Quil and Charlie sat on a bench outside the apartment building eating pulled pork sandwich's from a food truck around the corner. Neither have spoke a word to each other since the argument outside of the community center. Quil, uncertain of what to say after she called him crazy and tried to make him run. Charlie, uncertain of what to say after she called him crazy and heard the man behind them tell him to go get his girl. Was she his girl? Quil certainly acted like her boyfriend. Fighting the dicks from last night, food dates, staying the night at the apartment even though he didn't have to, texting her in his free time, giving her his shirts, and now helping her get sober. We're they dating and Charlie just not aware? Charlie flipped her sunglasses up onto her head as she finished her sandwich.
"I'm sorry for lashing out at you," Charlie sucked in a giant breath before letting it out. She felt like such a piece of shit for yelling at him now that she thought about all the nice things he's done for her in this short amount of time.
"No need for apologies. You just had a hard first meeting. I get it," Quil shrugged before smiling at her, he was being honest about her not needed to say sorry. He understood and would be patient with her forever if needed.
"The next one is tomorrow which may be tricky getting to because of family day and Denny," Charlie stood up to go throw their trash away before heading back to the apartment door. She needed to actual get dressed for tonight's bonfire in La Push which meant also getting Kim dressed. Or maybe Kim could dress her, so she'd fit in.
"I'll talk to him," Quil was confident that Denny would understand and let her go with no fights if he knew she was actually committing to this.
"Well, until then I will be getting ready for tonight with Kim. Also, I think Denny or one of the twins have clothes you can borrow if don't have any extras clothes," Charlie took note in the fact that he was wearing the same outfit he was wearing last night. The same outfit that he went into the pool with and kissed her in. Were they dating? The question crossed her mind again. If they kissed again tonight she would decide to ask, clear the air up.
"Oh, Jared and I pack bags. They should be in your room somewhere," Quil told her, remembering seeing Kim take them in there late last night while still feeling buzzed off the jungle juice.
"I'm excited for tonight. My first party with no drinking or drugs," Charlie wriggled her eyebrows at Quil excitedly before flipping her glasses over her eyes and taking off down the hall to her apartment. She opened it and all they heard was yelling. The twins. The were in each other faces yelling while Jared and Kim stood out on the balcony looking in and Denny sat on the kitchen counter filing his nails.
"Hey, hey, hey! What is going on?" Charlie shouted over the boys. You could barely understand what they were saying.
"He fucked up our order for the night!" Nick shouted before shoving his brother.
"It's not my fault his hand writing is shit. I give him one job for the day and he fucks it up then blames me!" Mick pushed him back and before anyone knew it they were in a shoving match. Charlie ran up and put herself in the middle to where they both stopped. They would never hurt her.
"Enough! Both of you! What is messed up with the order?" Charlie looked between both boys as Jared and Kim quietly edged themselves back inside from the balcony.
"He only ordered five kegs, two cases of wine and two cases of vodka. He completely forgot about whiskey! He short ordered the vodka and the kegs! The dumbass didn't even get any juice that's in jungle juice! We have 11 parties tonight and we now only have enough for 7!" Nick threw up his hands, exhausted from the stupidity.
"Okay...well...we are all over 21 here. So we can all go get the things you need right? We just need to hurry so we can get back to get ready for the bonfire," Charlie looked at the rest of the people who all stared in shock. Slowly but surely they all nodded.
"Mick write down the exact amounts you're lacking and we'll spilt up to get everything," Kim stepped forward helping Charlie take charge, shocking Jared and Quil. They knew her as the quiet girl from the pack but now, she's blossoming thanks to Charlie and Denny. Mick walked to the counter and grabbed a notepad with a pen before starting to scribble.
"Denny you go to Mickeys down the street. Jared you go to RJ over on Rose Ave. Kim you come with me so I can introduce you to Candy at my club, she'll be able to give us the kegs. Quil you go to ABC over on North Side. Boys just go get the juice from the 7-11 and call it a day. Everyone will be so drunk they won't care about the one slip up in four years," Charlie gave instructions as she copied separate lists for everyone. Denny sighed before hopping down from the counter and shuffling down the hallway to grab his shoes. The boys pulled up directions on their phone, they both would ride in Jared's truck together to hit their spots. Then meet the girls in order to load up the kegs.
"Denny do you also need a ride to your store?" Quil asked before heading out the front door with everyone.
"No silly boy, I have a car," Denny shrugged casually before jiggling his keys. Denny had a 2009 orange Honda Civic that his parents gave him for his eighteenth birthday. It was his baby that he parked in a fenced in area behind the dumpsters out back.
"Kim, come get a bike," Charlie pointed her to the balcony. Kim grabbed a teal bike while Charlie grabbed her skateboard. Charlie handed her a helmet before nodding and calling over the balcony.
"Boys! Ready?" Charlie shouted while Kim looked at her in question. She grabbed one tire and pointed at Kim to grab the other.
"Toss it!" The twins shouted and while before Jared and Quil could process what was about to happen the bike came down and the twins caught it. The girls hurried down so everyone could start their mission. Charlie and Kim walked out the building. Kim strapped into her helmet while Charlie put her skateboard on the ground, both ready to go.
"Meet back in 45 minutes, call me if their is any issues. I know all the liquor store employees," Charlie used to be proud of the fact but now that she's attempting to get sober, she wasn't. They counted down from three then they all took off. The twins raced to the 7-11. The boys raced to the truck but kept turning back to check on the girls. Denny walked leisurely to get his car, his store was the closet and they knew him so it would be no trouble. Then he could drive to the club and wait to grab whatever kegs wouldn't fit in the truck.

"Hey Candy!" Charlie shouted as the girls walked through the back door using a key she had. Kim instantly covered her eyes when there was three girls in front of her with only nipple pasties and thongs on.
"She's behind the bar Char," a blonde haired girl yelled out. Charlie blew kisses to them all before grabbing Kim's hand telling her to follow. The music was already pumping through the speakers, hurting Kim's ears. There was a few older woman in the chairs out front just sitting and talking with a stripper here and there but no groping, no dancing, no stripping.
"Right now a lot of woman who want to just talk body confidence come in. The parties come in later," Charlie told Kim like she read her mind.
"What are you doing here young lady?" A sweet southern voice called out. Charlie smiles brightly before walking towards it.
"Hello Candy baby, I have a favor to ask," Charlie sat on a barstool before propping her head up with her hands under her chin. Candy rolled her eyes, use to the girls antics.
"What is it this time?" Candy eyed Kim for a moment hoping it was a job offer. Kim didn't exactly meet the brand although her plain look might be useful for certain roleplays.
"Kegs. I need five," Charlie did her best puppy dog eyes, blinking rapidly and sticking her bottom lip out pouting.
"How much?" Candy leaned over before ducking her teeth slowly. The amount of cleavage that was showing was unbelievable to Kim. She had a B cup but this woman had to be over double Ds.
"I'll give 200 and I'll work next Friday and Saturday because I know you don't want Rose here," Charlie knew she gave Candy a short stick switching shifts. Rose was a new comer and had bit of a problem with there being no males.
"Deal," Candy was pleased with the offer and snapped her fingers telling the bartenders that were listening in to go get the kegs out back. Charlie leaned over and kissed the womans cheek before grabbing Kim's hand and heading back out.
"Bring her to watch you one night. She looks like she needs some exposure in her life," Candy shouted out about Kim. Everyone needed a little exposure.

45 minutes later they all were racing back to the apartment. Jared and Quil had all the vodka and whiskey they needed in the backseat along with four kegs in the bed of the truck. Denny had all the wine and one keg shoved in his passenger seat. The girls were sticking side by side on the sidewalk while the boys pretended not to be following them, blocking traffic some on the street. The twins stood at the apartment entrance waiting for everyone else to show up. They had their van pulled up front just waiting for everything to get there. Once everyone made it the boys all worked together to load it up while the girls went upstairs to get ready.
"I'd love to come watch you dance one night," Kim was being honest about wanting to as they walked into their bedroom. Charlie tossed her sunglasses to her bed before opening up the closet.
"One night. Kim, I don't know if I'll ever ask this again but...dress me for the night," Charlie turned around with arms wide open and a smile on her face. She felt the cold sweats coming soon but she was determined to shake them. To forget them and have fun. To be sober for a full day without losing it.
