They had to wait two hours for Clyde to wake up so they watched TV while waiting. After Clyde woke up, they apologized to him for slapping him and then he explained what had happened to him.
"At midnight, Rose is going to host a giant party and then she'll release a shitload of perfume in order to charm everyone and take over Las Vegas." he explained.
Kenny looked at the digital alarm clock in the room, it was 11:30PM. They only had 30 minutes to propose a plan!
"Normally I'd ask one of you guys to take recon photos but we don't have time. While I was looking around, I found a large door and I could hear Rose's voice coming from behind the door. The bad news is that the doors are guarded, we need to distract them with someone that isn't cause too much drama." Elita panicked.
"I found this bellydancing outfit. Maybe one of us could wear this, dance and distract the guards while we open the doors." said Cartman, pulling out an outfit.
"Brilliant! Heidi, you put on this outfit and distract the guards while we open the door." Elita cheered.
"No, there is absolutely NO way that I'm wearing that outfit!" Heidi snapped.
"Think of it as going undercover."
"This is so embarrassing!"
"We don't have a choice."
"Ugh, fine!"
Heidi reluctantly agreed to put on the bellydancing dress and they made their way downstairs to the casino.
"Okay Heidi, we need you to distract those guards." said Elita.
"Yeah, bust a move Heidi!" Cartman added.
"How about I bust your face Cartman?" asked Heidi.
Okay Heidi, we're counting on you. Meet us up inside once you can lose the guards." said Elita.
"Thank goodness INTERPOL will never know about this." Heidi muttered to herself.
Heidi approached the guards and called out to them.
"Hey you morons! Over here!"
The guards walked over to Heidi to watch her bellydance. As Heidi distracted the guards, Cartman walked over to the door and tried to open it, it didn't budge. Clyde and Elita came over and pulled the handles, the door still didn't budge. Kenny came over and shoved his cane between the door's gap, the door began to budge.
"Come on, how many Freedom Pals does it take to open a door?" Heidi thought to herself while still bellydancing.
Ten minutes later, the four of them managed to open the door and the guards didn't suspect a thing. Cartman held the door open and Elita went inside, Kenny was about to go inside when Clyde stopped him.
"I don't think I should go any further, Heidi kind of looks really hot when she's bellydancing. Besides, someone needs to keep watch over her to make nothing bad happens." Clyde informed.
"If you insist, sure." replied Kenny.
Kenny dashed inside and so did Cartman. The two caught up to Elita staring at something. Turns out that a blimp (that presumably belonged to Butters) was docked inside the massive room. There wasn't any security set up inside the room so the three made it near the blimp without any complications.
"Stop right there!"
The three turned around to find Rose standing behind them.
"I caught your friend here." said Rose as she pulled out Clyde.
"Crap!" Elita exclaimed.
Just then, the blimp flew up into the air.
"Muh ha ha ha! Chaos will prevail." Butters laughed on the loudspeaker of the blimp.
He pulled out Clyde's stolen costume.
"Double crap!" Elita exclaimed.
"Wait don't leave me!" Rose cried, grabbing onto a rope.
"I'm sorry but I've reached max capacity with my guest." Butters falsely apologized.
Butters pulled out Heidi, who was tied up (and she somehow managed to change back into her police uniform).
"HEIDI!" Cartman shouted.
"Get your hands off me, you obnoxious scumbag!" she snapped.
"I dumped the rest of the Chaos Crew because they failed me, so why wouldn't I dump you?" Butters asked Rose.
"Why you filthy, backstabbing, double crosser!" Rose bellowed.
"Sorry, bye." Butters falsely apologized, he flew off and Rose fell off of the blimp.
Clyde went over to Rose and knocked her unconscious.
Rose was now arrested but that meant absolutely nothing compared to Butters. He had stolen Kyle's kite, Stan's power drill, Wendy's selfie stick, Scott's insulin and Clyde's costume. Not to mention that he kidnapped Heidi. Cartman, Kenny, Elita and Clyde drove back to South Park and held an emergency meeting with the rest of the Freedom Pals.
