"Whoa, it's so cool in here." Scythe said, looking around the expo as they walked through the streets.
"I can't believe the entire island is manmade, it's nuts." Ruby said looking around with Jack holding her hand.
"An' there's normal city stuff. About everything you could need." Melissa said giving them the tour. "The big downside is we generally can't travel. I was only allowed to leave when I did because I had filled out the proper paperwork for it."
"Really? Why can't you travel without filling out the proper paperwork, you're basically prisoners here on the island." Yang questioned, before her scroll went off.
"The scientists and their families have to keep their work top secret. That insures there aren't any leaks. Filling out the proper paperwork for wanting to leave the island swears them to secrecy no matter what happens." Melissa exclaimed.
"Ah, it's the Monster Hero Godzillo." Ruby said.
'Aunt Ruby's always been a big fan of heroes and fairy tales. She spent hours researching what heroes there were and where they came from when she first got settled in.' Scythe chuckled. He looked in his coat pocket and found the pair pin Grandpa Toshi gave him, thinking about it for a minute. After thinking it over, Scythe took it out of his pocket, and put it in Jacks hair, pushing her bangs out of the way, and keeping them out of her face.
"Uh, what's this for?" Jack asked.
"I don't need it anymore, so I thought you might like it." Scythe said, scratching his cheek a bit.
Ruby noticed this, and took out her phone, texting Momo.
"*Question, is it normal in Japan for cousins to fall in love, like an actual romantic relationship, and marry each other? ~Ruby.*"
Almost immediately she got a response.
"*Generally speaking it's not the normal thing, but it's not uncommon either, why do you ask? ~Momo.*"
Ruby sighed and sent her response.
"*I think Scythe and Jack might like each other, as more than just friends or cousins. ~Ruby.*"
Again an almost immediate response.
"*Ah, I see. Well I can't talk with you about this in person right now, I'm at I-Expo on I-Island. ~Momo.*"
"*I'm at the Expo to. If we see each other, let's meet up. ~Ruby.*"
"*Deal. ~Momo.*"
"Ruby."
The red reaper looked up to see Yang coming towards her with a solemn and terrified look on her face.
"What's up Yang?" Ruby asked, concern showing in her eyes.
Yang looked over to Scythe who was busy talking with Jack and looking at some of the cool hero costumes with tech and other support items, before she grabbed Ruby by the shoulder, and leaned in close, whispering to the red reaper in a hushed voice.
"I'm going back to Japan right now. There was an incident, and Eri went missing. There's no evidence that Chisaki is involved, but it's not out of the question. Scythe and Jack cannot know about this. You know how protective they are of her. If they were to find out about this, they would try and find her themselves, with or without a Hero's consent." Yang explained. "I already told dad about this, so and he told David to keep his mouth shut as well. Be sure to tell Melissa. Rei, Mitsuki, Midnight, Ghira, Mt. Lady, and Gunhead are helping in the investigation. Ban is looking into the Shie Hassaikai's involvement, so he's got it covered on that end."
After that, Yang separated from Ruby, who nodded in understanding, and walked over to Scythe, before kneeling down next to him.
"Scythe sweetie, I have to go back to Japan. Mama needs my help with something at the Agency that cannot wait until the end of the week." Yang said, taking him in for a hug.
"But, we were gonna spend the week together enjoying I-Island." Scythe exclaimed.
"I know baby. But this is important. I promise to make it up to you. We'll do something really fun when you get back okay?" Yang asked.
"Alright mom, safe travels." Scythe said.
"I have to go back to the hotel room to grab my bags real quick, but I promise I'll make this up to you." Yang said.
"You know Scythe, the sponsors invite heroes from all over to sign autographs and show off their new gear, speaking of which, I think it's time you showed off yours." Melissa smiled.
Scythe nodded and removed his hoodie, before entering his Argonaut form, finally happy to be able to let loose a bit, showing off his new costume, and how his physique in his First Stage Argonaut Form, was toned, and muscular, like a slimmed down version of All Might, only a foot taller than Melissa.
"It's a good day to be alive." Scythe smiled slicking back his hair like his Great Uncle Qrow, and letting out a deep breath of excitement.
"Man, your Argonaut form has really beefed up since the last time I saw it. At least as a man." Ruby said.
"AAAHHH. It's him. The mysterious hero who's supposed to make a surprise appearance." One of several girls in a group said, after shrieking in excitement.
"Uh what?" Scythe asked.
"She's talking about this." Melissa said handing him the back of an Expo Guidebook.
"My guidebook didn't have this on the back." Scythe said.
On the back cover of the guidebook, was a picture of his new suit with a black manly silhouette, with the word, Mysterious Hero will make a surprise appearance at the Expo wearing this new state of the art suit, written in big white letters.
"Melissa." Scythe said looking at her, with an irritated look, while Melissa was just whistling innocently. He was still wearing the mask Kirishima had given him, which actually complimented his suit quite well.
"So, where are you from?" One of the girls asked grouping around him.
"What's your Quirk?"
"What's your hero name?"
"Are you in a relationship? Do you have a girlfriend?"
As the group of girls gathered around Scythe, asking him question after question, Jack was looking at the situation with a grumpy face, and a glare at the girls.
"Why do they get all his attention?" Jack questioned.
"Uh-oh, looks like someone's a little jealous." Melissa said, only for Jack to turn her head away to the side. "Why don't you go and rescue him from the horde of girls?"
Jack looked at Melissa who only motioned with her head to go, to which Jack did with a smile on her face.
"Big brother, big brother." She said pushing through the girls. "C'mon you said we could go to the Support Gear Exhibit. You promised." Jack whined, pulling on his hand.
Seeing the opportunity to make his escape, Scythe lifted Jack up and put her on his shoulder, with a smile.
"Sorry ladies. I have to go, a promise is a promise." Scythe chuckled walking off, with Melissa and Ruby following behind.
Jack turned around to the girls and stuck out her tongue while pulling one of her eyelids down.
"That was a clever trick." Ruby smirked, as Jack happily swung her legs.
"You know, a lot of the pro heroes will be at the big party tonight. Of course I'm sure you all knew that already, since you were invited." Melissa said.
"Problem is we don't have any formal clothes for Scythe now. All his clothes are meant for a girl." Ruby said.
"We can fix that no problem. There is a tailor shop in the normal city area. Besides if you wear your hero costumes, it won't matter." Melissa smiled. "Look, over here." Melissa said pointing to a building. "You definitely have to check this place out. It's the Support Gear Exhibit."
Inside, the building was filled with all sorts of different hero items. All of them brand new and not even on the market yet.
"I've never seen so many hero items in one place." Ruby said in awe.
"Hey look at this one." Melissa said, pointing to what looked like a pterodactyl skull. "This multi-purpose beagle can fly like a jet of course, but it can also maneuver under water."
"So cool." Jack said, jumping up and down, still sitting on Scythe's shoulder.
"Why are you still sitting on my shoulder?" Scythe asked. "You can walk on your own you know. The act is over."
"No. I like it up here." Jack smirked, crossing her arms, and sticking out her tongue cutely.
"You can wear this diving suit, and drop up to seven thousand meters in the ocean." Melissa said as they moved to a different part of the exhibit.
"Impressive, but I can drop down to the bottom of the Mariana Trench without feeling so much as a headache." Scythe smiled.
"This helmet is equipped with 36 different sensors, so you can see all the way around your body." Melissa said, sticking a helmet on Scythe's head, with the help of standing on her toes.
"Eh, I have my heightened senses for that." Scythe said, as his face appeared on the large screen from the sensor.
"You know, almost everything here was created using different inventions, that Papa Patented." Melissa said.
"Wow, I bet you're proud of him." Ruby said.
"These support items will help heroes around the world. Who knows how many people will be affected because of his hard work?" Melissa questioned.
"I think it's great that your dad is someone you can look up to, just like how I look up to mine." Ruby said with a smile.
"That's because it's my dream to become a scientist just like him." Melissa stated.
"Oh yeah? I guess it makes sense, you are a student at the school here on the island, and you're pretty smart when it comes to all this technological stuff with support gear." Scythe smiled as Jack leaned onto his head, yawning a bit.
"You must be a real genius." Ruby smiled.
"Oh no, I've still got a lot to learn." Melissa said. "Honestly I should be studying much more."
"I feel the same." Scythe smiled, taking Jack down from his shoulder, and carrying her in his arms, as she wrapped her arms around his neck.
"We both do. If we wanna become great heroes like my dad, then we've both still got a long way to go." Ruby smiled.
"Uncle Might really holds a special place in your hearts, doesn't he?" Melissa asked.
"Well he is my grandpa."
"An' my dad." Ruby chuckled.
"Scythe, Ruby Melissa hey."
The three turned around to see Uraraka coming up behind them, with a smile on her face.
"Oh Uraraka. How and why are you here?" Ruby smiled before she realized what was wrong with that situation.
"I brought her, along with Tsu, Mina, and Hagakure."
They turned to the side to see Momo and Jiro standing there, with smiles on their faces.
"Yaoyorozu?" Scythe asked.
"Xiao Long." Jiro said, gaining his attention. "I heard everything." She said smugly.
"Jiro's Earphone jack, the ultimate spy tech." Scythe sighed.
"Oh Melissa, this is Momo Yaoyorozu, and Kyoka Jiro, two more of our classmates." Ruby said introducing them.
"What are you doing here Scythe?" Momo asked. "I thought you gave your invites away? Ruby gave her plus one to Pyrrha, so she wouldn't have been able to bring you."
"I did, but this invite came from Melissa herself, so I couldn't decline it, even if I wanted to." Scythe exclaimed. "Plus if I hadn't come. I wouldn't have been given my original gender back."
"I can see that. Your male Argonaut form's physique has really bulked up a bit since the last time I saw it during that battle training against Bakugo." Uraraka said, looking him up and down.
"Oh guys, this is my cousin Melissa, Uraraka already knows her. She was just showing us around the Expo a little bit." Ruby said.
"Nice to meet you." Melissa said. "My dad and Uncle Might are really good friends. I invited the others here to surprise my dad to celebrate a breakthrough in his research he's been doing. How about we all grab some tea at the café?"
"That sounds lovely." Momo smiled.
~Café 15 Minutes Later~
Scythe sighed as he sat at a table with a now fully awake Jack, sipping on a strawberry smoothie, while Scythe sipped his own. Their table was a bit of a ways away from the table Melissa, Ruby, Jiro, Uraraka, and Momo were sitting at. He wasn't paying attention to what they were saying, so he didn't care, plus he had his headphones in, listening to music.
"Wow, you actually got to work with Pro Heroes, like out in the field?" Melissa questioned.
"Just some normal training and a few patrols." Uraraka said. "I was actually under the tutelage of Yang and Blake's old boss, Gunhead. I was his intern."
"I helped out with a hostage crisis, but only the evacuation part." Jiro smiled.
"That's still amazing though." Melissa smiled.
"Somehow I ended up in a TV commercial for hair products." Momo said, blushing a bit.
"Sounds like an experience. Lucky." Melissa smiled.
"All that's nothing compared to what Scythe did." Ruby smiled, looking back to her nephew and daughter, enjoying their drinks. "He took down the Hero Killer Stain, and his Copycat. Even made the Hero Killer see the error of his ways."
"I wasn't aware." Melissa said, looking over to the table with the duo in awe.
"We were thinking of going to the Pavilion to check out where the academy's exhibit is gonna be tomorrow." Jiro said.
"I'm really excited." Uraraka smirked.
"By the way Ruby, Melissa, do either Scythe or Jack know about the situation involving Eri going missing?" Jiro asked the duo.
"No they don't." Melissa said.
"An' we want to keep it that way. If either one of them finds out, they'll tell the other, and go out to erect justice on their own terms." Ruby said, with a stern look on her face.
"Understood." Momo said. "By the way Ruby, since they can't hear us I think now is the best time to talk about what we said through our texts."
"Oh, that, right." Ruby said.
"What makes you think that Jack and Scythe like each other like that? Aren't they a little young to be thinking or doing anything remotely close to romantic?" Jiro asked, which caused Ruby to quirk an eyebrow at her. "Sorry, we kinda read the texts over Yaomomo's shoulder." Jiro said, answering the unspoken question.
"Well, just given the way they interact with each other. Scythe acts all bashful and nervous around her, ever since he was turned back into a boy, and Jack was refusing to leave his shoulder after we went into the Support Gear Exhibit." Ruby said. "Not to mention Scythe gave her the hair pin that dad gave him when he was still a girl, and when Jack asked him why he did that, his response made her blush."
"Okay, I can see the dots connecting, and how those are clear signs they like each other." Uraraka said.
"Hold up, don't you know?" Melissa asked.
"Know what Melissa?" Jiro inquired.
"Scythe is the author of the best seller book, Heroes Passion, Love and War." Melissa said. "Didn't everyone know?"
"Only I knew." Uraraka said. "We were re-enacting the jewelry store heist scene from the book, without even knowing it. Only Scythe knew, and that's how we found out he wrote the book."
"I didn't know." Momo said, reaching to her little platform on the small of her back, and getting up from the table.
"Was she carrying the book on her the entire time?" Ruby asked, turning around as Momo went to ask Scythe for an autograph. She even went so far as to make him a pen.
"Yep. Since we're not gonna be doing any actual hero work while here, she uses the platform on her costume to carry around books for pleasure reading." Jiro said.
"Sounds like a dedicated heroine in training if she's always carrying a book around. So long as it's a book on heroics and stuff." Melissa said.
At Scythe's table, he was just sighing as he finished autographing Momo's copy of his book.
"Thank you so much Scythe. I really appreciate it." Momo smiled, taking her book back. "Keep the pen."
"Man, I wish that had stayed a secret." Scythe groaned as a piece of cake with blue icing and a lemon designed to look like All Might's face and hair, was placed in front of him.
"Sorry for the wait sir. Will there be anything else?"
"Huh, I know that voice, Kaminari?" Scythe asked, looking up at the blonde electric.
"Do I know you sir?"
"Hey Scythe. Can I have a bite of cake?" Jack asked, before Scythe could reply.
"Go ahead Jack. You can have it." Scythe smiled pushing the plate towards her.
"Yay." Jack cheered before digging into the cake.
"Wait, Scythe? You're a dude again?" Kaminari asked in shock.
"Yeah." Scythe smiled.
"Hey Mineta, you'll never guess who's out here, back to being a cool dude." Kaminari called back to the café.
Mineta popped his head out, and his jaw dropped when he recognized Scythe instantly.
"Dude, you're back to being a macho man?" Mineta questioned.
"I see you're over your cold." Scythe said as Mineta came over.
"Yeah, no thanks to you." Mineta stated.
"Still think you deserved worse." Scythe smirked.
"What are you two doing here?" Jiro asked.
"They needed extra wait staff for the I-Expo, and since it meant a free trip to the island, we applied to work. Right?" Kaminari questioned.
"We get to explore the Expo on our breaks, and we make some money, plus there's a chance we'll passionate encounters with some of the cute… Oh my god I think I'm in love." Mineta said, stopping his perverted explanation when he spotted Melissa.
"Hey Xiao Long, who's that high voltage hottie over there?" Kaminari asked, referring to Melissa as they crowded around him, their backs to the girls.
"Don't be greedy introduce us." Mineta stated.
Scythe let out an annoyed sigh, before putting his hand on the table.
"Keep crowding around me, and perving on my cousin, and you two will be fired and kicked off the island faster than you can say, ow." Scythe said a vein throbbing on his head, which caused Mineta and Kaminari to back away, as they didn't want to lose their jobs they just got.
"Are they also your classmates?" Melissa asked.
"We wish they weren't." Uraraka said plainly.
"They're a couple of giant perverts, so stay away from them no matter what." Ruby said. "During the special class yesterday, Scythe, Uraraka, Tsu a friend of ours, and I caught them hiding in a couple lockers to try and peep at us."
"That bad huh?" Melissa asked. "Make your skin crawl kinda creepy?"
"Yep." Momo said.
"Hey Scythe." Melissa said.
"What's up?" He asked, turning to her as the two were stalk still as they didn't wanna piss him off.
"Do you take requests to deal with creeps and perverts?" Melissa questioned.
"Not generally, but if it's these two or for family, I make an exception, and don't charge a fee." Scythe joked, encouraging her to continue.
"You remember my dad's assistant Sam?" Melissa inquired.
"Big fat guy with balding blonde hair?" Scythe asked.
"That's putting it bluntly." Ruby said.
"The guy is an absolute creep. He makes my skin crawl, and he looks at me with this lust filled look in his eyes. Like he wants my body."
"Hmm, yeah that definitely falls under the same category as these two." Scythe said as Kaminari and Mineta flinched when he pointed his thumb at them. "You want me to teach him a lesson next time I see him?"
"Please." Melissa said almost begging. "I just want him to stop. There were a couple occasions when I passed out at my desk, I woke up to find him looking in on me through a crack in the door of my lab. I've tried reporting it, but he always has the camera outside my door on loop, which makes me sound like I'm just trying to get him in trouble. He's been doing this since my body started developing into what it is now."
"Yeah, he's dead next time Scythe sees him." Uraraka said, noticing the waves of heat rising off Scythe's back, distorting the view behind him.
"Cool off." Jack said, putting a couple ice-cubes on Scythe's head, which melted and evaporated instantly. "Well, that didn't work. Any ideas mommy?" Jack asked turning to Ruby.
"Melissa is there a battle arena around here anywhere?" Ruby asked.
Before Melissa could answer, someone else came to the scene.
"Why are you two just slacking off? You wanted to make more money didn't you? But you're not willing to work hard?" Iida questioned running towards them.
"Iida?" Ruby questioned as he zipped past them, causing a gust of wind to blow past them.
"You're here to?" Uraraka inquired.
"I come from a long line of heroes. It's to be expected that we received an invitation to the Expo, but my family was busy. So it's just me." Iida said.
"I wondered if you'd be here." Momo said. "I received an invitation because my father's a shareholder in some of the Expo's sponsor companies."
"That explains part of your fortune." Ruby mumbled, drinking from her strawberry milkshake. "Where's my strawberry cake?" She called.
"Relax Ruby, you ordered a whole cake, it'll take longer than a strawberry milkshake." Melissa chuckled.
"It's so fun getting to go to the preview of the Expo." Momo smiled, as she continued her conversation with Iida.
"Yeah, and she had a few extra plus ones, so we basically gambled for them." Jiro smiled.
"Rock, paper, scissors?" Ruby asked.
"Uh… maybe." Jiro said.
"Thought so. None of you five know how to play a decent game of poker. Scythe and I however, are geniuses at it." Ruby chuckled, as he cake was brought out. "Finally. Thank you." Ruby smiled, digging into it.
"You aren't gonna eat that whole cake by yourself are you?" Melissa asked.
"Have to. Because of my Quirk I have to consume up to fifteen thousand calories a day, at least, just to maintain my current body weight. Cakes and other confections like it tend to be the best way to go about it. Plus, thanks to my metabolism I don't gain any fat, or run the risk of diabetes." Ruby smiled through a mouthful of cake.
"Why not go for those high compact calorie protein bars for people with Quirks that affect their bodies like yours does?" Iida asked.
"Those I reserve for when I'm on patrol or in the middle of combat. If I'm not doing either of those things, I'm eating cakes, or other foods." Ruby said.
"Um, we're still needing to find a way for Scythe to let off some anger." Uraraka said.
"I'm glad that he's back to his old self three months ago, but what happened to make him so mad?" Iida questioned stepping back as he felt the heat coming off him.
"Melissa told him about her father's perverted lab assistant, and what he was doing when stalking her." Ruby said.
"That would do it." Iida said.
Before anyone could retort to what he said, there was a large explosion, and a loud rumbling coming from somewhere near the festival grounds.
"What was that?" Uraraka questioned.
"I bet I know what it was." Ruby said, looking in the direction the source of the tremor might have come from.
A pillar of smoke was rising up from where the battle bots were. It was an arena with a contest to see who could beat the battle bots faster. Though it was no surprise the bots looked just like the ones from the U.A Entrance Exams, and Sports Festival. I-Island was the place providing the academy with them.
The entire group rushed to the arena and they got there just in time to see the latest contestant finish off the robots that were there.
"*A clearance time of 33seconds. He's in eighth place.*" The announcer called out as the smoke cleared, revealing Kirishima being the contestant.
"Kirishima?" Ruby asked as she was pulling Scythe by a chain with Jack on her shoulders. "Man we're meeting a lot of our classmates here."
"He's from U.A as well?" Melissa asked.
"Yeah, he's in the same class as us." Ruby stated handing her the chain. "Hold this please, and make sure Scythe doesn't run off to go kill Sam."
"Uh, right." Melissa said. 'He's like a child with a leash.'
"Hey isn't that Pyrrha?" Uraraka questioned, pointing down at the redhead who went to meet Kirishima as he came back.
To their surprise, she gave him a kiss on the cheek as she handed him a towel.
"Since when have those two been a thing?" Ruby asked.
"Probably since the shopping trip a few days ago." Uraraka stated.
"*Please welcome our next challenger.*" The woman announced as Bakugo came walking out to the arena.
"Katsuki?" Ruby asked.
"*The Villainy Task Course has been reset. Ready? Go." The announcer called as Bakugo sent himself flying towards the robots, destroying each of them with an explosion, as he zipped around the mountain range like a bee in a field of flowers. "*Look at that time. Only fifteen seconds.*" The announcer woman exclaimed. "*First place.*" She proclaimed as Bakugo landed on the ground in a superhero landing pose.
"Hey, isn't that Ruby in the stands?" Kirishima pointed out as Bakugo came walking back.
The blonde bomb boy looked up to see Ruby, and the others, in the stands watching the show.
Bakugo leapt into the air, and used his Quirk to rocket to the group, landing in front of Ruby with a small smile on his face.
"What are you doing here Ruby?" He asked confidently.
"Oh nothing much. Scythe got an invite from a scientist on the island because they were interested in his weapons, but he passed that invite to me, saying I was someone they'd much rather talk to than him." Ruby said, using her thumb to point back at Scythe, who at this point had melted the chains, and was trying to walk out of the stadium, only for his path to be blocked by Iida and Momo.
"What's got him so pissed off?" Bakugo questioned with a questioning look. "He looks like me when my mom says something I don't like."
"Melissa's dad has a lab partner, who is really perverted and is stalking Melissa." Ruby said. "Has been since her body started developing. Those two are just trying to keep him from killing the guy."
"I see." Bakugo said, a tic mark forming on his forehead. It was safe to say he really hated perverts like the guy Ruby just described.
"I tried putting ice cubes on his head to cool him off, but it didn't work." Jack said. "What should I do daddy?"
Bakugo froze hearing that and just looked at Ruby for an explanation.
"Yeah, don't tell Yang, but Gwen told me that when Venom changed Jack's DNA to where she was my biological daughter, she also used your DNA to make her your daughter as well." Ruby said, whispering that to him with one hand covering the side of her mouth.
"Why is that boy flirting with Ruby?" Melissa asked.
"That's just who he is around her." Jiro stated. "He's usually a lot angrier."
"He and Ruby are dating." Uraraka stated, sounding almost jealous. "They're even at the point they'll sneak off behind the school bleachers and makeout with each other."
"Kirishima, you guys got invited to the island to?" Momo questioned, when Bakugo took her place in trying to keep Scythe from going to kill Sam.
"Nah, Scythe gave his invite for winning the Sports Festival to Bakugo. I just tagged along." Kirishima smiled.
"I tagged along on Ruby's plus one, on her invite." Pyrrha exclaimed.
"You guys gonna try this villain course or what?" Kirishima asked, before noticing Scythe's anger. "Yo, what's going on with Scythe?"
"Don't ask." Ruby, Melissa, Momo, Jiro, and Uraraka said at the same time.
"Hi Uncle Kiri." Jack smiled, waving at him.
"Hi sweetie." Kirishima smiled and waved back.
"Hold on, I think we might have found Scythe's anger outlet." Ruby said putting Jack down by Melissa and jumping into the arena, heading over to talk to the announcer woman. "Excuse me."
"Yes?" She asked.
"Do you know if the robots have holographic software on them, like being able to project faces on their heads?" Ruby inquired.
"Uh, yeah actually. It's sometimes used for helping heroes or heroes in training, and motivating them to push past their limits to fight their greatest enemy." The woman said.
"Great. I need that done for the big guy up there." Ruby said pointing to Scythe.
"Who did you have in mind?" The announcer woman asked.
"David Shield's assistant Sam." Ruby said bluntly.
"What?"
"David's daughter Melissa is my cousin, his lab partner is a giant perv who's stalking Melissa, and getting away with it. Trust me, this will be better than the big guy finding the real Sam and killing him. That's how pissed he is." Ruby said.
"Alright." The announcer woman said, before instructing the tech team to activate the holograms, and what face to generate.
Ruby smiled as she jumped back, and pulled out her phone, and putting it on video camera mode, handing it to Pyrrha. "You don't wanna miss what happens next." Ruby smiled. "As soon as he leaps down there, press record."
Pyrrha nodded, as Ruby went to go grab her nephew's attention.
"Scythe." Ruby said tapping his shoulder. Scythe turned to look at her. "Get down there, and when the announcer woman says to start, get to destroying all the robots."
Scythe looked up and marched to the edge, before jumping down, and landing on the starting platform with both his arms spread like wings, and one knee bent.
"*The Villainy Task Course has been reset. Ready.*" The announcer said as Scythe looked up. When he did, he saw red, as all the robots had Sam's face on them. "*Go.*"
The instant she called out for the start, Scythe went running towards the robots. Destroying one after the other. The only thing in common with the wreckage, was that Scythe always punched them in the face first, before destroying the bodies. As soon as he was finished with destroying the robots, he leapt from the mountain area, and let out a deep breath.
"I certainly needed that." Scythe said, calmed down a bit.
"*Amazing, record time of five seconds, a new first place.*" The announcer said as Scythe jumped back up to the rest of his group.
"Feeling better?" Jack asked, grabbing his hand.
"Very." Scythe smiled.
"That was incredible Scythe." Uraraka smirked.
"Thanks. But quick question, how did we get here? Last thing I remember was being at the café." Scythe said.
"He was so enraged he has amnesia of the last ten minutes." Iida said in shock.
"You needed an outlet after Melissa told you about David's lab partner." Ruby stated.
"Ah." Scythe said in understanding before turning to Kirishima and Pyrrha. "Oh an' I hope you two have been at least using protection."
"W-what?" Pyrrha asked, nearly dropping Ruby's phone as she was handing it back to the young reaper.
"Now that you mention it… you two have been boning haven't you?" Ruby inquired, noticing the scent.
"I well… you see…" Pyrrha began, stuttering a bit.
"What happened was… it started when we were studying together for finals, and…" Kirishima added.
"His parents weren't home… we sorta got distracted after our relationship started, and well… we sorta just let instinct take over." Pyrrha exclaimed.
"So how long have the two of you been dating and… you know?" Uraraka inquired with a blush.
"Well… since the day our internships started, I was at an Agency close to the one Kirishima was interning at, and we'd often run into each other. We sort of started working together when the heroes we were working under teamed up on occasion. An' we sorta hit it off during the train ride to Hosu. So we agreed to a first date after the internships ended, and it's been going smoothly. I generally wear perfume to hide his scent on me. I must have wiped it away with my sweat after doing the course." Pyrrha stated.
"So that's why you've been so keen on buying bottles of that fancy perfume for the last few weeks." Ruby said.
"But you still didn't answer my question." Scythe said.
"Yes we use protection. Geeze, we're not stupid enough to risk a pregnancy with being only first years. Pyrrha's hero carrier would be over with before it even began." Kirishima stated.
"Good. Because if you didn't, I've have to castrate you." A familiar cold voice said, coming from the tunnel.
Ruby turned around, and smiled when she saw Weiss there walking confidently over to them.
"Weiss, what are you doing here?" Ruby asked with a smile. "Scratch that, how are you here?"
"Rei got an invite to the Expo and the Preview. Unfortunately, because she's in the middle of taking over Endeavor's Agency, she couldn't make it. She's still weaseling out the Endeavor Sympathisers. So she gave the invite to Shoto, and I came as his plus one. Shoto's representing her." Weiss said.
"Where is he anyway?" Momo questioned, before it was answered by the arena mountain scape becoming completely frozen in ice.
"*Ah, this is insane. Fourteen seconds. This gentleman has jumped to second place, right behind the mysterious first place hero.*" The announcer woman exclaimed.
"Huh, he did better than Katsuki. Guess there are advantages to only using his ice." Ruby said, keeping a hand on Bakugo's shoulder to keep him from going on an explosive rant. "Down boy. Bad Pomeranian." Ruby said as Bakugo tried to jump into the arena and challenge Todoroki.
"It's good to see you're back big guy." Weiss smiled, knocking on Scythe's chest with a knuckle. "Glad you're no longer wearing bras?"
"You have no idea." Scythe sighed, his cheeks red with embarrassment. "But please, don't mention any of that in public."
"So, he's another one from U.A?" Melissa asked.
"We both are." Weiss smiled. "Weiss Schnee Bakugo, Class 1-A, Hero Course. As well as twin sister to the angry Pomeranian over there." Weiss said. She wasn't exactly wrong about the twin thing. It turned out that her and Katsuki, did in fact have the same birthday, even though Katsuki was born ten minutes before her, which made her the younger twin. The odds of their birthday being the same, and her being born ten minutes after him, while being taken into the same family, were in the trillions.
An' since she was fifteen just like him, thanks to Eri's Quirk, she was his twin. Not to mention the fact she was now biologically related to the Bakugo family, by blood.
"Who are you calling a dog?" Bakugo shouted.
"You obviously dumbass." Weiss exclaimed sparks flying between them as they glared at each other.
"So, how'd you get that scar?" Melissa asked.
"Oh, training accident about a year ago." Weiss said.
"So, if you're twins, why is your Quirk a mutation type, and his isn't?" Melissa inquired, observing their differences.
"Melissa. You remember how earlier I told you about Venom?" Ruby asked, to which the blonde nodded. "Weiss was originally adopted by the Bakugo family, since she was orphaned after her abusive father was sent to jail. He's the reason why Weiss got that scar in a training exercise." Ruby explained. "To make a long story short, Venom did to Weiss, what she did to Jack."
"Speaking of which." Bakugo said, picking up Jack and putting her in Weiss's arms. "Say his to your niece."
"You've got to be kidding me." Weiss said putting Jack down. "Venom used your DNA as the other half for Jack?"
"Apparently." Bakugo stated.
"Oh mom is gonna love this." Weiss smiled, pulling out her phone.
"Don't, you dare tell her I'm a father." Bakugo exclaimed as they began to fight over the phone.
"One more thing, Weiss and Todoroki are dating as well." Ruby told Melissa as Jack yawned, grabbing her hand.
"Oh, is everyone in your class in a relationship with their classmates?" Melissa asked.
"Not really, just me, Bakugo, Weiss, and Todoroki." Ruby stated.

The phone rang a bit, before someone picked up, and Wolfram began to talk.
"I picked up the goods as planned." Wolfram said.
"There's been a change of plans. All Might and his family are here. So we'll need to pick up the pace." The person on the receiving end stated.
"What, All Might's here now?" Wolfram questioned. "It doesn't matter, we can handle him no problem." He said before hanging up. "Of course he had to show up."
"Something the matter Wolfram sir?"
"Not particularly." Wolfram said. "All Might and his family have made a bit of a surprise appearance. So we'll be a bit strapped for time tonight when we pull off the job. Think you can handle that, Zombie King?"
"Oh, I don't think that will be a problem." Zombie King smiled, the empty socket of his left eye shining bright red as he pulled out his phone. "But the boss is gonna want to hear this."
"Go ahead and give him a call." Wolfram said. "I'm sure we'll be more than ready to handle All Might and whatever his family can throw our way."
~Later Around Sunset~
"*The I-Expo Preview will be closing at 6PM, thank you, and enjoy your night.*" The announcer said, her voice echoing around the island's preview expo area.
Outside the closed Café, both Kaminari and Mineta were sitting outside the doors, groaning in exhaustion.
"The Expo isn't even open to the public yet." Mineta groaned. "If we're this slammed now, will we ever get to rest?"
"Shut up. I don't wanna think about it." Kaminari said.
"Hey Mineta, Kaminari." Scythe said, gaining their attention. Scythe, was holding a sleeping Jack in his arms, with her arms once more wrapped around his neck, as she slept. "How did your shift go?"
"You should be proud of the work you've done today." Iida said, before presenting them each with a ticket to the dinner party.
"What are these things?" Mineta questioned.
"Invitations to the big Expo Reception later tonight." Momo smiled.
"There's a party?" Mineta questioned.
"These are for us?" Kaminari added.
"So long as you both behave, and don't act perverted, or try flirting with any of the attendants of the female variety, you're free to attend." Scythe said.
"Melissa took pity on you for some reason." Jiro smiled.
"She figured you both could use a well-earned break." Uraraka added.
"I had a few extras, please I'd love for you to have them." Melissa stated.
"Kaminari."
"Mineta."
"A beautiful angel has rewarded us for all our hard work." They said in unison hugging each other before the tickets were swiped away.
"What did I just say?" Scythe questioned.
"No, we're sorry. Please let us go to the party." Kaminari and Mineta said bowing to him in apology on their hands and knees.
"You promise not to do anything perverted?" Scythe asked.
"We promise."
"Fine. You both can attend, but the moment I even hear a whisper of you doing something perverted, I'm throwing you both out." Scythe said, giving the tickets back.
"Understood sir." They said bowing in appreciation.
"I heard there'll be quite a few Pro Heroes attending tonight's party as well." Iida said.
"Oh boy, here he goes." Scythe sighed. "Mr. Stickler for the rules is coming out to play."
"It's imperative we don't tarnish U.A's reputation." Iida added. "We'll change into our formal clothes, and go as a group. Everybody meet in lobby seven of the central tower at 6:30PM sharp." Iida said. "Don't, you dare be late."
"I'll contact Katsuki and Weiss about this. She'll mention it to Todoroki." Ruby said pulling out her cellphone.
"Thank you, you're dismissed." Iida said, before dramatically running off.
"Oh boy, Jack's not gonna be sleeping at all tonight after she wakes up from her nap. Or she's not gonna go down easy I should say." Ruby sighed, looking at Scythe who was still holding Jack.
"Don't worry. I'm sure she'll be just fine." Scythe smiled, before yawning. "I think I've about reached my limit on my Argonaut form for now. I'll need a nap, before I can use it again."
"Alright. Give her here." Ruby chuckled as Scythe began to sway.
Giving Jack to Ruby, Scythe's body began to produce steam, before he turned back into a kid, and fell asleep as Melissa caught him.
"Poor guy is tuckered out." Melissa smiled, lifting him up onto her back, with the help of Uraraka. "Let's get him back to the hotel."
"Follow me, I know which one we're staying at and what number and floor our room is." Ruby said. "We'll see you all later at the party tonight."
"See you there." Momo called out.
A/N: Hey everyone just letting you know, that texting between Momo and Ruby. I didn't make that up, my mom lived in Japan for a couple years, so she taught me a few things about what she learned. An' I did my own research, including on stuff like marriage, since Japanese Culture fascinated me quite a bit. An' though it is somewhat frowned upon, cousins who fall for one another, are allowed to marry. The line is drawn at sibling relations. That is a big no.
