In which Alison, Mikaela and Bee talk.

I woke the next morning gasping from a nightmare. I took several deep breaths, trying to not wake Mikaela or Bee, but it seems she was already stirring as she opened her eyes.

"Alison?" Mikaela asked groggily, then gasped when she saw my expression. She placed a hand on my cheek. "What's wrong?"

"N-Nothing," I said. "Nightmare, that's all."

"You too?" Bee asked, and we looked down at him. He looked wide awake, and attempted a smile for us, though it came out more of a grimace. "I think we all had them. I locked down my frame so I wouldn't risk knocking you off."

"Do you want to talk about it?" Mikaela asked.

I almost wanted to say no, but I knew it would be better to get off my chest. "Alright." I took a deep breath. "I was back at the battle, being chased by that 'Con. Only this time, Asami wasn't with me, I was alone. I was about to go through with the same plan I used to take him down, but when I spun around, my arm was grabbed. I looked and it was Duke, one of the soldiers who died last night. Only his eyes were red, like a 'Con's. My other arm, legs and waist were grabbed, and it was the others. Taylor and Guererez were half in the ground, and Williams's injuries were dropping blood on me. They were saying something about me betraying them, of breaking a promise. I tried to break free, but couldn't, I couldn't even access my powers. The 'Con was right on top of us, leaning down to grab me when I woke up." I started crying halfway through, my voice wavering as the memory of my horror came back.

Mikaela hugged me close, and Bumblebee placed his servo on my back, solidly boxing me in. "You did not betray them, Alison," he said, getting right to the root of the matter. "They chose to follow, and to fight, and they knew the risks. It is not your fault, and they do not blame you."

"How can you know that?" I asked.

"Because I know our people, I've heard them talking, and even when they speak of mortality, they only ever pin it on the 'Cons, or jokingly each other, but your name is never brought up. Scratch that, it came up once."

"And what did they say?" I asked.

"They said 'if that slip of a thing is willing to risk her life against these beasts, then we have every obligation to follow her example.' And you know who said it? Duke, not a week after Minnesota."

"R-really?" Bee's open field told me he was being sincere, and it made my breath catch. "They honestly think that of me?"

"They really do, Alison," Mikaela said. "I've even heard it from the other mechanics. You did say you wanted to prove yourself not a coward, and you have. They all respect you, and are willing to risk it all for you and the cause."

Those words lifted a weight, and I started crying again, tucking my head into Mikaela's neck while she and Bee rubbed my back soothingly. It was a great release, and I felt warm inside afterwards. A warmth I realized was partially the AllSpark.

"Oh, there you are. Where've you been?" And the AllSpark just laughed as I tapped my temple to let Mikaela and Bee know who I was talking to.

"You know, I had a nightmare too," Mikaela said.

"You did?" I pulled back slightly to look at her. "What about?"

She took a deep breath. "It started like how last night went. I was listening to the battle over the comms in HQ, and all seemed well, then you got separated off from everyone else. I had a headset and managed to tune it specifically to you and Bee, and I heard you both being attacked. Bee told you to run, and you did, but it wasn't enough. Someone caught you, I want to say it was Starscream, and said something about extracting the AllSpark from you by force. I heard you first begging to be let go, then screaming, then you fell silent, and Bee screamed." She looked down to him. "You were fighting against them, but they were hurting you too, and then Starscream said something about 'A Guardian who fails his duty is punishable by death'. The last thing I heard was an explosion, then the line cut out. Next thing I know, I'm on the tarmac, and you two were laid out next to each other. Bee, your head had been blasted off, and they had to set it back by your body. Alison, your chest was torn open, like if the AllSpark had been literally ripped out of you. It was terrible, I don't know how I didn't scream." Her voice held fairly steady throughout the whole thing, but her eyes were wet, and it was my turn to pull her close as she cried, while Bee rubbed her back with his opposite servo.

"It's okay, 'Kaela," I said. "We're both okay, perfectly alright. I didn't even get hurt this time."

"We're right here, 'Kae," Bee said. "And we always will be, if you let us."

"And that I think was the worst part of the nightmare," Mikaela said. "The fact that I would never be able to tell you both that I want to try." She pulled back and looked to both of us. "I know I love you, Alison, and while I'm not entirely sure if I feel the same for you, Bee, I want to see if I can. Having you guys out of my life this past week has been torture, and I don't want to go through it again, if I don't have to."

"So, you really want to do this?" Bee asked.

She looked right at him. "Bee, sit up."

He did so, moving his servos under us to keep us steady while the futon and pillows slid to his lap. Mikaela stood, hauled herself up to his shoulder, and kissed him right on his lip plates. It wasn't much, chaste and not overly long, but in my eyes, with Mikaela relaxed and Bee starting to purr his engine, it was the sexiest thing ever.

I must have unconsciously made some kind of noise, a whimper or something, cause then they both were looking at me, and Mikaela had her devilish smirk in her eyes. "You gonna come up here, Alison?"

No red-blooded female could resist an invitation like that, and I scrambled up to them. I gave Mikaela a quick peck, then I turned to Bee and kissed him properly. He kept purring and I felt one of his digits rest against my back, supporting myself and mussing my hair slightly. When I pulled back, I extended a hand to Mikaela, and she took it, our opposite hands resting on Bee's faceplates.

"This is going to take work," Mikaela said. "We got things to figure out."

"But we will," Bee said. "Together."

"That sounds like a plan," I said.

My stomach chose that moment to grumble, followed by Mikaela's, then one from Bee's speakers. He shot him a look, and he grinned. "Solidarity."

Mikaela shook her head, but giggled with me. "Let's go get something to eat," she said. "We can discuss specifics and boundaries afterwards."

We walked into the mess hall hand in hand, Mikaela between me and Bee, and sat at our usual table. After a few minutes, Asami came over with her own tray of food, sitting across from us. "So, it looks like you three have gotten yourselves sorted out."

"Not quite yet," I said. "But we're going to try, and we're going to lay down specifics later today."

"Good. Communication is key if you three are going to work in the long term." She smiled. "I'm happy for you three."

"Whatcha happy about?" a voice called as a small body slammed into my side and wrapped arms around my waist. I looked down and saw Meghan's face peeking out of her red curls.

"Well, you know Mikaela, Bee and I were a bit upset last week?" I asked, hugging her back. "Well, we're not upset anymore. In fact, we decided that the three of us are going to date each other."

"Really? So you're dating Mikaela and Bee? That's great!" Meghan was practically vibrating as she hugged me again, then went to give Mikaela and Bee hugs as well before sitting next to me, her mother on her other side.

"You're all dating each other?" Shaniqua asked, sitting at the table with her siblings and parents. "How does that work?"

"We're going to talk it over later," Mikaela said. "We need to talk and figure out how this is going to work, since a three-person relationship is not the usual, let alone adding in a 'Bot."

"But, I thought you didn't like boys, Alison," Shaleeka said.

"And I don't, but Bee is an exception. That's part of why we need to talk," I said, entirely truthful.

"Well, congrats you three," Epps said. "And thank you for earning me back my ten bucks." Mikaela and I laughed at that, even as Bee looked a bit confused.

"Are polyamorus relationships the norm on Cybertron, Bumblebee?" Monique asked.

"Fairly common, and trust me, triads aren't the oddest of them." He went into a story about a love hexagon that lasted almost a decade until finally the centerpiece broke down while overcharged and shouted a love confession from the top of a bar before falling into the arms of one of his love interests. We were all laughing by the end of it, and breakfast passed very happily.

After breakfast, we were all pulled different ways, me to my office to write up my report about the battle, Mikaela and Bee to medbay to help dismantle the dead 'Cons and get a check up respectively. Once we were done for the day however, we went back to Bee's hanger to talk.

"Okay, so I guess the first thing is, what does this actually mean for us?" Mikaela said, sitting on the futon with me while Bee sat across from us on his boxcar. "I mean, what will we be?"

"Girlfriends and boyfriend," I said simply. "Or datemates, if you wanna use that

"On Cybertron, we use 'amanti'," Bee suggested. "It's a step up from amica, which is best friend, but not quite conjunx."

"Okay, but what does that mean? I mean, what are the boundaries for us?" Mikaela said. "I am fully bisexual, but, as Shaleeka pointed out, you are a lesbian, Alison."

"Yeah, that is true." I was quiet a moment, thinking it over. "I am totally fine with kissing, both Bee and his holo. I, uh, actually did that last night during the battle. Adrenaline, relief to be alive, you know." I scratched at the back of my neck, blushing slightly.

Mikaela didn't react badly to it though. "I'll have to catch up then," she said, looking to Bee. "What about you, Bee?"

"Kissing is an absolute yes," Bee said. "Cuddles would also be really good, like what we did last night, or with my holo."

"I'm always down for cuddles," I said. "And I think I'd be good with heavy making out, but that'd be as far as I can go. I'm not ready to go all the way yet, with either of you, and, sorry Bee, but I don't want a danger noodle near my kitty cat."

Mikela snorted. "Danger noodle?"

"Hey, people used that term all the time in 2014, I'm just ahead of my time." I stuck my nose in the air and tried to toss my hair over my shoulder, but just ended up scratching my chin. "Ow."

"Ok, well, I don't mind 'danger noodles', but I agree it's not the right time for sex," Mikaela said. "But cuddles and makeouts sound great. We'll start with that, and go from there." As if to prove her point, she got up and walked to Bee. "Holo please."

Bee popped his holo up, and she cupped his cheeks to kiss him. He kissed back, arms wrapping around Mikaela's waist, and there were no stirrings of jealousy or anything, but love and heat cause goddamn my amanti (amanti, I had amanti) making out was absolutely sexy.

"I almost want to take a video, but I don't want to share the view," I said.

Mikaela and Bee parted and both their eyes sparked with mischief. "You could always be part of the view, you know," Bee said.

I considered making another quip back for a second, then decided to just take the offer and jumped up to kiss them. It took a bit of trial and error, figuring out how to kiss one without ignoring or bumping the other, but we were giggling and smiling the whole time. Somehow, we ended up laying on the futon, Mikaela draped over Bee and me as we cuddled.

"You know, this is comfier than I imagined," Mikaela said, folding her arms over our chests and resting her head on them.

"Helps with the holo," Bee said, playing with her hair. "They're fairly adaptable, and all the times I've used it with you guys have helped me get more intuned to it."

"So you could do basically anything with it?" I asked.

"Yeah, I guess. I mean, I don't think I could become, like, a hundred percent human like, but I don't think anyone could." He shrugged. "I could even make myself look like a girl, if that'd be easier."

"You don't need to, Bee," I said, shifting so I could brush the back of my hand against his cheek. "I fell for your spark, not your body. Maybe sometime we can experiment with you as a girl-" I blushed even as I smirked a bit, to make sure he got the meaning "-but I don't want you to change just for me."

"Speaking of bed," Mikaela said. "How are we gonna work that? I mean, Alison and I have been sharing a bed-" she flicked Bee's ear when he snickered "-practically since base opened, but I don't want you left out, Bee."

"You guys could always move in here," Bee said. "I can order a better bed with my allowance, maybe some privacy screens, and you've already got the bathroom in the building to use."

"Moving us in already, how fast of you." Mikaela giggled. "But… I think I like the sound of that."

"Me too," I said. "We can even alternate, some nights Bee can cuddle in holoform, others we can sleep with him on his chassis like we did last night."

"Sounds perfect." Mikaela yawned, and settled her head down on her arms. "Maybe we can get a head start on that? I feel the need for a nap."

"I'm good with that," I said, shifting slightly so Mikaela was snuggled between me and Bee. We wrapped our arms around her waist, and she wrapped hers around mine. Bee generated a proxy to drape a blanket over us.

"I can think of several things to do with that," Mikaela said, laughing at Bee's blush when she turned her head to give him a quick kiss. She gave me one too, and Bee and I exchanged one before settling down.

Bee then sat up, disturbing the equilibrium. "Sorry," he said when we protested. "I just forgot something." He sent the proxy to go to the shelf and grab something, then bring it back to him to show us. It was our bracelets.

"I mean, you took them off because we weren't together, so now…"

Mikaela smiled and took the bracelets passing mine to me and sliding her own on. "It's a great gesture, Bee. Now-' she grabbed his shirt and pulled him back down on the bed "-it's cuddle time. So cuddle."

I laughed as Bee blushed, and snuggled into Mikaela's back as the proxy readjusted the blanket before it dissipated. Someone would wake us for dinner, or an emergency, and it felt so good to fall asleep next to the ones I love again.

Love Triangle resolved by Communication and Polyamory. Whoo

A quick heads up for you all, I currently have 5 more chapters written and complete, meaning I'll be able to do weekly updates at least until the end of January. If ch 36 is not completed by then, it will be uploaded the Friday after I do so.

So what'd ya'll think of this chapter? Did the nightmares make sense? What about the talk at the end? Let me know in the comments.

Guest 1 (CH 3): ...im confused. Beyond him being a her...HER every thought its a confused mess all whilke your just replaying the movies. Your not ADDING anything to the story. And in fact, with all her, worthless, fearfull, second guessing, and in no way better then the original," thoughts constantly interrupting the near blow by blow of the original...WHY? Why do it? WHat is the purpose beyond the hot lesbian sex your obviously itching to write? Mind you the rough sex youd like to write cant be posted here..so why even put this up? Its going to be missing the ONLY parts you seem to actually care about?
I will be honest, I had to stare at the screen for a few minutes getting this review... Because you are completely wrong. Maybe it's just that AllSpark is not the kind of fic you enjoy, which is fine. Of course Alison is going to be confused and a bit of a mess going in, she is a teenager who has been dropped in a situation way over her head, while meeting people she had always known and admired as fictional characters. Yes, the first five chapters follow the movie's plot, but Alison's reactions to them are very different from Sam's, and that set up is more so what it's about, so then when the divergence hits in chapter 6, it makes sense why Alison makes her choices. Oh, and this might shock you, but the real reason I decided to make Alison a lesbian was... because that was the easiest way to keep Mikaela in the story. Yup, lesbian sex was probably the furthest thing from my mind when that plot point came up. And if I *did* want to write any, I have an AO3 account, same username as here except an underscore instead of a space. I can post all the smut I want, if I am so obliged.

Guest 2 (CH 29): Eh just read the books. They make more sense and have less crazy emotional garbage.
But some people like and enjoy "crazy emotional garbage", which the books and movies seriously lack. That's why I included it in my story. If it's not to your taste, the "X" button is somewhere in the top right corner of the browser window, or the back button is in the top left.
Also, are you the same person as the first guest? Cause if so, you must have superspeed reading skills, to go through 26 chapters in under a minute.

I'll see you all next week, same 'Bot Time, same 'Bot Channel!
