I also forgot to mention. Casey and Sakura have already mated. I just didn't write that part because I can't write smut for shit. (I'm sorry please don't kill me!) So whenever I put "mate" instead of "boyfriend" for Sakura you won't get confused.

CHAPTER NINETEEN: DAY 2: CHARIOT

"And now, what you've all been waiting for: The second day of the Grand Magic Games has begun!" Chapati announced. The audience starts cheering. "Our guest on this second day is reowned reporter for the Weekly Sorcerer, Jason-san!"

"Cool!" Jason exclaimed.

"Okay, the competition part has already begun! And it's name is... Chariot!" Chapati said.

"This competition takes place on top of a line of vehicles, where the idea is to reach the goal without falling off! As the vehicles are always moving, just one moment of carelessness could lead to a misstep! The vehicles will wend their way around the sightseeing spots of Crocus, but which team will arrive here at Domus Flau?! Everyone in the stadium, you can watch the race on Lacrima Vision!" Chapati explained.

"Cool!" Jason exclaimed. Everyone stares at the Lacrima Vision in shock.

"At any rate, Yajima-san, who could have predicted this turn of events?!" Chapati asked Yajima.

Claire sighed. "Why the hell did Casey sign up for this?"

"He should've known his motion sickness would get in the way..." Cruz sweat dropped.

"I told him I would do this event. But once he makes up his mind there's no going back." Vivi added.

"Oh, my! Way in rear is a groggy-looking Natsu from Fairy Tail Team A!" Chapati exclaimed.

"This isn't going to work..." Jet said.

"And that's not all! Right in front of him are Gajeel from Fairy Tail Team B, Casey from Raven's Moon Team A, and even Sting from Sabertooth, all moving like molasses!" Chapati said.

"Wh-What's wrong with me?!" Gajeel said, trying not to throw up. Everyone stared in confusion.

"What's going on here, Yajima-san?" Chapati asked.

"I suppose the four of them have something in common." Yajima answered.

"Motion sickness..." Gajeel muttered. "That's the Salamander's thing..."

"What's going on?! Why is Gajeel like that?!" Lily asked.

"Don't swipe Natsu's character!" Happy said.

"And a member of Raven's Moon and Saber, too..." Levy added.

Sakura chuckled at Casey. "And I'm mated to this idiot? At least we were smart and chose Alexander to represent us." She said.

"True. Casey and vehicles don't mix." Razi muttered as he sweat dropped.

"Alright! Let's check in with the leaders of the pack! Its a fierce dead heat in the front! In the lead is Blacksnake of Raven Tail! Ichiya of Blue Pegasus is on his heels, followed by Alexander of Raven's Moon Team B, Yuka of Lamia Scale, and Risley of Mermaid Heel!" Chapati announced.

"Men!" Ichiya commented.

"I'm surprised you can keep up with that body type." Yuka said to Risley.

"Never underestimate a chubby girl!" Risley answered.

"Some distance behind them is Bacchus from the reserve squad of Quatro Cerberus!" Chapati said.

"I'm pooped..." Bacchus muttered. "Haven't thrown off the effects of last night's booze yet..."

"Wave Boost!" Yuka uses his wave boost to go faster. "You can't use magic while you're in my shockwave!"

"Never underestimate a chubby girl!" Risley repeated as she slimmed down and moved to the side of the Chariot.

"There it is! Risley's gravity-altering!" Chapati exclaimed. Ichiya puts perfume bottles in his nose as he goes faster than Yuka.

"You guys are as lame as that Dragon Slayer from my guild in the back..." Alexander muttered under his breath. "Ice God's Bellow!" He shouted, knocking out both Yuka and Ichiya.

"Everybody's trying their best... My soul is quivering... Maybe I'll try a little harder, too!" Bacchus stomps on the Chariot with his foot. Then, Bacchus runs past Yuka, Alexander, Risley, Ichiya, and eventually Blacksnake and crosses the finish line. Then comes Blacksnake, Alexander, Risley, Yuka, and Ichiya.

"All that's left is these four, battling it out for the bottom ranks!" Chapati said.

"I-I don't believe this... I never had a problem with transportion before..." Gajeel muttered.

"Damn... Not even my self-healing ability can help me now..." Casey mumbled, trying not to throw up.

"Well... I've finally gotten used to it." Sting stated. Gajeel looked at him with confusion.

"Congratulations on being a..." Sting stops as he almost hurls. "...real Dragon Slayer... Newbie..."

"Why, you...!" Gajeel said. "Can't muster any power..." The audience was laughing.

"Natsu!" Jet said.

"Gajeel!" Droy added.

"Casey sure looks like an idiot after his big speech yesterday." Claire said.

"He's making us look like fools. I'll kill him if he loses this." Vivi added.

Natsu tries to go forward. "Move... forward!" Natsu shouted as he, Gajeel, and Casey tried to go forward. Sting stayed behind them.

"Lame... you're totally serious even though you can't draw any power..." Sting muttered. Natsu, Gajeel, and Casey tried to go forward as Natsu and Gajeel were crawling while Casey was trying to stand up.

"Go ahead, I'll give this match to you three. After this one, we're just going to keep winning anyway. We're not gonna miss one or two points." Sting informed.

"Don't cry about that one point later, kid!" Gajeel said as he and Natsu go forward once more.

"Would you answer me one thing?" Natsu, Gajeel, and Casey looked at him confused. "Why did your guilds decide to participate in the tournament? I wouldn't believe you were the same Fairy Tail back in the day. Are you worried about your strength of your guild? About your public image? The Fairy Tail I knew... They were more... They did everything at their own pace. They didn't give a damn about what people thought of them."

Sting wasn't done. He turned to Casey next. "And your guild, Raven's Moon. All you guys are new to the wizard league. You have no experience. Your whole guild is just filled with wannabe rookies who want to fight the big guys. Maybe you should've left the tournament to the professionals."

Sakura clenched on the railing as she heard Sting's comment. "Why, you...! Let me fight that asshole!" She shouted as Kyle and Razi were holding her back.

"S-Sakura! Calm down!" Razi said.

"Do you want us to get disqualified?!" Kyle exclaimed.

Casey clenched his fists. "We're doing this... because we want to prove to everyone we're not some just newbies who don't know what we're doing." He started to say. He glared at Sting. "Talk shit about my guild one more time and I'll kick your ass, Lightbulb!"

"Well, that's Casey for you." Cruz said as he chuckled.

Natsu was next to say something. "For... their friends..." He replied as Sting stared at him in shock.

"Seven years... All that time... They were waitin' for us... No matter how painful it was... No matter how sad... Even if people made fun of 'em... They held on... They held on... They protected the guild! For their friends..." Natsu continued.

"And now we're gonna show everyone... The proof that Fairy Tail's been walking all this time! So keep on goin'!" Natsu finished.

"Natsu!" Everyone from Fairy Tail exclaimed as tears were streaming down their faces.

Natsu, Casey, and Gajeel kept on going until they reached the goal. "Goal! Natsu from Fairy Tail Team A and Casey from Raven's Moon Team A, 2 points for being in eighth place." Chapati announced.

"I got our first points!" Natsu exclaimed.

"Gajeel from Fairy Tail Team B, 1 point for ninth place!" Chapati continued. Gajeel collapsed on the ground next to Natsu and Casey.

"They're tenacious, I'll give 'em that!"

"Yeah. Wow..."

"Who are those guys?!"

"Fairy Tail, huh? I kinda liked that..."

"And that new guild, Raven's Moon..."

"I'm a little touched..."

"I think I might cheer them on..."

The audience started to clap.

"Good going, Fairy Tail!"

"You're awesome, Raven's Moon!"

"I'm gonna be rooting for you guys from now on!"

From the Fairy Tail stands, everyone was getting emotional and crying. While in the Raven's Moon stands, they were just smiling widely. Master Ailey looked down at the arena as she was thinking. "Something wrong, Master?" Aira asked.

"Casey really does have what it takes to be a future guild master of Raven's Moon, doesn't he?" She asked.

Aira chuckled. "Sure does. He cares about this guild a lot, you know. He's the type of person that won't take people's bullshit." He replied.

"Maybe my retirement might come sooner than I think..." Master Ailey thinks to herself.

After the competition...

Casey sighed as he fell to the ground. Sakura ended up catching him as she caught him on time. "Easy there, Case." She told him. "That was some threat you made there, Casey." Razi said with Carter right next to him.

"It wasn't a threat. It was a promise. I'll kick that Lightbulb's ass for talking bad about our guild..." Casey muttered as a light blue glow surrounded him.

"Feel better?" Sakura asked.

"Mhm..." Casey mumbled in reply as he wrapped his arms around Sakura.

"We should head back to the stands. The battle part of the Games will be shortly." Razi said with Carter nodding agreement.

"Though, I think you should rest, Casey. You know how your healing magic takes a lot of your magic power." Carter informed.

"No... I have to be prepared just in case I'm fighting. Plus, it wasn't like I was injured so it didn't take up that much of my magic power." Casey told his partner.

"All right, let's go see what battles they have planned for today." Razi said as the others agreed.

I'm actually excited to write it because Casey's protective side comes out.

Also, I'm making someone from Raven's Moon come from the future for the Eclipse Arc. So if I choose your OC and their outfit changes from what you put, just remember that they're from the future.
