Barry Allen sped through the speed lab located in the House of Heroes at the speed of light. Seeing as the watchtower was the size of the moon, the heroes had ample room to repair, expand, and transform a lot of the Monitor home. He ran, and ran, and ran. That's all he did nowadays, with the catastrophe hours away. He really just needed to blow off steam, his blue lightning electrifying the room.

"Gideon, activate log," Barry murmured as the cosmic treadmill rumbled beneath him. "Kara, myself, Finn, Unique, Ryder, Jake, and Kitty enjoyed the dance last night. The mix of winter decorations as well as the music...it made all of it worth -" Barry was interrupted, forcing him to come to a stop before he sighed. This was going to be tough.

"Admiral Allen to all units. Peter Wiggin is compromised," He inhaled a deep breath, and said. "Guardians… Starfleet...International Fleet...Lanterns...all other units...the Catastrophe on Infinite Multiverses has begun," He then disappeared in a flash of blue, leaving the House of Heroes empty.

He sped through the Megniverse at seventeen times the speed of light, his blue lightning radiating the dark sky as he arrived at Yorktown, where half of the Guardians were waiting. "Guardians of the Megniverse! Today we not only fight for the people of Yorktown! Or the people of Earth! But for the entirety of the universe!" Barry shouted over the crowd of familiar heroes. "Evig's army will be upon us in minutes! I will not be here for the fight, but I will be in your hearts as I aid the fleets and Lanterns in their efforts of annihilating Evig herself!"

Barry bid his goodbyes, and disappeared, reappearing in front of the Lanterns, who were already fighting against the red and black cloud that was Evig. "Freeze Doctors, ENGAGE!" Barry watched in anticipation as billions of tiny ships suddenly popped into existence, all expanding to the size of a skyscraper.

The Freeze Doctors spread out, their beams of freeze turning Evig's cloud into a large crystal ball of nothingness. "Little Doctors, ENGAGE!" Barry watched as the Little Doctors appeared out of nowhere, before increasing in size like the Freeze Doctors before them. The Little Doctors spread out, firing on the cloud in rapid succession, annihilating chunks of her at extreme rates.

"Admiral Allen speaking, report," Barry said as he fired a continuous stream of positive energy at the cloud.

"Steve Rogers speaking, Team Yorktown is experiencing difficulties, but we should...be...good!" Steve exclaimed as the sound of his shield flying passed over comms.

"Captain Kirk speaking," Kirk said over comms. "Admiral Wiggin and I haven't run into any problems facing off against Evig, so -" The connection was immediately cut off. Worried, Barry teleported to the Enterprise, only to find it being grabbed by the tendrils of Evig's cloud. He charged forward, but it was too late. Barry watched as the ship was crushed in the middle, before it was carelessly thrown into the cloud.

"Enterprise...down," Barry reported over comms as Starfleet ship after ship was grabbed and destroyed by Evig. "Starfleet is...gone. Galaxy units...fall back. I repeat, fall back behind the ring!"

"Roger that Admiral!" Ender exclaimed over comms as the IF ships, Lanterns, and the two remaining Starfleet ships moved back, just behind the ring. Barry activated the rings, watching as the space in between was suddenly filled with a blue positive matter shield. "Admiral Wiggin to Admiral Allen, what do we do now?"

"We wait,"

YORKTOWN

Steve Rogers P.O.V:

Steve Rogers ran through the large moon-sized space station known as Yorktown, his shield making contact with any villain he encountered. From Ultron, to Loki, to Steppenwolf, and even Darkseid. "Steve! You need to get to the gravity-chamber!" Diana Prince shouted, motioning up to the small glass room at the center of the large ball of civilization. "Bloodwork is trying to infect the city with his blood!"

Steve nodded, jumping off the platform, instantly being picked up by one of the many gravity streams in the city. He gracefully glides through the air, eventually ending up several meters away from the glass Gravity Control Room. He braced his shield, slamming it into the glass and into Ramsey Rosso's jaw, sending the man into the opposite wall.

"STEVE!" He abruptly turned, only to find the Joker standing right in front of him, a bomb in hand. Hawkeye, Black Widow, and Batman jumped forward, all three in mid-air as the bomb went off.

Tony Stark P.O.V:

Tony Stark watched as his friends, as well as Batman were immediately incinerated in the explosion brought forth by the Joker. He charged forward at high speed, only to be impaled in the leg by Steppenwolf's death axe. The giant, swung him around, before flinging him into the gravity chamber itself, colliding with the hatch.

"You will die!" Steppenwolf shouted, bringing his hammer down on Tony, who dodged it. The axe collided with the hatch, destroying it immediately, as well as opening the hatch that led out to space. He watched helplessly as the Black Canary, Nightwing, Cyclops, Daredevil, Beast, and the Human Torch were all sucked into space...gone forever. "You did this Tony Stark," Steppenwolf said, grabbing Tony by the face, before throwing him through the hatch.

SPACE

"Admiral Allen, this is Diana! We're taking heavy casualties!" Diana exclaimed over comms. Barry sighed, snapping his fingers before saying. "Don't worry...the calvary is coming,"

YORKTOWN

Diana Prince P.O.V:

Diana watched as several armies worth of Darkseid's parademons fell from the sky, raining down on the villains as the heroes watched in amazement. Then...it happened. Right in the middle of Yorktown was a large explosion of light, splitting the columns of `cities in two, sending them flying around via the gravity streams. Diana, Clark, Kara, Sentry, Phoenix, Deadpool, Thor, Flashman, Power Girl, Shazam, Spectre, Martian Manhunter, Spartan, Doctor Fate, Green Arrow, Superman, and Supergirl were all that remained of the army as Yorktown destroyed itself through gravitational force.

"Admiral Allen, this is Wonder Woman...Yorktown is gone, as well as...most of the army,"

"Is Kara ok?" Barry asked over comms, his voice straining slightly.

"Yes, she is fine. Wait…" Diana looked forward, noticing a small squad of enemies floating and running towards them. "It seems we have more enemies...any recommendations?" Diana asked.

"Don't worry, I'm sending out the...second calvary," answered Barry. Diana looked up at the sight of a large missile made out of...light, rammed directly into the enemies, killing what she could see as Hunter Zoloman, Savitar, and Clifford DeVoe. "Say hello to Ruheherz. It's german," Barry said simply over comms as the form of Valentine Wiggin came into view.

"Sorry I'm late guys! Had to help out the little...bro," She trailed off at the sight of the debris. "Dear god...what happened?"

"A lot, now get ready," Clark ordered as the entire team turned to face their enemies. Clark levitated above the others, and charged.

JUST INSIDE THE SPHERE

Barry watched as Evig slowly ate through the barrier surrounding the Milky Way galaxy, her form slowly draining as she seeded herself through. "FIRE!" Barry ordered on the spot in which Evig was slowly entering. At once, the IF ships, the Lanterns, the U.S.S Pelagic and U.S.S Sovereign began to fire positive energy at the hole, immediately destroying what was feeding through.

"HEY FLASH!" Barry turned to find a blur of red coming to a stop directly in front of him. Finn Hudson. Or Shazam. "Thought you could use an assist," Finn grinned, sending a continuous stream of electricity at the hole.

"Admiral Allen, this is Admiral Wiggin, we have incoming from our port side!" Ender exclaimed over the comms. Barry turned to the left, seeing for a fact it was a small part of Evig's cloud, which quickly turned into the form of Overgirl. Barry moved towards her, but was stopped by Finn, who clapped his hands together excitedly and said. "This is that first nemesis you were talking about," Before Barry could protest, Finn sped forward, grabbing Overgirl by the shoulders, before pouring seventy million times the energy of a lightning bolt into her.

"Finn, it's a trap! Don't do it!" Barry shouted, but the electrical charge was too loud for any noise to penetrate it. "FINN! IT'S A TRAP!" Finn turned his head to Barry, but it was too late. Overgirl grinned, before suddenly morphing into the form of one...Peter Wiggin. "GET OUT OF THERE!"

Finn smiled at Barry, with that being the last thing he did. Before anyone could blink, a shockwave as powerful as a supernova pulsed through the region. In a split second, Barry transported Ender, Petra, Alai, and Bean back to the remains of Yorktown, but as a result, missed his chance of escaping.

YORKTOWN

Ender Wiggin P.O.V:

Ender opened his eyes to find himself floating through the air aimlessly, debris flying around him. Finding his directions, he moved forward, eventually finding himself on the sidelines of a major battle between twenty-one people. Thirteen heroes versus eight villains. "Ender!" He abruptly turned to find Bean and Petra floating towards him, each wearing a jump-suit.

"Where's Admiral Allen?" Bean asked, looking around the debris-ridden space, finding no sign of the godly hero. Ender sighed to himself, before saying. "I...I don't think he made it out,"

"He...died to save us," Petra said, bowing her head down in respect, while the other two followed suit, before their comms kicked on. "All units, this is Admiral Allen, I have Peter Wiggin on Earth...locked in...battle. Fall back behind the Sol system defense ring!"

"Well, you heard the man," Petra said, grabbing a universal extrapolator. She aimed it at the battle, and clicked it on, sucking the heroes and villains back to Earth. "Uh, guys...we should probably go!" Bean shouted as the thick cloud that was Evig approached. Ender nodded, rushing through as Bean followed. The two landed on a large building in Metropolis.

"Petra!" Ender shouted as the breach suddenly collapsed. She was gone. "No...no. DAMN IT!" Ender shouted as he kicked a bottle of the building.

"Admiral Allen, all enemies are down, but we lost Spectre, Phoenix, Thor, Sentry, Flashman, Power Girl, Martian, Ruheherz, Manhunter, and...Supergirl" Oliver said sadly. "But...Captain America, Mystique, and Mr. Fantastic are all in Gotham,"

"I know, I pulled them out," Barry said simply, clearly mourning the loss of Kara. "All units converge on Metropolis Square, I need assistance!" Ender turned to Bean and jumped off the building.

METROPOLIS; EARTH-PRIME

Barry Allen fired blast after blast at Peter Wiggin to no avail, only for the latter to be slammed into a wall by none other than Superman. Peter slowly stood up, brushing off the dust on his shoulders before laughing. "To think I destroyed your entire fleet and killed all of those Lanterns without lifting a finger. That Finn kid really was cocky. Too bad he had to die,"

"Peter!" Barry and Clark turned to find Ender and Bean gliding to a stop next to the scarlet speedster. "Stop this!" Ender pleaded. "Valentine wouldn't want this!"

"He isn't Peter, Ender," Barry said. "That is H.R Wells, an old friend of mine who sacrificed himself for my old wife. He's back with a vengeance because we...we attended his funeral with another Wells,"

"Very good B.A!" H.R shouted excitedly as he approached them. "I'm going to die today, and I've accepted that, but I'll get to see you go out with me,"

"Not if I can help it!" Barry exclaimed as he charged forward, grabbing H.R in a death grip around the neck before flying them out of the Sol system sphere. "You will burn like the rest of the Megaverse," Barry span around, before throwing H.R directly into Evig's cloud. Barry watched in horror as, instead of being consumed by the giant mass, he merely attached to the surface while the cloud quickly seeped into Peter.

After several minutes, Barry watched as Peter slowly morphed into Overgirl, who grinned at Barry before approaching him. "Thank you Barry. You have given me the catalyst I need to survive in a physical form," Overgirl said excitedly. "Are you ready to die?"

"Always...but that day won't be today," Barry murmured, punching Overgirl through the empty abyss that was dark matter. Overgirl came to a stop, before flying forward faster than even he could perceive, punching him in the stomach where he went through the defense sphere, shattering it immediately.

"Looks like your last line of defense is gone Barry Allen, and there is no Phantom Zone to fall back to. You...are… doomed…" Overgirl said as she threw him through Mars, obliterating the planet immediately. "So...all that remains of the Megniverse is Earth, Venus, Mercury, and the Sun," Overgirl charged forward, plowing through Venus and Mercury, before returning to Barry's side. "Make that Earth and the Sun,"

"We will get it back," Barry said weakly as he grabbed her hand. "You may have Kara's face, but you're not her. So...it pains me to do this," Barry leaned in, placing his lips on hers as he pulled her close. He then pulled away, grinning at the look of shock on her face. "I can't defeat you, and I can't save the Megniverse...but I can restrict your physical form to the beginning of space and time,"

"NO! NO! NO!" Overgirl screamed as she shrank out of existence. Barry's comms fritzed just as the Sun was consumed by Evig's cloud. "Admiral...we need...Sun gone...dark...need…" Ender's voice trailed off as the Earth slowly began to be consumed by the cloud. Barry concentrated on Clark Kent, Oliver Queen, Doctor Fate, John Diggle, Sara Lance, Carter Hall, Robert Queen, Steve Rogers, Reed Richards, Raven Darkholme, Ender Wiggin, Julian Delphiki, Alai, and Wade Wilson, transporting all of them to the antimatter universe just as Earth was consumed.

"BARRY ALLEN!" The cloud exclaimed as it surrounded him, the last piece of positive matter in existence. "YOU WILL DIE!" Barry closed his eyes, feeling the push of the...Strange Matter. Evig was made of Strange Matter. Antimatter was Strange Matter. Barry teleported away.

ANTIMATTER UNIVERSE

Barry immediately appeared at the center of the antimatter universe, where he and the others were being surrounded by a ring of Evig's cloud. "Barry! I thought you said the antimatter universe would be safe!" Oliver shouted. Barry nodded, reaching his hand forward, motioning for the others to grab it. They did, and were immediately teleported away from the universe as it was consumed by Evig.

OUTSIDE

Barry Allen, Clark Kent, Oliver Queen, Doctor Fate, John Diggle, Sara Lance, Carter Hall, Robert Queen, Steve Rogers, Reed Richards, Raven Darkholme, Ender Wiggin, Julian Delphiki, Alai, and Wade Wilson all appeared in the middle of the Outside, where Jane was waiting for them. Almost immediately, several things came into existence. Lois Lane, Thea Queen, a new helmet, a Lantern ring, a katana, a pair of nunchucks, a new bow, Peggy Carter, a computer, a cheeseburger, a Formic egg, a new body, a chess board with pieces, and a...sex doll for Wade.

"Seriously dude?" Clark asked, motioning to the doll.

"What? We don't know how long we'll be here!" Wade exclaimed.

"What did you make Barry?" Reed asked.

"A Little Doctor, but it's enhanced," Barry said. "I figured out that Evig was made of Strange Matter, which is equivalent to antimatter. So, I made an Antimatter Doctor. You see, the only way to destroy something is to use the same thing, but either the opposite, which we can't do, or increase the strength of the opposing side,"

"So you're fighting fire with fire?" Steve asked.

"No, I'm fighting a small bonfire with a volcanic eruption," Barry said. "This thing can fire seventy-seven times the mass of the entire antimatter universe,"

"Damn. So...how do we use it if we lost?" Wade asked.

"We didn't lose," Oliver said. "Barry trapped Evig at the dawn of time, just like the Anti-Monitor during crisis. So, if we go there, Barry can use this cannon against Evig, killing her once and for all,"

"Right, and why do we have to do this?" Raven asked as she ate her cheeseburger.

"Because we are all Epitomes of Humanity," explained Barry. "I'm the Epitome of Resourcefulness. Clark is the Epitome of Hope. Oliver is the Epitome of Loss. Fate is the Epitome of Fate. John is Willpower. Sara is Courage. Carter is Tradition. Robert is Sacrifice. Steve is Honesty. Reed is Knowledge. Raven is Identity. Ender is Understanding. Bean is Loyalty. Alai is Love, and Wade is Humour,"

"So...what does that mean exactly?" John asked.

"It means we're the universes last hope...it's last chance," Barry said. "So...who's with me?" Everyone exchanged a look of determination and hope, their spirits slightly rising as they put their hands together. "On three. One...Two… Three...EPITOMES!"
