"WHAT? Iida has quit?" Nemuri asked in shock as Cementoss nodded his head.

"He told me there were family troubles that he needed to attend to."

Nemuri bit her thumb in worry before sighing, knowing how important one's family was before raising her whip.

"Do to a situation, Tenya Iida has dropped out of the tournament. Therefore, whoever wins this next match will face Melissa in the Final Round!"

The Hero Class all looked at each other. Ibara was most worried since she was right there when Iida checked his phone and saw the message of his brother being crippled. The saintly girl held her hands in prayer that Iida would be alright.

"Will Iida be okay?" Toga asked as Izuku bit his lip, unsure of how to respond to his friend. The Hero Class couldn't think about that right now since it was now time for the second-to-final match between Katsumi and either Shoko or Hana.

A figure stepped out into the sunlight and everyone watched with bated breath...to see Shoko standing there.

"Hana Shimura forfeited. She wants me to progress forward." The Heterochromatic girl said as she stepped onto the stadium calmly while Katsumi grinned, baring her fanged teeth while cracking her neck back and forth.

"Alright, Two-Face! Show me everything you got, don't hold back!"

Shoko simply grunted in response and slammed her right palm down on the ground, creating a large wave of ice spikes that Katsumi almost immediately destroyed with a mighty explosion from her hands.

"Come on! Ice is only good after so long! Why not use that fire like you did with Hana-Chan!" Katsumi barked as she ran forward. Shoko paused, a conflicted look on her face as Katsumi stopped when she noticed.

"I don't know..."

"Don't tell me you're pussying out now!" Katsumi snapped before standing still with a cold glare, refusing to move.

"I'm not making a single fucking move until you use that fire. Don't even try using your ice either because then I'll have to smash it."

Shoko looked at her left hand and felt the warmth radiating off her palm before closing it. With a deep breath, she ignited her fist with billowing flames as Katsumi grinned proudly and got back into her fighting stance.

"Now we're talkin'!"

Shoko rushed forward, throwing a fiery punch that Katsumi barely managed to move out of the way from. The ashen blonde then clenched her fist and punched the scarred girl in the stomach, exhuming an explosion at the apex of the hit to blast Shoko back.

Thinking quickly, Shoko twisted in the air and formed a cushion of ice with her right hand to stop herself from falling out of bounds. She then slid on the cushion and jumped into the air before blasting a stream of fire from her left hand. Katsumi grinned and jumped back before running when Shoko began moving the fire stream to chase after her.

"Things are really heating up now, folks!" Oboro exclaimed as the crowd watched in anticipation. As for the Hero Students, they were all on different sides on which of their classmates they wanted to win.

"I'm voting for Kaachan!" Toga squeaked while glaring at Momo, who huffed with her arms folded.

"Well, I believe Todoroki has the higher ground currently, Himiko. Katsumi doesn't have-" The Yaoyorozu Heiress was interrupted when Katsumi launched herself with an explosion and gave Shoko a solid punch across the jaw, sending her spiraling to the ground.

"You were saying?" Mina said evilly as she and Toga leaned on either side of Momo, who began biting her thumb nervously.

"SHOW HER HOW MANLY YOU ARE, KAACHAN!" Eiko cheered as she and Tetsutetsu punched their fists excitedly in the air. Back in the arena, Katsumi was busy waiting for Shoko to get up after the decisive blow she had given her.

"Come on, Two-Face! Don't tell me that's all you got!"

Shoko got up and adjusted her jaw, wincing at the crunch that echoed. She then glared towards her rival as frost began emitting from her right side, creating cold air before her left hand slowly began rising in temperature.

"This was a spur of the moment move when me and Hana-chan fought...but now, I think I've got a new trump card..." Shoko thought as the cold air she was exhuming expanded the flames she began generating until she was surrounded by a giant ball of white-hot fire. Katsumi grinned before jumping back with her explosions and twisting her body.

"YOU'RE NOT THE ONLY ONE WITH A FINISHING MOVE!"

Spinning around, Katsumi began exhuming explosions until she basically transformed into a fiery drill that dashed towards Shoko, who held her hands out and forced the combined energy she was amassing to shoot forward.

"HOWITZER IMPACT!"

"FLASHFREEZE HEATWAVE!"

*BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM*

Everyone held onto their seats as best they could from the resulting explosion. Cementoss created a barrier of cement to protect everyone as Nemuri quickly wiped away the dust after the noise had passed. She then saw both Shoko and Katsumi on the ground, burns littering their bodies and their gym uniforms slightly singed.

"Amazing those two didn't kill each other..." The 18+ Heroine muttered as she checked both their pulses before sighing, seeing as how they were in no condition to keep on fighting, she raised her whip.

"Katsumi Bakugou and Shoko Todoroki have knocked each other out! At this point, we'll have to just cancel this tournament so the kids won't keep trying to kill each other!"

The crowd murmured in disappointment but also understanding as they dispersed. Melissa sighed, peeved that she wouldn't be able to face off against either Katsumi or Shoko.

Meanwhile, Ochako was looking at the card given to her by Batman and sighed before seeing Hana sit down next to her with a smile.

"What did I miss?"

"Do you have the time?"

After Katsumi and Shoko were treated by Recovery Girl, it was decided to end the finals right then and there to prevent further risk of harm. Katsumi was pretty pissed off at that fact, so much so that she had to be chained to a pole with a metal muzzle as she and Shoko shared 2nd place. Melissa sat uncomfortably on the 1st place podium while Izuku sat on the 3rd place podium, feeling proud of himself for having made it so far.

Nemuri stepped up to the winner's podium with a fist to her hips. "Alright, it's time for the Award Ceremony and only one man is fit enough to present the medals! You probably already know his name so let's give it up for-"

"ALL-MIGHT! I AM HERE, WITH THE MEDALS!" Toshinori shouted, having left the VIP Box and gone into his Hero Mode without Inko's knowledge since he knew she wasn't ready for that info dump yet. As for Nemuri, she pouted at the Symbol of Peace interrupting her but shrugged as the crowds went wild. Toshinori turned to Izuku and smiled as he took out the Bronze Medal.

"Young Midoriya, you have shown power, honor, and humility this day! You may not have placed 1st, but I am proud of how far you've come!"

Izuku smiled before suddenly finding himself in a warm embrace from his mentor. The greenette blushed before suddenly feeling his eyes tear up as he hugged Toshinori back. Since his biological father died before he was even born, this was the first time he had ever received any sort of fatherly affection.

After breaking away, Toshinori headed to Katsumi and Shoko with a pair of Silver Medals.

"Young Bakugou, Young Todoroki. Words cannot express how proud I am of you both as well. You both pushed beyond your limits and showed honor and respect towards each other and your opponents."

Katsumi growled from her metal muzzle while Shoko nodded softly. Suddenly, they both were hugged just like Izuku was and both blushed, Katsumi relaxing in her restraints while Shoko felt her heart beat faster. In the stands, Endeavor scowled as his flames flared up slightly at the sight of his rival hugging his youngest child.

Finally, Toshinori turned to Melissa and was about to hand her the Gold Medal when she gently pushed it away. "No, Uncle Might...I can't take this."

"Why not?"

"It's not fair. Katsumi and Shoko fought so hard and then they have to be disqualified because it would dangerous to them? The people are just worried because I'm Quirkless and wouldn't stand a chance against them, even with my armor. I think the Gold Medal should go to both of them...they're much stronger than me."

With that said, Melissa stepped off the 1st Place podium and left as everyone watched her leave with worry. Katsumi angrily burst free from her restraints and took off her muzzle and sighed.

"Give the Gold to Two-Face. I don't want it, either. 1st Place means nothing if I didn't earn it."

"I...actually don't want it either. In all honesty, I don't think anyone truly won 1st place today."

Izuku watched as his childhood friend and the youngest Todoroki left their stand before looking at Nemuri and Toshinori.

"Such humbleness from our next generation. They will truly be the next flames to light the torch of tomorrow!"

"Indeed, Midnight! But now, it's time to end this Sports Festival off with some parting words!"

"PLUS ULTRA!"

"GREAT WORK!"

The crowd immediately got peeved and yelled at Toshinori that it was a perfect Plus Ultra moment. Toshinori fumbled apologies as Izuku and Nemuri looked at each other and laughed.

Melissa walked through the halls out of the main stadium before suddenly feeling a pair of arms wrap around her waist and a soft face nestle into her back. Blushing, she could only guess one person with this level of affection.

"Hatsume?"

"I think you were amazing."

The blonde blushed and smiled, both girls opting to stand in each other's warm presence. All in all, today ended pretty well, all things considering.

Ochako looked once more at the card Batman had given her and sighed before pocketing it. She knew this was the only way to find her parents and rescue them from the Joker. She noticed Izuku walking in and smiled as she headed over to him.

"Hey, Deku, congratulations on placing 3rd."

Izuku smiled as Hana ran in, waving her hand before stopping. "Hey! Don't forget about me!"

The three laughed and decided to head off and get Dinner together. As they made their way out, a large car drove in and Yuu rolled down the windows.

"Get in, losers, we're getting Red Robins!"

The three teens beamed and rushed into the car, squeezing in with Izuku's Pro Hero siblings as they drove off to cap off the day.

I hope this ended satisfyingly enough for you. I also wanted to add a bit of Honor into the fray, especially since Melissa didn't get to have a proper Finals Match with either Katsumi or Shoko.

Now, the Internship Arc shall begin in the next chapter with everyone's favorite part: HERO NAMES!

POINTERS

-Todoroki is much more willing to use her fire in her fight with Bakugou here.

-The Sports Festival ends early due to not wishing to risk the student's health.
