AN: Enjoy!

Twenty minutes later, Sapphire was parked in the Empire parking lot. She was wearing a straight brown wig and green eye contacts. A black pencil skirt, light blue silk button-down shirt, and black Micheal Khors pumps adorned her body. Grabbing her Chanel purse, she exited the car and confidently walked into the hotel. Sapphire looked like a wealthy socialite. Seeing as it was 2 AM, the hotel lobby was empty except for a lone worker at the front desk. The worker didn't bat an eye at Sapphire as she made her way to the elevator. Once inside, she let out the breath she was holding and felt relieved that her disguise worked. Pulling out the burner phone that she used strictly for work, Sapphire called Taina's room.

"Hello?" A female voice sleepily answered. With a lowered voice Sapphire said,

"Ma'am, I'm delivering the pizza you ordered now."

"I didn't order a pizza."

"This isn't Anna?"

"No. Sorry."

"Who is this?"

"Taina… you have the wrong number. Sorry." The line went dead and Sapphire let out an excited squeal. Excited that Taina was in her room, Sapphire quickly composed herself as she stepped out on the tenth floor. She made her way to room 1015 and took a deep breath before she knocked on the door. Waiting for a moment, she knocked again. And again. When Sapphire was about to knock for the fourth time, the door opened. Taina stood in the doorway wearing a light green nightgown and her hair was in two braids.

"Hello?" Taina asked sleepily.

"Hi. My name is Sapphire. I have urgent news."

"Is everything okay?"

"No. I'm afraid not." Inviting Sapphire inside and closing the door, Taina nervously played with her hair. Sleep left her as anxiety took over.

"Is it Joker and Harley?" Taina asked.

"Yes. You must come with me quickly. I'll take you somewhere safe."

"Does Batman know about this?"

"Of course. Who do you think sent me?"

"Just let me get dressed." Nodding her head, Sapphire took a deep breath. She couldn't believe this was actually working. Taina put on a pair of black jeans, a white tank top, and white sneakers. Grabbing a black jacket and her purse, she made her way over to the door.

"I'm ready. What's going on?" Taina asked as she followed Sapphire.

"I'll explain later. Right now it's important that you come with me." They stepped into the elevator and Taina bit her lip nervously.

"Put your hood on. We don't want anybody recognizing you." Sapphire said as the elevator stopped at the lobby. Taina quickly complied and they made their way out of the hotel. Leading her over to Drew's car, Sapphire unlocked the door and they both got in. A faint smell of lavender filled the car. Taina felt a sense of familiarity but didn't linger on it. She had other things to worry about. Sapphire began to drive to the motel Drew was at.

"What's going on?" Taina asked.

"I don't know all the details. Just that it involves Joker and Harley." Sapphire lied.

"You must know something."

"I'm sorry but I don't. Batman didn't go into detail. He just told me to take you somewhere safe."

"This can't be happening. I thought I was safe from them. How did they find me?"

"I don't know, Sweetie. Have some water, it'll calm you down." Sapphire handed Taina an opened bottle of water. Normally Taina isn't one to drink from others, but she drank anyway. She did need to calm down. Taina took a few sips and put the water back. It had a funny after taste.

"Drink more. It's good for your nerves." Sapphire instructed.

"No thanks. It tastes kind of funny." Taina said as she yawned. Her head felt fuzzy and body was starting to feel heavy. Sapphire pulled over in a random parking lot and quickly changed her clothes. She took off the wig and the eye contacts and threw them in a nearby dumpster. Taina was trying desperately to stay awake but was slowly losing. By the time they got to Motel Inn, Taina was asleep. Sapphire shook her awake and helped Taina out of the car. Taina stumbled her way to Drew's room with Sapphire assisting her. Sapphire knocked on the door. A moment later, Drew tiredly answered.

"What?" Sapphire pushed past him and placed Taina on the bed.

"Taina?" Drew asked. He was slightly drunk.

"I told you I would bring her to you," Sapphire answered. "I'll be right back." Sapphire left the room. Drew walked over to Taina. She was fast asleep on his bed. He rested his hands on her breast and was about to pull her shirt up as Sapphire stepped in. She had the bottle of water she gave Taina in her hand.

"We're staying here tonight," Sapphire said. When she stepped out, she called someone who worked for Joker and Harley. Apparently they were out of town until tomorrow night. Meaning that Sapphire was stuck babysitting Taina until they came back. The bottle of water she drugged with sleeping pills would come in handy.

"Whatever. Just don't get in my way." Drew said as she laid next to Taina. Soon he too fell asleep. Knowing that it would be a while before Taina or Drew woke up, Sapphire crawled into bed with them and fell asleep as well.
