CHAPTER TWENTY-FIVE: DAY 4: NAVAL BATTLE

Raven's Moon Team A's inn...

Casey was looking out into the night sky. When Sakura walked up to him and hugged him from behind. "What are you doing up?" She asked. Casey turned around so that Sakura could embrace him easier. "Couldn't sleep." He replied.

Sakura leaned her head on his chest as she calmly heard his heartbeat. "You know, Casey. You'll be a great guild master." She stated.

"Where is this coming from?" Casey asked, chuckling a little.

"It's just a thought that I had." Sakura replied.

"Have you been feeling all right?" Casey asked.

"Hmm? What do you mean?" Sakura answered.

"Razi was mentioning that you were spacing out today. Is something bothering you?" Casey asked worriedly.

And that's what Sakura hated. She hated worrying him. "No. Nothing's wrong. I just had a bad dream last night. That's all."

Casey looked like he didn't believe her, but didn't push her any further, knowing that if she wanted to talk to him about it, she would.

A large sphere of water appeared in the arena. "Day four of the Grand Magic Games! In just a moment, today's competition will begin! The name of the competition is Naval Battle! In other words, a sea battle!" Chapati announced. "Any player who leaves the sphere is out! The last person to remain in the sphere is the winner!"

Suddenly, splashes of water were heard as Chapati announced the girls from the guilds. Then, Minerva appeared after Juvia. "Sabertooth's Minerva has arrived." Minerva said as the audience cheered.

"There she is... Minerva! Listen to those cheers!" Chapati exclaimed.

"Thank you very much!" Rabian exclaimed.

One by one, the girls were all pushed out of the sphere by Juvia. Except Lucy, Minerva, and Sakura. Sakura was wearing a red bikini with yellow flame designs at the bottom. Minerva ended up kicking Juvia out of the sphere, leaving only Lucy and Sakura.

"Our lady is a mischievous one. With her magic, she should've been able to get them all out of the sphere in an instant." Sting commented.

"She's already won this." Lector added.

Sakura already knew where this was going. So she decided to take action. "Sorry, Lucy!" She shouted, heading towards Lucy.

"For wha-" Suddenly, Lucy was kicked out of the sphere by Sakura and was on the arena ground.

"For that." Sakura finished for her.

"What the hell?! Why did she kick Lucy out?!" Natsu shouted in anger.

"She's probably trying to keep us from winning." Gray assumed.

"No..." Erza denied his words, making Natsu and Gray look at her. "I think her intentions were good. Just watch..."

Minerva and Sakura were staring at each other. "I see. You kicked that Fairy girl out to save her." Minerva said. "With my magic, I could have you outside of here in a flash, but that would spoil the fun. Try to withstand this, Raven's Moon." Minerva said. Sakura got attacked as she headed for the exit and desparately tried to swim back up.

She finally catches herself at the edge of the sphere. Sakura held onto her arm. "If I lose now... I won't be able to face my guild mates..." She looks up at Minerva. "...Who got me here! I can't betray everyone's feelings! That's why... There's no way I'm gonna give up!"

"What is she doing?!" Snow asked.

"I don't know. But Sakura can't use her magic. She's in water. She's practically at that Saber woman's mercy." Kyle replied.

"Don't let Casey hear you say that." Alexander muttered.

"Wh-What's going on here?! Minerva's attacks have stopped! And just like that... The five minutes are up!" Chapati announced. That's when Minerva started to attack again.

"Sakura!" Casey shouted.

Minerva kept attacking Sakura with her magic as she screamed in pain. "You're arrogant, Raven's Moon! What do you know of us?! We are this world's number one guild! We're Sabertooth!" Sakura flew down towards the exit but Minerva used her magic to appear in front of her.

Then, Minerva kicks her back. Minerva continues punching and kicking her, without using magic as Sakura screams. Casey clenched the railing as ice appeared. "Stop it! You're hurting her!" He shouted.

The Sabertooth team looked over as they snickered. The Raven's Moon team glared back at them. "You guys are gonna pay for this!" They all said in unison.

"Do you know what it means to dis Sabertooth? I'm gonna teach you with her body!" Minerva exclaimed. Mato quickly stopped the competition before it got worse.

"The referee has stopped it! The competition is over! The winner is Minerva! Sabertooth really is strong!" Chapati said as Minerva holds an injured Sakura out of the rink. "Sakura hasn't moved in a while, but is she okay?!"

"Sakura!" Both Raven's Moon Team A and B shouted as they rushed to help their comrade.
