Mya, Kevin and Mike were out, practicing. The young woman, who until now, was training to handle all her many powers, turned to her two comrades and watched them do. They had invoked their real samurai swords and had fought with them. Mike went to the table where there were red apples and took one. Then, with a big smile, he turned to Kevin.
« I bet I can beat you, using only one arm ! » He shouted as they drew closer to each other.
Kevin sat down while Mike continued to eat his apple quietly. The fight began, under the watchful eye of Mya, and in three strokes Kevin had disarmed Mike. However, the latter planted his apple at the end of Kevin's sword, which lifted it to his eyes with an incredulous look. Meanwhile, Mike had picked up his sword with his foot and carried it to his opponent's neck. Mya laughed loudly and Mike smiled.
« I win ! And you got served ! » He said mockingly
« That doesn't count ! » Exclaimed Kevin after casting a look at the apple
« Hey ! I can't compete with your technique, so I have no choice but outwit you. »
« Was that compliment ? » Kevin said while Mike drank a glass of water
« Me ? » Mike said, turning to the blue ranger, « Compliment you ? Ah ! No way ! »
« If you two could work together as well as you compete against each other, » Mya began, getting up from her stool, « you'd both be twice as strong ! »
« She's right » Jayden nodded as Mya joined Gap Sensor rang so Mya ran without waiting for the other three inside the house.
Later, at the Nighlock attack place
One building exalted, then two, then three. People ran in all directions, falling on the debris of buildings that had just exploded. The Nighlock stood on a balcony and watched the massacre happily.
« I'm the king of the world ! » Cried the Nighlock, then he turned away and he exploded another building « Yeah ! That's right ! Run away humans ! »
« You're the one who should run ! » Jayden said after Kevin launched an attack with his Hydro Arc.
« You know, all these explosions, that misery ! Such a nice day ! And you show up to ruin it ! But I, Epoxar, will ruin you instead ! » And the Nighlock launched his laser attack on the Rangers, who were protected by Jayden's Fireball.
« Come on Mike ! » Kevin shouted as the two boys made a somersault to reach the Nighlock
« Right ! »
The two Rangers fought the monster but were quickly beaten. The Nighlock threw his glue on both wrists of both ranks so that they were glued together. In the meantime, he had knocked out, the rest of the rangers who had tried to fight him. The green and blue rangers, after getting up, tried to free themselves from this glue.
« Stop moving ! » Mike shouted to Kevin pulling on his wrists
« You stop moving ! » Kevin replied, furiously
« Hehehehehe! Struggle all over you want ! But as long as I'm around you'll be stuck like that forever ! » Nighlock said that in a happy voice
« What ? Forever ? » Exclaimed the two prisoners of glue
« No ! » The other rangers panted.
« And you're next ! » The Nighlock finished, turning to the others
« No chance ! » Antonio replied when he arrived
« Antonio ! » Mya smiled. She had chosen the symbol of the Light, like Antonio
The latter began to fight against Epoxar and eventually put him on the carpet. When he was on the ground, Antonio launched an attack with the Zord Flash that also hit the Nighlock but made him run away.
« Hey ! Wait ! Come back here ! » Mike said, heading for the crack
« Wait Mike, no ! » Kevin said, still hanging on to Mike.
When the green ranger pulled on the wrists of the blue, they both fell
« Guys ! » Emily exclaimed
« Did you hear what he said ! » Mike started panicking, « Unless we defeat him, I think we'll be stuck like this forever ! »
« Forever... »
« What's going on, Mya ? » Jayden asked softly to his girlfriend who was looking at the sky thoughtfully
« I don't know ... I have a bad feeling, that's all » she replied with a frown.
« Let's go back to the house ... » he said softly, taking his elbow
On Master Xandred's boat
« Hou ha hi ! You ran away ! » Octoroo shouted to Epoxar, « How could you ? »
« It's just like walking, but faster ! Get off my back squid breath ! » The Nighlock replied naughtily, turning his back to him.
« That's Octopus breath to you ! »
« Enough of this ! » Master Xandred shouted « You've proving to be useless » and as he pulled out his sword, he added, « So it's time for you to face my steal ! »
« Please, one moment Master Xandred ! » Serrator interposed himself, seeing his servant back out of fear. « Epoxar is just being modest, he managed to hit the Rangers. He put two out of commission, so please spare him ! »
« But what are you babbling ? » Exclaimed Epoxar, getting closer to Serrator « Oh ! you're right ! Good safe ! Thanks to my glue, the blue and green ranger are in a... Let's say they're in a sticky situation ! » He laughed, clapping his hands
« You took out two Power Rangers ? » Xandred asked, turning to him
« Wait a second, here's an idea ! » Octoroo cut in a shrill voice « If you stick a bunch of humans together, the other good rangers will come to run in ! Then you can trick them and stick them with your glue ! »
« Heeeee ! That's not bad ! » Epoxar replied, rubbing his hands. « I can't believe I didn't think of that ! »
« I can ! You have glue on your brain ! It's so hard to find good help these days ! Am I right ? » Growled the octopus while Epoxar laughed
On the side of the rangers
Mya sighed. It was not going to work, she knew it.
« Are you ready ? » Jayden asked, raising his sword over his head
« Go for it Jayden. We're ready as we'll ever be ! » Mike answered in a harsh voice
Jayden wanted to try to cut the glue in two thanks to his sword. He raised his sword even higher and knocked on the glue. But he only made him ejected backwards. The glue didn't have a cut. Mya then stepped gently and put her hand on the two stuck wrists. She frowned and concentrated on channeling her powers. However, even after using her powers, the glue didn't move. She blew violently and refocused herself. Her hair formed a halo around her and another formed around her wrists. Despite her many efforts, the Nighlock glue didn't move and she was thrown back because of the intensity of her magic.
« I'm sorry guys » despaired Kevin face to this second failure
« It wasn't your fault » Emily reassured her, kneeling in front of Mike and Kevin. « You guys didn't do anything wrong ! »
« We let this Nighlock get away ! » Kevin answered in a painful tone
« And we could be like this for ever ! » Mike finished after sighing while looking at his hands
« We'll fix this. As soon as this Nighlock comes back to ! » Added Mia wryly
« And what if he doesn't ? Then what ?! » Mike exclaimed angrily.
« In that case, we will find a way to get rid of it » said the Londoner gently, putting her hands on the shoulders of the two boys. « But I don't think we'll be in this situation »
« She's right » Jayden said darkly after a few seconds of silence. « He'll come back, they'll always do »
« And when he does » Mentor Ji began, « You two will be in no condition face him ! »
« What ! »
« No ! »
The two glue prisoners had stiffened and exclaimed at the same time.
« He is right ! » The leader of the rangers « The rest of us would have to handle it »
« No ! » The blue ranger shouted, « We won't let down the team again ! We'll learn how to fight like this ! »
« All right ! » Mike nodded, getting up with difficulty. « Let's do this ! »
« Now this should be interesting ! » Antonio happily exclaimed at their lack of coordination to get out. Mya sighed loudly and followed the others outside. She felt the same bad feeling as the previous Nighlock attack.
Outside, they practiced with Mia but they only managed to walk on their feet, argue or beat each other. The witch put her hand on her forehead and looked at the man she loved with concern. He sighed and looked at her, crossing his arms. Mike and Kevin continue to argue until they fall to the ground.
« This is awful ! » Emily said to Antonio sitting next to him on the bench
« Look ! » Jayden said, still with his arms crossed. « I know you guys can pull this off, but first you have to get in sync ! »
« Tell that to this guy ! » Exclaimed Mike, falling back with Kevin
Jayden squatted in front of the two boys, shaking his head. « You guys think you're fighting that glue, but you're really fighting yourselves more. » He told them in a neutral voice. He got up and went back into the house.
Mya followed Mike and Kevin inside and watched them try to paint their symbol of power. She shook her head when she saw them arguing again and stopped them when she saw them in trouble.
« Boys ! » She shouted as she stopped them as Mia and Emily arrived. « Stop ! »
« I know it's hard but fighting isn't gonna solve anything ! » Emily said in a softer voice
« Come on ! » Kevin moaned, frustrated. « There has to be something around here we can do to be useful ! » He left with Mike in the kitchen to throw the trash.
« Pick it up from the top Mike ! Kevin shouted at Mike
« I can't when your hands are there ! » The latter replied just as violently
« Man ! » The blue ranger squeaked. « What is Mia cooking ? »
They arrived in the living room and two paths were in front of them.
« This way ! » Mike said moving to the first
« And what's wrong with this way ? » Kevin asked him, going to the other side
« The trash is this way ! » Mike answered in a bored voice
« Okay but it's easier to go this way ! » Ended Kevin, going another time to the other side
Mike tried to go to the other and the trash they held in their hands opened and they fell backwards because of a leaf of vegetables lying on the ground. In their fall, they broke a lamppost that was close to them.
« Hey what's going on here ? » Asked Mentor Ji violently, who arrived with Mya
« And what happens to you, by Merlin ?! » Mya leaned over to pick up the lamppost, which was folded in half. Mentor looked at him in amazement.
« We were just trying to help out ! » Kevin replied, sheepishly
« Yeah .. » Mike nodded softly
« If you can't fight this Nighlock together and try to make yourselves useful » Ji was really bothered by the situation. « Go ... » He didn't know what to give them as a task
« Go get some groceries ! » Mya said frowning. « We have nothing in the closet ! »
« Got it ! » Mike agreed, desperate besides Kevin apologized
« I'm coming with you » the witch sighed, snapping her fingers to fix the lamppost and cleaning up the mess of her two friends
« How can we ever be Rangers if we can't even take out the trash ! » Mike said to his two teammates as he walked through the front door. He also had to show the glue lying on their wrists
« Come on ! » Mya pressed, sorry for them. However, the two rangers fell to the ground when they wanted to go down the stairs. The witch helped them to stand up while sighing for the umpteenth time.
On the Nighlock side
« I'll do whatever it takes to take these heroes to show up ! » The monster shouted, pursuing civilians. « I'll trap those Rangers even if it's the last thing I do ! » And he laughed with a Machiavellian laugh
On the side of the three rangers
« We look way weird, Kevin ! » Mike started while the witch was doing her best not to laugh
« I know but we've got to make this work ! » Answered the blue ranger, really embarrassed by the eyes of passers-by. Mya couldn't take it anymore and laughed with her clear laugh.
« It's for a school project ! » Mike said to the passersby to give them an excuse. « What ? » He continued when he saw three beautiful girls stopping to look at them. « We were just practicing the waltz ! »
« A waltz ?! » Exclaimed Kevin, widening his eyes
« Holly ! » Mike finished, positioning himself correctly to dance. « One two Three. One two Three... »
Mya cried laughing in front of this scene and walked quickly towards them since they had taken a step ahead of her.
« But what are you doing ? » Kevin got mad by stopping his teammate. « We're not dancing the waltz ! »
« A foxtrot ?! » Mike continued, taking up his dance steps. Kevin stopped him a second time.
« Mike ! » Kevin said, raising his voice. « Just come on ! »
They finally arrived in the shops where Mya took care of everything. They both wanted to carry the shopping bags, and so Mya let them go.
« That's it ! That's it ! » Kevin said when he saw that he and Mike were managing not to make a disaster. « Hold on, one second. Let me put this change in my pocket. »
« No no ! » Mya had rushed to him but his money had already gone. She rubbed her face with an expression of pain that turned into exasperation when she saw them on the floor again.
« I'm sorry ! » Kevin moaned as he watched Mike still on the floor
« Forget it. » Mike answered after sighing. « We have bigger things to worry about.. » He sat down. « Like how we're gonna get these things home anyway. »
« Maybe you could use a cart ? » Mya said, leaning on the so-called carts.
« Good idea ! » Exclaimed Mike, getting up and settling in the cart Mya had just taken. She let Kevin push him and preferred to walk next to them.
« You know Mike ? » Kevin started, breathless. All three of them were on a big slope that they had to walk on feet and Kevin was the one who suffered the most because they had to push the cart where Mike was sitting with the groceries. « I gotta say... » He was cut by the green ranger
« If you gonna ask to switch places, forget it ! » Mike told him quietly
« Mike ! Mya said in a warning voice
« No ! » Kevin began, all perspiring. « I was just gonna tell you how impressed I am with your ideas. You always so creative ! » He finished remembering the waltz earlier in the afternoon.
« Oh ! » Mike wondered, surprised by his statement. « I have to be ! I don't have your mad skills. »
« Hey ! Was that a compliment ? » Smiled the blue ranger
« You tricked me ! » Mike smiled, pointing at him.
« Boys ! » Mya smiled too.
Suddenly, at the top of the slope, Kevin stopped to look around.
« What ? » Mike asked, looking around him at the same time as the young woman « What's up ? »
« I drank a lot of juice this morning ... » Kevin started looking at the toilet with hope. Mike crouched in the cart and turned his head to the restroom.
« Oh no ! Tell me you're just kidding me ! » He was horrified as Kevin ran to go, leaving Mya alone. « No, not the bathroom ! »
Meanwhile, on Epoxar's side
« Time to finish setting out the bait ! » The Nighlock said, throwing glue on civilians. He laughed badly. « And my perfect Rangers trap's complete ! »
« So you're the new Nighlock sent to kill the Power Rangers ! » Said a voice dark and cold as ice. « I like the way you do it, but you better give me a little place so that I can lead my own fight ! »
The Nighlock chuckled but nodded anyway.
At home Shiba
The Gap Sensor rang and the other four rangers ran out of the property to fight the Nighlock.
Back to our three friends
« I was thinking of letting me ride for a while but after this little pee stop, there's no way ! » Mike said mockingly as Mya once again laughed. Kevin stopped again with a serious look. Mya, too, had noticed what Kevin had seen. « What ? » Shouted Mike, horrified. « Again ? »
« Look ! » He replied as the green ranger turned to see their teammates running to what was to be Nichlock's position.
« Let's hit it ! » The green ranger said after nodding with Kevin and Mya.
They arrived at a place where passers-by screamed and ran in all directions with a laughing Nighlock.
« Hey Epoxar ! » Antonio shouted to get his attention. « We've got an unfinish business, you and I ! »
« Oh I'll finish you alright ! » The Nighlock replied.
« Wrong Epoxar ! » Emily said angrily. « You've got us mad ! »
« And when we get mad, you get gone ! » Mia finished
« Well then ! Catch me, if you can ! » Laughed Epoxar, laughing.
« You coward, are not getting away this time ! » Antonio shouted running after him like his teammates.
« Yeah ! We're gonna get sticky to you ! » Jayden kept shouting while maintaining the pace of the race.
« Come ooon ! » Epoxar taunted again as the rangers grabbed their feet in Nighlock's glue.
« What gives ? » Mia asked, looking at her feet. She was imitated by her friends.
« We're caught in that glue of his ! » Emily moaned
« He tricked us ! » Antonio swore looking at Jayden
« Sure I did ! » Epoxar said after laughing. « You're litterally fallen into my trap ! Do you have to work hard to being this dense ? Or does it just come naturally ? » And he laughed again. « Now we're quick in the pace ! » And he rerolled glue again on the rangers who found themselves all stuck.
« Mia, can you get off of me ? » Antonio shouted when she was stuck on his back.
« Don't you think I like to ? » Replied the pink ranger dryly. « I'm not doing that on purpose ! »
« Stay calm guys ! » Emily tried to temper her friends.
« Now that's funny ! » Epoxar said, looking at them
« Look ! Kevin said looking at Epoxar and the other rangers, while Mike literally jumped out of the cart and Mya stared at the roof of the building just behind the Nighlock.
« We're the only ones who can stop him now ! » Said Kevin
« But Kev' ! How can we fight like this ? » Mike asked, showing the glue on his wrist. He thought back to the words of the leader of the team.
Look ! I know you guys can pull this off, but first you have to get in sync !
« Kevin ! » Mike started, turning to his friend. « I have to ask you a favor ! »
« What ? » He replied, frowning
« I can't keep up with your technique, you're too good. Would you be willing to lower yourself a nutch ? So we could be in sync ? » Finished the green ranger with hope
« Well, in a situation like this, we really need your creative mind ! » Kevin said, smiling. « I rather follow your lead and match your moves ! Mike, I'm putting my faith in you cause I know you deliver. What do you say ? » He finished quickly.
« Whaou Kevin ! » Mike smiled, flattered by his friend's words. « You are a better guy than I thought ! And yes, that was a compliment ! Now let's do this ! » He finished his speech with a handshake.
« Go ahead without me boys ! » Mya said for the first time in the last few minutes. « I have a problem to solve on my side ! » She finally pointed to a figure on the roof of the building. « Voldemort .. » she finally whispered more softly
« Go ahead ! » Mike nodded with a smirk
« We take care of the Nighlock ! » Kevin finished, nodding before running off with Mike.
« Let's do this, Tom ! » She said in a clear voice running towards the building.
« It's glue and me. I gave you humans ! » Epoxar laughed as the two samurai ran to fight the Nighlock. « I'll glue the whole world together ! » And he hurled his glue on humans again. However, she didn't reach her goal and clung to the cart that the two rangers had sent. « Huh ? »
« Not if we can help it ! » Mike shouted, standing in front of him
« Again ? How dare you interfere with my fun ? » The nighlock said indignantly
« Playtime's over Nighlock ! » Mike shouted with a proud smile
« Ah yeah ? And just who you two jokers ? »
« Watch and see ! » Kevin answered in a quieter voice as he and Mike took out their Samuraizer.
« GO, GO, SAMURAI ! » They shouted together, drawing their respective symbols power. They transformed under the eyes of Epoxar
« Hey, I know you ! »
« It's time to take him down with your technique. » Mike said to Kevin
« Plus your imagination ! » Replied the latter
« Samurai Rangers, ready ! » Shouted the two friends
The Nighlock laughed at them.
« So this is the best joke yet ! Seriously though, you guys are toast ! »
« Keep dreamin' ! » Mike said happily.
« All right, Mike ! » Kevin started. « Let's show him what this team can do ! »
« Follow me ! » Was the answer from the green ranger to whom Kevin answered with a simple « Right ! ».
« You asked for it ! Epoxar shouted, throwing glue at them as they ran towards him.
« Jump ! » Kevin ordered to dodge the glue. What they did while the Nighlock was moaning.
« Fine front kick ! » Mike started looking at Kevin
« To the chest, right ! » The blue ranger ended by kicking the Nighlock.
« One little chorus line kick won't stop me ! » Epoxar shouted as he pulled out his weapon that looked like a giant fork.
« Bashes jams now ! » Mike ordered after avoiding a giant fork attack. « Side kick, you got it ! » Kevin made a circular kick that reached Epoxar in the head. « Now flip me ! » Continued the green ranger after meeting face to face with his teammate to better fight and flip. Mike's flip dragged Kevin into a fall but they rolled to the ground to avoid another attack. They got up quickly. « Fling me up ! » Mike said for Kevin to help him jump up.
« Going up ! » Kevin said, tossing him in the air
« I'm coming down ! » Mike eventually kicked the Nighlock's head a second time. « your turn ! » He ordered Kevin. « Get your kick feet ! ».
« Sounds good ! » Kevin replied, attacking the Nighlock.
« You're thinking what I'm thinking ? » Asked Mike cheerfully
« Windmill ! » The two friends shouted together. Kevin grabbed Mike's arms and whirled around him three times to hit the monster. The latter was put on the ground after two kicks.
« Nice Mike ! » Kevin complimented, turning to the green ranger
« You too Kev' ! Now let's finish this creep ! » Mike said, turning to Epoxar
« Quit dancing around and fight me ! » Epoxar snarled, throwing an attack with lasers
« Dancing ? » Mike asked as they both took out their samurai sword and blocked the laser beams. « Then you don't mind if we cut it ? It's time for this Nighlock's last dance ! You're ready ? »
« Never been more ready for anything ! » Kevin answered him. They started running towards Epoxar with a shout of war
« You better be ready to lose ! » The Nighlock told them but he was hit by the rangers
« Time for a math lesson ! » Mike started, hitting Epoxar with his sword. « With us, 1 plus 1 doesn't equal two ! »
« And it was one more less Nighlock ! » Kevin finished off the attack with Mike ejecting Epoxar far behind with an explosion
« FOREST SPEAR ! » Cried the two rangers, summoning the weapon.
They planted it in the belly of the Nighlock and ejected it in the sky under his cries of supplication.
« And up up in the way with you ! » Mike shouted at him
« Oh no ! » The Nighlock shouted in fear. « I'm stuck ! »
« No ! Now, you're finished ! » Kevin said. « HYDRO BOW ! »
« Ready ? » Mike asked, turning his head to him.
« Fire ! » It was Kevin's only answer.
The Hydro Bow's laser beam hit the Nighlock and blew it up. At the same moment, a sharp cry was heard further.
« What is it ? » Mike asked Kevin looking at him
« I don't know » he replied, rubbing his wrists. Indeed, the death of Epoxar had resulted in the disappearance of all the glue. « Surely a civilian ! We did it Mike ! »
« Yeah, we sure dit it together ! »
« I even think I'm getting the hang of those dance steps ! »
« Now I'm pulling around ! If I can't stick you together, I'll tear you appart ! » The Nighlock shouted as he took his second form
« He is back ! » Said Kevin
« This doesn't look .. » Mike was cut by an attack from the samurai MegaZord . The others were also free of glue and could now resume the fight. « ... Good »
« MegaZord to the rescue ! » Jayden intervened in his super samurai mode. « Thanks for unglueing us guys ! » At the same time he was speaking, the Bull MegaZord was firing the Nighlock with machine-gun fire and the Claw Zord was violently plucking.
« Guys ! Nice one ! » Mike congratulated when the Nighlock fell to the ground.
« You two did a nice job as well ! » Replied the leader of the team.
« Now leave the rest to us ! » Antonio continued, grabbing the Flash Zord. « I'm calling what a serious Zord ! » He opened his Samuraizer and sent out power symbols. « OctoZord, get in the game ! »
« MegaMode power ! » Shouted Jayden and Antonio, respectively activating the Mega-Mode of the BullZord and the OctoZord.
« Bull MegaZord, armed for battle ! » Jayden shouted when the zord had finished assembling
« Claw BattleZord North, ready ! » Antonio said loudly when the Claw Zord and the OctoZord had finished assembling together. « Light Zord, MegaMode power ! » He had also activated Lighty. « Light zord, armed for battle ! »
« You guys just don't know when to give up, do you ?! » The Nighlock moaned. « Well let me give you a hint ! It's right now ! Enough ! » And he attacked.
« Think again Nighlock ! » Jayden said from the cockpit of the Bull. He made him advance towards the enemy who stepped back.
« Not enough, I guess ! » Continued Epoxar. « All right ! You asked for it ! it's time to bring out the big ammo ! » He finished, sending glue that was nevertheless destroyed by the fire of the machine-gun epaulets of the BullZord. The shots hit him too.
« You'll have to do better than that ! » Antonio shouted « Then again, there's no way you can do better than this ! » He had finished showing his Zord. « Octospear, charge ! » He gave the Nighlock two knocks, who dropped one knee on the ground, and Antonio brought the Light Zord. « MegaSpin Attack ! » Lighty touched the Nighlock two more times, and he stepped back in shock.
« BULL DISK ! » Jayden had just started the final attack. « Power up ! Alright ! SHOGUN MODE ! » He had said his last sentence as he pulled out his disk from the ancestors. His armor was armored and he turned to his enemy. « Power of the Ancestors. REVOLVING LASER BLASTER ! » He pointed his weapon at the monster who knew he was going to die and launched his attack. « FIRE ! » The Nighlock exploded under the force of Jayden's attack. The latter turned back to the explosion and said in a clear and cheerful voice : « Samurai Rangers, victory is ours ! ».
They all demorphed themselves by congratulating themselves for the battle they had just won. Jayden tried to find Mya around him but didn't see her and continued on with others.
« I think that Mya is waiting for us at home ! » Emily exclaimed happily, turning to the others.
« I hope so ! We'll have to tell her about our feat ! » Mike laughed as he went back to the groceries they had left him and Kevin in the cart.
Mya's side
The witch gave her teammates a last smile and ran to the black wizard who was watching the Rangers fight. He only noticed her presence when she threw him a cutting spell that narrowly missed him.
« Are you attacking me when my back is turned, Granger ? It's a cowardly gesture, unworthy of a Gryffindor like you ! » He said calmly as he turned around
« I don't get lessons from a snake ! » Mya replied in a voice full of venom. « Besides, if I had wanted to touch you with my spell, I would have done it. I never miss my target ! » She raised her wand, ready for the fight. « What are you doing here, Tom ? »
« You know why I'm here, you idiot ! » Voldemort growled as he approached her. « My most powerful Death Eaters can't bring you to me, so I have to come to you and do the dirty work ! »
« But you won't succeed neither ! »
« I leave you one last chance to join me. » Voldemort shot her a threatening look. « You would become Mistress of Darkness, Empress of the world and wife of Lord Voldemort ! »
« You didn't understand anything, Tom ! » Mya spat it in a snarling, hate-filled tone
« Stop calling me by that stupid muggle name ! » Cried Riddle, grabbing her by the throat
« I will never be a supporter of evil ! » The young Gryffindor answered with difficulty, putting her hands on those of her enemy. « I hate you and your stupid Death Eaters ! I'll make you pay for all the harm you've done around you, all the harm you've done to Harry, Ron and his family, the muggle world and the magical world. I'll make you pay what you did to me, what you did to my parents ! I will destroy you and that day you will regret looking for me ! » She spat on Voldemort's face. « Go to hell Tom ! »
Voldemort screamed in anger and swung her against the edge of the building where she nearly fell. She got up with difficulty, holding her ribs, but fell violently to the floor because of a Cruciatus thrown at her by the dark wizard. She screamed for the first time in pain but still managed to get up, albeit with great difficulty, once the spell stopped. She searched for her wand, which she found on the floor behind the wizard who was already advancing towards her. She began to panic when she remembered that she still had her Samuraizer in her pearls bag. She took it discreetly, finally as far as it was possible, while trying to dodge the rays of spells that Riddle was launching. Several touched her and notched her, but she still managed to find it thanks to the help of a quick Accio. The Samuraizer arrived in her hands and she finally stood up in front of her enemy.
« What are you preparing, little witch ? » Lord Voldemort asked mockingly. « Have you still not understood that you couldn't do anything against me ? »
Mya ignored him and opened his Samuraizer. She avoided a new spell that came in her direction by making a wheel with one hand, and drew a symbol of power.
« POWER SYMBOL, DARKNESS ! »
Voldemort was momentarily blinded, allowing the witch to retrieve her wand and cast a spell on him. However, the wizard quickly resumed his senses and began to attack the girl again. The latter now used wandless spells to defend herself more quickly.
« Do you really believe you are more powerful than me ? » Tom shouted during their fight.
Mya only answered by another spell. She wiped the sweat from her forehead while continuing to avoid the spells of her enemy.
« PROTEGO ! » She shouted to cast the protective spell when she saw she couldn't avoid a black magic spell.
She then created a ball of energy that she sent to Voldemort, but he turned it into a fireball and sent it back. She protected herself by casting a complex spell vaguely resembling the Aguamenti. Mya sighed heavily, which showed Riddle that she was exhausted. Tom smiled wickedly and sent her a spell she couldn't avoid. The spell sent her into the void and she could only grab the edge of a window so as not to fall and die. Thanks to Moody's training, she was able to move to another ledge by jumping up and up to be hidden.

She waited a few minutes to give Voldemort time to go out. She heard, however, his last words.
« I know you're not dead ! I'll find you and I swear on Slytherin that the next time we meet again, it will be for the last battle and I will kill you ! »
She waited a few more moments and apparated to the ground level. She looked at the roof where she no longer saw anyone and turned to leave. Now the adrenaline was coming down and she felt the fatigue and pain of her fight. Her ribs ached badly, her ankle twisted as she dodged a curse, her head pulsed, and she felt the blood flowing through her clothes. She tried to find the rangers but didn't see anyone where their battle had taken place. She sat on the steps of the stairs where the rangers had been trapped earlier and closed her eyes. She felt her strength abandon her. She struggled to her feet and shifted directly to Shiba House, not caring if anyone had seen her. Fortunately, this wasn't the case. She passed the two doors of the residence and found her team in front of the kitchen laughing.
« Jay ... den » she called softly, feeling her eyelids shut.
The leader of the team turned around at the same time as the others and caught up with the woman he loved before she hit her head against the ground. He gave Ji a very worried look and took her to the infirmary, followed by the others. He laid her on a bed and waited patiently for Ji to diagnosis.
« She has two broken ribs, a sprained ankle, multiple hematomas and wounds, and head trauma. » Ji told them darkly
Jayden closed his eyes and turned to Emily who had sat on the bed of the young witch and caressed her forehead.
« Who did this to her ? » She asked, looking at the others
« You are the last ones to have seen her, both of you ! » The pink ranger said, turning to Mike and Kevin
« She went off to fight a wizard who was with the Nighlock » Mike started frowning.
« It seems to me she said it was .. » Kevin's eyes widened as she remembered the name she had used. « We were so happy to get rid of the Nighlock that we completely forgot that she was facing Voldemort ! »
Jayden looked at him somberly before taking a chair and sitting next to the bed.
« I'm going to call Antonio. » Mia said as she left the room.
« I will send a letter to the Order of the Phoenix. » Mentor finished, coming out too, but he was cut by Jayden
« I don't think it's a good idea, Mentor. » He began, looking at him. « We should wait until she wakes up »
Ji frowned but nodded. A few minutes later, Antonio tumbled into the room and headed straight for Mya without asking a question. Mike, Kevin and Emily came out of the infirmary, leaving the two friends together.
« What happened to her ? » Antonio asked gently after a few minutes of silence
« She fought Voldemort » Jayden simply replied, holding Mya's hand
« So that means ... » Antonio smiled. « If she's still alive, that means she killed him ! »
« I don't know, Tonio ... » Jayden sighed, rubbing his face
« Don't worry about her. » He said, putting a hand on his shoulder. « It's a fighter this chica. She will wake up soon »
Indeed, two hours later, Mya began to stir. The two boys looked at each other and called the others who came, running.
« Po ... » the witch whispered softly
« What do you say Mya ? » Emily asked sitting on the bed
« Po ... tions ... » she had opened her eyes painfully but was in pain.
« Kevin, go get her bag of potions in the kitchen next to his cauldron. Now ! » Ji ordered, passing a rag of cold water over the girl's forehead. The latter arrived thirty seconds later.
« What do you need, Mi' ? » Mike asked softly
« Dit ... Dittany .. » Mya blew hard as she sat down
« No effort ! » Ji forbade her as she reached for her Potions bag.
« Here. » Kevin handed her the essence of Dittany. « What else do you need ? »
« Skelegro, please » she said, closing her eyes.
« Here. Another ? » Kevin paid special attention to her.
« One last, Potion for Dreamless Sleep please. » He gave it to her.
Mya put them on her legs and looked at them all uncomfortably. Ji finally seemed to understand and asked everyone to go out. However, Mya grabbed Jayden's hand and gently asked him to stay. He turned to her once everyone was gone.
« You .. » Mya lowered her head. « Will you help me put Dittany on my wounds, please ? »
« That's not a good idea, Mya » Jayden replied, blushing slightly. « You better ask Mia or Emily. »
« Oh .. I understand. » Mya turned her head, thinking he was ashamed of his body.
« It's not that I don't want Mya. » Jayden said, gently grabbing her chin to look into her eyes. « It's just that ... » He blushed even more and Mya finally understood. She blushed too, and laughed awkwardly. « It's hard enough for me, Mi. Sleeping together is one thing but seeing you like that, half ... »
« I understand, don't worry » the witch cut him off. The latter, still red, smiled and kissed her cheek.
Jayden also smiled and got up to leave. He called Emily who arrived directly. Emily smiled at Mya and started to help her heal.
