"Okay looks like we have a sighting of a legendary near mount silver, should probably get someone to check that out it's always good to know where those things are" Jin Toujou said to himself reading some paperwork in his office.
"You know it would be way cooler if you had some guy telling you this in your throne and you were all like 'I declare my finest knights go forth and search for this beast'" Naruto said jokingly behind him.
"To much hassle, it gets done much quicker this way" Jin responded.
"I presume you haven't come here to annoy me"
"No come to see old Basy spend some father son time together" he replied.
"Hey he's your son" Jin said turning him back around.
"Take him on an adventure or something he's been dying for another one after the last one you went on" he told him.
"Yosh Shure thing kingy" Naruto said vanishing "and don't fail him" he told the air.
"*huff* *puff*" Basara panted raising Wars sword above his head and swinging it down in front of a lake cutting the water in half.
"Come boy is that all you can manage" War scolded.
"*huff* No I'm sorry I can't" Basara said dropping his sword and falling on his butt.
"Tired little man" Naruto said tossing a towel on top of Basara's head.
"F-father" Basara said surprised standing back up and picking up his sword.
"I-I was just training" he said swinging his sword again.
"Ha ha ha" Naruto laughed rubbing Basara's head.
"Chill out little man you can train anytime you want, I thought it be good for us to hang out a bit" Naruto told him.
"O-okay dad" Basara said excitedly.
"Good I got a whole day planned gona go to my world and I'll show you all the awesome stuff you missed out on last time" Naruto told him excitingly.
"That's sound great dad" Basara said excitedly.
"But um first can I ask you a question" he asked.
"Sure thing" Naruto said.
"Um, do you think I'm ready to be a father" he asked nervously as Naruto only stared at him for a few moments.
"What" Naruto replied stupidly.
"Well uncle was saying about how there's been so much work for him and back before the War there was a bunch of royal family members to help out so it may take a while but I thought there were more royal family members" Basara said with a slight blush.
"Ah right um so" Naruto said.
'I don't have the parenting skills for this' Naruto thought in a panic.
"Um right having kids, you have a suitable mother right" Naruto said awkwardly.
'Suitable mother' Naruto yelled in embarrassment in his mind.
"Uh I mean yes I guess so" Basara's said in embarrassment.
"I uh right" Naruto said.
"Could you excuse me for one moment" Naruto said vanishing.
"Hm looks like we have more tax complaints" Jin said looking at a note stack of paper.
"JIN" Naruto yelled appearing on Jins table and picking him up by his jacket.
"Jin problem Basara dad what the fuck" he shouted at him frantically shaking him.
"Oh, yeah he did mention something like that" Jin said.
"I told him he was to young and it was a terrible and I presume you panicked and ran away" Jin said.
"Yeah" Naruto said crying.
"*sigh* Just go take Basara back to your dimension experiencing his youth might take his mind off this" Jin told him.
"Yes, Jin thank you Jin" Naruto said bowing to him then vanishing again.
"Idiot" Jin mugged getting up to collect all his papers.
"So is it like this" Basara asked his father confused as he had accompanied his father and uncle to Kyoto and was taking part in the new year tradition of praying to the different shrines.
"Yeah clap your hands together and think what you want and if you're lucky you might just get it" Naruto told him.
"Wow really that's so much easier than the way I usually pray" Basara exclaimed excitedly getting back to his praying.
"Say dad shouldn't we wait for uncle and his friends to get here I'm sure if more fun to pray together" Basara asked him.
"N-nah we don't want to waste the gods time" Naruto told him.
'And I don't want to run into him' Naruto thought to himself.
"Bro, Basara you're here as well" Naruto heard from behind him and he saw Issei and his group as well as Sona and her group.
"Oh hello" Basara said formally.
"Ahhh" Naruto cried jumping behind Basara and hiding behind him when he saw a little fox girl.
"Um excuse me" Kunou said confused at the strange man's behaviour.
"Oh man I'm sorry, you just remind me of someone" Naruto told the child.
"*pft* Scarred of a little girl" Issei sniggered.
"Sekiryuutei are you here" the feminine voice of Yakasa cried.
"Ahhhhh" Naruto cried out again grabbing Issei and throwing him in a seemingly randomly direction and hiding behind Basara again.
"Ow" Issei muttered getting up and rubbing his soar head.
"Oh my I meant to tell you Naruto-sama is here as well" Yakasa said elegantly putting her hand over his mouth to giggle.
"Have no fear Naruto-sama I do not believe my husband is around here at the moment" Yakasa told him.
"Oh thank God" Naruto said as he stopped cowering behind his son and wiped his brow.
"Hey guys when did you get here" Naruto said addressing the group.
'A while ago' they all thought in their heads.
"We have been here for a while though it seems you stupidly did not notice us" Sona said rather harshly seemingly still not quite excepted Naruto as a member of the family.
"Yo So-tan, have you met Basy yet come on say hi" Naruto told Sona and his son respectively.
"Hello mam" Basara said politely while Boeing slightly.
"Y-yes hello" Sona said blushing slightly and turned her head away seeming to like Basara a lot more then she liked his father.
"Son of a bitch" Sanji cried punching Basara in the face though this did nothing to him and he responded by punching Sanji in the gut instinctively.
"Sorry about that" Basara said in a panic.
"It's fine Basara-san it was his own fault" Sona said "Sanji" Sona shouted in a scolding tone "s-sorry" Sanji managed to get out "if the two of you are finished getting beaten up I believe it time to pay our respects" Rias told the two boys in the ground "yes mam" the two replied.
"So, miss Yakasa how have you been" Naruto asked his teachers wife the two of them deciding to catch up a little while the kids went home.
"Just Yakasa is fine Naruto, I've been very well apart from the incident earlier this year" she told him.
"Yeah that must have sucked" Naruto said drinking some tea.
"Yes, it was not a very pleasant experience though your brother was a great help" she said with a kind smile.
"I must say your son looks like a very capable young man, he takes after you in that way I think" Yakasa said.
"Hm yeah he grew up okay" Naruto said in a monotone voice.
"What's the matter with you" a voice to the side asked.
"You know it's just I'm worried if I'm good enough for him I mean Gray was just born not so long ago and now I have a much older son that I have no idea how to connect with" he said.
"Well do what you can I say just being there for him is an improvement on not knowing him at all" the voice replied.
"Yeah thanks Stein sensei" Naruto said before he suddenly realised who it was there and turned to see Stein there.
"AHHHHH" Naruto cried but was made silent when Stein palmed him in the chest sending a soul current into him flinging him outside.
"Sorry about this just got to check on my student" Stein said kissing Yakasa on the cheek.
"That's fine darling" Yakasa said with a smile before she continued to drink tea.
"Geeeh" Naruto cried narrowly dodging a scythe slash sent by Stein though it did manage to cut a slice of his hair.
"Come on boy summon death so we can get started" Stein said sending a kick at Naruto which he blocked.
"I left him at home" Naruto cried.
"Did I teach you nothing" Stein said as he continued his assault getting faster and faster.
"Gotcha" Stein said as Naruto attempted to jump back but couldn't as Stein had stitched him to the ground using his own soul then sent his soul wavelength into Naruto who was only kept on the ground by the stitches seemingly being knocked unconscious.
'Disappointing' Stein thought letting his guard down for a fraction of a second which Naruto took advantage of and stopped feinting unconsciousness and broke the stitching sending a kick at Stein which he blocked with his forearm but Naruto was much stronger then Stein and overpowered him.
"Ow my arm" Stein said sarcastically.
"Can I leave now if I leave Basara alone to long he starts crying, or wait is it Gray that starts crying" Naruto questioned.
"No" Stein said flourishing his lab coat.
"I still have some experiments to do" he said then began to chuckle evilly and Naruto being the fearless Warrior he was, ran away like a bitch.
Meanwhile back in the Hyoudou residence a little meet up was going on in the basement.
"Nothing like a nice lie down in the sun" Roy said calmly lying down in a sun lounger in his trunks with a pair of sun glasses on though he noticed it was getting a little cold so he breathed a little more fire into the artificial sun that was shining in the centre of the room.
"That's better" Roy said looking over to the pool to see what was going in.
"Gray you shouldn't do that the water around here is cold" Basara told his little brother who was splashing Gohan who had come over for a play date at the shallow end of the pool.
"Ah cold" Gohan complained cutely as Gray laughed evilly.
"Fu fu my what a good big brother you are prince" the seductive voice of Kuroka said as she pressed herself against his back.
"So manly as well just look at these scars" she purred sending shivers up his spine.
"Miss Kuroka please there are children here" he said in a panic though Gray and Gohan where paying no attention to them.
"Come on now no need to be so formal with me" she said as she began to nibble on his ear.
"Flirting with guest is rude" Koneko too her in a bland and disappointed tone.
"Nya nya nya calm down Shirone I'm just having some fun" she said licking Basara's cheek.
"Besides this one seems used to it" she said winking at Basara before moving away.
"Yaaaa" Gray cried splashing him in the face though it seemingly had no effect on him.
"Lucky son of a Bitch" Roy mumbled wishing he could get attention like that from a hot cat girl but he was getting a lot of attention from his silver haired nephew who stared at him when he didn't think he was watching though Roy did nothing about it.
"Hey, Vali. Can you do me a favour when we're free, which can reduce my sins? Doesn't the work that [DxD] does seem better?" Biko the monkey man asked Vali.
"My only interest are getting stronger and taking on Rizevim and his evil dragons ask Kuroka or Le Fay about that" Vali told him.
"Ni she she, are you sure by the looks that you've been giving that boy over there it seems you want something else" Biko told him.
"At my current level I stand no chance at defeating Death, but War is still young" Vali said with a smirk.
"I heard rumours that people who started the Church's rebellion were holy sword wielders, which is highly interesting." Arthur told his leader.
"Yes, Arthur. What do you plan to do this time? Very soon the legendary wielders of holy swords may be arriving here." Vali asked him as Arthur replied with an evil laugh.
"Is everyone here a battle maniac" Roy muttered.
"Pretty much" Naruto said lying on a sun bed next to him.
"When did you get here" Roy asked.
"I've been here the whole time" he replied.
"Huh" Roy said in amazement at not noticing him.
"While your here I think that Angel guy wanted to talk to you" Roy told his friend.
"Really, HEY DULIO YOU NEED SOMETHING" Naruto shouted across the room getting some odd stares.
"Oh yes Naruto, Dante told me to ask you if he would be allowed to fight in this upcoming conflict with the church" Dulio told him.
"Huh that lazy ass is bothering to do something" Roy said in surprise.
"Hm well I don't see why not" Naruto said.
"Many thanks, you wouldn't happen to know why Dante wants to take part in this do you?" Dulio asked him.
"Probably to fight that Strada guy, he was the one that killed his father" Naruto said as the room became silent except for the kids playing.
"Oh, I see" Dulio said.
"Relax if he wanted to kill that old man he would have already, probably" Naruto said thinking for a moment.
"Yeah I'm sure he would have" Naruto said unsure.
"Well we will certainly find out" Roy said.
"NYA" Kuroka suddenly cried out as everyone looked to see the pool had completely frozen.
"T-t-that's really cold" Basara said through chattering teeth as Gray and Gohan laughed from atop the ice rink.
"Hey dad aren't you worried about this church rebellion" Basara asked his father the two of them having a walk around town.
"Nope" Naruto replied.
"You gotta learn to relax son" Naruto told him.
"Well it's just being a prince a lot is expected from me" Basara said.
"Hey relax you're in an entirely different universe so don't worry about things like that, your uncles a King and he is one of the most irresponsible person I know" Naruto told him.
"And just remember whether you turn out to be the greatest King who's ever sat a throne or you lead your world into economic downfall I'll always love you" Naruto told him giving him a loving smile as Basara looked up at him happily but that soon turned to shock as suddenly Dante was behind Naruto with his hand through his chest grasping his heart "sorry captain" Dante said before he crushed Naruto's heart, after that all Basra saw was red.
"WAR SHROWD 2nd FORM".
Elsewhere across town Issei and the Gremory group where being confronted by Strada and Cristald as well once the conflict began as the swordsmen and women assaulted first though where unsuccessful in their attempts to harm the two church worriers and they were soon joined by the Stiri group.
"Rias what is going on a large and powerful barrier was but up in the area" Sona asked.
"We have a problem, the church rebels" Rias told her.
"I see" Sona said adjusting her glasses as her peerage got into an attacking formation.
"Young Devils in truth we have no wish to fight you, our opponent is a much viler foe" Strada told them but before they could ask what he meant Dante came flying down from the sky and landed next to the church rebels.
"Dante-San" Issei said in delight thinking back up had arrived.
"I took out the captain and his brats on the way really, really pissed" Dante told Strada.
"Understood I did not like the idea of doing such things to a father in front of his son but we cannot go easy on them" Strada said.
"What's going on here lions sin answer me" Sona demanded angrily.
"Fuck you" Dante said not bothering to look at her just put a middle finger up to her.
"Excuse me" Sona shouted.
"Dante, I do not believe that is the correct way to speak to a young lady" Strada informed him.
"Okay fuck you, your highness" Dante said finishing with a bow.
"It cannot be helped you are more devil then you are Angel after all" Strada said.
"Young Devils please carry this message on to your leaders we rebel for 2 reasons the first because we cannot except the churches new way of doing things as you know" the old man told them.
"But as well as to destroy the group who have terrorised the world for too long and whose member is responsible for the murder of our Lord" stars proclaimed as the groups realised what they meant.
"While we do not wish to go to War with you we will however go to War with the Seven Deadly Sins, well six now" he said while placing his hand on Dante's shoulder.
"I see it seems that we have a traitor here" Rias said in disgust.
"Bingo" Dante said.
"Oh by the way we might want to get out of here before" Dante said but was cut off by the sound of horse hooves as a black flaming horse came to a halt only a few meters away from them as Basara in his second War form got off of it and suddenly let out a War cry as he charged towards Dante in a piercing motion with his sword though Dante redirected his blade with his own sending him flying into a house comply destroying it.
"We should leave now" Cristald told them as they began to teleport away.
"Dante why are you doing this" Issei demanded.
"For the same reason as your brother" Dante said before he was teleported away.
"The same reason as bro?" Issei wondered aloud.
"This declaration of War could cause some problems" Sona said.
"Indeed, we should inform our siblings of this at once" Rias continued.
"Um Kaichou, president, we seem to have another problem" Sanji informed the two as Basara got up from the wrecked house and glared at the group evilly in a blind rage.
"Great rage mode" Issei said aloud as Basara charged.
"Hey Basara try and calm down" Issei told his nephew walking up to him in his armour for safety trying to calm him down though it seemed that Basara took Issei in his armour as a threat as he grabbed Issei by the head and threw him into a nearby building.
"Issei" Xenovia cried swing down at Basara who didn't even flinch as the sword struck him doing no damage as he smacked her away the cried out as he plunged his sword into the ground as thousands of blades formed around him as tall as bulging slashing into the Devils even as they tried to retreat.
"Incredible is this the power of an apocalypse gear" Kiba said in both fear and awe.
"Everyone take defensive positions, we won't be able to defeat in but if we wear him out it might calm him down" Sona ordered taking command.
"Knights circle around him use your speed to keep him in one place" Sona told them.
"Rias, Akeno you two and I will bombard him with magic, everyone else keep to defence only attack if he attempts to attack you" she ordered as they put their plan into motion as Kiba, Xenovia and the Stiri Knights used their speed to circle around him though attempting to cut in as they went by it they had yet to cause so much as a scratch.
"Take this" Rias cried as her Akeno and Sona attacked him with their magic as the three attacks combined together into one big attack but Basara only gave it a glance before he blocked it with his open hand then clenched it shut destroying the spell and then in a blink of an eye he moved faster than all the swords men around him slicing their bodies with his sword causing them major damage.
"S-so fast" Kiba said kneeling down and holding onto is chest wound as Basara went to go finish him off.
"Kiba" Issei yelled changing into his queen armour then with his full strength jetted towards Basara and kneed him in his chin seemingly doing damage as it knocked him back.
"Hyoudou I got your back" Sanji cried activating his balance breaker and wraping up Basara's limbs in his curse ropes as black fire began to envelope him.
"Don't count me out yet" Kiba said after being healed by Asia he pulled out Gram and swung it at Basara who just managed to bring his gauntlet up to block the attack.
"Good, now again but more power" Sona shouted as Rias fired her extinguishing star, Akeno her lightning dragons and Sona a large water dragon all of which were fired at Basara who saw that he had no way of blocking the attack, suddenly however as if someone was almost telling him what to do he managed to reach out and grab his sword an as the ropes pulled him back in he slashed his sword and a large green wave was produced that caused the spell to completely disappear when it hit it.
"What is this, another power of the apocalypse gear" Rias asked in shock as ruin came running in slamming directly into Sanji causing him to let go of Basara who now free slashed at Kiba with his sword who was quick enough to avoid the attack.
Issei then went in for another attack while Basara was facing away from him grabbing him in a head lock.
"Basara it's me Issei please calm down" Issei pleaded to his nephew though his words failed to reach him as he broke free slammed him in the ground and shoved his sword into his gut.
"ISSEI" the group shouted as they ran to help him as Issei deactivate his armour in exhaustion.
"Didn't think it would end this way" Issei said to himself with a faint smile as Basara prepared to finish him of but before he could a huge explosion went off in front of him sending him flying back.
"What up kiddies" Roy said flying down in front of Issei.
"Dam you look just about as good as your brother" Roy commented to Issei who was being healed by Asia.
"B-bro what happened to him" Issei asked weakly.
"Dante quite literally tore his heart out of his chest" he told them earning a gasp.
"I know right super hardcore, Zerefs getting him out of here, if I had to guess I'd say the kid saw it then got all angry" Roy said.
"Well anger can cause people to become less desirable" Rias commented.
"Oh dam even I felt that burn" Roy said with a laugh only to be silence when ruin appeared behind him kicking him with his hind legs directly in the spine sending him rib the ground.
"Uhhhh felt that one more though" Roy groaned as ruin made it way back towards its master who was just getting up from the last attack.
"Come in what's it gona take to beat this guy" Sanji shouted.
"Ah man that's Gona leave a mark, I guess I'd better take care of him, captain would be mad if I didn't" Roy said getting back up, glancing over to Basara and then clicking his fingers once again at Basara who did nothing to defend himself as he was hit with another violent explosion.
"You kids may as well leave the area this should be a piece of cake" Roy told the group dismissing the group as he clicked his fingers once again but before the spark Roy sent could explode Basara swung his sword at it, the sword glowing with a green aura as he slashed at the spark as it vanished and did not explode.
"Huh, what was that?" Roy asked confused.
"It's some sort of magic cancelling technique, we think it is an ability of the apocalypse gear" Sona informed him 'my attack was alchemy not magic, he shouldn't have been able to cancel out my attack so easily' Roy thoughts sending in more alchemy attacks mixed in with magic as well as Basara cancelled all the attacks by slashing them with his sword or with a green slash that seemingly absorbed the attack.
'Is he absorbing them? No, the attack power isn't going anywhere it's as if they are just vanishing' Roy thought as Basara seemed to have enough of long ranged and chose to go close up and personal slashing at Roy with his sword which Roy dodged with expert precision taking notice of Basara's transformed face which was very angry yet perfectly calculated not blinded by his rage.
'I could use some assistance here' Roy thought.
'He may have talent but against an experienced fighter' Sona thought noticing how Roy had seemingly won the fight but Basara's blade coated in a green aura nicked Roys armour causing it to completely vanish.
"W-what Igneel what happened" Roy shouted to his partner but got no response as Basara grabbed both of his hands and crushed them causing Roy to scream out in pain and fall to the floor where Basara stomped him on head knocking him out.
"Oh crap" Issei managed to mutter as Basara proceeded to go ham on the group kicking the living crap out of them until Asia and him where the only two left standing.
"I-Issei-san" Asia cried burying her head into Issei's chest.
"It's okay Asia I'll protect you" Issei told her bringing her into a hug as Basara paused for a moment at the scene before some unknown force took over as he raised his sword and swung down as Issei held Asia protectively waiting for the strike, however it never came as he looked up to see a figure blocking the sword with his hands.
"Bas-chan bad boy" Zeref said in a mocking tone holding the blade with his hands over his head.
"You shouldn't" he said only for Basara's blade to be coated in a green aura and sliced through his hand and vertically down his body though this didn't affect him as he summoned a magic circle in both hands and shoved them into Basara's head as he screamed in pain.
"Oppai dragon take the shroud off" Zeref communicated to Issei telepathically as Issei with the last of his strength leaped up taking the shroud off Basara's head turning him back to normal.
"W-what's going on" Basara asked looking around confused.
"Do you think we should take him to a, you know hospital" Roy asked Zeref as they stood I've their captain who was on the floor while Basara kneaded next to him holding his hand.
"We could but it would only give him a more comfortable place to lie down death is currently inside him becoming an artificial heart, I can have a replacement in an hour but it may take him a couple days to recover" Zeref informed him.
"Dad I'm sorry" Basara said almost in tears.
"I-I didn't mean to lose control like that but I saw you being attacked I just got so scared" he said.
"Come on kid get up" Roy said going to grab Basara's shoulder but flinched back in pain as his hands where still comply crushed.
"You should get those healed" Zeref told him.
"I'd go but Igneel isn't responding" Roy said.
"Yes, Basara Toujou" Zeref said addressing Basara.
"We have much we need to discuss".
"Getting beat that bad by someone our age, it feels bitter" Xenovia told her companions of Kiba and Issei at home.
"It's to be expected by an apocalypse gear user, but I didn't expect such rage from him he seems like such a passive person" Kiba replied.
"I guess he got angry after he saw Dante hurt bro" Issei said clenching his first.
"Oy did that idiot really try and kill that other idiot" Jin said walking in on the room.
"Jin-san" Issei exclaimed as he jumped up in surprise as the two knights bowed to the man.
"Hey kiddies relax I'm just here because I got an SOS from that sorry excuse of a black Mage about Basara" Jin told them in a manner no very befitting of a King.
"Um I think that they're down in the basement testing something out twee was an inside t earlier today" Issei informed him.
"That so gee I let him out of my sites and he cases all this trouble, at least I kept those girls at bay" Jin said.
"But hey I'm sure you kids have better stuff to do then chat to an old geezer like me go enjoy your youth" he said popping a cigarette into his mouth and lighting it before walking down into the basement.
"Come on kid I want Igneel back try harder" Roy complained to Basara who held on to Wars sword attempting to summon the green aura he used before.
"I'm sorry I'm trying" Basara said concentrating.
"Well try then" Roy complained.
"Oy you idiots what's going on here" Jin asked walking in on the scene.
"Uncle why are you here" Basara asked in surprise.
"Got an SOS message is something the matter" he asked.
"Jin Toujou it would seem that your it would seem as though your nephew Basara Toujou has unlocked his Royal bloodline" Zeref said blandly from behind them making Jin choke on his cigarette in surprise.
"Oh, great and I thought puberty was bad" he said removing his cigarette and stomping on it.
"My Royal bloodline?" Basara asked his uncle confused.
"Yes, it's what makes us royals different from these idiots" Jin told him pointing at the two idiots.
"HEY" Roy shouted annoyed.
"To put it simply it's basically a unique magic power that those of royal blood are given I have my own power, so did your mother and it seems that you do as well" Jin explained.
"The only thing that's strange is you shouldn't have unlocked that ability for many years I unlocked it when I was 76 and your mother when she was 72" Jin said as this time Roy choked I suppose.
"wait how old are you" he shouted.
"146" Jin told him.
"wait and Sarah was your older sister so" Roy said to himself.
"CAPTAIN HAD SEX WITH A GRANDMA, AND HOLY SHIT SERAFALL'S EVEN OLDER" he suddenly burst out and then began to laugh and Jins only response was to grab one of Roys hands and squeeze it causing him a lot of pain as Jins eyes glowed green.
"See this is my power it allows me to see weaknesses" Jin said releasing Roys hands.
"Ow man I hate that power" Roy muttered.
"Wow, so what exactly is it I can do" Basara asked confused.
"That's what we have been trying to figure out by you recreating the attack, it managed to make magic attacks and pure magic that is my body seemingly disappear as well as Igneel" Zeref said.
"So, you want me to do that Jin said.
"That what do you?" Basara began to ask as suddenly Jins eyes glowed green again and he grabbed onto Basara's head making his eye fade over as Basara raised his sword and brought it down again as the magic attacks from earlier came souring out of it but Zeref manage to keep it contained.
"Guh, partner what happened" the groggy voice of Igneel said from Roy.
"Ah you're back" Roy shouted in surprise.
"It's a little technique I picked up that allows me to control Basara, talk about plot convenience" Jin said sarcastically.
"It was so strange it was like I do not exist but at the time I was everywhere" Igneel said in bemusement.
"You were banished" Zeref explained.
"Banished the hell you talking about" Jin asked as Basara regained his senses.
"From what I can tell from the magic particles that I regained it seemed as though they as well as Igneel where banished from reality and shifted into a dimension outside of existence" Zeref told them.
"Dam that's one hell of an ability" Roy said impressed.
"Indeed out of all the Royal bloodlines I've seen and heard about that's definitely up there" Jin commented.
"Banishing, shift?" Basara said to himself.
"As long as it makes my host stronger I have no issues" War said aloud from around Basara's neck.
"Don't get cocky kiddo as you've no doubt realised you have almost no control over it, my guess if War takes over he should have no problem using it" Jin informed him.
"Indeed though the boy unlocked it I can control the power well enough" War said.
"Wait a minute are you saying you took control of me and attacks those people" Basara shouted at War.
"I have been dormant for countless years the opportunity to fight does not come often to me and you let me take control when you activated the second form" War told him.
"Is that an excuse" Basara demanded.
"It is what happened boy, do not consider me a friend I am honour bound to serve whomever wields me, you never said not to attack them" War responded in a non-caring manner.
"Looks like you still have a lot of training to do kid, your victory against me was nothing but luck because I didn't take you seriously, and before you go running of to fight him you stand no chance against Dante either, unless you plan on forfeiting your life" Roy said in a serious tone of voice.
"I just, want to be useful to my dad" Basara said looking down in defeat.
"Basara I'm going to be honest with you the amount of power you have at your age is inconceivable with your own natural abilities and hardworking attitude combined with your Royal bloodline and an apocalypse gear, in the future I doubt anyone will ever be able to hold a candle to you" Jin told his nephew.
"Your King speaks the truth while at the moment to lack power you have the potential to be at least half as strong as I was in my prime" War told him.
"Half dam from what I've heard captains only ever able to go to 40% and that's pushing it" Roy said aloud.
"Captains son's potential is well known but dragons sins I believe we must deal with our own problem with lions sin going rouge it leaves some problems for us" Zeref said.
"Yeah I know I think that DXD team is having a meeting about it we should no doubt attend" Zeref said "for such a lazy ass that Dante can be a real pain in the ass it seems" Jin finished.
Later that day I meeting of the DXD team did take place with Zeref being the only sin attending as Roy decided to have a rest and recover after healing magic didn't work on his hands.
"I'm terribly sorry. To have you repeatedly get involved in matters related to us" Michael told the group sadly and went on to explain that the group wanted to fight the group in Kuoh due to the multiple significant events that had happened in the town, such as the signing of the peace treaty between the three great factions and that a team such as themselves consisting of a mix of different races.
"They have hatred for your group in particular Zeref-san, though it is understandable why" Michael told Zeref.
"Why is that?" Zeref asked in a time that made everyone unsure whether he was joking or not.
"That was a joke of course" Zeref said making everyone sigh in relief.
"Say what you will about hounds sin but I will tell you he is not racist, he hates everyone and everything equally" Zeref told them.
"I believe that person is not the only one causing such trouble, to think the son of eve would turn into a traitor, Gabriel has been in tears" Michael said sadly.
"Yes Lions sin betrayal was a surprise, I always thought I would be the one to turn traitor" Zeref said.
"Of course, we would like to know your position on the situation" Michael asked.
"My position, I will be doing nothing" Zeref said not surprising anyone as they didn't ask why.
"Dragons sin is in no condition to fight as well as captain, horse sin is on holiday and if apes sin where to get involved it would cause a controversy with the youkai" Zeref explained.
"In short the only one available is our vampire pal hound sins" Zeref said putting his thumbs up.
"T-that guy" Issei muttered as he began to lightly shake remembering the last and so far, only times had met the thing he could only describe as a monster.
"I'm not sure that the situation is so desperate we would need I rely on that" Azazel said.
"Nonsense we shall talk to him now yes" Zeref said not waiting for a reply as he contacted Alucard magically.
"Hound sin are you there yoo hoo" Zeref asked getting no response until a crackling noise was heard and a voice that was not Alucard was heard.
"To those who are listening we are of the church rebels thanks to the help of our more comrade Dante son of eve we have captured the monster that has slain out Lord and we shall slay him" the voice said before the communications where cut, for a moment there was only silence, before Zeref uncharacteristic burst out laughing.
"N-no way they think they can ahahaha" Zeref laughed uncontrollably.
"Zeref-san aren't you worried for Alucard-san" Issei asked as Zeref laughed even harder and used his communication magic again.
"Lions sin you couldn't have actually captured hounds sin and are trying to ha kill him" Zeref laughed.
"Oh shit they wanted to get al I thought they just stole some shit, crap" Dante responded much to the surprise of the group.
"I call take backs" Dante said.
"No traitor you're going to die" Zeref said darkly suddenly becoming much more serious as his eyes turned red.
"Fuck you to" Dante replied before he cut communications.
"Well looks like whomever they use to kill hounds sin will be killed so your number if opponents will be reduced" Zeref said returning to his bland voice.
"Zeref-san those rebels are highly trained exorcist as well as Angel hybrids they may stand a chance at killing him" Michael said with a tinge of hope in his voice as Zeref burst out laughing again.
"Gray you can't do that to father he's injured" Basara shouted in a panic as Gray was sat on top of his father's wound laughing.
"Come on its not safe for either of you" Basara told him picking him up and trying to get him off of their father though Gray was clinging onto the bandages.
"Come on just get off" Basara said surprised by the grip his brother had but he had plenty of strength and pulled him off, the only problem was he pulled a little too hard and he flew through the air.
"Oh crap" Basara yelled watching his brother fly through the air though luckily, he was caught by his mother who had just appeared.
"Gray-chan, you're too little to fly yet" Serafall scolded him.
"And where did your clothes go?" She asked noticing Gray as per usual was naked.
"Leviathan-sama, I apologise, it was my carelessness that almost resulted in his injury" the prince said bowing to a woman in fancy dress.
"Hmmmm" she said looking down at the boy not quite sure how to react.
"That's fine" she said moving past him and taking a seat next to her husband.
"What am I to do with you this is the second time this year you've almost died" Serafall said with a sigh.
"Gray-chan you make sure you turn out nothing like your idiot of a papa" she told her son as she took a hold of Naruto's hand.
"And you better stop pulling off stunts like this in far too young and beautiful to be a widow" she said.
"Basara-san are you going to stay over there forever?" she asked the young prince.
"I, um, just wanted to give you some time with father" Basara said.
"It's not like I'll get to talk to him very much, would you like to sit?" She asked motioning to a seat next to her.
"Yes mam, thank you" Basara said nervously walking up and sitting down.
"*giggle* No need to be so nervous I won't bite" Serafall said.
"S-sorry" Basara stuttered nervously as the two sat in silence for a moment.
"You aren't a very bold child are you, you remind me of your uncle Issei more than your father" Serafall commented.
"Really, well I don't really know either of them that much so I wouldn't know" Basara replied.
"Or maybe it could be you take after your mother?" She suggested though Basara didn't seem to be happy at the suggestion as he looked down seemingly in deep though.
"Sorry I guess that's a sour subject for you" Serafall apologised.
"It's fine" Basara replied.
"Father and uncle, they don't really talk about her a lot" Basara admitted.
"Apparently, she was a very headstrong person and she always did what she thought was right" he continued.
"I wish I could have met her, she gave up her life so I could live" he said closing his eyes trying to picture her but in his clouded mind he couldn't.
"She sounds like a wonderful woman" Serafall said.
"But I'm sure you're just as interesting a person" Serafall exclaimed getting Basara's attention.
"Come on now will tell me a little bit about yourself?" Serafall asked.
"Um well okay" Basara replied.
"You have my thanks Dante betraying your companions I'm sure was not easy for you, your mother would be proud" Strada told Dante with a pat on his back.
"Whatever so are you really stupid enough to capture Alucard?" Dante asked.
"You wish for us not to kill your companion, was he was the one who murdered our lord?" Strada asked.
"It's more you can't kill him then you shouldn't" Dante said.
"Have no fear we have many measures in place in order for his death to be swift and quick" Strada informed him.
"Relax brother even if these idiots fail then we will be more than enough" Vergil said as he walked in on the conversation.
"Lord Vergil" Strada said with bow though Vergil ignored him.
"Once we have shown these fools the power of the Nephilim we shall eliminate the fool Dracula and then go on to show the world our power" Vergil exclaimed in excitement that seemed more like madness.
"Whatever you say" Dante said planning on leaving to get drunk.
'Not like I'll have a chance to do this much more' Dante though.
