Chapter 20: The Second Third Honkai Impact…or is it the Third Second?
U-1146 smiled as he walked home after teaching his class at Saint Shimizu. Everything had been normal for three months now. Thankfully, the third cancer cell—now officially known as the Cancer Cell of the Void, or CCOV—had not been giving him any trouble. Then, he abruptly noticed that something was wrong. The Honkai Energy concentration was too high. He took out his Honkai Detector. Whoa! 1000 HW (Honkai Welt)! Was there a germ invasion nearby or something? Strangely enough, his receptor didn't react. It must be malfunctioning. He took it off his cap and fidgeted with it nervously. The detector now read 2000 HW. 3000. 4000. 5000. 6000. U-1146 grew more and more uncomfortable. How could the concentration be this high? It only reached these levels when an extremely powerful cancer cell was close by! He scanned the surrounding area, but there was nobody there. Then, it dawned on him. He was the cancer cell. No. No, no, no, no, no, no. This can't be happening again. He looked down at his uniform, which was turning as black as the dark abyss. A pair of obsidian colored wings sprouted from his back without warning. An explosion of Honkai Energy shook the world. The Cancer Cell of the Void was reborn anew.
Helper T Cell sighed and shook his head as he stared at the monitor.
"Regulatory T Cell, do you find it strange that the more powerful a cancer cell is, the more pathetic he is?"
"Yes, Commander. That poor neutrophil U-1146 must be screaming in pain right now."
