To the guest who left a review on Thursday January 23rd 2020 (my time zone at least, and you're not bugging me :), and FF don't allow links or emails in reviews, so they censored your email address) and sort of to anyone who have ever read this story or will read it in the future:
I'm so glad you read it and enjoyed it! I'm so sorry I haven't updated it in forever. It's supposed to be 4 parts, and I know you expected a part 2, Guest Reviewer. And I'm really sorry to say that you didn't miss it anywhere. Because it is not written yet.
What happened to this story was that I decided to end part 1 before the plan. Where I ended it felt like a natural place to end it so I could start to rewrite it, because there were things I wanted to add, point of views I felt needed to be added to the story. Give it more flesh, sort of. And then I would repost it and continue it and end it where I had originally planned. And then get to part 2, 3 and 4.
But life happened. Yes, my grandfather passed away around the time I wrote chapter 30 on this. And various things have sort of piled on after that in the years after. I won't go into detail, because you don't deserve to listen to that, and it will just take too long. Thankfully, or not thankfully depending on how you see it, I found a couple of other fandoms and started writing drabbles and one-shots, which I never thought I would. In 2015, I also suddenly started another epic sized story set in the Marvel fandom, but that one is far from ready to post and I haven't written properly on it since 2016.
I feel terribly guilty for sort of forgetting about this story from time to time, not just for the people who want to read the rest, but also for the characters and what I have planned for them. But I have not given up on it. I just don't know when it'll be ready to continue. When I'll be ready to get back to it.
During NaNoWriMo last year (2019) I sort of made a plan for the future of my writing and that included this one, but NaNoWriMo didn't go as planned because life happened again, but the plan is still going, just a lot slower than I expected.
So, I hope you all don't give up on me, because I won't give up on this story. I promise.
Thank you for reading, I love you all!
