Hey guys, this chapter is fluffy and short. I hope you like it, this won't be the best probably. However, I lost my Great Grandmother this weak. She was the most stubborn woman you would ever know, but also the kindest of hearts. Got to know her for 21 years, and just hope she is finally at peace.
Alexandra smiled softly, Thomas was now five months old; crawling was his favorite pastime. So, under the watchful eyes of his parents he crawled in the throne room. The elite guard were all sitting about on the floor, as they were starting to teach him names.
"Go to Uncle Felix." Alec cooed softly to the boy, who still confused Felix for Demetrius and vice versa. They all watched as Thomas crawled to the dignified Tracker once again.
Demetri sighed. "Alright, let's try an easy one." He suggested. "Go to your Daddy."
Everyone laughed as Thomas indeed had no issue with that one, crawling right to Caius. Who gladly picked up the child, to cradle him close. Alexandra grinned softly, before looking to Aro. He looked a bit envious at the situation, obviously wanting to hold their son. "Is Babbas feeling left out?" She asked softly, gaining a look. "I will take that as a yes." She replied, gently touching his hand as the two had slowly started to get heated in their private rooms once again.
"Do not promise something, you are going to back out later." He warned, as she had been feeling a bit insecure of her body since the birth of her son. She going on runs constantly through the city, trying to lose the baby weight she had gained. Which her mates thought was ridiculous, as she was perfect in their eyes.
Alexandra just smiled at her normally overly excited mate, before moving to sit upon his lap. Nuzzling under his jaw, eyes going to her son and Caius (focusing on her blonde mate) for a split second; before looking to Marcus. She had missed her mates touch, and she wanted them. "We will see." She replied honestly, but kissed Aro's jaw softly.
He nodded his head softly. "I love you, baby. When do you wish to go and see your parents?" As recently she had been mentioning how her mother wanted to meet her grandson.
"Soon." She replied. "They have a right to their grandchildren." Her voice soft, as all three of her mates nodded. "You and I need to discuss that later." She added, looking to Caius.
"We do, and Jane will accompany the two of us as well." He replied, while bouncing Thomas on his lap. The little boy just laughed, and giggled about. "Do you like that Tommy?" He chuckled, as the baby boy continued to clap and laugh.
"Master, Mother?" She whispered in confusion. "Why have you chosen me?" She asked curiously.
The dark haired woman smiled at the blonde female. "Susanna keeps asking about you." She replied, enjoying how the "young" vampire perked up quickly.
"Really?" Jane all but squealed in excitement, which earned chuckles all around.
"Yes, sweet child. Really." Alexandra smiled, standing in time to receive an embrace.
Jane was careful in the embrace, though it was tighter than normal. "Thank you." She kept whispering over and over again, before letting go to dance out of the throne room.
"Where is she going?" Aro wondered aloud.
Alec answered. "She is so excited, she is already going to pack." That caused an eruption of laughter to fill the room.
"That is Jane." Alexandra sighed softly, moving softly to her son. He was not happy to be removed. "Hush, you need to eat, big boy. Then you need to go down for your nap." She told him, kissing his cheek softly.
Marcus and Aro followed after her, as she left. Caius had to discuss something with the rest of the guard. He would join them later once Thomas was asleep. "What is on the menu this afternoon?" Marcus asked making the occasional goofy face to the boy, who laughed.
"Spinach and peaches." She replied softly, as she pulled out the premise baby food she made the other day. The green mixture looked atrocious to her mates, but thankfully due to the added sweetness of the fruit; her son loved it. They only gave him solid food currently during lunch time.
"Still looks awful." Aro grimaced.
Alexandra giggled, as they placed the boy in the highchair and bibbed him. "I know, but better get him eating vegetables early."
Marcus nodded. "You do know, when you go to America. You and Caius won't be going alone." He suddenly stated.
"What?" She asked confused.
Aro nodded his head. "We will make it into a holiday, as we have a vacation home there." He replied simply. "We would all join you."
Marcus eyed her, before his son. "We want to be there, just in case Dillon tries to strike. As we told you, Felix is a lawyer. He will represent you, just fine."
Alexandra smiled softly, as she eyed her two mates. "I love you both." Gently setting the food down for a moment to embrace them. "How did I get so lucky?"
A chuckle came from her calmer mate. "We ask ourselves the same question, every night when we lay next to you."
"Every morning we get to hold you, and kiss you awake." Aro added, while pecking her lips.
She smiled softly. "I love you." She whispered, before going silent. "When we go to America, can we make a stop before coming home?"
"Where?" Aro asked.
"I'd like to visit my brother, grandparents, and great grandmother." She replied simply, and they eyed her in surprise. "Before moving, I would go to the cemetery once every three months."
Marcus nodded softly. "We will be with you." He replied softly, before she went back to feeding Thomas.
Alexandra smiled, as her sons lunch wound up mostly all over his chin and bib like always. "Well you ate more than you did last week." Looking over to Aro softly, before looking back to Thomas. "Would you like your Babbas to give you a bath?"
Aro perked up, and it was still hard to wrap her head around. Just how much the great Volturi leader did and helped out, from changing diapers, burping, he even cleaned up vomit when their son was sick the other week. "Than-"
"Ba-ba."
All three adults turned to the little boy. "Thomas?" Aro spoke.
"Ba-ba." The baby boy replied, which earned him a coo as well as being picked up by the man.
Alexandra was a grinning mess, at this. Turning to Marcus softly who matched her grin. "He is growing up fast."
Aro agreed. "He is, and he is my boy."
"Mini Aro." She giggled in agreement.
"Oh I hope not." Turning they all saw Caius standing there, a look of horror on his face. "One is enough."
"He could always have a baby girl one day, that is both the spitting image and personality." Alexandra replied, earning wider eyes. While Marcus started to laugh, Aro began looking at his mate with delight.
Caius was the one to speak however. "Why did you have to put that image in my head." He cried.
Female Aro. i needed that laugh.
