XXVII: The Crush Part 1
As the Genjutsu fell, Naruto was already moving. He, responded by displacing jutsu the only way he knew…a massive chakra discharge. The discharge rippled out him, messing with the Genin and Chunin in his block along with the civilians as some of them revealed themselves to be Suna and Oto Shinobi. He drew his sword 'Yugao, get ready.' With that wind chakra surged to life and the first of the invaders died.
He looked up; his father needed him. With that a tri-bladed kunai flew through the air, and it peaked above the rooftop; where the Kazekage and Hokage were placed. As he arrived, he sore four of who he had thought themselves to be ANBU; reveal themselves to be Oto Operatives and they instinctively created a Four Flames Pillar Barrier.
Another kunai this one encased in Futon chakra penetrated past one of the pillars and through the roof. His trap was set; all he needed to do was wait. He vanished out of existence and landed on the rooftop. "The stupid piece of trash, isn't getting by the four of us."
Naruto snorted "Care to have a better look?" The Spider-armed shinobi looked and his eyes widened. Before Naruto could strike at them, a second barrier erupted into existence.
"He won't get in." One said.
"He looks like the weak ass Yondaime." Naruto's eyes quickly assessed the situation, however his attention was distracted by Orochimaru's call 'Kuchiyose: Edo Tensei!'
Naruto watched in horror as four coffins began to emerge from the ground. His breathing eased slightly as the third and fourth coffins, shuddered and vanished. He had no idea who was going to be in those; but it was two less people to worry about.
However, the coffins opened revealing "Shodaime…Nidaime…Fuck this." Naruto vanished, swapping places with the kunai, he had thrown. An orb of chakra appeared "RASENGAN!"
Minato, if he were a jonin would have started cursing right now. Here, he was trapped inside two barriers; trapped with Jiraiya-sensei's former teammate and two resurrected former Hokage. "Who are you?" The question came from the Shodaime.
"Namikaze Minato, Shodaime-Sama, Yondaime Hokage." Minato replied calmly. The Nidaime cocked his head "What happened to Saru? Sarutobi Hiruzen, Sandaime Hokage?"
"Died, died sealing the Kyuubi no Kitsune…I would have done it, my sensei stopped me and Sandaime-Sama stopped him."
"I see…You, Yondaime-sama, remind me of Eren."
Minato gulped "Nidaime-sama, my mother said I resembled her father who was called Eren."
The Nidaime, closed his eyes "It is a pleasure to meet my great-great-grandson…I'm sorry for creating this jutsu, for you're about to fight the three of us." Just then the roof exploded, sword dripping in blood held in a reverse grip and a fading orb of chakra.
"Apologies, Father, Lord Hokage…It seems I was needed." Naruto commented.
"No problem; I'm out of my depth…The first two Hokage's; both our relatives and Orochimaru…"
"Father…Who do you fancy taking on…"
"Shodaime's got his Mokuton, Nidaime has…"
"Unprecedented Suiton manipulation and Orochimaru is just a paedophile." Naruto commented causing the Snake Sannin to swell with rage.
The Shodaime, took one step forward and Naruto reacted by throwing a kunai. The Shodaime, effortlessly plucked it out of the air only to realise a second one had soared straight towards Orochimaru. Naruto disappeared in a streak of orange, and Minato in a streak of yellow. "Father-Son, strafing run!" They yelled as Naruto appeared at the Shodaime's feet, futon chakra swirling around his sword and with a quick slash aimed at the Shodaime's feet, the Shodaime jumped only to receive a Rasengan into the back.
Tobirama turned to fight his descendent only to find they had gone, suddenly they re-appeared in front of Orochimaru, who whilst dodging Naruto's sword strike, got clipped by Minato's Rasengan.
"Mokuton: Deep Forest Emergence!" Called Hashirama, catching Naruto off guard. The off balance of Naruto could have become detrimental to his life. However, Tobirama broke a spike that could have impaled the younger blonde, then punted said blonde into the branches.
"Let us see, how well you fare son of the Yondaime." Tobirama stated as he let fly with a barrage of water bullets, pulled from the atmosphere around them.
Naruto responded with a powerful Futon Diatoppa reducing the impacts of the Suiton: Teppodama. Naruto, only just managed to avoid a barrage of kunai; using chakra to enhance his eyesight, he saw faint markings on the kunai. "Nice reflexes, adequate display of chakra control." Tobirama announced suddenly appearing in front of Naruto.
"How the…" Naruto, vanished into the trees before dropping down and ignited a fire blast that caught Hashirama's attention.
"That's an impressive Katon: Goka Mekkyaku!" He commented as his brother was caught in the midst of it.
Hashirama grinned and rushed forwards; the salvo of simple but brutal taijutsu combined with his mokuton, quickly had Naruto on the back foot. Allowing for Tobirama to slowly reassemble.
Meanwhile, Orochimaru was slowly but surely losing his composure. He couldn't land a hit on the bloody Yondaime, and for all the time, he tried to calculate Minato was proceeding to land blow after blow on him. "Kuchiyose: Kusanagi no Tsurugi!" Minato jumped backwards with the reflexed of a scalded cat.
Out of the corner of his eye, he saw his son nearly get skewered by two swords, summoned by the Senju Brothers. "You're dead Namikaze!"
"No, I'm not…Hiraishin Kaminari!"
Naruto was feeling awful, he never knew exactly where he stood in terms of power. But trying to out-muscle his two foes…It was impossible. "You, Namikaze Naruto…are an exceptionally gifted shinobi!" Announced Tobirama, employing his own Hiraishin, to get behind Naruto; only for Minato to appear and drive a Rasengan into the Nidaime's side.
"Naruto, you deal with Orochimaru." Naruto nodded.
"Tou-chan, be…be careful." With that Naruto vanished away. Orochimaru, brought his sword down only for Naruto to block it.
"You…" Orochimaru hissed.
Naruto's eyes hardened and one flickered red "You should be running."
"To your death…You silly boy. When you carved a hole to get to your beloved Hokage…" Naruto shrugged.
"Let's see, they've entered a warzone against two people…Time to see if Oto is as good as you think they are." Naruto, rolled backwards luring Orochimaru towards him; Orochimaru, with sword levelled charged forwards.
"Kage Bunshin no Jutsu! KATON/FUTON: MIDDAY WARMTH!" The twin Naruto's shouted as white hot flames began to gauge the roof into molten ruin and setting alight the flesh of those foolish enough to get close to it.
"Kuchiyose: Hiro!" Naruto yelled as Orochimaru summoned a serpent.
"Your orders, Naruto-san?" Asked the Katana wielding toad.
"Less orders Hiro, more a request. Take care of the serpent and anyone foolish enough to intervene. Hopefully Bunta-sama or other toads will arrive on scene." With that the Toad engaged in combat against the serpent, shaking the unstable roof even more.
"Your son's…unorthodox. Pulling out such a large summon in a confined area." Hashirama commented, as he recovered from his distant nephew's gut kick. With Orochimaru occupied, his overbearingly dominating willpower on them to fight the Yondaime with full power had diminished.
The duo weren't going all out; but they weren't necessarily pulling punches. They were more interested in the village that they had formed with the Uchiha.
"The Uchiha haven't done anything?" Tobirama asked.
"No, talks were whispered that they were planning a coup. But, I have managed to stem those treasonous talks, naturally not everyone is happy or won't be." Minato said calmly.
"You've selected a Godaime?"
"A potential candidate. I have very few available choices but each with their problems. 1) My son, naturally everyone knows that particular problem; 2) Hatake Kakashil; son of Hatake Sakumo a former shinobi that rivalled the Sannin in power, Kakashi however hasn't properly recovered from losing his teammates or my first wife and number 3) is Uchiha Itachi…"
"You, fear that because you're considering him you're dishonouring those who allied with the Senju…Understandable; Yondaime-Sama, you are HOKAGE, it RESTS WITH YOU. You think that I chose my brother, didn't come with resentment? You think the selection of the Sandaime and yourself the same?" Hashirama asked, his eyes flashing momentarily sending a storm of razor-sharp bark projectiles. Here, Hashirama Senju was demonstrating the skill that warranted his position of the First Hokage.
As fast as Minato was, he was slightly encumbered by his Haori coat, which was now cut to fine ruins. Thankfully the Fuuinjutsu that had been stitched in for it to repair was activating. "Futon: Hiraishin: WIND DANCE!" Minato yelled throwing a bracer of tri-pronged Kunai at the brothers.
"Suiton: Hiraishin: Giri!" Tobirama called and both Yondaime and Nidaime vanished; from Hashirama's viewpoint, his younger brother just slightly quicker off the mark. "My brother's family is talented indeed…Nephew, I hope you survive this conflict." His studying had tuned himself out of the incoming kunai.
He gasped and grunted as the kunai missed him, yet they "Futon…Of course. Itama-kun, if you hadn't died so young, you'd be proud of him." Hashirama tracked the kunai; noticing the Fuuinjutsu engraved on them. He allowed Minato to appear next to him and felt the wind coated strikes hit him.
"I…I…Hit you with one of my strongest attacks and yet you're standing." Minato gasped, he was holding his side, which was dripping blood and water. Similarly, enough Tobirama was in a similar stance and position.
"Brother, this jutsu you created…" Hashirama began.
"Do not lecture me on choices. I made this with the intention of gaining permission of powerful shinobi who would like to see the Village again…" Tobirama trailed off as the wind pressure had changed. "…Yondaime, Brother…do you feel that?"
Hashirama nodded "Yokai and Futon chakra…Yondaime; your son!"
Minato turned to see Naruto jump backwards his back just millimetres away from the violet flame barrier. "You die, Naruto-chan…Your father will live with knowledge knowing you died to save him."
Naruto snorted "You forget something Orochimaru…" With that a bubbling shroud of crimson chakra erupted around him "…Whom, my mother is. I am Namikaze Minato; Heir to the Namikaze and Uzumaki Clan; The Jinchuriki of Konohagakure no Sato."
Orochimaru gulped as Naruto, blurred out of existence, moving at an even greater pace than he thought possible. Four Jonin moved to protect Orochimaru; who was prepping another Edo Tensei. He had no chance, Naruto, chucked his fist out as a vermillion chain appeared "Get Over Here!" The chain buried into one bodyguard, another died as Orochimaru used him for the sacrifice and the other two died as the chakra shroud tail; launched into two tendrils killing them.
Naruto held his left hand out and two crimson hands covered it, accompanied by a god awful screech "My father, created the Rasengan. This is my gift to him an elemental one Orochimaru FUTON: VERMILLION RASENSHURIKEN!" The wind jutsu slammed into a shocked Orochimaru and erupted in the corner of the violet flame barrier.
Naruto smirked "Funny thing about this particular barrier…Not the best to contain Kage level combat." The echoing sound after the technique had torn the corner shinobi to pieces had resulted in twin shockwaves. The surrounding buildings were severely damaged, but the building they were on, it had only been kept standing due to ambient chakra of the combatants.
"Naruto, look out! KATON: RYU TSUMABENI!" (Fire Style: Dragon Sage Flower Nail Crimson) Called Itachi; as the Uchiha Heir vomited several dragons into the battle ground as he rushed towards his friend with Kakashi joining him.
"Kaka-nii, 'Tachi…We must assist my father. He's fighting our grandfather and granduncle…Itachi, Kaka-nii; chances are you'll be forced to fight them 1 vs 2."
"Why?"
"Because young Uchiha, young Hatake…your Yondaime considers you Godaime candidates." Called Hashirama gleefully "Mokuton: Tree Penetrating Heaven!"
"Suiton: SAN SUIRYU KOBAKU!" (Water Style: 3 Explosive Bites of the Water Dragon) called Tobirama as three water dragons bore down on them.
Kakashi closed one eye and lifted his head-band protector and his sharingan gleamed. "Oooh, a Sharingan…Hang on, Yondaime…"
"Shodaime-sama, Hatake Kakashi lost his eyes and his teammate an Uchiha transplanted his eye." Naruto called as he readied his chains.
Tobirama nodded "Well met, Hatake-san…Brother, you take the Uchiha…I'll fight the Hatake."
Naruto took a deep shuddering breath, he still had chakra to burn but not much. He looked around and spied a sake bottle; this just might work.
Minato watched carefully; the prison had gone. Orochimaru was no-where to be found. Right now he had to remain aware, with that he slammed his hand down and summoned his battle toads.
