Hello Readers!
It's been WAY too long. I know. And I'm sorry that this chapter isn't a chapter. And I'm sorry again for writing other fics on this account with no explanation as to what I'd be doing with this one. The truth is, I struggled for a long time to write Chapter 27. I had at least three documents open over the span of a few months, trying to find a way to bang it out. (Pun? Pun.) And after a while, I fell out of love with Undertale as a fandom. Grew apart from it. I moved on to other things, developed other interests. But dang it if the reviews, follows, and favorites that still trickle in for No Bones don't get to me. (I save the sweetest ones; they make me so dang happy if I'm in a bad headspace.) Even my husband, who's never played Undertale or read the fic, nags me about finishing. He - and everyone else who has said it needs finished - is right. There's nothing more frustrating than being invested in a fic and then having it cut short.
What I'm trying to get at is this; I am bringing No Bones back! Yes! I'm so excited to be working on it again. I'm replaying Undertale, rereading all of my previous chapters, and finishing the story at last. I do have a direction in mind for how I'd like it to end, and I will let you know...the end is getting close. But now you can read it! Gosh. I'm so sorry for ghosting. I hope that these new chapters will make up for the time spent away.
See you soon, readers. Happy new year! I hope that 2020 is good to you.
Sincerely (and a bit sheepishly),
WickedScribbles
