Hi! Long time no see (like months away from 10 years, yikes!)!
First off, I want to apologize for not even warning you about how I wouldn't write anymore. To my credit, I didn't even know I would stop. I found fan fiction approximately when I was 11 years old. I had an account before I even had a Facebook account, go figure. There's nothing big that happened that stopped me from writing, just life. In the past ten years I started and finished middle school, high school, and university. I work now and I'm planning on getting my master's degree some time soon. I was looking through my accounts (social media and the like) when I came upon this account. Had I forgotten about it? No, but it was way deep in the back of my mind. Over this past decade I became fan of so many shows and books, and read so much fan fiction (like, so much, honestly). However, I did this in AO3.
To not make this long, I came back to announce that I am planning on finishing this story. I still have my old notebook with all my notes on it. I love Narnia still and reading fan fiction, and I want to finish my small contribution to the Narnia fanfic community. I hope to finish it by the end of this year, though I can't promise anything since I'm a working adult (am I?) now, but at least a few updates will be published.
This story began as a freaking Mary Sue insert, not gonna lie haha. To my credit, I didn't even fully understand what Mary Sue or other terms were. My first language is not English, though I did start learning it young. I have vastly improved (I hope) thanks to, well, time and reading. I hope to edit out my mistakes in past chapters, so I ask for your patience.
All in all, I know that, like not everyone who once reviewed or liked this story will read this, but I want to thank everyone for having done so, especially if you end up reading what comes next. I am finishing this story because I love fan fiction (and I also don't like leaving things once I start them lol).
