Darma was turned around and Bodi was right behind her while his paw on her back, "ok so just focus on where I place my paw." He said as he places his paw in the middle of her back. "imagen a flame where my paw it right now, are you picturing it."
"yes." she said, it wasn't hard as she was feeling worn from where his paw and just thought of it as a fire.
"ok, now I'm going to poke around, and I want you to imagen your fire spreading through the points and farther on. You ready?"
"yeah." She felt Bodi paw leave her back but still imagen the fire. She then felt him poke the back in the neck. Thinking as to how this was going to go, she connected it through imaginary lines and moved it to her head. She then felt his paw on her shoulder, then the other. She connected then as he said, and let them flow to her arms, she then felt his paw at the bass on her tale. This surprised her letting out a yelp and she jumped and covered her tale and looked over her shoulder.
Bodi looked worried and pulled his paws away. "sorry, did I hurt you?"
Darma was blushing mad. "no, no. it just surprised me when you poked me there."
"Sorry, I just did as my dad did when he was teaching me." He said holding up his paw.
Darma was still blushing and she didn't know what to say. They just sat there for a few minutes Darma then when back to how she was, "ok, continue." She didn't fell Bodi do anything. "just go after the tail. I did as you said." she said.
"um, yeah sure, just, the last two are going to be around the same place. Are you going to be ok with that?" he asked before doing anything. Darma could feel herself blushing and losing her concentration but nodded. "ok, so you're going to have to connect these two from the last one." He said as his paw just hovered over her waist. Darma then felt him pock her just above her check, she flinched slightly but chose to concentrate and do as he told him. She then felt him do the same on the other side. "now when that you've done that, imagen the flame burning throughout the point lines as fast you can."
"how long did it take for you to master this?"
"um, three years of training, but I had nothing to show for it. So, my dad force opened my fire."
"force opened?"
"where you're imagining your fire leave your body, force opened actually make your fire leave you, and you have to stop it, if not. Well, you'd die." He said.
"and your dad forced it open."
"sure, I didn't have anything to show, but I did the training, so I knew what I needed to do."
"so, I need to do this for three years just so I can do what you do?"
"well, you would have to do it under cold water most of the time." He said.
"oh." She said.
"I thought you just wanted to try it so this could help me?"
"well, yeah. But the idea of being able to use it sounded fun." She said. And then just went back to what she was doing.
"Darma, Bodi! It's getting late! Come back in!" Karma said.
"we'll be right there." Bodi said. "come on, I think that's it for today, if you really want to learn it then we can keep going tomorrow." He asked. He said offering his paw to her.
Darma thought about it for a second, "no, its fine. You need to really understand how to make this thing works, and we really don't want you to float away the crowd." She said. she then gladly grabbed his paw and stood up.
"yeah, I don't want to have my career at risk for having someone breaking a bone." He said. walking back to the house with Drama next to him. When they got to the door, "you first." He said knowing they wouldn't both fit in the door.
"I think it would work better if you let go of my paw." She said.
"hum?" he said and sees that their paws were intertwined like they have been doing as of late. "oh sorry." Letting go of her paw.
"no worries, it's not the first time." She said.
"right." He said blushing.
Darma smiled at his blushing face, then bopped his nose, "oh calm down, were suppose to be dating, remember." She said.
"right." He said.
"come on, before someone tries to find us." She said walking into the house.
"Right behind you."
Later that night when everyone went to bed.
"so, Dar, what was that yelp we heard earlier." Asked Karma.
"hum?" she asked.
"We heard you yelp before we called you in, what happened?" asked Larma.
Darma then realized what they were talking about. "oh, that." She then started nervously laughing, "yeah, something just started me when I was trying to get comfortable with Bodi." She said, "and then he said it was cute." She said still laughing.
"is that it?"
"he said it was cute." She said covering her face, "you know how I feel about my yelping."
"but what startled you?" Karma asked.
"How should I know, it was dark, and I was more focused on Bodi." She said blushing.
"oh really, now, why were you so focused on him?" Karma leaned in really close. "you sure you don't want to share the wedding?"
Darma then got really red at that, "Kar, we just started dating. We don't even know everything about each other yet. And right now, I'm really enjoying learning something new about him every day. It's cute the way he learns new things about the world." Darma was blushing and fiddling with her paw that she held with Bodi.
"humerr." Darma heard. She looked and saw both Karma and Larma giving her a look. "you sure you don't want to reconsider?"
Darma just covered her face and when to bed, "goodnight you two." She said.
"she has it bad for him." Said Karma.
"no kidding. How much do you think he enjoys her company just as much as she enjoys?"
"from the why they always seem to just be happy with each other, I don't think he hates the idea of it."
"GOODNIGHT, YOU TWO!" Darma said louder.
The sister laughed and turned the lights off.
With Bodi.
Bodi was looking at his paw, the one he has been holding paws with Darma all days. He closed his eyes and imagen his flame around it. For the first time, he was imaging it just fine. But when he opened his eyes and nothing. "why is it so hard, I felt a spork, and I can imagen it just fine." He said trying again, and it was weaker than before and then it stopped. "*sigh* well I did." He said. and tried again, but nothing. "I'll just rest on it. Maybe I'll get something tomorrow." He said closing his eyes. The only thing he came to mind was Drama, which put a smile on his face. Then he sat up when a startling realization hit him. "I'm going to have that talk with my dad."
And that it for me, I'm glade to be back. I'll try and get back to updating like I use to. Making no promises, but I will try.
