Elsa was snapped out of her haze after turning to her relief by a knock at the door.

"Elsa?" Anna's voice was so quiet she almost couldn't hear it.

"Just a moment, Anna!" Elsa tried hard to keep her own voice from shaking and giving her secrets away. She quickly and quietly cleaned up before answering the door.

Anna stood there, fiddling with her hands and looking down.

"Anna? Is everything ok?"

"Well we...I mean I was just wondering...would you like to join us ...for game night?" She stumbled out.

Elsa knew the reason for her sister's odd behavior. Anna still held tight to the fear of being shut out and abandoned. She feared that Elsa would even say no to this simple request; and she had every right to have that fear after the past few months. It broke Elsa's heart.

"Of course, Anna. I'd love to."

The younger girl's face immediately lit up as she pulled her sister into a hug. Elsa attempted to hide the wince as Anna pulled her hurt arm, leading her down the hall.

When reaching the family room, she saw Kristoff, Olaf, and (surprisingly) Sven waiting for them.

Elsa smiled slightly as she saw Sven was apparently the time and score keeper. She joined Kristoff, Olaf, and Anna on the couch.

"Ok!" Anna clapped her hands together to get everyone's attention. "The name of the game is charades and the point is to act out and guess what the person is acting out. I hope you all brought your A game."

Elsa and Kristoff looked at each other and smiled over Anna's enthusiasm. Elsa quickly realized that she was not good at family game night. She remained quiet instead of guessing; unsure and insecure. When it was finally her turn to act it out she tried to pass, but Anna's sad pout and begging made her at least want to try. She realized that she stood up too quickly and all of a sudden the room was spinning and her whole body felt like it was full of lead. As she tried to walk forward, everything went black.

She awoke to Kristoff, Anna, Sven, and Olaf staring down at her concerned. She noticed Anna's eyes were glistening with tears. As Elsa tried to force herself back to consciousness, she was engulfed in a tight hug.

"Elsa..." relief was clear in Anna's voice (as well as fear).

"Hey...I'm so sorry, I don't know what happened. I must have just stood up too quickly." Anna gave her a look that made Elsa's blood run cold. She knew that Elsa was lying. Elsa tried to get back up but was immediately stopped by Anna and Kristoff.

"Nuh uh. Kristoff will help carry you to bed...don't even try to get up." Anna was firm and Elsa knew better than to argue. Kristoff leaned down and Elsa relented and allowed him to carry her. She felt ridiculous and pathetic. Kristoff couldn't help but notice just how light she felt. Even with Kristoff carrying her; Elsa focused with all of her might to keep from fainting again. All three of them went straight to Anna's room. As Kristoff helped her get comfortable in bed, Anna was by her side immediately.

"What else can I do for you?" Kristoff asked gently. Elsa remained silent, still embarrassed by the whole situation and feeling guilty for ruining game night.

"Nothing right now, thank you. May I have a moment to speak with my sister?" Anna asked. Kristoff kissed the top of her head as he left the room.

"Elsa, I'm here for you too." he stated before crossing threshold.

Elsa continued looking down and ringing her hands. She couldn't do this. She couldn't face this.

"Elsa. Look at me." Anna's voice sounded firm and determined. Elsa barely looked up and tried to avoid eye contact.

"No, Elsa...look at me." Despite all of her desire to look away, Anna searched for her eyes and remained silent until Elsa relented and looked at her.

"Els...what's going on? I thought things were getting better? What happened?" Elsa swallowed hard. "You are eating...but you look thinner and sicker than I have ever seen you. When you were laying there ...I thought...I..." Anna didn't want to finish her statement, and she didn't have to. Elsa knew exactly what she had been thinking.

"I'm so sorry." she finally whispered out.

"No." Elsa looked up, shocked at that response.

"No more sorries, Elsa. Talk. To. Me." Unconsciously, Elsa began to bite her lip and pick at her sleeve at the spot where she had cut earlier than evening. Anna noticed and grabbed her hand.

"Elsa, let me see your arm." The older girl simply remained silent and still. "Elsa."
She reluctantly and slowly put her arm out and Anna raised the sleeve cautiously.

"Oh, Els…." Not only did she noticed quite a few more marks than she had seen previously, she also noticed the fresh wounds that looked as if they had been done just that evening. Anna also noticed just how thin her sister's arms looked without the covering of heavy clothes.

"Elsa...you are so frail. What happened? Are you sick?"

"I…" this was the last conversation she wanted to have. She was shamed, embarrassed, and afraid to tell Anna the reason behind her weight loss. Anna simply sat silent waiting for her to continue.

"Whenever I eat...I ...get rid of it after."

"What ...?" slowly, the realization hit Anna of what exactly Elsa meant by that. "Wait...that night. When I dreamed you got sick...you made yourself, didn't you?"

Elsa looked down and nodded. She braced herself for Anna to scold and berate her. Instead, she was engulfed in a hug as Anna threw herself at her older sister.

"Oh, Elsa. I'm so sorry. I love you so much. Please don't do this. I can't lose you. Not again. Please." Anna held so tightly, as if she was afraid Elsa would disappear right there in front of her. Elsa hugged back, as tight as her strength would allow.

"Why, Elsa?"

"I'm sorry...I don't know. I… I don't know if I can stop." Elsa buried her face in Anna's shoulder, trying to hide the tears.

"You can, Elsa. I believe in you. But you can't do it alone. You can't keep running. You can't keep hiding. You have to be honest. Please."

Elsa nodded, continuing to hold tight. Anna pulled back in order to look her in the eyes.

"And you have to stop. Please...you are killing yourself. Elsa...I can't lose you." Anna repeated, her eyes pleading and her voice quivering, trying so hard to hold back the tears.

"Together, Elsa. We'll get through this... together."

Elsa nodded and fell into Anna's arms, hugging tightly.
