Question 1:

Is the imprint between Kim and quil gone?

Answer : not completely you will have to read more to see why and how it will be broken.

Question 2:

Will Kim come back? Or will we see more of her?

Answer:

You will definitely see from Kim pov soon.

Question 3:

Will we see more of the elders perspective and how they operate in the Tribe?

Answer: absolutely !

Question 4:

Will we see more of the volturi?

Answer:

One of the story plots I cant stand is when the volturi make an appearance. Mainly because its been written over and over again. Ok, let me rephrase that, I don't like the interaction between the volturi and other characters because its just so ..predictable…that's the word. Predictable. So maybe we will see them maybe not. Keep reading.

Question 5:

I thought this story was about Bella finding herself and running a marathon? Is that still apart of the story line?

Answer:

Absolutely! Bella finding herself and Jared fighting through his life problems is still the major topic but since our fabulous couple is involved in the supernatural world, they have to deal with some supernatural elements.

Old quil sat with the elders as the coffee was poured. The six of them were at a round table. The itinerary was a long one with many challenging discussions. He was grateful they had gotten through them all. Himself, Billy black, Sam uley, sue clearwater, Ezra Cameron and Ryan lahote. The six families. All of their children or relatives' descendants of wolves. Collin and brady were Billy blacks nephews so they fell under the black family name. The only wolf that was not covered was Embry call and right now, no one wanted to dig into his father was. It was a good thing Old quil was getting ready to change the subject.

"alright…our last order of business. I know you have heard about The Mooney family and their recent move. This move however has affected one of our wolves, Jared Cameron."

All eyes turned to Ezra Cameron who face turned red with embarrassment and confusion.

"Jared was imprinted to Kim Mooney, however she and her family moved out of state a few weeks ago."

The council except for billy black and sam uley went into a uproar.

"What! Why are we just now hearing of this!"

"you cant leave your imprint!"

Billy black put his hand up for silence and nodded for old quil to continue.

"The council was not notified because we didn't know the extent. In truth. The chief and I thought that the imprint pull would bring the Mooney family back within a few days but that didn't happen instead Jared Cameron became unstable. He ran away from his pack. He has not lived with his family for months. Unfortunately, it was discovered that he has been spending time with…The swans."

He went quiet to let that sink in. Even Chief black didn't know that, especially with them not hanging out as often.

"spending time with the swans how?" Billy growled

Old quil hesitated but Sam uley spoke up.

"He has been living with the swans ever since his imprint left him and from old quills standpoint, he seems to believe that Jared has taken Bella swan as his mate."

And just as he expected there was an uproar.

Sam let out a feral growl that had the council quiet.

"Jared Cameron is having a mental break down. Its bad enough his imprint has left him, but his sister is in the hospital too. I personally do not believe Bella swan is his mate. I think he is just so delirious that he accepted the first female to give him some kind of comfort. And right now...if that's keeping him sane then why ruin it. At least for now. We need him calm as possible especially with the treaty breach with the Cullen's. At the hospital with raven, Edward Cullen attacked Bella swan and left bruises on her arms. Leaving her in a comatose state. And to our shock Jared passed out when he didn't get a response from her. However, when she awoke, he picked her up and ran away with her. I Didn't have time to scent them because I wanted Raven Cameron away from the Cullen's asap. And once Charlie swan wakes up ..i believe we should get him away too."

"I don't understand your reasoning Samuel" Ryan lahote spoke "The treaty clearly says that if they bite a human then we can declare war. From what you told me. Edward simply bruised the girl. He didn't bite her. Why should we interfere. I thought the plan was the swan girl would marry the Cullen's and then they would leave! Why are things changing and most of all why are we interfering!?"

Sam growled "biting! Bruising it doesn't matter. Its still harm to a human! "

"Bella swan chose the Cullen's! And put our tribe through hell! Or have you forgotten the war she brought on our lands with newborn vampires that almost cost us our future alpha and chief! And not only did he break every bon on his left side! She also broke his heart and yet here we are trying to defend her ! She is the Cullen's problem not ours! And weren't you the one who used your authority to ban her from the reservation? "

For the second time today, Sam felt…defeated. Ryan lahote was right. Bella swan had chosen the Cullen's and he had banned her from the reservation. So why did he feel the need to defend her? Was because he remembered how broken she was when he found her in the woods? Or because deep down he cared for her and didn't want her to fall victims to the Cullen's tricks? But at the same time…his anger overrode all that ,His wolf…it felt and remembered all the pain she put his pack through..

"Ryan lahote you shouldn't talk about things you don't know. Bella swan is no longer involved with the Cullen's."

Sam's ears perked up. What did old quill just say?

"and what makes you so sure?" Ezra Cameron asked

"she came to me herself. She needed to know what to do when she broke it off with the Cullen's. I prayed over her and the spirits connected with her. I don't know what they told her bu...it gave her some strength. And like Sam said after Edward Cullen bruised her she went into a comatose state. I think he said something or did something that made her that way."

Billy black sighed and raised his hand.

"let's vote. All in favor of putting Bella swan back under the protection of the pack?"

Only two hands went up.

It had been decided.

Bella didn't know how but she knew she wasn't awake.

"of course your not. you're a smart girl."

Bella looked around to see no one. But she did hear the voice. It was the same voice from her last visit with old quill except this was in her dreams.

The venom in your wrist. Its had a hold on you child.

"had?" she questioned

Yes had, the marking. The bite on your collar bone. It overrode and destroyed any remaining venom that was in your system. Its why the cold ones had so much power over you. Their venom was in your system and gave them free reign.

However, the marking also connected you to the spirit wolves. You will be able to feel their emotions, you will be able to calm them. You will be the bridge between the cold ones and the wolves. That is your purpose Bella swan. Be the bridge. Be the peacekeeper and do what's right.

Bella was now the meadow where the newborn army took place. On one side…the cold ones. And the other…the wolves

Choose Bella…..

"wait! Wait! I don't want to be the peacekeeper I've been trying to live my own life! And I thought chose when I let Jared in! and I don't want to deal with the Cullen's anymore! Why is this happening!"

The day you fell in love with Edward Cullen is the day your life changed. Choose what's right and everything will fall into place. That mark on your shoulder is not one of pain but one of privilege. No other female in the pack wears a mark and only one in the whole pack history ever wore one. Now you are the second.

Bask in it Bella swan. It's a privilege. Now do what you know you have to do.

Bella awoke with a jolt, the smell of bacon in the air. She was still naked.

After some searching, she found a huge t- shirt and walked downstairs. She found Jared at the stove, cooking up a storm. She could feel his anxiety rolling in waves.

"Jared?"

Jared whipped around to face her. His neck length raven hair in his face.

"chabelita." He whispered hoarsely. his eyes were red, and he was trembling.

"Jared?" she called again confused. This time she came to him ad planted herself in his arms. Touching him made the connection stronger. She could feel the mark on her collar bone tingling.

"ohhh Jared. Ssh. It will be ok. I'm not angry at you. I understand now. and I'm glad. Jared I am so freaking glad. The sprits explained it to me in a dream, you have freed me Jared. And now its time for me to free you."

Jared eyes went huge. What the heck did she-

Bella eyes were yellow as she wrapped her legs around his waist and kissed him like it was her last time breathing. Jared was lost. Her scent was all he could smell. Jared hand went up her shirt and groaned as he realized she was completely naked. The things he could do. The things they could do. His desire for her. If they were ready, he'd have his way with her right now, but he couldn't do that. not until he had a ring on her finger, and she had his last name. suddenly he felt a stinging yet pleasurable pain on his collar bone and Jared felt strings being broken. All except one. He was being marked. She had marked him.

Bella lapped up the blood from Jared's neck and looked up. He was Hers. Kim was just a shadow.

Jared howled as he sprinted past Bella on the track. He felt free. More free then he had in a long time.

"catch me if you can!" he teased. He still couldn't believe it. She had marked him and he didn't know how she did it. They didn't get to talk much because as soon as they ate, they went off the reservation for a run. A much-needed run. They still had a marathon to win.

"Alright babe. Slow down. I'm about done for today."

Jared turned toward her and grinned. She was covered in sweat with her hair sticking to her porcelain skin. It was sexy. Speaking of sexy, Jared rubbed the ridges on his collar bone. Her mark. She bit him. made him her own.

"So what's our plan for today?" He asked

"well I have to visit Charlie."

Jared let out a disapproving growl.

"hey, babe relax. I have your mark remember. I'm no longer under their enthrallment and you'll know if I'm in trouble. Besides I'm still banned from the reservation, last thing you need is the pack up your butt. And we both have jobs now. We had a sense of normalcy; a routine and we cannot let the Cullen's or the pack ruin that for us. And I'm going to be honest Jared. Edward made a threat, that shook me to my core. He threated the lives of everyone I loved and not only that, he threated to inform the volturi, they are like the vampire police. But the more I think about it the more I realized how stupid and empty his threat was. I mean come on; He'd be putting his own family in danger. I refuse to let him rule my life any longer."

Jared cupped Bella's face in his hands and kissed her.

"Thank you being honest with me. I know you may not like it but I will have to inform sam. The pack still has to keep everyone safe. But your right, we did have a routine and we are going to keep it. So lets hit the showers, you go visit Charlie, ill visit raven and then we will head to work. Sound fair?"

Bella smiled.

"of course."

Jared didn't know what to with himself after Bella left. He knew he had things to do but still. He guessed the first thing he could do was check on his sister and he would have gone to forks hospital, but he could smell her on the reservation. The scent led him the la push clinic. Sue clearwater was in charge and oddly enough, he could hear ravens voice full of distress.

"y-your leaving again?! But why?"

"I'm sorry little bit. But I have a job back home...now your sisters will be coming down and –"That was the voice of his father.

"no! no! no! I'm not leaving the reservation! You can't do this!"

"now Raven, your father and I-"his mother?

"oh now you want to take mom's side! I mean what the point of you putting us all through this divorce if your forcing the rest of us to move away!"

Jared eyes wet wide. His Father was leaving and taking not only his mother but his sisters too?

"I AM NOT LEAVING!"

"now raven you need to calm down." His mother urged.

Suddenly, Jared got a sick feeling in his stomach. Something bad was about to happen. He could feel it.

With supernatural speed, Jared rushed past the front desk, past the nurses just in time to see his sister shaking.

Now way. Now way. Was it possible? Was his sister going to phase!

Out of desperation, fear and overall worry Jared picked his sister up, ignored his parents cries and rushed his shaking sister off to the forest.

"Rae. Rae! You need to breath. Come on breath with me!"

"DOT TELL ME TO BREATH!" she screamed. "YOU LEFT US TO SEELL DRUGS! YOU LEFT ME! TO DEAL WITH MOM! AND HER DAMN DEPRESSION! NO ONE CARES ABOUT ME! IM JUST IN THE WAY!"

Their was a rustling in the bushes and Jared saw embry rush out.

"what's-"

"Embry stay away! let me handle this!" He warned

" oh crap…is she going to phase! I'm going to get sam."

Jared cursed. The last thing he wanted was Sam here. Sam would just make it worse and so would anyone else. They didn't understand his sister. With that decided.

Jared began to strip from his clothes. He wasn't going to rip them.

"Rae. I need to take off your clothes."

"ARGGH. THIS HURTS! JARED WHATS HAPPENING!"

With her leg still broken, raven was on the forest floor leaning against a tree.

Jared sent out a quick text to Bella. He was going to need her.

"alright Rae. Your going to turn into a very large dog. I know its going to be scary but it's true."

"WHAT! THAT DOESNT MAKE SENSE! ARGGGGH!" Raven yelled as she hunched over.

This was going to take to long. He was going to have to order her. Something he didn't tell Sam was that Jared still had his power as beta, Well at least half of it. The reason why? Well mainly because Jacob black didn't want the position. But Sam forced it on him. However, Jared never felt right using the power on anyone and with Jacob being the rightful alpha, he just let the situation go. Unless it was an emergency and now was that time.

"Raven Cameron I order you to phase!"

The order shook even Jared himself, mainly because the power had been dormant for so long.

Right before his eyes his little sister transformed into a white and black wolf. Panic in her eyes.

Jared himself phased and instantly comforted his sister.

Pack mind:

"ssh ssh. Its ok Rae. I'm here." He called out, surprised that he could see into the pack mind again or at least his sisters mind. He couldn't hear anything else.

"Jared! w-what's going on! What's happening!" raven asked terrified.

Jared went to explain but the arrival of the pack had him growl. They would not overwhelm her.

"Jared I'm really freaking out now! is everyone we know wolves!?"

Jared couldn't answer her because the pack was grunting and growling. He knew they were confused. They couldn't hear him or raven.

"hear? What do you mean hear?" raven questioned.

The wind suddenly picked up as the familiar scent of Bella blew into the air.

"Jared?"

Jared turned from his sister and the pack, to Bella standing between two trees. Before he could her to her, Sam and Jacob stood in his way. Both of them blocking her from Ravens view. Jared growled and turned to his sister.

"can you phase back Rae? Just think human?" he asked

Raven whined and laid her head on her white paws. "its too much Jared. Too much! Too much! Mom, dad, moving, the divorce and now this. I can't. I have to get out of here!"

"raven wait!" he yelled

Instead raven jumped over her brother, dodged Sam and Jacob and was headed straight for Bella. The whole pack tried to intercept her, but she was too fast. It was in this moment, with Jared having the same goal as his packmates that he could her their thoughts, and they could hear his.

"No! Raven Cameron Stop!" Sam yelled. It didn't work.

"Raven stop!" Jacob yelled using his own beta voice. Still didn't work.

"she's afraid idiots! It wont work!" Leah growled it was then Jared saw the imprint between his older brother and Leah. Collin's confession to a thirty-year-old imprint and then everything and everyone froze.

Jared didn't understand why? where had-

Jared mentally gasped. Raven his little sister was staring at Bella. The Same stare Sam gave Emily. The Sam stare he gave Kim.

Jared saw red. No! No! She was their mate!

Jared phased out and ran towards Bella. He heard his sister growl, but he didn't care. Instinct told him not to turn his back toward her. Toward any of them.

Jared scooped Bella up and walked backwards. Glaring at them all. Of course, his sister growled.

"Raven phase back and you can follow! Think human!" he snarled.

What luck he had. His little sister imprinted on his mate. What else could go wrong?
