For The Team
"When Voltic Bicorn is destroyed, we send cards from our decks to our graveyard equal to its level!" Breo explains. "Voltic Bicorn's level is 7! Now, send 7 cards from your deck to the Graveyard!" He tells Yusei. Yusei sends the top seven cards in his deck to the graveyard (among them, he loses Fortress Warrior, Zero Gardna and Scrubbed Raid). "7 cards..." Yusei whisper, he then gasped in shock. "This strategy is…!" He realizes. "Hey! He's…!" Crow gasped. "It's couldn't be...Breo and the other strategy is..."Aki gasped. "It looks like they've realized it" Jean states. "The reason I let The End of the Storm get destroyed is because there was no reason to let it be passed on to Breo. Stardust Dragon is no threat against his deck." Andore states. "This is... deck destruction!" Yusei thinks as he looks back at Breo, who smirks.
Yusei and Breo continues around the Course "Team 6D's last hope, Yusei Fudo! He somehow manged to defeat Team Unicorn's Andore, but he's taking on the second wheeler Breo's attack on ruthlessly! Well, what will you do, Yusei Fudo?!" The MC comments. "The true hell begins here! Let me show you, Yusei! I set two cards and end my turn!" Breo declares. "If Breo's motive is deck destruction..." Rua said. "...then he's trying to deplete Yusei's deck to make it 0, and...!" Ruka said. "The duel will be unable to continue, and he'll lose" Aki states. "What do you mean by that?" Hikari asked. "There are different ways to win a Duel; one is to deplete your opponent's Life. Two, using a card effect, three, if your opponent doesn't surrenders or you take out their deck" Daisuke explains. "And after that, Jean is still waiting too!" Crow points out. "In a team battle, the strategy relies more on depleting your opponent's deck through cards effect than depleting life" Bruno notes. "This is bad!" Crow exclaims.
In the Medial ward, Jack regains consciousness "Atlas-sama!" Mikage exclaims. Jack tries to get up, but he still was in pain from his duel. "Master!" Goamon exclaims. "Don't push yourself, Jack!" Carly tells him. "What about the duel? What's going on with the duel?" Jack asked them. "Right now, Yusei is fighting against the second, Breo" Stephanie tells him. "What about Izayoi?!" Jack asked. "She lost to Andore" Mikage tells him. "To Andore?!" Jack shocked. "So that means..." he said. "If Yusei doesn't defeat Breo and Jean by himself, Team 6D's has no chance of winning" Carly said. "Then, what's the situation?" Jack asked. "That's..." Mikage starts to explain.
Back to the duel, "Breo's motive is deck destruction. The number of cards remaining in my deck…are 23. But now…" Yusei observe. "It's my turn!" he declares and draws (Breo's SPC: 3/Yusei's SPC: 12) (Yusei's Deck: 23 → 22). "Yes! With this…" Yusei said. "I activate the Speed Spell - Accelerator Draw!" He declares. "When only my Speed Counters are above 10, I can draw 2 cards from my deck!" Yusei explains. Everyone gasped in shock at what Yusei did. "He's drawing 2 cards!" Ruka exclaims. "Isn't it bad to draw more cards at a time like this?!" Rua states. "No, even if Yusei protect himself now…Breo's strategy will still continue. Then it's best to…" Bruno explains. "Is he planning to fight back? But that's useless as well, Yusei Fudo! In my memory, I have the data that you would try to do that." Breo thinks. "Stardust Dragon, attack directly!" Yusei declares and Stardust Dragon attacks Breo (Breo's LP: 1500). "I've been waiting for that attack!" Breo exclaims. "I activate my Trap! Regretful Tuning!" He declares. "When I take a direct attack, I Special Summon a Synchro monster from my Graveyard!" He explains. "Be revived, Voltic Bicorn!" Breo declares (ATK: 2500). "When a monster Summoned by this effect attacks, it's destroyed at the end of the Battle Phase!" He explains. "Voltic Bicorn has been revived again!" Bruno exclaims. "Voltic Bicorn's effect is when it's destroyed…it sends 7 cards from the deck to the Graveyard from both players' decks" Crow states. "Stardust and Voltic Bicorn's Attack Points are the same. Is he planning on trading off with Stardust next turn to destroy my deck?!" Yusei thinks.
"This is going well. It's just as Breo planned" Andore states. "Yusei is hesitating. But that hesitation will make your situation worse" Jean states. "I set a card face down, and end my turn" Yusei said. "It's useless, Yusei! I won't let you escape!" Breo states. "It's my turn!" He declares and draws (Breo's SPC: 4/Yusei's SPC: 12). "Battle! Voltic Bicorn, attack Stardust Dragon!" Breo declares. "I won't let Stardust be destroyed!" Yusei states. "I activate Synchro Striker Unit!" He declares. "This card becomes an Equip card to a Synchro monster, and raises the Equipped monster's Attack Points by 1000!" He explains (Stardust Dragon's ATK: 3500). "I activate my Trap card, Flattery!" Breo declares. "When the opponent's monster's Attack Points change during the battle, until the end of the battle, my monster gains Attack points equal to the difference!" He explains (Voltic Bicorn's ATK: 3500). Both monsters were destroyed in a double KO. "W...what?!" Yusei shocked. "Sorry, Yusei!" Breo said. "N...no way!" Rua gasped. "Stardust Dragon has...!" Ruka gasped. "To think that even though Yusei raised its Attack Points, he copied it and traded off..." Aki gasped. "Breo...he's must of done some reassure about us" Veemon states. "Not just him, I guessing that the rest of Team Unicorn has as well" Daisuke points out. "Oh no!" Hikari gasped. "That's not good" Gatomon said.
"Don't you think that you can run away from me!" Breo states. "Since Voltic Bicorn has been destroyed, we send 7 cards from our deck to the Graveyard!" He states (among them, Breo loses Nimble Momonga, Blasting the Ruins, his second copy of Mine Mole and Speed Spell – Overboost). "I'm only getting started! I activate the Trap, Tuning Collapse!" Breo declares. "What?!" Yusei shocked. "When I destroy the opponent's Synchro monster through battle, I send cards from the opponent's deck to the Graveyard equal to that Synchro monster's level!" Breo explains. "So this means...since Stardust Dragon is level 8, that's 8 cards!" Rua exclaim. "Since he also sent 7 cards earlier, that's 15 total!" Ruka states. "This can't be!" Crow exclaims. Yusei send his 8 card to the Graveyard (among them, Yusei loses Turret Warrior, Speed Spell - Final Attack, Starlight Road and Level Warrior). "T-this is amazing! Team Unicorn's Breo! The deck destruction strategy with Voltic Bicorn and Tuning Collapse succeeds! He depleted Yusei's deck by 15 cards instantly!" The MC said. "In addition to losing the Stardust Dragon that Aki left behind, to think that I would lose 15 cards from my deck…Now my deck has…only 5 cards left!" Yusei thinks.
"What do we do?! At this rate , Yusei will...Team 6D's will lose!" Ruka said. "And Jean is still waiting after Breo!" Crow adds. "It's impossible for him to defeat 2 people with only 5 cards in his deck!" Aki exclaims. "Daisuke…" Hikari worried. "It'll be okay, Yusei will win this, that's what I believe in" Daisuke reassures her. "Yeah you're right! We just have to believe in Yusei!" Veemon agrees. "Yes!" Gatomon said. "It's just as I'd expect from you, Jean. Your strategy, that is" Andore said. "No, it's not me. It's Breo. This strategy would be impossible if not for his memory" Jean states. "That's true. Breo has memorized the opponent's duel data and researched it, played it out and destroyed his enemies through deck destruction" Andore agrees. "Yes, that memory itself is Breo's potential as a duellist and his greatest weapon" Jean states. "It's something that even I can't do" Andore states. "Andore's genius card playing sense, Breo's calculations that makes everything possible," Jean counts. "and Jean's strategy that strives towards victory…" Andore finished. "That's what makes Team Unicorn! It's our strength" Jean states. "This is what it means to fight as a team! We don't get involved in individual plays, and concentrate on inflicting damage to my opponent, that's why I can bring out my full strength!" Breo states.

"The ones who noticed that were Jean and Andore" Breo states as he remembers when he first meets and joins them.

"If I can fight alongside those two, I'll gladly be Team Unicorn's Shield!" Breo said. "I set three cards face-down, and end my turn!" He states. "It's my turn!" Yusei declares and draws (Breo's SPC: 5/Yusei's SPC: 12). "I only have 4 cards left in my deck!" Yusei thinks. "I activate a Continuous Trap! Tricolor Illusion!" Breo declares. Yusei was shocked "AS long as I have this card, you can't attack! Once per turn, you draw a card through this card's effect,and you must take the effect through that card! If you draw a Spell card, you add that card to your hand, and if it's a Trap Card, you send that card along with another in your hand to the Graveyard. If a Monster card, you add that card to your hand and send on card from your hand to the top of your deck!" He explains. Yusei grits his teeth. "However, you can destroy this card by sending a card from your deck to the Graveyard!"Breo tells Yusei. "Now, Yusei! What will you choose?" He asked him. Yusei grits his teeth more as he looks at his deck "He shouldn't want to discard a card from his hand in his situation. I know that he isn't the type that would gamble. So this means...he will use that!" Breo thinks. "It's just as Breo wishes" Jean states. "Yeah" Andore agrees. "If Yusei uses Speed World 2's effect, he can destroy Tricolor Illusion. But at that moment the Trap card, Destruction Trigger, will activate. This card can be activated when a card other than this card on my is destroyed by a Spell or Trap's effect, and send 5 cards from my opponent's deck to the Graveyard!" Breo thinks as he imagining Yusei losing. "According to the memory I have about your deck, the chance of you drawing a Monster is 50-50" Breo states. "Come on, Yusei!" He tells Yusei.
"That confident look he has…He's probably reading my next move. If I go on at this rate, I…" Yusei thinks. Yusei then saw his team mates shouting out to him in the pits as he drove by. "If I'm going to win, this is my only chance!" Yusei states. "Through Tricolor Illusion's effect, I draw a card!"He declares. "Is he planning on taking on Tricolor Illusion's effect?!" Jean surprised. "Is he planning to gamble now?!" Breo shock. Yusei draws his card "The card I drew…is a monster card!" He states as he reveals Junk Synchron. "F-from the 4 remaining cards…He drew a monster!" Breo shocked. "I return a card from my hand to the deck!" Yusei states. "I Summon Junk Synchron!" He declares (ATK: 1300). "Synchro Summon!" Breo exclaims. "I'm tuning my level 2 Card Breaker, level 3 Dash Warrior and level 3 Junk Synchron!" Yusei declares. "Clustering fighting souls will awaken the raging wicked God! Become the path its light shines upon! Synchro Summon! Obliterate, Junk Destroyer!" Yusei chants (ATK: 2600). "What?! Junk Destroyer, you say?!" Breo exclaims. "When this card is successfully Synchro Summoned, I can destroy a number of cards on the field equal to the number of non-Tuner monsters used!" Yusei explains. "Tidal Energy!" Yusei yells out and Junk Destroyer releases a wave of energy and destroyed Tricolor Illusion and Breo's face-down Destruction Trigger. "Yes! If this attack goes through, Yusei will win!" Crow exclaims. "Go, Yusei!" Rua cheers. "Junk Destroyer, attack directly!" Yusei declares.
"But I won't be finished off here like this!" Breo exclaims. "I activate Damage Lance!" He declares. "When a monster with 2000 or more Attack Points attacks directly, I lower the attacking monster's Attack Points by 1000, and I inflict 1000 points of damage to the opponent!" He explains as light strikes Junk Destroyer (Junk Destroyer's ATK: 1600) (Yusei's LP: 1000). "Go! Destroy Knuckles!" Yusei yells (Breo's LP: 0). "He did it! The Twins cheers. Yusei won big!" Rua cheers. "Yes! Now there's only one left!" Crow cheers. "But Yusei only has 1000 life, and his deck only has...4 cards..." Aki states. "And Jean will have all his Life and deck" Hikari adds. "Let's us hope that Yusei can pull of a miracle" Daisuke states.
In the Medical ward "I wonder what king of duellist the third one, Jean is?" Carly asked. "He's without question Team Unicorn's leader. And the one who plotted their strategies is probably Jean" Jack states. "So does that mean he's stronger than Andore and Breo?" Carly asked. Jack nods at that "Fighting such an opponent with only 4 cards left in the deck…how will you fight, Yusei?!" Jack wonders.
Breo came into Team Unicorn's pit area, where Jean was waiting "Sorry, Jean. I couldn't stop him" Breo said as he gave Jean the Team Unicorn sticker. "It looks like Yusei is quite good" Andore comments. "Does he have a genius card playing sense as well?" He wonders. "No, that's not all. I can feel something else beside that from him. Something that I can't figure out just by looking at his data" Breo states. "Something" huh?" Jean said and he looks at the monitor showing Yusei riding around the track. "It's true that he's the only one who's come far against our team. But he only has 4 cards left in his deck, I won't let him win" Jean states, he then puts on his helmet and lowers his visor "That's my duty" He states and takes off. "Now it's finally Team Unicorn's last Wheeler, Jean's entrance! Narrowly defeating two of Team Unicorns, Yusei Fudo! However, his remaining Life is a mere 1000, and there are only 4 cards in his deck! Just how will he get out of this pinch, against Jean?!" The MC narrates. "You're just as I expected, Yusei Fudo. To think that I would have to come out myself…" Jean states. "Are you the one who set up the team's strategy?" Yusei enquire. "That's right" Jean confirms. "During the fight with Andore and I back then, this battle has already begun from back then?!" Yusei exclaims. "That's what team strategy is" Jean states. "You're amazing" Yusei states, Jean got confused. "Before fighting you all, I never knew that team strategy was this deep and interesting. I'm happy that I got to fight with you all" Yusei states. "Yusei Fudo...is he enjoying the situation?! As Breo said, this man has something that no other duellist has!" Jean thinks.
Yusei and Jean when around the track "But I can't afford to lose here! For the sake of Andore and Breo who gave everything for the team! We were never very strong individually" Jean thinks as he past his teammates.
(Flashback)
Jean was watching Andore duel an unknown opponent who had Command Knight on their field while Andore had on set card (Andore's LP 1000). "Command Knight, attack directly!" The Duellist declares and Command Knight attacks Andore (Andore's LP: 0). "I did it! A big reversal! I win!" The Duellist cheers. "Train hard and come back! Genius boy!" The Duellist tells Andore, and laugh as he leaves. Anodre 'che' when Jean took the set card from Andore's Duel Disk. "I see, even from before…" Jean mutter when he looked at the card. "Why did you lose on purpose?" He asked Andore as he showed Andore's Magic Cylinder. Andore looked annoyed "When you're about to win, you see your opponent's pain and sadness when they lose. That's not good. You don't see your own worth, and in the end you lose" Jean comments. "I already know that..." Andore states. "I know. Because I'm the same" Jean states. Andore looks at Jean in confusion. "Won't you fight alongside me?" Breo asked. "Alongside you?" Andore asked. "Yes, if we form a team, it's not an individual fight anymore. We will duel, and we must win for the sake of the team" Jean states. "A duel...to win?" Andore asked. "Yes, a team for that reason" Jean states.

"A team…because I have teams, I won't betray the duel, and I'll strive for victory!" Jean thinks. "No matter how you all struggle, Team Unicorn will be the victors!" Jean states. "Let me show you the way a team truly fights! Here I come!" He exclaims, and Yusei gets ready. "Duel!" Yusei and Jean cried out. "My turn!" Jean declares and draws (Jean's SPC: 6/Yusei's SPC: 12). "I Summon Trident Warrior!" Jean declares (ATK: 1800). "When this card is successfully Summoned, I can Special Summon a level 3 or lower monster from my hand to the field!" He explains. "Special Summon! Delta Flyer!" Jean calls out (ATK: 1500). "I activate Delta Flyer's monster effect!" Jean declares. "Once per turn, I raise the level of a monster on the field excluding itself!" He explains. "Now Trident Warrior's level becomes 5!" Jean states (Trident Warrior's LV: 5). "I'm tuning my level 5 Trident Warrior and level 3 Delta Flyer!" Jean declares. "Galloping in the heavens like thunder, going through the pitch-black sky, this lighting will strike the Earth and incinerate it! Synchro Summon! Shine, Lightning Tricorn!" He chants (ATK: 2800). "Is it coming?!" Yusei exclaims. "Lightning Tricorn, attack Junk Destroyer!" Jean declares and Lightning Tricorn went to attack Junk Destroyer. "No way!" Rua gasped. "To think that he would Synchro Summon right off the bat and start attacking...!" Ruka exclaims. "Yusei..." Aki whispers. "Please...do something!" Crow exclaims. "Come on, Yusei..." Dorumon whisper. "I activate Shield Warrior's effect from my Graveyard!" Yusei declares. "By removing Shield Warrior, I negate a monster's destruction through battle!" He explains as a transparent Shield Warrior appears in front of Junk Destroyer, then a barrier appears and takes Lightning Tricorn's attack. "But you'll still take the damage!" Jean states (Yusei's LP: 800).
"I've been saved thanks to the card that your friend sent to the Graveyard!" Yusei tells Jean. "We'll see about that" Jean states. "What?" Yusei wonders. "You wouldn't think that there wouldn't be a Speed Spell in my hand, would you?" Jean comments. "Speed World 2's effect!" He declares. "By removing 4 Speed Counters, I inflict 800 points of damage for each Speed Spell in my hand!" Jean states as reveals the Speed Spell - Tyrant Force (Jean's SPC: 2), and then the horn on his D-Wheel glows. In the Medical ward, everyone watched in shocked "This is bad! If he takes that...!" Carly exclaims. "Yusei will run out of Life!" Mikage exclaims. Jack grunts in frustration. "Take this, Yusei!" Jean declares and a beam was fired from the horn. "I activate Damage Eater's effect from my Graveyard!" Yusei declares. "By removing the Damage Eater in my Graveyard along with a card in my hand, I negate that effect damage, and recover Life Points equal to that amount!" He explains (Yusei's LP: 1600). Jean grunts in frustration and placed Set two cards. "That guy...He was using monsters in his deck that could activate from the Graveyard...!" Breo exclaims. "The fact that Yusei fights outside the data is a know truth. It's obvious that he could do this much" Jean comments. "I end my turn!" He states.
