(Many Duel Monsters cards were shown, together forming a large, glowing vortex. From the vortex came side shots of Thomas Billinton, Emily Stirling, and Spencer Gresley. After a few alternate shots, the title card appeared)

Yu-Gi-Oh! The Sodor Chronicles

(Thomas activated his Duel Disk and stood tall as he drew a card and allowed the spirits of his ace monsters; 'Dark Magician', 'Dark Magician Girl', and 'Kuriboh' each appeared behind him. Emily, meanwhile, did the same thing as her boyfriend, but winked playfully as the spirits of 'Wingweaver', 'Kuribon', and 'Airknight Parshath' each appeared. Finally, Spencer appeared as three 'Blue-Eyes White Dragons' and even 'Maiden with Eyes of Blue' appeared. The trio start walking in different direction, with cards in the background until they form a triangle.)

You and me; face the Dualism of Mirrors

Reflections appear; both of good and evil

(Thomas then ran down a golden path as he passed images of his friends; Percy Avonside, James Hughes, Edward Stewart, Toby Holden, Gordon Gresley, Henry Stanier, Mavis Drewry, Stanley Hudswell, Rosie Vulcan, Molly Russell, Duck Collet, Nia Kurr, and Rebecca Eastleigh. Emily and Thomas both then circled about until they turned into their respective past incarnations; Anastasia and Anakin.)

Life and Death; merely phases that enter

As we go about our time in this world of ours

(Frankie Clarke dove into the air, and, from a wave of darkness, transformed into her own past incarnation; 'Driote: The Artist of Insanity'. The three 'Wicked Gods' then appeared behind her. Thomas then activated his Millennium Puzzle and stands ready for battle as the three 'Egyptian Gods' appeared.)

Shattered Dreams, they fall like like shards in our hearts

But we must still pick them up, and try to carry on

(Diesel 10 and Hurricane both then appeared and Summoned monsters of their own; Diesel 10 called forth rather fiendish-looking Machine-Type monsters while Hurricane Summoned some robotic Winged Beast-Type monsters called 'Raid Raptors'. However, Hurricane now seemed to be showing more guilt and remorse for his part in all of this. Meanwhile, James, Percy, Rosie, Edward, Mavis, and Stanley all fought back with their own monsters; 'Elemental HERO Neos', 'Red-Eyes Black Dragon', 'Trident Dragion', 'Water Dragon Cluster', 'Cyber Angel Vrash', and 'Destiny HERO - Plasma'.)

Through it all, strife the toughest goals

We'll see them through no matter what

You may feel some doubt at first

But together we'll knock those fears out

(We then see Thomas's three new allies; Merlin Gillemere, Lexi Thomas, and Theo Aveling, each Summon their own monsters to help; 'Blade Armor Ninja', 'Amazoness Empress', and 'Frightfur Chimera'. In a final battle against Driote, Thomas, with the Millennium Puzzle glowing, attacked with the three 'Egyptian God' Monsters - 'Obelisk the Tormentor', "Slifer the Sky Dragon', and 'The Winged Dragon of Ra'.)

Precious minds, soar through endless peaks

Let magic flow right through your veins and take hold

Let the fight begin!

(Several images were shown as the Millennium Puzzle spun; Thomas and his friends were facing off against many pirates; Theo being snuggled again by Lexi as a heart floated over them; Hurricane was stuck trying to decide whether to continue serving Frankie, or put a stop to her madness before it's too late; Frankie on the floor looking up at Driote in fear while the 'Artist of Insanity' bared a rather wicked grin on her face; and finally a silhouette of Sailor John surrounded by light. Finally, Thomas and his friends were shown to be standing outside Boxford Corp as the title card returned one last time.)

Yu-Gi-Oh! The Sodor Chronicles

Title: Unrelenting Rage

Opening up in the middle of Knapford City, all was going well for people all around the city—maybe too well. But at Boxford Corp, it was a whole different story ever since Spencer Gresley and his family decided to work in the American branch of Boxford Corp for a little while...

(elsewhere...)

Outside Boxford Corp headquarters, an alarm was going off...

"Hurry!" The voice of a technician shouted.

(elsewhere...)

Inside the main computer room, swarms and male and female technicians were scrambling about trying to stop whatever was happening.

"Someone's trying to hack into our computer!" A suit cried out.

"This is bad, sir!" A female technician exclaimed. "They just broke through the thirteenth wall! And they are still going!"

Despite the party's best efforts, whoever was hacking into the system was too strong to block out. Eventually, the lead suit issued an order to the team...

"Contact Master Spencer and his family in America!" he commanded.

One male technician typed away. "No good! All access is being denied!"

"Searching for the password for the final stealth barrier." A second female technician announced. "60% of 1024 complete!"

"65%!" A third female technician put in.

"70%!" A second male technician gasped. "We're about to lose control of the main computer!"

"No!" The leading suit yelled. "Shutdown the entire system!"

"But...if we do that-" objected a third male technician. "-Duel Disks all around the world will stop functioning!"

"It's better than the alternative! Just do it!"

"Y-Yes, sir." The third male technician obeyed, taking a key out.

Inserting the key into the lock on the computer, the group of technicians all expected something to happen that would stop whoever was hacking into the system. After a few seconds... the alarm restarted itself.

"It didn't work!" panicked the third male technician. "The system is still running!"

"What?!" The leading suit recoiled.

Just then...

"You're too late." A new, female voice echoed.

"What the-?" The second male technician gasped.

"Who's that?" asked the third female technician.

The suit and technicians all looked to the source of the voice. On cue, a fizzled image of a teenage girl with blue/green-colored hair started to appear.

"As of now-" The girl (Frankie) was saying. "-Boxford Corp belongs to me and my followers."

"W-What are you talking about?" demanded the leading suit.

The image of Frankie did not immediately respond to the question; instead, she started to look around the area, growing very impressed with how advanced the technology was.

"So, this is Boxford Corp's technology?" The blue/green-haired girl mused. "It is perfect! It's as advanced as I heard it was. For my master plan, I need technology as advanced as this - now, it's all mine."

"Hold up! You can't take over our company without permission from the Boxford Family!" another suit objected. "It's against the law!"

Frankie glared. "You have no right to tell me that." she warned. "You are all working for 'me', now." The blue/green-haired girl then snapped her fingers. "As so..."

Just then, the nearby doors burst open and revealed several Duel Pirates, lead by Hurricane. Very quickly, the suits and technicians were all captured. The image of Frankie smiled, pleased that her plan was a success. Hurricane then turned and saluted to his friend/leader.

"The building has been occupied." The red/brown-haired boy reported. "The technology you require is now yours."

"I'm very pleased." The image of Frankie said. "This was easier than I expected it to be... Heh! Spencer Gresley really should have hired better security or at least built a stronger computer."

Before long, the image of the pirate captain faded away.

(elsewhere...)

Outside Boxford Corp, Frankie was standing outside the main door, looking up at the tall, tall building, eager to begin the next phase of her plan.

"Just you wait, Uncle John, soon we'll bring you back among the living." Frankie said to herself. "Once you're alive, we will get Thomas back for killing you." She then remembered something else... "But first, I have a message for Spencer-boy."

This was indeed going to be trouble.

(elsewhere...)

Outside Boxford Corp's headquarters in the American city of Atlanta, Mr. and Mrs. Gresley (Boxford) were both standing in the main square waiting for someone to return.

"Spencer..." whispered Mr. Gresley (Boxford).

"Skiff..." put in Mrs. Gresley (Boxford). She then looked to her husband. "How long has Skiff been missing?"

"Far too long." answered Mr. Gresley (Boxford). "Skiff was only supposed to be gone for a few days to attend a meeting in Baltimore; yet it's been more than a few days now."

The two co-Vice Presidents of Boxford Corp continued to gaze into the sky, wondering where their younger son (adopted) was at the moment. Eventually, the sound of a get was heard.

"That must be the Blue-Eyes Jet!" Mrs. Gresley (Boxford) realized. "Maybe Spencer found Skiff!"

Flying through the sky was, indeed, the Blue-Eyes Jet, and flying it was the now 19-year old Spencer Gresley. Eventually, the jet landed in the square, a good distance from where Mr. and Mrs. Gresley (Boxford) both were standing. The hatch opened up, and Spencer jumped out of the jet.

"Well?" Mr. Gresley (Boxford) asked. "Any sign of Skiff?"

Spencer shook his head. "I can't find him anywhere." he answered. "It's like Skiff isn't in America anymore."

"Oh, Skiff..." worried Mrs. Gresley (Boxford). "Where could you be?"

The family went back inside the big building.

(elsewhere...)

Inside a make-shift duel stadium within Boxford Corp headquarters, various teenagers were busy dueling each other, while many different suits kept a close eye on them and making sure everything was fair and enjoyable. In the upper level, Spencer, Mr. Gresley (Boxford), and Mrs. Gresley (Boxford) were all observing.

"Spencer, could something have happened to Skiff while he was away?" pondered Mr. Gresley (Boxford).

"I can't say for sure." replied Spencer. "For all we know, someone might have kidnapped him in order to be used as ramsem."

Just then, Mrs. Gresley (Boxford) cried out in surprise.

"Look down in the arena!" she exclaimed, pointing with shock.

Down below, the Duel Disks belonging to the various teenagers were sparking and glitching out. Monsters that were on the field were also fading away

"W-What's going on? I can't Summon my monster!" protested one male teenager.

"My monsters are fading away!" A second male teenager added.

It was utter chaos in the area. Back in the upper level, Spencer and his parents were observing the whole scene. Just then, the doors leading into the room burst open, revealing a suit.

"Master Spencer! The Solid Vision system has stopped working!" he wailed. "We think there's something wrong with the players' Duel Disks!"

"Impossible!" objected Spencer. "All of them at the same time?!" He then looked out the window once more. "What in the world is happening? No system we designed could malfunction like this."

"This is so mysterious." added Mr. Gresley (Boxford).

"Indeed, it is!" A new (female) voice laughed.

"Who said that?" demanded Mrs. Gresley (Boxford).

The people in the room looked around. Just then, a faded image of Frankie emerged from the nearby wall, looking positively smug.

"Who are you?!" questioned Spencer.

"Gee, that's not very nice to say." The image of Frankie huffed. "You acting all mean to a guest... But to answer your question, my name is Frankie."

"Frankie?"

"That's right." The blue/green-haired girl confirmed. "How do you guys like my little surprise?"

"This is your doing?" asked Mr. Gresley (Boxford).

"Heh heh heh... That it is." confirmed Frankie. "I've taken control of the Duel Ring server for a little project of mine."

"What?! The Dueling Ring server serves you?" frowned Spencer. "The Duel Ring server contains all of Boxford Corporation's data and records! We won't allow you to lay a finger on it!"

"We have a good mind to call the police on you for tampering with our company's technology." added Mr. Gresley (Boxford), reaching for a phone.

"I wouldn't do that if I were you." The image of Frankie warned. "Not unless you want to risk losing something in return."

"Something in return?" repeated Mrs. Gresley (Boxford). "Are you implying you'll destroy the server?!"

The image of Frankie simply smirked. Down below, the various teenagers were still getting no response from their Duel Disks. The suits watching, meanwhile, were growing worried.

"This is bad!" One suit panicked.

"There could be a riot if nothing changes soon!" A second suit agreed.

Back in the upper level, two technicians were typing away, either trying to fix the error that was in place, or to gain access to the Boxford Corp headquarters on the Island of Sodor. The bad news? No such luck.

"It's no use!" One male technician exclaimed. "Transmissions between the Duel Disks and the server are being rejected!"

"We also can't reach Boxford Corporation headquarters on the Island of Sodor!" A second male technician added.

"Don't you worry, I'm only 'borrowing' your company's technology for a little while." The image of Frankie taunted.

Spencer glared intensely. "What's to stop us from calling the police on you?" he questioned harshly. "The second we find you, you'll be put away for a very long time."

"Again, that would be a very unwise thing to do." said Frankie.

"And why's that? You'll destroy the server? Nice try, but we'll simply rebuild it."

"You can rebuild a simple machine-" The blue/green-haired girl corrected, wagging the index finger of her right hand. "-but you can't rebuild a family member."

That comment made Spencer realize something important...

"Skiff..." The silver-haired young man whispered. He then saw the image of Frankie begin to fade away. "W-Wait a-!" It was too late, Frankie was gone. "Damn..."

"What could that girl have meant by how we couldn't rebuild a family member?" worried Mrs. Gresley (Boxford). "I'm getting really worried, now."

Before Spencer could answer...

"Master Jim and Mistress Leslie!" One of the technicians called out. "We have an intruder on the rooftop!"

All eyes were on the staticing monitor. Soon, the screen became clear and revealed a man standing on the rooftop of Boxford Corp's American Headquarters. He had his arms folded and looked like he was waiting patiently for someone to show up.

"Who is that?" wondered Mr. Gresley (Boxford).

"I'll deal with him myself." said Spencer, approaching the nearby cabinet.

The silver-haired young man opened the doors, revealing not only dozens of rare cards stacked neatly around, but also his metallic briefcase and Duel Disk. He took both objects out, equipping the Duel Disk onto his left arm.

"Spencer, are you sure?" asked Mrs. Gresley (Boxford).

"That guy might have some answers to the questions we all have." Spencer replied firmly, turning around to leave the room. "I'm going to force them out of him, one way or another."

(elsewhere...)

Outside on the rooftop, the intruder was waiting patiently with his arms folded. There was a smug smile on his face. Eventually, he heard the elevator doors open.

"About time." The man mused, looking over.

Emerging from the nearby elevator was an angry-looking Spencer, walking out and slowly towards the helipad.

"About time you've shown up!" The intruder called out. "You know, I really don't like to be kept waiting."

"Who are you?" demanded Spencer, not in the mood for small talk.

"The name's Richie. Richie Merced." The man (Richie) answered, reaching into his coat pocket for something. "And I have a little proposition to make with you - compliments of Frankie Clarke."

"You work for Frankie?" Spencer questioned.

"I think it should be obvious. Now then, I have this video camera with me, and some footage I wish to share."

Richie took out a video camera and poked a button on it. He then threw it over to Spencer, who caught it, looked at it, and gasped. The footage showed Skiff, unconscious, and tied up on a chair. There was also an image of Frankie standing beside the chair. This was what she had to say...

"Greetings, Spencer Gresley. My name is Frankie Clarke, niece of the late John Clarke - better known as Sailor John. By now, you and your parents should be noticing that your Little Brother has gone missing. That's because I had my pirates captured him. If you ever want him returned safely to you, you will follow my list of commands without question."

"Pirates? Sailor John?!" Spencer recoiled, remembering the ordeal with the Duel Pirates quite well. "It can't be!"

The recording went on...

"Firstly, you, like your chum Thomas Billinton, will have to fight against my pirates." Frankie went on. "And I assure you they will not be as easy to defeat. Second, you are not to contact the police about me, or else little Skiff here may have an 'accident'. Third, you are to give me access to any and all secrets your company has. Rest assured, Spencer Gresley, you and your family will also be punished for your aid in the murder of my-"

The recording didn't get any father; Spencer dropped it and destroyed it with one stomp. Richie simply smirked, while Spencer clenched his fist furiously.

"You bastard..." he hissed, becoming very angry. "This won't go unpunished!"

"That's more like it." chuckled Richie, he then took something else out of his pocket. "Here, put this on."

He tossed a Bio-Band over to his soon-to-be opponent, which landed in Spencer's hand. After looking it over for a few seconds, the silver-haired young man looked up scornfully.

"What am I supposed to do with this?" Spencer questioned.

"Put it on your wrist." answered Richie. "If you don't, you might never see poor Skiff again."

Scowling, Spencer put the Bio-Band on his wrist. From there, Richie activated his Duel Disk.

"And now, Spencer Gresley, it's time to do what Frankie paid me to do - take you out!"

Spencer smirked coldly. "So, just like her late Uncle, Frankie resorts to sending hyenas out to do her dirty work?" he said mockingly. "How typical."

"Don't get me wrong; I'm just in it for the money!" argued Richie. "I only agreed to the job when she said you're worth a hefty bounty of £500000."

"So, it's all about money..." snorted Spencer. "Your greed has blinded you, you fool!"

"Mock me all you want, but if you don't duel with me, your kid brother's not going to live long enough to see the sunrise again!"

Spencer activated his own Duel Disk in response; a sign he was going to accept the duel.

"Nobody threatens the Boxford family and lives to tell the tale!" Spencer declared. "Bring it on, you filthy, carrion-eating dueling hyena!"

Soon enough...

"DUEL!" Spencer and Richie both exclaimed at once (LP: 4000) x2.

And so, the match commenced...

"The first turn goes to me!" announced Spencer, drawing a card. "Draw!"

Turn One: Spencer Gresley (LP: 4000)
Deck: 54
Current Hand (6): "Dragonic Knight", "Blue-Eyes White Dragon", "Crush Card Virus", "Peten the Dark Clown", "Dimension Distortion", and "Reverse Engineering"

His drawn card was a Trap Card called 'Reverse Engineering'. Spencer added the card to his hand and looked it over carefully.

"This swine thinks he can defeat the likes of me?" he thought to himself. His hand consisted of 'Dragonic Knight', 'Blue-Eyes White Dragon', 'Crush Card Virus', 'Peten the Dark Clown', 'Dimension Distortion', and 'Reverse Engineering'. "If so, he has another thing coming - payback, and lots of it!"

"Alright, Mr. CEO! Show me what your cards are like!" dared Richie.

On cue, the 'Peten the Dark Clown' Monster Card materialized face-up on the field (sideways).

"I Summon 'Peten the Dark Clown' in defense mode!" announced Spencer.

Appearing onto the field was the familiar clown monster with the feathered hat on his head (Level: 3/ATK: 500/DEF: 1200). Two facedown cards then materialized on the field.

"Next, I'll set two cards facedown and end my turn." finished Spencer, releasing two fingers from his Duel Disk. "Alright, bastard, that's all I can do at the moment. Let's see what your cards are like!"

"How long I waited to hear those words." smirked Richie, drawing a card. "I draw!"

Turn Two: Richie Merced (LP: 4000)
Deck: 54
Current Hand (6): "V-Tiger Jet", "X-Head Cannon", "Iron Call", "Rise to Full Height", "Skill Successor", and "Different Dimension Hanger"(!)

His drawn card was a Spell Card called 'Different Dimension Hanger', and it made the smile on his face all the more dangerous-looking.

"Ah, a good card." The pirate bragged, before holding it out. "I activate a Continuous Spell - 'Different Dimension Hanger'!"

"What the hell? 'Different Dimension Hanger'?" questioned Spencer.

The mentioned Spell Card flipped face-up and revealed itself.

"'Different Dimension Hanger'!" began Richie, taking three cards from his Deck. "It works by removing three Monster Cards from my Deck."

On cue, 'Y-Dragon Head', 'Z-Metal Tank', and a monster known as 'W-Wing Catapult' appeared on the field briefly before fading away into oblivion.

"Now if I Summon a monster(s) whose name is written in the card text of the monster(s) banished by this effect, that monster(s) can be Special Summoned, but they can't attack or be tributed."

On cue, a Monster Card called 'V-Tiger Jet' materialized face-up on the field.

"Now, I'll Summon 'V-Tiger Jet' in attack mode." Richie continued.

"'V-Tiger Jet'?!" gasped Spencer.

Appearing onto the field was a machine-like jet monster with a tiger head (Level: 4/ATK: 1600/DEFR: 1800).

"The next effect of 'Different Dimension Hanger' activates!" announced Richie. "I can Special Summon a monster(s) whose name is written in the card text of the monster(s) banished by my Spell Card!" He held his right hand out. "Return, Union Monster - 'W-Wing Catapult'!"

Appearing onto the field a blue jet-like catapult monster (Level: 4/ATK: 1300/DEF: 1500).

"You're aware of 'XYZ-Dragon Cannon', correct?" teased Richie. "Well, these monsters are like them!" He then removed both monsters from Monster Field slots on his Duel Disk. "As so, I Banish both 'W-Wing Catapult' and 'V-Tiger Jet'!"

The two Machine-Type monsters flew into the air and combined together, with 'V-Tiger Jet' taking the top on 'W-Wing Catapult' (Level: 6/ATK: 2000/DEF: 2100).

"Meet 'VW-Tiger Catapult'!"

Spencer scowled, but said nothing.

"I activate 'VW-Tiger Catapult's' effect!" continued Richie, sending a card ('X-Head Cannon') from his hand to the Graveyard. "I can discard one card, and then target one monster my opponent controls and change that target's battle position."

'VW-Tiger Catapult' took aim and attacked 'Peten the Dark Clown', who got hit and suddenly found itself switching into attack position against his will.

"But don't think I'm done preparing my attack." warned Richie, taking another card from his hand. "This is only the beginning of my turn."

On cue, a Spell Card called 'Iron Call' materialized face-up on the field.

"I activate 'Iron Call! If I control a Machine-Type monster, I can target one Level 4 or lower Machine-Type monster in my Graveyard and Special Summon that target. Its effects are negated, however, and it's destroyed during the End Phase.

On cue, the familiar 'X-Head Cannon' Monster Card materialized face-up on the field.

"Welcome back - 'X-Head Cannon'!"

Appearing onto the field was the double cannoned Machine monster (Level: 4/ATK: 1800/DEF: 1500). Just then, the face-up 'Different Dimension Hanger' Spell Card started to activate once more.

"And guess what?" laughed Richie, as two more Monster Cards appeared on his Duel Disk. "The effect of "Different Dimension Hanger' activates again! And these two monsters will do quite nicely - 'Y-Dragon Head' and 'Z-Metal Tank'!"

Appearing onto the field were two more monsters familiar to Spencer; a red, robotic dragon (Level: 4/ATK: 1500/DEF: 1600), and a yellow tank (Level: 4/ATK: 1500/DEF: 1300). Of course, the sight of them made Spencer quite worried.

"You seem to know these three monsters quite well, yes?" Richie pressed on. When Spencer did not say a word in response, the pirate spoke on... "Well, in that case, you'll DEFINITELY know this next monster!"

As expected, 'X-Head Cannon', 'Y-Dragon Head', and 'Z-Metal Tank' each began breaking apart. Soon, they combined together into a familiar-looking Machine-Type monster...

"'XYZ-Dragon Cannon'!" announced Richie, discarding a card from his hand.

'XYZ-Dragon Cannon' readied its cannons (Level: 8/ATK: 2800/DEF: 2600). The cannons were pointing at one of Spencer's set cards.

"I activate my monster's effect! HYPER DESTRUCTION!"

The cannons fired at the facedown card, but Spencer was immediately ready for it.

"Nice try!" he growled. "I activate the effect of the 'Dragonic Knight in my hand!"

"What?!" gasped Richie.

"When the effect of an opponent's monster is activated that targets and destroys a card(s) I control, I can send the targeted card(s) to the Graveyard to Special Summon 'Dragonic Knight' from my hand!"

The first set card faded away before it could be hit by the Hyper Destruction attack. From there, appearing onto the field was a humanoid dragon wearing armor and wielding a sword and shield (Level: 7/ATK: 2800/DEF: 2300).

"In that case-" As he spoke, Richie discarded another card from his hand. "-I'll discard another card! This time, I'll destroy your remaining set card!"

'XYZ-Dragon Cannon' fired another Hyper Destruction blast, striking and destroying the final set card.

"Your field is nearly empty." grinned Richie.

"Don't be so sure." interrupted Spencer, just as a card ejected from his Graveyard. "I activate the effect of the 'Reverse Engineering' in my Graveyard! I can remove this card from the Graveyard, and then target one Trap Card in my Graveyard that was destroyed and sent there this turn; I can set that target and use it right away during this turn."

A facedown card reappeared on the field.

"My set card is 'Crush Card Virus'." Spencer thought to himself. "If Richie here does attack 'Peten', his whole Deck will get infected by a powerful virus; destroying all Monster Cards that have an Attack Power of 1500 or greater."

Sadly, that plan was not as easy to execute as one may expect...

"Oh, wait. I have more to do!" Richie declared, before holding his right hand out. "Go and combine my two monsters! Combine together into your most powerful form of all!"

Both 'VW-Tiger Catapult' and 'XYZ-Dragon Cannon' started breaking apart and combining together into an even bigger, even stronger monster. Spencer gasped, looking up at the new monster in shock. It had the legs of 'W-Wing Catapult', the arms of 'Z-Metal Tank', the wings of 'Y-Dragon Head', the torso of 'X-Head Cannon', and head of 'V-Tiger Jet' (Level: 8/ATK: 3000/DEF: 2800).

"I activate my new monster's effect!" continued Richie, pointing forth. "Once per turn, I can target one card the opponent controls and Banish that target." He then gave the command... "'VWXYZ-Dragon Catapult Cannon', attack the remaining set card!"

The giant robot fired a beam at Spencer's last facedown card, vaporising it in an instant.

"My 'Crush Card Virus'!" grimaced Spencer. "You-!"

"You're a sitting duck for my attack!" taunted Richie, entering the Battle Phase. "'VWXYZ-Dragon Catapult Cannon' attacks 'Peten the Dark Clown! ULTIMATE DESTRUCTION!"

Many lasers were fired from 'VWXYZ-Dragon Catapult Cannon', vaporizing 'Peten the Dark Clown' in an instant and causing Spencer to cry out as he sustained massive damage from the attack (LP: 4000 - 1500).

"I activate 'Peten the Dark Clown's' Monster Effect!" declared Spencer, as a second copy of "Peten the Dark Clown' appeared on the field. "When he's sent to the Graveyard by battle, I can Banish him in order to Special Summon another copy in his place!"

"Hmph! As I expected." scoffed Richie. "I end my turn!"

Suddenly, the nearby elevator doors opened up.

"Spencer!" Mr. and Mrs. Gresley (Boxford) both called out, emerging from the elevator.

Spencer looked behind himself, seeing his Mother and Father both approaching.

"Oh, good! You now have an audience to see you fall!" grinned Richie. "'VWXYZ-Dragon Catapult Cannon' cannot be beaten; I'll use it to slowly wipe out your defenses until I can get a single direct attack in!"

"It's my turn!" declared Spencer, drawing a card. "Draw!"

Turn Three: Spencer Gresley (LP: 1500)
Deck: 52
Current Hand (3): "Blue-Eyes White Dragon", "Dimension Distortion", and "Pot of Greed"

Adding the card to his hand, Spencer took another out and held it up.

"From my hand, I'll activate the Spell Card 'Dimension Distortion'!" he went on. "I can only activate this card if there are no cards in my Graveyard. It lets me select one removed from play monster and Special Summon it on my side of the field."

"Tch!" scowled Richie. "I didn't send any cards to your Graveyard; I've only been removing them from the game."

"Correct." Spencer confirmed, as the first 'Peten the Dark Clown' reappeared on the field. "I Special Summon the 'Peten the Dark Clown' you've destroyed earlier!"

"Too bad they're both weaklings."

"I've only begun with my turn." The silver-haired young man pointed out, before taking and slotting a card into his Duel Disk. "And now, let me tell you about a great being."

"Great being?" frowned Richie. "I'm not interested in some fairy tale you have to tell."

"Well, too bad." retorted Spencer, as a facedown card materialized on the field. "In the world of Duel Monsters, there exists one being which is nobler and greater than all others. The perfect, ultimate life-form." From there, his set card flipped face-up and revealed itself. "First up, I'll activate the Spell Card 'Pot of Greed'!"

The large green pot materialized on the field.

"Thanks to its effect, I draw two more cards." explained Spencer, drawing two more cards and seeing what they are. As expected, the large green pot shattered into dust. "And now, get ready!"

"Ready for what?" asked Richie.

"For a new card!" answered Spencer, holding up another card. "I activate a Spell Card!"

A Spell Card called 'Bingo Machine, Go!' materialized face-up on the field.

"What?! 'Bingo Machine, Go!'?" gasped Richie. "That's new support for 'Blue-Eyes'!"

"How observant!" grinned Spencer. "The effect of 'Bingo Machine, Go!'... It lets me reveal three cards from my Deck that each meets at least one of the criteria listed on the card."

The criteria text of the 'Bingo Machine, Go!' Spell Card read as followed:
-"'Blue-Eyes' Monster."
-"Spell/Trap that specifically lists the card 'Blue-Eyes White Dragon' or 'Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon', except 'Bingo Machine, Go!'."

Richie scowled again, while Spencer kept smirking.

"From there, you must randomly pick one of the cards for me to add to my hand, and I must then shuffle the rest into my Deck."

"Feh! Whatever." dismissed Richie. "Reveal your three cards!"

A large machine emerged from the face-up 'Bingo Machine, Go!' Spell Card, which then activated and released three random cards. They were 'Blue-Eyes White Dragon' (Normal Monster Card), 'Burst Stream of Destruction' (Spell Card), and 'Neutron Blast' (Spell Card).

"'Blue-Eyes White Dragon', 'Burst Stream of Destruction', and 'Neutron Blast'..." mused Richie, watching as the cards faded away before reappearing on the field as facedown cards (in a random order). "Each are really strong cards..."

"Remember, you have to pick one randomly." reminded Spencer. "The chosen card is added to my hand, while the rest are shuffled into my Deck."

"I know that! Alright, I pick...the middle card!"

The middle card flipped face-up and revealed itself to be...the 'Burst Stream of Destruction' Spell Card.

"Nice choice." teased Spencer, as a card was added into his hand. "You've chosen 'Burst Stream of Destruction - a card I will need shortly."

"Damn!" cursed Richie, watching as the two 'Peten the Dark Clowns' faded away in streaks of blue.

"This monster is an entity from a higher dimension... The breath from its mouth is charged with pure magical power!" continued Spencer, taking and holding a shining card up. "And thanks to me making a double sacrifice, I Tribute Summon my supreme monster - 'Blue-Eyes White Dragon'!"

Appearing on the field in a burst of light, roaring proudly, was the almighty 'Blue-Eyes White Dragon' itself (Level: 8/ATK: 3000/DEF: 2500).

"Heh! I activate a card from my own Graveyard!" declared Richie, as a card ejected from his own Graveyard. "'Rise to Full Height'!"

"What does that do?" asked Mr. Gresley (Boxford).

Spencer frowned. "If that card is in your Graveyard, you can Banish it, and then target one monster you control." he guessed. "Monsters the opponent controls can't attack for the rest of this turn, except to attack that monster."

"That's right!" confirmed Richie. "Even if you get rid of 'VWXYZ-Dragon Catapult Cannon' by the use of Spell, Trap, or Monster Effect, you wouldn't be able to attack anyway!"

"Whoever said I was planning to attack anyway?" Spencer pointed out, readying his new card. "I activate the Spell Card 'Burst Stream of Destruction'!"

He slotted the mentioned card into a Spell/Trap slot on his Duel Disk, causing the 'Burst Stream of Destruction' Spell Card to materialize face-up on the field behind 'Blue-Eyes White Dragon'.

"If I control 'Blue-Eyes White Dragon', I can destroy all monsters my opponent controls." continued Spencer, just as 'Blue-Eyes White Dragon' started to charge up an attack. "In exchange, any 'Blue-Eyes White Dragon' I control won't be able to attack the turn I activate this card."

'Blue-Eyes White Dragon' unleashed a powerful blast of whitish lightning, vaporizing 'VWXYZ-Dragon Catapult Cannon' in an instant.

"You still can't attack!" reminded Richie.

"Whatever." dismissed Spencer, slotting a card into his Duel Disk. "I set one card and end my turn!"

A facedown card materialized on the field near his feet.

"Spencer..." whispered Mrs. Gresley (Boxford).

Back in the duel field...

"You know, I was expecting much more than that!" criticized Richie, drawing a card. "Oh well, at least I'll win soon enough."

Turn Four: Richie Merced (LP: 4000)
Deck: 50
Current Hand (1): "Pot of Greed"

"Oh, and lookie here... I drew a card you've used on your last turn!"

On cue, the 'Pot of Greed' Spell Card materialized face-up on the field.

"'Pot of Greed' lets me draw two more cards." As Richie spoke, he drew two cards. "And they are exactly what I need."

Spencer frowned. Richie's two drawn cards, meanwhile, were 'Hyper Coat' (Trap Card) and 'Dimensional Catapult' (Spell Card). From there, the pirate too the latter card out.

"From my hand, I'll activate 'Dimensional Catapult'!" announced Richie, just as the mentioned Spell Card materialized face-up on the field. "Reappear - 'VWXYZ-Dragon Catapult Cannon'!"

On cue, 'VWXYZ-Dragon Catapult Cannon' reappeared on the field.

"What?!" gasped Spencer.

"'Dimensional Catapult' lets me select one 'VWXYZ-Dragon Catapult Cannon' in my Graveyard." explained Richie. "I can Special Summon it and equip it with this card. It negates the equipped monster's effects. However, when the equipped monster attacks a defense position monster whose Defense Power is lower than the monster's Attack Power, I inflict piercing damage as a result. Finally, when this card is removed from the field, I must remove the equipped monster from play."

"I don't see how it matters." Spencer retorted. "Our monsters have the same Attack Points."

"You might want to guess again." cut in Richie, just as another card ejected from the Graveyard. "I activate the effect of the 'Skill Successor' Trap Card in my Graveyard! During my turn, except the turn this card was sent to the Graveyard, I can remove this card from the Graveyard, and then I can target one face-up monster I control; that target gains 800 Attack Points until the end of this turn."

"What?!" Spencer cringed.

As expected, 'VWXYZ-Dragon Catapult Cannon' grew stronger (ATK: 3000 - 3800). The following monsters were on the field:
-'VWXYZ-Dragon Catapult Cannon' (ATK: 3800)
-'Blue-Eyes White Dragon' (ATK: 3000)
-'Dragonic Knight' (ATK: 2800)

"As much as I want to see 'Blue-Eyes' die, I have a far better target." Richie said cockily, before pointing at 'Dragonic Knight'. "I'll attack 'Dragonic Knight' with 'VWXYZ-Dragon Catapult Cannon'."

'VWXYZ-Dragon Catapult Cannon' started to charge up its attack

"ULTIMATE DESTRUCTION!"

The barrage of lasers was unleashed, striking and destroying 'Dragonic Knight' in a massive explosion. Spencer tried to withstand the wind blast, but was ultimately thrown back by the powerful attack.

"Spencer, no!" called Mr. Gresley (Boxford).

Spencer hit the ground, just as his Life Points dropped to low levels (LP: 1500 - 500). Richie simply laughed with triumph.

"You like that?!" The pirate boomed. "'VWXYZ-Dragon Catapult Cannon' is the ultimate fighting machine! Nothing, not even 'Blue-Eyes', can defeat it!" He then slotted the last card from his hand into his Duel Disk. "I'll set one card and end my turn!"

A facedown card materialized on the field, while Spencer slowly tried to get back up.

"Come my next turn, I'll win the duel!" Richie went on. "When that happens, you and your parents will not only lose Boxford Corporation, but you will also never see poor Skiff ever again!"

"Spencer..." whispered Mrs. Gresley (Boxford).

"Skiff..." put in Mr. Gresley (Boxford).

Just then...

"Unforgivable..." The voice of Spencer hissed, causing both Co-Vice Presidents to gasp when they heard their older son's angry tone. The silver-haired boy slowly returned to his feet; a shadow looming over his eyes. "You and your fellow pirates have kidnapped a member of my family... That heartless act..." He raised his head, showing pure rage in his eyes. "...won't go unpunished! I promise I will beat you down until you can't get back up!"

"You don't seem to get it." dismissed Richie. "Our monsters tie in Attack Power; attacking would be a waste of time!"

"You have awakened a great rage inside both 'Blue-Eyes' and myself!" thundered Spencer. "That anger will be the end of a hyena like you! It's my turn!"

With that said, he drew a card with the good old Destiny Draw.

Turn Five: Spencer Gresley (LP: 500)
Deck: 48
Current Hand (1): "Rage with Eyes of Blue"

His drawn card was a Spell Card called 'Rage with Eyes of Blue'. As Spencer gazed at the card, his Duel Spirit, Maiden with Eyes of Blue, briefly appeared beside him.

"Do it, Spencer." she advised.

Nodding, Spencer agreed. He then locked his gaze on his opponent, ready to deliver swift, brutal justice.

"My 'Blue-Eyes' will sacrifice itself to take down your 'VWXYZ-Dragon Catapult Cannon'!" The silver-haired young man hollered. "Go, 'Blue-Eyes'!"

'Blue-Eyes White Dragon' roared and started flying into the sky to charge an attack.

"Destroying both monsters are we?" teased Richie, just as his set card flipped face-up and revealed itself. "Yeah, I don't think so! I activate 'Hyper Coat'!"

"'Hyper Coat', you say?" quizzed Spencer.

"It allows me to select one face-up 'V', 'W', 'X', 'Y', and/or 'Z' Machine-Type monster I control and equip this card to it. It gains 500 Attack Points and is unaffected by my opponent's Spells, Traps, and Monster Effects. When it is removed from the field, this card is destroyed."

'VWXYZ-Dragon Catapult Cannon' grew stronger (ATK: 3000 - 3500).

"Wah ha ha ha ha ha ha!" laughed Richie. "Your attack is but a waste! Once it's unleashed, your 'Blue-Eyes', the so-called 'perfect life-form', will meet its demise! It's not any good in a fight; it's just something pretty to look at!"

"Heh! Are you sure about that?" asked Spencer, smiling cruelly.

"What?"

"I activate a Counter Trap!" The silver-haired young man announced, as his facedown card flipped up and revealed itself to be... "'Champion's Vigilance'!"

All of a sudden, the face-up 'Hyper Coat' started glitching out before exploding.

"My 'Hyper Coat'!" wailed Richie, before something about his ace monster began happening. "Huh? W-What's going-?"

'VWXYZ-Dragon Catapult Cannon' lost its power bonus (ATK: 3500 - 3000).

"What the heck is going on?!"

"'Champion's Vigilance's' Counter Trap effect..." began Spencer. "If I control a Level 7 or higher Normal Monster, when a monster would be Summoned OR a Spell/Trap Card is activated; I can negate the Summon or activation, and, if I do, destroy that card."

"WHAT?!" screamed Richie.

'Blue-Eyes White Dragon', meanwhile, was charging an attack.

"Now, 'Blue-Eyes', BURST STREAM OF DESTRUCTION!" commanded Spencer, as his monster unleashed its attack.

Richie wasn't beaten. "ULTIMATE DESTRUCTION!"

As 'VWXYZ-Dragon Catapult Cannon' got hit by the Burst Stream of Destruction attack, it unleashed a barrage of lasers and blasts at 'Blue-Eyes White Dragon'.

*BOOM!*

"Spencer!" Mr. and Mrs. Gresley (Boxford) both exclaimed, as the explosion clouded the duel field with smoke.

When the smoke cleared on Richie's side of the field, he saw that 'VWXYZ-Dragon Catapult Cannon' was gone.

"My ace..." he thought to himself, before speaking aloud... "Well, at least your own monster is gone, too!"

On Spencer's side of the field, there was a loud roar within the thick smoke.

"Huh?" Richie quizzed.

When the smoke cleared, on the field...was two 'Blue-Eyes White Dragons' in the place of the first one (Level: 8/ATK: 3000/DEF: 2500) x2!

"Impossible!" cried Richie, shocked. "How are there two 'Blue-Eyes' on the field? I thought the first one got destroyed along with 'VWXYZ-Dragon Catapult Cannon'!"

"It was destroyed." confirmed Spencer, folding his arms. "Except there's a little catch... When 'Blue-Eyes' got destroyed, I activated this from my hand..."

When the smoke fully cleared, a Spell Card called 'Rage with Eyes of Blue' was shown to be face-up on the field.

"...a Quick-Play Spell - 'Rage with Eyes of Blue'!"

From there, a number of cards emerged from Spencer's Graveyard, fading away into oblivion one-by-one.

"'R-Rage w-with Eyes of...Blue'?" stuttered Richie.

"I Banish this card, and as many cards as possible from my hand, field and Graveyard facedown, and if I do, I can Special Summon up to three copies of 'Blue-Eyes White Dragon' from my Deck." explained Spencer, narrowing his eyes as his face-up 'Rage with Eyes of Blue' Spell Card also faded away into oblivion. "I can't Normal or Special Summon monsters the turn I activate this card, except 'Blue-Eyes White Dragon'!"

The two remaining 'Blue-Eyes White Dragons' let loose another roar, showing they meant business.

"N-No way!" peeped Richie, knowing he had lost.

"'Blue-Eyes' is no mere decoration!" boomed Spencer. "As long as it belongs to me, it truly shines in the midst of battle! It's time for you, pirate, to feel our rage!"

The two 'Blue-Eyes White Dragons' began charging their signature attack.

"DOUBLE BURST STREAM OF DESTRUCTION!"

The two dragons let loose their blasts of whitish lightning, striking Richie head on and causing him to scream in agony (LP: 4000 - 0).

DUEL RESULTS: Spencer Gresley wins!

With the duel over, the holograms faded away, and Richie collapsed to a knee.

"Me, lose?" he wondered. "How could I have lost to some rich loser?"

A shadow then loomed over the beaten pirate. Looking up, Richie saw Spencer gazing down upon him.

"Now then-" The silver-haired young man was saying, looking pretty cold. "-I have some questions to ask, and you likely have the answers."

"I have nothing to say to any of you." sneered Richie.

Before Spencer could say anything back, he heard a beeping sound on his Bio-Band (Richie's own Bio-Band started beeping as well). The two devices activated, draining the duelists of their energy and causing them to scream in pain from the drainage.

"Spencer!" Mr. and Mrs. Gresley (Boxford) both called out in worry.

When the draining process ended, Spencer fell to a knee while clutching his chest.

"W-What the hell happened?" coughed Spencer. "It... it was as if my duelist blood was being sucked out of my soul or something..."

Maiden with Eyes of Blue briefly appeared and clutched onto her master/friend's shoulders, worried for his safety after the duel.

"Take it easy, Spencer." The white-haired human female suggested. "The answer must be in that device you're wearing on your wrist."

"W-What? This thing?" Spencer pondered weakly, looking at his Bio-Band.

Richie smirked. "So... you've figured it out now?" he taunted. "Well, you're too late to do anything about it; it's stuck tight. And each time you duel, you lose more of your energy. Captain Frankie designed that Bio-Band herself, and she needs all the energy she needed."

"Tell me what...you know about Frankie!" demanded Spencer, grabbing Richie by his collar. "Tell me right now, or I may consider throwing you off this roof - and it's a long way down from up here!"

"Whatever; I'll tell you what you'll need to know." huffed Richie. "I mean, it's not like you'll get either Skiff or Boxford Corp back anyway."

(elsewhere...)

Later on, the police had arrived and arrested Richie Merced. As Spencer and his parents watched the pirate being loaded into the police car, they couldn't help but think about what that pirate had told them.

"So, this Frankie Clarke has taken over Boxford Corp HQ on the Island of Sodor." mused Mrs. Gresley (Boxford).

"And she is the niece of Sailor John." added Mr. Gresley (Boxford). "What are we going to do? Skiff is being held captive, and those pirates have our company under their control."

"We're going to need reinforcements." said Spencer. "Frankie said not to call the police. But she didn't say anything about contacting 'allies'. In any case, I'm heading back to Sodor to try and get Skiff and the company back. Meanwhile, you two see if you can contact Discord. Maybe he might have some ideas on what to do."

"Spencer..." Mrs. Gresley (Boxford) whispered.

"Be careful, son." warned Mr. Gresley (Boxford). "These pirates are even more dangerous than the ones under Sailor John's rule."

"I'll be just fine, Father." reassured Spencer, before clutching his side again. "UGH!"

It looked like the silver-haired young man was still a bit injured and/or drained from the duel, and his parents knew that quite well.

"Maybe your Father and I should come along." suggested Mrs. Gresley (Boxford). "We can contact Discord on the way to Sodor."

And that was agreed to...

(elsewhere...)

Inside the hotel within the English city of Bridlington, the group, including both Thomas and Emily, had gathered in the lobby, ready to return to Knapford City. Lexi, meanwhile, was cuddling Theo close to her and giving him some kisses. It was clear that she had really missed him while they were imprisoned.

"Does everyone have their personal belongings?" asked Nia.

The whole class nodded in response. Just then, Emily heard a ringtone coming from her cellphone.

"Who could be calling at a time like this?" pondered Percy.

"Shh!" hushed Emily, before answering. "Hello?"

"Emily? Emily, is that you?" The voice of...Discord asked.

Emily gasped. "Discord?" she quizzed. "What's going on? Did you happen to find anything more about Frankie?"

"Yes, but it's not too good. According to Spencer-boy's parents, those pirates have arrived in Knapford City and have taken over Boxford Corporation."

"WHAT?!" exclaimed Emily. "She's attacking Knapford City now?!"

"I'm afraid so." The voice of Discord confirmed. "What's more, it turns out that she DID have some of her pirates travel to America and kidnap Skiff at some point."

The whole class overheard the conversation going on. But before anyone could say anything about it, Emily took notice and shushed them before resuming speaking to Discord on the phone.

"So, what's going to happen next?" she asked.

"It's hard to say what will happen, but I'll definitely contact Frankie's Mother and Father about this." answered the voice of Discord. "Something tells me they won't be happy with what their daughter has done. I'll bring them down to Sodor as soon as I can to help out. Spencer-boy, meanwhile, is coming down to aid in stopping her."

"Okay, we'll be waiting for your arrival." agreed Emily. "Goodbye, Discord."

With that said, she hung up and looked at the rest of her classmates.

"Well, there you have it - Frankie Clarke has officially taken over Boxford Corporation's Sodor branch."

"Well, that's just peachy." frowned James. "It looks like we'll be encountering those pirates sooner than we expected."

"With Boxford Corp under their control, it will make the fight against them all the more harder." complained Percy. "Who knows what they've done to the place in only a short period of time?"

"Can't we ever have a more peaceful adventure where the fate of the world 'isn't' in jeopardy or something?" asked Toby, feeling dismayed about the whole situation.

"Enough!" cut in Thomas. "Our fight with the pirates isn't going to end until Frankie—no, Driote—has been defeated for good. We have to take the fight to her group at Boxford Corp's headquarters."

"And now that Theo, Lexi, and Merlin have been freed from her command-" Edward put in. "-they can get back to their own lives and be safe from all this."

"No, Edward; we're going to need their help." interrupted Emily. She then looked towards Merlin, Theo, and Lexi. "You three... I know this is sounding too much, but we need you to come with us and help stop those pirates."

"Us?" squeaked Theo. "Fight those pirates? We just got away from them!"

"Are ya loco in the cocoa, lassie?" asked Lexi in her usual Scottish tone. "We three are the worst duelists in the world. The only way we usually win is out of pure luck!"

"We're completely useless." Theo added, frightened. "We can't stop those pirates. We can't do 'anything'!"

"But we can 'try'." Merlin insisted. "We can give anything a try, and we 'will' give anything a try! Isn't that right?"

Lexi and Their both gazed at their guardian in shock; did he say he was willing to put his life on the line in order to assist his new friends in putting an end to Frankie's plans?

"M-Merlin-!" peeped Lexi. "Y-You cannae be serious!"

"Thomas and his friends have gone out of their way to free us from Frankie." explained Merlin. "They're our friends now, and we all know that friends help each other."

"But, Frankie's often said we're-" Theo tried to protest.

"Look, nobody is useless, Theo. I know you and Lexi are both super scared. Heck, I'm scared too, but I'm still not going to let fear stop me from trying to help out. Think about it, Theo, you showed absolute bravery when facing Lexi in that duel."

The gray/brown-haired boy did remember that. "Y-Yeah... I did."

"And you, Lexi, don't think of yourself as useless either." Merlin went on, turning to speak to Lexi. "Try thinking positively. Ask yourself what you CAN do?"

"I..." As Lexi spoke, she thought back to when she dueled and defeated a strong duelist like Edward in order to defend Theo. Eventually, the light blue-haired girl's eyes lit up, figuring out that she wasn't as useless as Frankie often claimed she was. "Merlin, I've come to realize that I am not as useless as I thought I was!"

Emily smiled hopefully. "Does this mean you'll each help us?"

Merlin, Theo, and Lexi each looked to the dark green-haired girl...and nodded, eager to help their new friends defeat the Duel Pirates for good.

"Awesome!" cheered James.

"That's the right choice." praised Duck.

"Welcome to the team!" added Henry.

Nia and Rebecca both felt very proud of Theo and Lexi, and started to speak to them as if they were students...

"This is a very brave thing you both chose to undertake." said Rebecca.

"Despite the possibility of death ahead, you are willing to put your lives on the line to help us." added Nia. "Rebecca and I are very proud of you two."

Both Theo and Lexi looked at each other, smiling. Eventually, Thomas broke the silence...

"Alright, everyone... In that case, it's time." he said, full of determination. "Let's climb aboard Bertie's bus and return home to Sodor."

"Once we're there, we'll need to proceed to Boxford Corp's headquarters." added Emily. "It's going to be extremely dangerous, but we won't lose to Frankie, or Driote, a second time!"

"Be safe everyone." suggested Beresford. "And please return anytime you're visiting Bridlington while on vacation or something; you've all been the best customers I have ever asked for."

"Much appreciated, Beresford." nodded Nia. "And thanks for putting up with all this insanity while we were here."

"Hey, it may have been dangerous, but at the same time it was interesting. Now, be off you lot, and go stop those enemies of yours."

"We won't fail this time." vowed Thomas, before turning to face the exit. He could he the bus pulling up, opening its doors, and revealing Bertie behind the wheel. "Let's go, everyone!"

With that said, the class from Sodor High School left the building, while Beresford waved goodbye to the best guests he ever had.

"I sure am gonna miss those crazy kids and teachers." The blue-haired man sighed, looking and feeling disappointed. "Oh well, I guess I'd better resume my duties instead of crying over it."

And that's what the hotel owner did.

(elsewhere...)

As the school bus departed from the city of Bridlington, Thomas could be seen looking out the window of his seat. There was a lot on his mind about both Frankie and Driote—but mainly Driote.

"This time, things will be different, 'Artist of Insanity'." Thomas thought to himself. "I don't know what you plan on using Boxford Corp for, but we, or 'I', will put a stop to your plans for good! You will never hurt innocent people again!"

And the bus continued down the road. It was official; the second battle with the Duel Pirates was going to begin...now!

(The sun was setting in the ruined remains of the Castle Rondeval. Thomas was standing inside, looking at the ruins as graffiti on a nearby wall turns into his past self; Anakin.)

Graffiti on the wall of the mindset

Tainted pictures in my heart

Slowly turning the pages of real life

Into fiction of my dreams

(Emily was looking about in another section of the castle ruins as wall graffiti behind her turned into her own past self; Anastasia)

While the ink may drip slowly from the pens

Making stains that weren't needed

We must clean off our canvas we called pain

And create a brand new piece of art

(Meanwhile, Frankie looked about the ruins of Chelyumn with a neutral look on her face. As her hair blew in the wind, the graffit behind her turned into 'Driote: The Artist of Insanity' smiling evilly. Soon a ball of light floated down past many of Thomas's iconic monsters; 'Ebon High Magician', 'Enlightenment Paladin', 'Tuning Magician', the three 'Poker Knights', the three 'Magnet Warriors', 'Valkyrion the Magna Warrior', 'Magician's Valkyria', 'Big Shield Gardna', 'Obnoxious Celtic Guardian', 'Kuriboh', 'Dark Magician Girl', and finally 'Dark Magician'. Thomas caught the light ball gently in his hands, holding it to his chest. He looked up and stood ready for battle, Duel Disk activated, and Millennium Puzzle glowing.)

What we draw is called a piece of our soul

Mainly in black and white

But when love and truth come into the mix

They make a color that we all can recognize; it's called hope

(Emily flew through Sodor while some of her monsters appeared; 'Wingweaver', 'Kuribon', 'Airknight Parshath', 'Serapheem', 'Supreme Princess', 'Supreme Queen of Angels', and 'Supreme Queen of Desires'. Side shots of some of their friends and their own ace monsters soon appeared... Examples include Percy with 'Red-Eyes Black Dragon', James with 'Elemental HERO Neos', Stanley with 'Destiny HERO - Plasma', Mavis with 'Cyber Angel Vrash', Rosie with 'Trident Dragion', and Spencer with his three 'Blue-Eyes White Dragons'.)

So write your story out

Let love guide your quill through the blank page

Don't think about when you felt all alone

And instead just draw out the new plans for your life

(The 'Egyptian Gods'; 'Obelisk the Tormentor', 'Slifer the Sky Dragon', and 'The Winged Dragon of Ra' each appeared from beams of light, with Thomas on the back of 'The Winged Dragon of Ra'. There was a serious look of determination on the blue-haired boy's face; he had to stop Driote from destroying the world, or die trying.)

Though most tales are tragic

You don't have to let your's be like that

Piece together your greatest memories

And you're finished

(In a final shot, Thomas and his friends celebrated at a large banquet dinner; Percy flashed a peace sign at the camera; James and Gordon, both hungry as can be, were fighting over a large steak; Toby and Edward both face-palmed at the two for acting silly over a plate of meat; Mavis, Molly, Henry, Nia, and Rebecca were all simply eating their meals politely; Merlin was performing on a stage to the audience; Theo was enjoying the affectionate hugs he was getting from Lexi; Stanley and Rosie were both enjoying some spaghetti but realize too late that they were eating on the same strand and were seconds away from a Lady and the Tramp style kiss; Emily winked playfully; and Thomas smiled at the time he was spending with his group of friends.)
