Instead of writing Wendy vs Sherria I'm going to be writing Cruz Vs Erza.

CHAPTER TWENTY-FOUR: DAY 3: CRUZ VS ERZA

"Let's move on to our fourth match, the last match of the day-kabo!" Mato said. "From Fairy Tail Team A, Erza Scarlet!" Chapati announced. Erza pays close attention when she hears her name being called.

"Versus Cruz Santos of Raven's Moon Team A!" Chapati finished.

"Hold on, what?!" Cruz exclaimed.

"Good luck, Cruz!" Casey said.

"Win for us, all right?" Claire added.

"You guys do realize I'm dead meat, right?" Cruz asked, sweat dropping.

Casey put his arm around his neck. "Don't be like that, Cruz! You have some pretty powerful magic. I mean, you were nominated for S-Class." He said.

Cruz walked out to the arena, holding his magic weapon in his right hand. "I know I said I wanted to battle her... But I don't know if I'll survive this..." He thought.

He ended up meeting up with Erza in the arena. "I would just like to say, it's an honor to fight you, Titania..." Cruz said. Erza just nodded at him. "Alright, the final match of day three!" The sound of the gong came. "Begin!" Mato shouted.

"Requip!" Erza shouted as she changed into her Heaven's Wheel Armor. "Dance, my blades!" The swords were in a circle as they began spinning rapidly and headed towards Cruz. However, he was able to dodge it just in time.

"Summon the Monarchs Saber!" Cruz yelled. A portal opened next to him as it summoned a fancy looking sliver saber that was slightly curved upwards with a bronze hilt.

Cruz quickly headed towards Erza at high speed. "He's fast!" Erza thinks to herself. Cruz slashed her armor with his sword as Erza's armor disappeared.

"Holy crap that guy just destroyed Erza's armor!" Natsu exclaimed.

"I'd say he's on the same level of power as Erza." Gray added.

Cruz's sword disappeared as he waited for Erza to make the next move. "Requip!" Erza shouted as she changed into her Black Wing Armor. She headed straight towards him.

"Summon the Spanish Rapier!" On his right hand, a portal opened revealing a light weight rapier sword that is a gray color. The handle contained a gold color and shaped into a crown. He slashed the air and walked into a portal just in time. Cruz appeared behind Erza and attacked her, destroying her Black Wing Armor.

"Go, Cruz!" Casey cheered.

"He's really something, isn't he?" Claire added.

"You bet he is." Vivi agreed.

Erza breathed heavily as she changed into her Clear Heart Clothing. She pointed her sword towards Cruz. "Oh? I see how you want it..." Cruz muttered.

"Summon the Flashy Shotel!" Cruz opened a portal which summoned a pair of steel shotel swords in both of his hands.

Cruz and Erza headed straight for each other as they began battling, clashing their swords together. This went on what seemed like forever until the gong rang throughout the arena.

"And so... time has run out!" Chapati announced. Cruz and Erza were breathing heavily. "The match is over and it's a draw! Both teams recieve 5 points!"

"Well, it's better than losing." Casey said, sighing.

"This just proves that he's equally powered with Erza." Vivi pointed out.

Cruz walked up to Erza and held out his hand. Erza took it and Cruz helped her up. "Good match. You're quite an impressive wizard." Cruz complimented.

"I could say the same about you." Erza told him.

"Let's be friends. Okay, Erza?" Cruz suggested.

"Yeah." Erza agreed, shaking hands with him.

After...

"Whoa! Who knew Curtis' father was so powerful back in the day?!" Sean exclaimed as he and his friends were following the crowd out of the Grand Magic Games. "Tell me about it, wish that I could've met him." Samantha added.

"Didn't he use his most powerful spell to save Master Casey back in the war with Alvarez?" Ryland asked.

"Yeah. Curtis still blames Dad for it. For not doing something to stop him from doing that spell." Sean replied.

Ryland scoffed. "What a dick." He muttered.

"Will you two stop talking about the Games? We have to figure out how to get back to our time!" Vicki shouted. Sean and Ryland hugged each other.

"S-Sorry, ma'am!" Sean and Ryland said in unison.

"So scary...!"

Samantha thought for a moment. "Can't we just accept the fact that we were sent to this time for a reason, Vicki?" She asked.

"I guess. It still doesn't make any sense though. Why would we be sent to this specific time?" Vicki questioned.

"According to Dad, nothing happened after the Grand Magic Games. He just told us that Raven's Moon ended up winning because Sting surrendered and they went back to Night Shade to celebrate their victory." Sean stated.

"And then your Dad became the new guild master." Ryland added.

Samantha finally realized something. "What if it's something that's going to happen? What if someone comes and tries to mess with the timeline?" She suggested.

"Now that you mention it, that does make a whole lot of sense." Ryland stated.

"What would mess up the timeline though?" Sean asked.

"That, Sean, is exactly what we need to find out." Vicki replied.
