Vladimir J. Russell is a koala-like alien who is a Russian assassin and the first recruited member of the Hall of Injustice. He's from Moscow, Russia, Europe X and he's the sympathetic archnemesis of his younger twin brother, Seth. He was formerly part of the Soviet Union. He's 37 years old, 2 feet and 11 inches tall and weighs 85 pounds. He has red fur, four arms, a mahogany nose, black claws, toes, the tips of his two bent antennae, ears and back markings, a light tan/pinkish-orange stomach from his chin down and around his eyes, crimson markings on the back of his head and on his back, stubby yellow teeth, long frilly rabbit-like ears with light violet inside on the sides of his head, a bear-like tail, three spines on his back and widely-spaced canine toes. He wears a sangria duffle coat with a small Russian flag on the top part of his left sleeve, sangria pants and sangria business shoes. He has the same voice of the Riddler from Batman: The Animated Series. He's very intelligent, cunning, arrogant, independent, sly, sensitive, mature, and diabolically sympathetic and pleasant. He possesses a genius-level intellect, enhanced durability, endurance, senses, stealth, and longevity, immortality, invulnerability, electromagnetic/infrared/telescopic/night vision, agelessness, the ability to speak and understand all European languages, an immunity to fire and electricity, a resistance to toxins, and space-survivability. He's mastered in marksmanship, hand-to-hand combat and he's an expert in martial arts. He owns four black colt python pistol guns. He also owns a black AMC Gremlin with James Bond-like gadgets. He appears to be the nicest and one of the most intelligent members of the Hall of Injustice.
