I sat there with the blanket wrapped around me for a good three hours before I saw Quin walked up to me.

"Okay, progress is going well. During your transformation, you sorta dropped your clothing and bag. Sorta everything. Those are actually safely right here." He said.

Quin reached down and opened a drawer on the side of the bed which revealed my stuff. Nodding slowly at him, he closed it and got up.

"For your team, your Riolu and others who were with you are actually next door to you." He continued.

He then walked to a nearby door and told me they are in there and are doing alright, including Stealth. I felt better hearing that and just remained on the bed as he walked towards the room with the test chambers again.

"Anyways, I should be getting this done soon, so don't worry! If you need anything, my Braixen is down the hall. He will help you with anything you may need." Quin said.

Quin then walked into the chambers room, leaving me sitting in my bed as I sighed.

"This sucks… Stuck as a Vaporeon." I told myself.

"How does this technology even do this? You can't just turn someone into a Pokemon." I said.

I let out a sigh and laid back into the bed, staring at the sunroof as the sun shined down on me.

"It feels so weird too… I feel… So smooth and slippery…" I said.

Looking down, I jumped off the bed and tensed up upon touching the icy cold floor which didn't help since I was a Vaporeon, a water type. Shivering softly, I stepped forward and soon reached the door that contained my team. Looking at the doorknob, I tried jumping and grabbing it. After many failed attempts, I finally managed to get a grip and also managed to twist it as the door slowly creaked open. Dropping to the floor, I pushed it open with my head and looked around. I noticed Mystic and pretty much my entire team, having been released by Quin I assumed.

Slowly walking in, Mystic noticed me and ran up. She tilted her head at me as I looked at her.

"Hey, um… It's me." I said.

Mystic looked confused and somewhat tapped my head a few times. She then spoke but even though I was a Vaporeon, I did not gain the ability to understand Pokemon. Letting out a soft sigh, I explained some stuff to her and told her I'll be back to normal soon. Thankfully Mystic seemed to understand me and nodded before walking off.

Closing my eyes slowly, I just walked around the room and sat on a beanbag.

"Guess I'll just wait here..." I told myself.

Laying back, I closed my eyes and let out an exhale. As I was laying there, I suddenly felt something up against my tail. I let out a shiver since it felt so weird having a tail still.

When the feeling continued, I slowly opened my eyes and noticed Stealth was rubbing against my tail. I was confused as I spoke.

"Um… Stealth? What, err, are you doing?" I asked.

Stealth didn't reply and continued rubbing against my tail and soon traveled up. He soon rubbed his head against my stomach.

"Uh..." I tilted my head.

I kept watching him as he soon looked at me with a smirk. Finally noticing what he was planning, I instantly jumped up and backed up.

"Whoa, no way…!" I exclaimed.

Stealth looked at me blankly before rolling his eyes and gave a scoff before walking off. I stood there for a moment before exhaling deeply.

"J- jeez… Did Stealth really want to do it to me? It was probably harmless, but jeez man..." I told myself.

Shaking my head, I looked towards the door and walked out and into the chambers room. I noticed Quin who continued working on the sparking mess in front of him. Walking up to him, I spoke but I assumed it came out a 'Vaporeon' or something.

When Quin looked at me, he placed some tools down.

"Hey there, so, err… I honestly did not plan this. Just give me at least twenty more minutes since I think I'm just about done with it." He said.

Sighing, I nodded and slowly walked out as I heard him work on the machine again.

That twenty minutes turned into about three hours. I was laying on the bed when I finally heard Quin's voice.

"Hey, it's finished." He said.

My ears perked up and I quickly sat and stared. Wanting to return back to normal, I ran into the room as Quin followed. Once we were both in there, he told me to enter the same one I entered before. Doing so, the whole process happened and I remember my vision going dark for a moment before light came back to me.

With the whole thing completed, I remember seeing the door open as I slowly walked out. Panting softly, I shook my head slowly. Rubbing my eyes slowly, I looked and noticed I was back in my own body. Letting out a deep sigh of relief, I suddenly noticed something.

"H- holy crap…! I'm naked!" I shouted.

I looked and covered myself quickly as I looked over to Quin who had his eyes covered. He had a bag in his hand before throwing it blindly towards me. Taking it, I unzipped it to notice clothing as I quickly rushed back into the chamber before getting dressed.

Upon getting dressed, I sighed deeply and walked out. Quin walked up to me and rubbed the back of his head.

"W- well then… I forgot about that… Luckily I did not see anything." He said.

"Yeah, that's good." I replied, sighing more.

"Anyways, that was… Eventful. Sorry about all that. I did not expect you to get stuck as a Vaporeon and all." He said.

"Um, yeah… That was an interesting experience." I said.

"Yeah. So, err, will you be going now?" He asked.

"I think that's for the best before I turn into something else." I told him.

"Okay… Thanks for the research and all. I left all your stuff on the bed while you were being transformed." He said.

Nodding, I slowly walked towards the door. I then walked to the bed and picked my bag up. I then walked towards the room with my team and walked in. Mystic suddenly jumped into me and wrapped around my neck, rubbing her head against my neck.

"Heh… Well, I'm back." I told her.

Mystic nodded and kept around my neck as I called my entire team into their Pokeballs. Leaving Stealth and Flanite out, I told them to come on. Flanite jumped into my bag while Stealth just sighed and stood next to me, appearing quite moody.

"Anyways, lets get going..." I told them.

Walking out and towards the front doors, I walked into the wilderness and started looking around.

"Okay, now… Lets try finding civilization." I said.

With Mystic around my neck, Flanite in the bag and Stealth next to me, we began walking in a random direction. We walked for a decent amount, being about six miles. I was glad it wasn't hot out since clouds has filled the sky for most of our journey.

So after walking those six somewhat exhausting miles, I managed to encounter a small town. Looking at it, it seemed to be filled with life and appeared to be a farming town.

"A farming place? Oh man… I really hope we can get some food!" I exclaimed.

The three seemed to agree and nodded before we walked in. As we walked into the town, it seemed to be ran by Pokemon mainly. The people around seemed to prepare the crops while the Pokemon maintained the crops.

"Interesting setup… So many fields with so much food." I said.

I walked down the street for a little and passed many different marketplaces. It looked quite nice as I stopped in front of a food store. Looking at the three, I spoke.

"How about we get some food?" I asked.

Mystic and the other two nodded quickly as we walked in. Now, it only took about half an hour of shopping until we finished and once we left, we found a nice area and started to eat. It was pretty nice and after ten minutes of eating, we were ready to continue.

"Man, now I feel ready to travel." I said.

The three nodded and got ready. Once we were all set, we started our journey once again.

We walked throughout the town for a bit before finding an exit to it which lead deeper within the forest. Looking through it, I just shrugged and told the others to follow. They nodded and stayed close as we walked down the forest and for some reason it felt kinda eerie. The forest fell quiet and I wasn't sure what was going on as it was now dead silent, not even the sound of wind.

"Hmm… Kinda creepy. Lets just try and hurry." I said.

They nodded and continued to stay close as we went further into the forest.

We walked for about a mile before reaching a large bridge that hung above a giant rushing river. Looking down over the ledge, I slowly stepped back.

"Okay, lets not fall down there. That water looks like it'll rip you apart." I said.

Mystic and Flanite quickly jumped in my bag as Stealth remained by my side. I looked at him and gently rubbed his head.

"Be careful, alright? Even you might not be able to fight that current." I told him.

Stealth shrugged and nodded before following very close to me. I walked towards the bridge and looked ahead.

"Jeez… This doesn't look sturdy at all. Lets just try and move carefully." I said.

Letting out a sigh, I gripped the ropes and started to slowly walk across the bridge. The bridge was very loose and moved side to side with each step. Each creak caused me to freak slightly due to how old and weak this appeared to me.

"Okay, I'm good… Stealth? Can you fall back and wait for us to cross? I am unsure how much weight this can support." I said.

Stealth let out a growl as his tail glowed which made me tense up and sweat nervously.

"W- wait! I didn't mean you're fat or anything. Vaporeon's are just… Pretty heavy." I said.

Stealth snapped his head to the side and scoffed loudly and closing his eyes, seeing his tail's light fade.

"J- jeez… I swear Stealth was about to use iron tail on those ropes..." I whispered, sweating still.

Exhaling, I tried getting across the bridge as I continued crossing it as quick as I could. Thankfully even though there were pretty loud and scary creaks, I have managed to get across to the other side. I held my breath for the last 25% of the journey and as I let a big exhale, I slowly looked across the bridge as Stealth was already making his own across the bridge.

"Now that I think of it… I could've just recalled him in his Pokeball. I just hope it doesn't give in..." I said.

Looking on, Stealth slowly crossed the bridge. He had better stability due to him being on all fours, which is good. However, it was still pretty bad as it shook and cracked, hearing the wood splinter beneath him.

"Stealth? Be careful, I swear it's going to break." I told him.

Stealth continued but despite him being as careful as he could, the bridge just couldn't hold out and a plank beneath him broke as his back legs fell through. Stealth didn't freak out but I could see some emotion of fright in his eyes as he wrapped his front paws on the plank in front of him.

"Crap…! Um..." I looked around.

"Hold on Stealth…!" I exclaimed.

I told the two in my bag to try and find something to help Stealth as they quickly ran off. I looked at the bridge and looked very nervous.

"Crap, um. Okay… I have no idea. I don't think I should try and cross over to him." I said.

Helplessly looking towards Stealth, he struggled to climb back up, but due to his tail being thick, it got jammed between the plank behind him and in front of him.

Dropping my bag, I quickly looked around the bag and pulled out all my Pokeballs before releasing them. I pointed at Stealth as most seemed somewhat surprise but they all ran off to try and help him just like Mystic and Flanite. Looking back to Stealth, I noticed something that scared me. The plank he was holding onto was snapping in two. My eyes widen slightly as I knew it couldn't hold for much longer before it fully breaks.

"Stealth! Try and hold of something else!" I exclaimed.

Stealth looked around as I suddenly noticed Sylvie jump out and started walking across the bridge towards Stealth.

"Sylvie? W- what are you doing?" I asked.

Sylvie didn't look back and carefully made it towards Stealth as I looked at Espeonage who stood just in front of the bridge who watched Sylvie.

Not knowing what else to do, I just watched on as Sylvie made her way towards Stealth as I heard the wood crack and splinter further. When Sylvie was just about five feet away, the wood finally gave out and snapped, causing Stealth to fall. I ran towards the edge and watched as I looked surprised.

Sylvie was laying right on the edge of the broken bridge, feelers wrapped around Stealth which kept him suspended in midair. Sylvie tried getting up, but just like Stealth, the weight was too much and the planks beneath her broke which made both of them fall.

They fell nearly all the way but just at the last moment, they stopped midair as they floated. I sighed extremely deeply and tried calming down as I looked at Espeonage who was using his power. He looked strained with holding two Pokemon at once but he powered through it and lifted the two up before dropping them onto the ground next to me. Espeonage shook his head and laid down slowly, panting as I looked at Stealth and Sylvie. I ran over to them and hugged them tightly and looked. Sylvie licked my face as Stealth gave me a gently hug of his own.

"I'm so glad you two are safe..." I said.

"Thanks so much Sylvie for quick thinking. I completely forgot you had those feelers." I told her.

Sylvie nodded and just snuggled against me as I looked at Stealth. Stealth was feeling his neck before his eyes widen before gripping around his neck.

"O- oh crap. Did you lose your necklace?" I asked.

Before he was able to reply, Sylvie walked up to Stealth and held out Stealth's necklace which was on her tail. He quickly took it and placed it around his neck before hugging Sylvie. It was sorta weird seeing Stealth show affection, but it did feel nice.

"W- well, nice catch Sylvie. That necklace means quite a lot to him." I said.

Sylvie wagged her tail and yipped before going to Espeonage who still looked exhausted from pulling those two up.

I looked at Stealth as he looked a bit surprised with what just happened. I just gently rubbed his head.

"Glad you are safe..." I said.

Slowly looking around, I told my team to regroup and when they did, I recalled all of them other then my original team, so just Mystic, Flanite and Stealth. Looking at my Pokeballs, I picked up Espeonage's ball and looked at it.

"Get some rest, alright…?" I said before placing it in my bag.

Looking at the three, I hugged them and told them to lets go. They three nodded as we started walking down the pathway.

"Man… That was way too close." I said.

"Well, we made it. So lets go ahead and just continue before something else happens." I continued.

The three nodded and walked beside me as we walked down the path as the trees started clearing. I looked around at the trees clearing as I gave a soft smile.

"Guess we're finally leaving the forest." I told them.

Mystic jumped up on my back and wrapped her arms around my neck, happy we were finally out of those dense forest and all. As we left the forest, it started turning into what looked like a massive field and grassy area. It was better then the forest since we were able to see but due to the better line of sight, I noticed something. I looked down and about 100 feet away, I noticed a giant fire flare that shot into the sky. I wasn't sure if it was an SOS or just someone messing around, so I slowed down slightly and started walking. The flare in the sky faded into a black cloud of smoke and I looked slightly confused. I looked down the field and noticed a campsite. It had a massive tent and a fire pit which wasn't lit.

"Huh… Guess it's just someone enjoying their camping trip." I said.

I continued walking towards it since it was alongside the road we were on. I still didn't see anyone near the campsite as I thought they were just hidden behind or in the tent doing something.

"Eh, oh well." I shrugged.

It took about five minutes before finally reaching the camp with the speed I'm going. When I passed it, I noticed nothing at all and it somewhat confused me.

"Hmm..." I looked at it.

No one was around and I didn't see anything in the tent through the tiny opening I saw. After confirming no one was in or near the campsite, I started to wonder a tiny bit. I stopped after thinking a moment before turning to face the tent. Looking at my team, I told them to stay on guard as I slowly made my way towards the tent. Gently tapping on the tent, I called out.

"Hello? Anyone here?" I asked.

Nothing but silent followed and I looked even more confused. Thinking back to the flare or fireball, I was unsure what it meant.

"Was it… A signal?" I asked myself.

"Maybe… A warning or extraction?" I continued.

Slowly backing up, I was very confused at this. I knew I saw that flare so someone should've been here unless they ran like hell upon firing it off.

I was deep in thought but was quickly yanked from it upon feeling a tug from my leg. I looked down to notice Flanite who let out a slight squeak before turning and pointing in a direction.

"Huh? You see something?" I asked.

Flanite nodded and ran off to where he pointed. I tried stopping him but he didn't listen. Letting out a slight sigh, I told the others to follow and ran after Flanite who traveled deeper into the fields. The grass was too high for his body as he was emerged within the blades of grass. Luckily the movement of moving grass caused me to track Flanite without losing him.

Flanite just continued running some more while the two ran behind me and once Flanite stopped, I stopped behind him and panted slightly. Slowly looking at Flanite, he started jumping up, his head barely peeking out from the tall grass. Confused, I picked him up but suddenly noticed something in the grass. Reaching my hand out, I picked up what looked like a flare shell. This flare shell wasn't used as I titled my head slowly. I soon looked down and noticed even more shells and even a flare gun.

"A… Flare gun? And at least about five shells." I said.

"This is… Very odd." I spoke more.

Taking the flare gun, I looked over it and it looked brand new. Opening it up, I noticed no flare inside the chamber.

While I was looking over it some more, I was suddenly stunned by Stealth's deep and somewhat demonic growl. Hearing him growl, I jumped up and spun around to notice three very intimidating people in matching clothing.

"Well, well… If it isn't this girl..." One spoke.

The other two stayed quiet as the one who did speak step forward and smirked at me.

"It's been a while, heh… But we're not here to chat." He said, his voice being deep and scratchy.

Gripping the flare gun behind my back, I kept my eyes on them as the middle one walked even closer, maintaining his large smirk.

"Our boss had his eyes on you for quite some time after ruining our plans that one time." He said.

"And this time… You're all alone, heh… We're going to give you a choice..." He looked at me.

I maintained my cool as he stopped nearly ten feet away from me.

"Hand over everything you have… Or we'll do something awful to you and your tiny Pokemon." He chuckled.

Slowly looking at Mystic but still managing to keep an eye on them, I very quietly spoke.

"Mystic… Cause a distracting with Stealth..." I said.

Mystic nodded very lightly as I slowly backed up. We stared at each other for a moment before I shouted to go. Mystic jumped up high and fired a ball of aura. The ball touched the ground and soon exploded into a ball of bright light for just a moment. This was enough time however for Stealth to fire a large hydro cannon which forced the three back.

"Damn it! Get them!" The leader of the three shouted.

Whipping out the flare gun, I suddenly shot it towards them without thinking. The two were reaching for some Pokeballs but they were forced to dive out of the way to prevent getting hit by the shell. Looking at the three, I told them to run as we sprinted off.

I used the remaining flares and shot them behind me to cause a massive smoke screen of red to prevent us being tracked.

We ran down the pathway as I didn't hear anything behind us. I panted and just continued, not wanting to risk them catching up somehow. We ran for a bit before I noticed a roadblock.

Trying to run pass it, I was suddenly stopped by an officer.

"Whoa, stop right there! What's with the rush?" He asked.

"S- sorry..." I panted heavily.

I managed to catch my breath enough to explain what happened as he spoke in a radio before looking at me.

"From what you're telling me, it matches the description of what happened here. Thanks for the info… We'll try and search over there and hopefully we can catch these criminals." He told me.

Nodding slowly, he went over to the police vehicle before looking at me again.

"Head down this path and you'll reach Nax City." He said.

"O- okay." I said.

The officer nodded and soon rode off, leaving me near the roadblock. I looked at the three and slowly walked towards the city, still tired from running at max speed.

Luckily we reached the city without any problem. I was quite happy to finally be there as I slowly looked around.

"Man… We're finally at Nax City..." I told myself and panted slightly.

Looking at the three, I told them to follow as they did and we just walked around for a moment as the city looked pretty nice. We walked up to a bench with a table as I just relaxed there for a moment. I wasn't sure what they encounter was but they truly seemed pretty angry at me. I tried shaking it off, but the feeling still stayed. I let out a sigh and just relaxed there for a moment which felt nice...
