"The body of a woman who vanished three months ago in Seattle, Washington outside of her home has been found submerged in a river, authorities said. Fisherman Ronald Stevens was out fishing this morning around 7 a.m. with his ten year old son, Ryan when they discovered the body of Dr. Addison Montgomery in St. Lawrence River near Thousand Island Park in New York. Montgomery, 34, was last seen leaving Seattle Grace Hospital in Seattle, Washington on Thursday night after taking a leave of absence, KIRO-TV reported. St. Lawrence River is about 2,858 miles east of Seattle. Sheriff's officials said they suspected foul play in her disappearance and they've already arrested someone in connection to the crime.
