This will be the meeting with Gran Torino as well as a glimpse at some of the Hero Classes Internships

Izuku and Toshinori had made it to the apartment complex with the address of the one who trained the latter, 'Gran Torino'. Izuku was feeling rather nervous since if what his mentor said was true, this man was not one to pull punches when teaching.

"Well, here we are."

Izuku gulped as he and Toshinori stopped in front of an apartment door. Nervously reaching his shaky hands for the knob, Izuku twisted and slowly pushed open the door to find the room was pitch black. He and Toshinori took a single step inside...

...And saw a short old man laying on the ground in a pool of blood.

"OH MY GOD, HE'S DEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD!"

Toshinori winced but he knew the truth. "Sensei, it's me, Toshi. Cut that out."

Suddenly, the old man lifted up his head, revealing himself to be wearing a black domino mask. "I am alive!"

"He is alive!" Izuku breathed out in relief. Toshinori sighed as he stepped in and when the old man saw him, he immediately zipped towards him, leaving a bolt of yellow air that seemed to emit from his feet as he punched the skeletal man in the gut.

"5years...it's been 5 CONSARNED YEARS SINCE YOU LAST CALLED, TOSHI! WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN SO BUSY THAT YOU NEEDED TO KEEP ME IN THE DARK?!" The old man barked angrily as Izuku looked in shock while Toshinori coughed up some blood and the old man looked shocked.

"Crap, I forgot...damn, I'm sorry, Toshi."

Toshinori gave the old man a weak smile in response. "No, it's fine, Sensei. It was selfish of me to distance myself from you for so long..."

The old man sighed before suddenly giving Toshinori a hug, which the skeletal blonde returned. "I missed you, brat."

"I missed you too, Sensei. If only Nana were here with us..."

"Yeah, I know..."

Izuku, while loving the touching scene before him, awkwardly coughed to get both men's attention as they turned to him. Toshinori immediately straightened himself up as he walked over to his successor and placed a hand on his shoulder.

"Sensei, this is my chosen successor, Izuku Midoriya. Midoriya, my boy, this is my old mentor, Sorahiko Torino, or as you can call him; Gran Torino."

The old man smirked as he walked around Izuku, inspecting him from head to toe before looking up to Toshinori with a serious expression.

"A little on the skinny side, but he's developed some lean muscle on him. I can see you trained him to the best of your abilities?"

Toshinori nodded. "Indeed! We had him build up his muscle mass by cleaning up Dagobah Beach!"

Gran Torino just gave a chuckle before procuring a wooden cane from nowhere and clonking his former student on the head.

"Ow, Sensei-?!"

"Good, but not good enough! While it was a good idea to help him build up muscle, you haven't properly taught him how to harness OFA to its fullest, have you?!"

Toshinori rubbed the bump on his head awkwardly as he realized his old mentor was right. Gran Torino took that as a 'Yes' and shook his head in disapproval before turning to Izuku with an apologetic look.

"Sorry kid, Toshi never was one to be good at teaching. Looks like I'll have to whip you into shape the old-fashioned way!"

Before Izuku could react, the elderly Hero zipped towards him and so the training began...

Kouji Kouda shyly walked into the wooden shack that was in the woods near the outskirts of Saga. From the address given to him, it was the home base of Nightwolf. When he knocked on the door, nobody answered so the rock-headed boy shyly helped himself inside. Looking around, he saw the shack was very well kept with a small dining room table and a miniature old-fashioned TV and radio.

Smelling smoke, Kouji followed the scent to the backyard of the shack and saw a man in tribal clothes sitting Indian-style by a campfire. The timid boy could only watch in silence, which went for about 5 minutes before the man stood up and turned to him.

"Ah, you are Kouda, the one who accepted my letter? I have been waiting for you."

Kouji awkwardly pointed at himself as the man nodded and placed hands on his sturdy shoulders.

"I am Grey Cloud, but you may call me 'Nightwolf'. I mostly stay out of modern affairs while keeping up the traditons of my people, but I have had many proteges, including the Tribal Hero: Native. When duty calls, I answer it to protect those who cannot protect themselves."

Nightwolf then backed away as he gestured for Kouji to sit by him and then resumed his original sitting position, which Kouji awkwardly copied.

"Your training begins now...Soon, you will know the ways of the Matoka...Anima."

"Man, it is just...SUCH AN HONOR TO MEET YOU!" Sero cried as he bowed stiffly. Hana and Spider-Man just looked at him awkwardly as he stood back up, blushing in embarrassment.

"I don't really see myself as that famous, kid. I mean, I quip, I swing, I kick butt, that's all there is to it."

Hana shook her head as she looked up to the young upstart Hero. "But you're so amazing! You're one of America's greatest Heroes! What made you want to come here to train us?"

Spider-Man rubbed the back of his sheepishly. "Well, Tony Stark called me and told me that it would be good to teach the young'ins some lessons, so I guess I couldn't really say 'No'. Besides, Heroics back in New York was getting kinda stale."

Sero was still vibrating with fanboyish excitement as the Webslinger sweat-dropped while Hana just giggled.

"He's kinda your #1 Fan, he told me that in confidence."

Sero gave the Shimura Survivor a betrayed expression as Spidey chuckled playfully and rubbed both their heads.

"Alright, I'll see if I can show you kid's as many ropes as I can. After all, I got a little buddy named Miles who's taking care of things back in America, so I got plenty of time here for right now."

"ALRIGHT!" Sero cheered like a kid who was told he had received a lifetime supply of sweets. Hana laughed while Spidey smiled behind his mask. He had a feeling these two were special and that their internship with him was going to be something else entirely.

Deli walked into an alleyway that was in the Kyoto prefecture. She looked around, wondering when her chosen Hero Mentor would show up before she felt an electric presence behind her.

"So, you showed up. Gotta admit kid, you got spirit for wanting to choose me."

Deli turned around to see one of her all-time favorite Heroes. A man that her father, Electroplant, held in high regard. A man who she hoped could teach her how to further evolve the workings of her Quirk. A man once labeled as a criminal who then became one of the few Heroes who could rival All-Might in sheer power. This was the Conduit Hero: Cole MacGrath.

"So, you have problems with your electricity. Come with me, My pals Zeke and Kuo are busy back at our shack, they'll be happy to meet you, girl."

When he offered his hand, Deli felt unsure but soon smiled and took it, feeling a vibrating sense of warmth, as if she had found the right person to call her mentor. Without another word, the duo headed off to the secret area Cole and his friends lived in, away from prying eyes.

Ochako huffed as she rolled across the floor. No sooner had she gotten to Batman's secret extra Batcave in Hosu did she immediately get thrown into training. The Caped Crusader was relentless and despite not having a Quirk to call his own, it was like he was already a superhuman. Ochako could barely keep up and whenever she thought she could touch him and render him helpless, he caught her by surprise with clever movements.

"Master Bruce, aren't you getting a little rough?" Said Alfred worriedly as Ochako was given a moment to breathe. Her new mentor looked to the old butler with a stern expression as he walked up to his computer.

"She wants to save her parents from Joker, Alfred. From my statistics, he's residing in, which is a good thing that I had a reserve Batcave placed here."

"Y-You plan...a lot of stuff...ahead of time...huh?" Ochako gasped as Batman turned to her with a small smirk.

"Don't you know it?"

Alfred coughed as he helped Ochako to her feet before heading over to a small elevator. "I believe Ms. Uraraka would like some tea and cookies to get her more settled in?"

Batman gave a grunt as Alfred and Ochako went into the elevator and after a brief moment, they were in a small apartment room with a modest kitchen, bathroom, and two beds with a large TV and couch.

"Master Bruce took ownership of this piece of land several years ago, saving it from becoming a toxic waste dump in the process and providing homes for the people. Nobody knows this apartment complex holds a secret reserve Batcave for whenever the Batman needs to do his work in Japan."

Ochako was a bit confused about why Alfred called Batman 'Master Bruce' but then remembered that in the Pro Hero Business, the Heroes were inclined to know each other's secret identities and since she was a Hero-in-Training, the same principle applied to her.

"So, are you Batman's sidekick?"

"Not really, my dear. You could, however, say that I... 'trained' the Batman." Alfred responded with a small witty smirk as Ochako's eyes widened in amazement before a plate with a teapot full of tea, a cup and a plate of chocolate chunk cookies were all laid out for her.

"Considering that Master Bruce is going to work you to the bone, I feel it's only fitting that I provide you the small comforts, Ms. Uraraka."

Ochako smiled as she took a cookie and bit into it as Alfred poured her a cup of tea. "Thanks!"

For the past few hours, Izuku had been moving faster than he had ever thought he could move to keep up with Gran Torino and his insane speed. From what he learned, the old Heroes Quirk was [Jet] and it gave him special propulsions in his feet that allowed him to zip around at high-speeds. However, using the Quirk required him to use his breath, but the old Hero was skilled enough to harness his breathing almost perfectly in order to keep moving around.

Toshinori watched his old mentor and his successor clashing against each other. Izuku had to think on the fly in order to counter some of Sorahiko's attacks. From forming shields of water from the nearby sink to manipulating the wood in the tables and chairs to form blunt weapons to counter, the boy was surely a fast learner but the true important lesson was in figuring out how to manage OFA.

Soon, Gran Torino stopped. "You sure are a fast thinker, kid. Is that your original Quirk?"

Izuku nodded as he concentrated and fixed the wood back onto the tables and chairs, flawlessly restoring them to normal. "Yeah, I can manipulate the elements and their sub-elements to my advantage. I can only focus on one element at a time but I've been learning how to switch control on the fly and I'm planning on finding a way to harness two elements at once!"

Gran Torino chuckled in response as he sat at the table. "Well, you seem to have good knowledge of your Quirk, but the real matter lies in OFA. However, we can worry about that later. You still have a few days here to learn from me after all and I guess Toshi can stay too, he needs to learn how to be a proper teacher, after all."

Toshinori mumbled in embarrassment as he joined his old mentor at the table.

"Now, for your first official lesson here; make us both Lunch!"

All Izuku could say in response to that shockingly simple request was one thing.

"Wut?"

Yeah, I'm not gonna be focusing on everyone. Otherwise, that would take too long. I will focus on certain moments in their training on the occasion, but I don't think this Arc will be very long, so I'll try to make the bits included count.

POINTERS

-Toshinori joins Izuku as he trains with Gran Torino because I think it would be good if the old hero helped his former pupil learn how to be a better teacher, don't you think?

-Kaminari's Dad in this fic is Electroplant, a Pro Hero who made a cameo in the My Hero Academia: Two Heroes Movie.

-Yeah, considering Cole MacGrath's potential in the original InFamous games, it would stand to reason that he would be one of All-Might's potential equals.

-Spidey is gonna be a bit of a lax mentor to Sero and Hana but he'll do his best to make sure they're still learning from one of the greats.

-Should I put in a Stan Lee Cameo?
