Daichi's POV...The Next Day…

I yawn, padding my way down the large steps, grumbling "Acnologia, Tiamat, come on you two. Seriously? You couldn't wake me up to tell me it was breakfast?"

My dragon partner growls, my palm glowing both violet and white as they growl "{We said we're sorry!}"

I sigh, scratching the back of my head and following the noise. I didn't even have to open my eyes really, I could just follow the mate mark! The mate mark allows the girls to know where I'm at during any given time, and vice versa. It's quite useful.

I grunt, hitting my head on a wall. As I grumbled, rubbing the top of it, Rias runs out from the kitchen, takes one look at me, and laughs. I grunt "Wow, thanks Ri. That's a lot of pity on my soul. I appreciate it."

The red-head helps me up and kisses my forehead "Better?"

I grin softly "Eh, it's looking up. Now, breakfast?"

Instantly, Rias' blue eyes lit up and she smiles, grabbing my hand and walking back towards the kitchen "Actually, hold on. I want you to meet someone."

I noticed a man, similar to Rias, standing with a white-haired woman and everyone else, eating a big stack of pancakes. The snakes in my stomach were back in full force. Something told me that I wasn't going to like what would happen next.

The man spies me and smiles, walking over to shake my hand "You must be Daichi Fukada! I've heard so much about you. My name is Sirzechs Lucifer, and I am Rias' older brother. It's a pleasure to finally meet you."

Acnologia had to be laughing at the thoughts going through my mind. None of them were good, let me tell you. Maybe a few were about how edible Rias looked right now, but most of them was that I couldn't fuck something up now. Whatever my chances of actually being able to be with Rias were probably riding on whatever impression I gave her brother of me. Luckily, at the time, I didn't know how wrong I was.

After a little time of small talk, Rias huffs as the others leave, Shirone flashing me a smile as she goes "So, Sirzechs-nii, you wanted to talk to us about something?"

The elder red-head nods, still all smiles "You should know by now it's time to test him! It's been time to see his mettle for a while now!"

Rias facepalms "You're kidding, right? You said it was an emergency."

What happened next, I couldn't help but laugh. Grayfia, Sirzechs' wife and the maid of the Gremory house grabbed the poor guy's cheek and pulled as far as she could. The poor guy's eyes were watering as the white-haired woman growls "You said what?! You told me that you told Rias-san the truth! Idiot!"

Of course, as soon as I laughed, I felt a very familiar pull on my cheek, and with tears in my eyes, I looked over to see my crimson-haired princess, narrowing her eyes at me. I sweatdrop, screeching "I sowwy, Rias! I sowwy!"

Boy, did that bond the two of us guys together. Going through hell and back can do that, I suppose. After the girls let us go, I grunt "Okay, so what is this testing? I'm assuming it has something to do with me beating the shit out of Crispy Chicken Tenders?"

I managed to get Sirzechs to laugh at the nickname that I had come up with. I felt like I was on top of the world! And then I realized something. I remembered in History, how in some cultures, when someone defeats a lady's soon-to-be Fiance, that someone takes his place. I blushed slightly "I have an unknown feeling about this…"

I shake my head, grunting "Okay. Tell it to me straight. In some mythologies, those who beat the lady's suitor, or Fiance-to-be, takes their place. Is that what's going on?"

Everyone stares at me before Rias nods "Y-yes...you're not mad, are you? I'm sorry I didn't just up and tell you, it's just that it's extremely awkward, you know?"

I grin, kissing her cheek "While I would have enjoyed knowing this earlier, I love you Rias, and that's not going to change. I would have also liked to have proposed to you myself, but...I guess that works."

After that, everyone's all smiles. Should have known that wasn't going to last. I was told that, before I could be introduced as Rias' new fiance, I had a long road ahead of me. I had to get to the rank of High-Class Devil, which wasn't that hard as Sirzechs told me that they were considering ranking me up anyway for all the things I've done in the past, like, six months or so. I also had to learn all about the history of Devils, and all about edicate and all that good stuff.

I grunt. As much as I didn't feel like having to learn anything, I knew that I would do it. I can't guarantee that I would do it without complaint, but all of the girls mean way too much to me to not do this. Rias means way too much to me to not do this.

I sigh "So, when are we doing this training?"

Sirzechs shrugs, saying nonchalantly "You've got a week to study before the tests. Don't worry though, there is going to be a practical exam as well, where you and Rias-chan will have to fight the group of Satan Rangers and win. If you can do that and prove to me that your love for Rias-chan is real, then I will start to lean on my other council members to make you a High-Class Devil. Do you think you can manage that?"

I sweatdrop, nodding before my brain can understand what the hell is going on "Yeah, that's nothing compared to what I do normally! It will be a piece of cake!"

With that, Sirzechs and Grayfia left to go do something. Rias turned to me, and we just looked at each other. I sweatdrop "I just agreed to something bad, didn't I?"

Rias shrugs "Depends. You will be studying with Millicas-kun, but other than that...I'm sorry, Dai."

I grunt, kissing her "It's fine. Thank you for telling me the truth now though...I still want to do it myself."

Rias blushes softly as the two of us walked out of the kitchen "Well then...you can consider this the…' asking of my hand'. That way you can propose later...if you want to."

I grin, flashing a couple of fangs "I like that plan. Now, what do you want to do? Go find the girls?"

The red-head winks "You know what I want to do. Come on, I know a place if you can keep a secret."

Five Hours Later…

I grunt, stifling another yawn as the two of us walk along, searching for the others "Where else could they be?"

Speak of Devils and they shall appear, sometimes at the most inopportune times. Just as I was about to kiss Rias again, Shirone and the others came out of nowhere. I sweatdrop, smoothly but surely backing out of my decision. What can I say, I tend to get a little...into it, especially with Rias. They don't need to see me get jiggy with Rias.

I scratch my neck as Shirone climbs onto my back and we set off again, "Okay, I wasn't paying attention when we decided the plan for today...care to explain what the hell we're doing?"

Shirone sighs as Rias chuckles "We're going to do a bit of training, and Azazel-sama's going to be bringing a special guest for you to train with as well. Any other questions?"

I nod, my stomach growling "When's lunch?"

Everyone snickers at that. I can't necessarily blame them either, I am usually hungry anyway. It's also routine for me to ask what we're doing. Rias rolls her eyes as Asia and Kuroka sidle up to me "Lunch will be after training. Now hurry up, we're not that far away."

I grunt as my stomach gurgles "Of course it will be. Why am I not surprised?"

As we pause in a meadow, I hear a roar, and instantly jump for joy as I see a violet dragon coming down with a roar "You got me my dragon?"

Shirone sighs as Azazel walks down from the dragon's back "No, Dai, we didn't get you your dragon."

The Fallen Angel leader grins "This big guy is Tannin, and he's going to be training you, Daichi-kun. Tannin, this is Daichi Fukada, the first wielder of the Chaos Edge to complete the thing."

The Chaos Edge appears and both jewels start to glow as Acnologia rumbles "{Tannin...it's been a while, hasn't it?}

Tiamat grunts "{Hello Tannin.}"

The giant dragon's jaw drops "Acnologia and Tiamat?! While I am happy that you two are back together, I thought that Tiamat was in the Familiar Forest. What happened?"

Tiamat tries to say something, but I interrupt her "I was searching for a familiar when I ran into Tia-chan, and she tried to free Acnologia, and I accidentally killed her physical body, and so, to save her, we absorbed her soul into the Chaos Edge."

Tannin nods, not saying anything. Azazel speaks for him "Alright, here's the plan. I am going to take the girls, Kiba, and Gasper and train them, and you, Daichi, are going to go with Tannin. Tannin, try not to hurt him too badly."

The giant dragon smiles as I start to transform, changing into my dragon form "I wouldn't worry too much about that. Come on then, boy. We've got training to do."

Ten Minutes Later…

I grunt, transforming back as the two of us touch down "So, how is this going to work?"

Tannin smirks "You're going to come at me with your full power, and I will come at you with mine. This is less of training and more of sparring if that is okay with you."

I couldn't help myself, I grinned "Sounds like fun. Are you sure you can handle me, Old Man?"

He shrugs, "I guess we'll have to find out, won't we?"

I growl "Alright then, I guess we'll do this the hard way. Acnologia, Balance Breaker!"

{Balance Breaker: Chaos Dragon Scale Mail!}

As my Scale Mail appears, I grin, summoning both Yamato and Rebellion "Let's get to it then. Attack."

I charge forward, trying to finish it in one attack. Tannin easily dodged my first attack and the next thing I know, I'm flying backward. I cough up a little blood and then the swords disappear and I grunt "Okay, I guess we're doing this the hard way. Acnologia, Tiamat, let's kick some ass!"

{Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost! Boost!}

I charge forward, slamming my fist into Tannin's chest. I barely lifted him off the ground. I kept on pushing and pushing, but I barely managed to make a dent in his scaly armor. I got a little pissed off at that, not going to lie.

I flipped myself up, jumping onto Tannin's wide head and grinning "Alright you scaly old bastard, it's time to end this! Take it in the ass, Dragon Explosion!"

My Scale Mail disappeared as I poured all of the energy that I had into the Dragon Explosion. It took both of us down, somehow. After Tannin ate what he called a Dragon Apple and then gave me one to eat, we agreed to call the spar a draw. It was the best solution.

I grunt, cracking my neck as I chew through the entire thing in three bites "What the hell even is this thing? I feel stronger than ever!"

Tannin grunts "This Dragon Apple is like Phenex Tears, but unlike Phenex Tears, it will only work on Dragons...and it only grows here in the Underworld. That's also why I decided to become a Devil in the first place, so that way I could protect the last known area of Dragon Apple Trees. Take a couple. It will be helpful for the Young Devil Gathering thing that you've got going on soon enough."

I smile, taking a couple of golden apples from the giant dragon "Wow, that's extremely generous of you, Tannin-san! Thank you! I'll use these as best as possible! Now then, do you want to go another round or are we going back?"

The bigger dragon sighs "Kid, I would give a lot to be able to fight you again because I can see that with you, I don't have to hold back. Sadly, your master has given me a set time to have you back by, and our fight took a bit longer than I thought, so we do not have enough time to go again. Come along then…"

I groan, transforming once again "Damn Rias, freaking fun-hater…"

As we started to fly back, Tannin rumbles "Any time that you want to fight with me again, let me know. I would be happy to be your opponent. You are a very worthy one."

I smile "You are a worthy opponent as well. Thank you for honoring me with this spar."

The rest of the flight was surprisingly quiet. It was quick too. We got there with enough time to watch the last fight against Azazel, and Rias had a new form with her Power of Destruction. She controlled the Power of Destruction around her, forming it into a giant dragon, not unlike my dragon form. Granted, Azazel beat her in the end, but it was a pretty good fight. Poor Ophis though, she couldn't fight at all. At least she got a bunch of chocolate, so she was happy.

After I touched down, transforming back, Shirone jumped me, placing herself onto my back. As everyone else asks Tannin and my questions, Shirone whispers into my ear "Your queen needs you…"

I grunt, nodding "I'll see what I can do. Rias-sama, can Shirone and I go explore?"

The red-head grunts, nodding "Don't dawdle too long, we do have the dinner for the Young Devil Gathering tonight, so I would give you about an hour before you should come back."

Before any of the girls, Kiba, or Gasper could ask to come with us, I was gone. What can I say? When the Queen calls, you answer!

Ten Minutes Later...Unknown Location…(An M-Rated Scene Has Come. You Know The Drill)

I grunt, having completely undressed Shirone already. She smiles "I'm happy to see that the King has come to assist me with my...needs."

Our lips meet and I grin "Of course the King has come. Now, he's wondering how much he can assist you."

Within seconds, I joined Shirone in the realm of nakedness, and with my partner-in-crime out, about and ready for action, I pushed myself into her warm depths. She let out a small mewl, and I could feel the Mate Mark pulse with feelings. I could feel her attraction and pure love, and I returned the feeling tenfold. The more I thrust into her, the faster I went, the better it was.

Soon enough, I picked her up, pressing her small body against the wall. As I continued to thrust into Shirone, she bit down on my shoulder, drawing a small amount of blood as her tail wraps around my waist, pulling me closer. She smiles, "I love you so much, Daichi Fukada. I have never been happier than to be your mate...I am thankful that you are mine, and I am yours. Now, fill me. Give me everything you have."

And so, I obliged her. I let everything I had flow into her. I filled her up. Once I pulled out, she exhaustedly put her head on my chest and purred as I kissed her "I am thankful for you as well, Shirone. I always have been, and always will be. Don't you ever forget that, or forget how much I love you."

Fifty Minutes Later…Back In The Gremory Mansion...

I growl as Rias brings out a black tuxedo with a navy tie "There is no way in hell that I am wearing that. You can't bribe me with yourself, or enough food to make me wear that."

I looked over at Millicas and instantly felt extremely bad for the poor kid. He looked like he just wanted to roll over and die. He was dressed in a crimson tuxedo with a matching tie, and his hair was combed down and to the side. I sweatdrop as he sighs "It's best just to do what Auntie Rias says. It never ends well otherwise. Trust me."

I narrowly avoided getting tackled by the aforementioned crimson-haired girl, ducking underneath her grasp before running away. Somehow, Ophis ended up straddling my back and we ran away...only to get clotheslined by Akeno. I went down like a sack of freaking potatoes and Ophis grunted underneath me "Get off, please."

I sweatdrop, and then an idea goes through my head "Acnologia, Balance Breaker!"

{Balance Breaker: Chaos Dragon Scale Mail!}

As my armor forms around me and I get off poor Ophis, Tiamat growls "{Acnologia, dearest, we talked about this. Just get him to do what Rias-chan says, it's not that bad.}"

My Draconic Partner-in-Crime, who has always had my back, rumbles "{That's what you think. I remember all of the times that you made me go to parties when we had bodies. I hated every moment of it, and I am not going to let Daichi go through the same horror I had to! Now run, Daichi! Be as free as a bird!}"

I sprinted away, trying hard to get as far from the girls as possible. I didn't get very far. Irina tripped me up, and I went skidding into a wall, my Scale Mail disappearing in an instant as Rias sighs "Valiana and the rest of her peerage will there as well."

I grunt "And?"

The red-head grunts "You'll be able to fight her."

Instantly, I reach out for the extended tuxedo and tie "You'd better not be lying to me."

As I get up, I whisper into her ear, causing Rias to blush as I walk away "I find out you lied to me, and well...you might like what happens next."

As she hides her face from my retreating body, I couldn't help but laugh. It was too damn adorable. At the very least, I should be able to fight one of my rivals. Who knows, maybe Issei will come and I can show him my new moves. Man, that would be a freaking sight to see.

(Author chuckles) "I know the saying is that the way into a man's heart is through his stomach, but for Daichi, it's through his fists! Anyway, the next chapter is going to be interesting. It's going to be a party, and then it's going to be the Gremory/Sitri Rating Game, with Saji almost kicking Daichi's ass, until he broke out Chaos Blazing Paladin and sped through and broke Saji. It's going to be interesting, that is for sure. It might also add Akeno into the Mate area and Irina into the Girlfriend area. If not the next chapter, then the chapter after that. Speaking of the chapter after that, that's the match against Sairaorg's peerage, with Daichi going against Sairaorg himself. When Sairaorg goes into Breakdown the Beast and completely beats the shit out of Daichi, using the girls' love for him, Daichi unlocks a new form known as Apocalypse Emperor Drive, and the two of them fight once more and Daichi returns the favor, beating the shit out of Sairaorg.
