ask Sirius and my girls" and when Sirius told Minerva the truth she looked at Albus with such disgrace and then Harry decided now was the time "I'm so terribly sorry everyone but Albus Dumbledore you are fired get out of my castle and if you ever try to have me kidnapped again then ill make sure your in Azkaban oh and anyone who wants to follow this pathetic excuse for a wizards then go with him" nobody wanted to join and then Albus was gone.
After the fiasco was over everyone returned to lessons and Ron had a detention with his head of house and everyone knew that Minerva took no crap from no one and she hates bullying. In class Harry was sat with Daphne and Tracey in defence against the dark arts waiting for Sirius. While waiting Ron had his wand on Hermione and Leanne and when Harry sensed this he pulled out his wand at breakneck speed he cast a powerful protago shield charm and the spell Ron shot off just bounced off the shield and when Sirius walked in Ron tried to say that he was attacked and that he was defending himself but when he saw Harry lower his shield charm he asked "What Happened?" "Ron was aiming his wand at Hermione and Leanne so i protected them" when Sirius asked the class if that was true everyone nodded their heads even the gryffindors and then Sirius said " Detention tomorrow night at eight" Ron was misserble and just mumbled out "If Dumbledore was still here i wouldn't be in trouble" when Harry heared Dumbledore's name he took 150 points from Gryffindor and when Ron said "You can't do that" Harry held up his hand with the Hogwarts ring and said "I believe i can" and this made Ron more grumpy he has been in trouble twice today and he didn't find it fair. After class Harry started getting tired so he told everyone he was gonna head to bed and everyone started to worry and so they made their way to class while Harry made his way to the founders common room and to he entered Rowena's dorm and when he got onto the bed as soon as his head hit the pillow he fell asleep and so the alarms were set in case he woke up.
