Andy had driven Cordelia and Doyle back to their office. He had taken Piper with him to the police station. Piper and Mark waited outside in the parking lot for Andy to come out. After about 10 minutes Andy came out of the police station and walked toward Piper. "OK all set I put the photograph into Kate's inner office mail. She should see it when she comes in" Andy said. "My afterlife's in the hands of a cop named Kate" Mark said. "Don't worry it'll be alright" Piper said. "What is he worried about" Andy asked knowing Mark was there. "He's worried about leaving his afterlife in the hands of Kate" Piper said. "She's very good. After she sees Wong is alive she'll know exactly what to do. She'll figure it all out. Well except for the magic part" Andy said. "It busts Wong maybe but that doesn't help me. She won't have any way of identifying the body is mine" Mark said. Piper turned to Andy. "How is she supposed to identify the body is Mark's" she asked.
"I put Mark's name in with the picture. Kate will get dental records and match it up" Andy said. "Yea now all we have to do is keep Yahma away from Mark until then" Piper said. Andy held his hands up. "That's yours and your sisters department. I can't even see this Yahma person. I've done all the police stuff" Andy said. "Thank you Andy" Piper said. Andy smiled. "Of course. Were all in this together and this is something I could actually help you guys with" he said. "Prue will come around. Just give her some time" Piper said. Andy sighed. "Yea I've been hearing that a lot lately. I just hope she comes around soon" she said. "You think" Andy said. Piper nodded again. "I do" she said. "Thanks Piper" Andy said as he hugged her. Andy thought of something. "Do you want me to drive you home" he asked. Piper shook her head. "No I'll just call Prue to come pick me up" she said. Andy walked into the police station.
"That's great news so this will be all over soon" Angel said into the phone. "Yea the only thing is Kate called out today. She won't be back in until tomorrow so all you guys have to do is keep Mark safe from Yahma until tomorrow" Andy said. "Can't you just tell the other officers where Mark's body is" Angel asked. "It's not my case. We have to wait for Kate to figure it out" Andy said. Angel sighed. "OK well call us if you guys need help" Angel said. "OK I already told Piper so the sisters are aware. Listen I got to go. I'm swamped with paperwork" Andy said. "OK bye talk to you later" Angel said hanging up the phone. He walked out of the bedroom and into the kitchen where Cordelia and Doyle were sitting at the table going through some papers. "Who was that" Cordelia asked. "Andy. He wanted to let us know that he slipped all of Mark's information into Kate's mailbox at the station. We just have to protect Mark until the morning" Angel said.
"Why until the morning" Doyle asked. "Kate wasn't there today. Apparently she called out today and Andy can't do it himself because it's not his case" Angel said. Doyle nodded in understanding and went back to the papers in front of him. "What are you guys doing" Angel asked. "We are organizing our files. They are really out of date" Cordelia said. "Yea there is no order to any of these files. How are we supposed to find anything like this" Doyle said. Angel rolled his eyes. It was a quiet night. The sisters would call if they needed help protecting Mark so Angel figured the three of them should do something. Angel took the files from Cordelia and Doyle. "What are you doing" Cordelia asked. Angel smiled at her. "I'm taking you guys out for dinner" Angel said. "We can't. We have to sort through these files. Besides don't we have to protect Mark" Cordelia asked. "The files can wait and the sisters will call if they need our help. We should go out" Angel said. "Fine just let me get dressed first" Cordelia said.
Andy was in the middle of paper work when the phone on his desk rang. "Trudeau" he said when he picked it up. "Andy hi" he heard Prue say on the other end. Andy stopped working. "Prue is everything OK" he asked confused as to why she would be calling him. The last time he checked she was still mad at him. "Yea everything's fine. I just called to say sorry for how I've been acting. I know you would never intentionally keep the fact that you were married from me" Prue said. Andy smiled. "It's OK. I understand why you were mad" he said. "I might have overreacted just a little bit" Prue said. Andy laughed. "Just a little bit" Andy said. They both laughed at that. "OK maybe I overreacted a lot. I'm sorry" Prue said. "Listen I get off in about 30 minutes what do you say I take you out for dinner" Andy asked. "That sounds good" Prue said. "I'll see you in about an hour" Andy said. "OK I'll be ready" Prue said. "I love you Prue" Andy said. "Love you to" Prue said and she hung up.
Andy smiled as he hung up. Angel and Piper were right. All he had to do was wait for Prue to forgive him on her own time. His night was starting to look better. Time took forever to pass for Andy. He just kept waiting till it was the end of his shift. Once the clock hit eight he got out of his chair and punched out for the night. Prue was willing to have dinner with him for the first time in two nights. He wasn't missing this. He walked out to the parking lot where he parked his car. Andy had the weird feeling he was being watched. He walked to his car on alert. When he got to his car he was about to open the door when somebody came up behind him and grabbed his arms. They held his arms behind him in a tight grip. Andy struggled but the person who was holding his arms was to strong. "Who the hell are you" Andy asked. Just then Tony Wong stepped out from the shadows. "Wong" Andy said. Wong took Andy's gun out of it's holster and handed it to one of his men.
Wong searched Andy's pockets until he found his wallet. He opened it and saw his ID. "Inspector Andrew Trudeau. Where's the picture you took" Tony asked. "I already used it to prove that the body you burned isn't you. Your name is all over the prescient. Everyone knows your alive" Andy lied. Tony got mad. "Well that was your last mistake" Tony said as he hit Andy in the neck with a karate chop. Andy fell unconscious. "Take him with us. He's our leverage if the cops come looking for us" Tony said as another one of his men grabbed the unconscious inspector's legs. They threw him in the trunk of a car and drove off. Angel Cordelia and Doyle had finished their dinner and were back at the office when Angel got a phone call. "Hello" Angel said. "Hey have you seen Andy? He never came home and I'm worried" Prue said on the other end. "No the last time I talked to him he was still at the station" Angel said. "I called there and they said he left over an hour ago" Prue said.
"OK don't worry we'll find him. You guys go drive around see if you can find him and me Cordelia and Doyle will see if we can track him down" Angel said. "OK" Prue said and she hung up. Angel walked out of his office and grabbed his coat. "Andy's missing. See if you guys can track his phone or something. I'm going to go looking for him" Angel said putting on his coat. "OK we'll let you know what we find. Be careful" Cordelia said walking up to Angel and kissing him. "I will be. If you find anything call the sisters let them know what you find" Angel said. "Got it" Doyle said. After about 15 minutes of searching Angel got a call from Cordelia telling him that her and Doyle had tracked Andy's phone to the warehouse Tony Wong was hiding in. Angel figured he was behind this. He drove to the warehouse. When he got in he was surprised to find there were no guards anywhere. Something was up but Angel didn't have time to worry about that. He had to find Andy.
He walked up the stairs into the room they were in earlier in the day. When he got in he saw Andy tied up to a chair and unconscious. "Andy" Angel said running over to him. He started to untie the ropes. "I wouldn't do that if I were you" someone said from behind him. Angel turned around and saw Tony Wong standing there with a bunch of his men. Angel laughed. "Obviously you guys haven't learned your lesson" he said. Angel started to move toward the men when he felt a lot of electricity go through his body which dropped him to his knees. A man behind him had shot him with a taser gun. Tony walked up to Angel. "We were prepared for you this time" he said as he punched Angel in the face knocking him out. "Tie him up" Tony said. His men grabbed a chair and threw the unconscious vampire into it and tied him up tight. Tony looked at his two unconscious prisoners. They tried to ruin his plans now they would pay.
