Searching for answers
Running through the castle,Stephanie knew that she had a gatekeeper/ munchkin to find so that she can ask the one question that,had been troubling her since the very first time she set foot in Oz.
Wondering where exactly she was even going to find him, Stephanie soon found herself in the throne room of the castle, where she saw everyone else sitting around laughing and talking.
Clearing her throat as she approached everyone, Stephanie drew her attention to the gatekeeper version of Davy,who hopefully could answer her questions.
"Would y'all mind,if I borrowed our little gatekeeper friend for a minute?"Stephanie asked with a small sigh
"Nah,we don't mind." said Micky the lion "Right fellas?"
"What do you need Stephanie?"asked gatekeeper Davy
"Oh nothing much,just the reason why you gave me these boots the first time i set foot here."said Stephanie
"Oh..."gatekeeper Davy sighed " I was wondering when you were going to ask me about that."
Going to another room of the Emerald castle,Stephanie and the gatekeeper sat down on a worn out old sofa where Stephanie had learned the reason she was given the boots,when she first landed in Oz.
Confused at first as the gatekeeper told her the story,Stephanie slowly began understanding which even though it still didn't make any sense,it some how made more sense than all that has happened in the past few days.
"So what you're saying is, that I was chosen to come here because of evil wizard Babbitt because he was a threat to the others,and that's why I'm back here again since there's another threat?"Stephanie said with confusion
"Exactly."said gatekeeper Davy "We needed a person like you here to help make things normal in a way that has never been possible before."
"But what about the boots? Are they magic or just a pair of normal shoes?"asked Stephanie
"Unfortunately,I don't really know."gatekeeper Davy sighed
"Great..."Stephanie sighed "Now how are my friends and I going to get back home?"
"Maybe once the threat is gone,you'll be able to go home."said gatekeeper Davy
"Yeah...maybe."said Stephanie as she got up and walked away
Returning to where the others were,Stephanie took the red boots off her feet and threw them upon the Emerald green floor. Sitting down upon the steps in between Davy and Peter,Stephanie sighed hopelessly as she rested her head on Davy's shoulder.
Just by looking at her,the guys had a feeling that she didn't get the answers she was looking for,which meant they were most likely extending their time in Oz.
