But I know this wasn't forever even if we were. We were going to have to head back home. Back to New Orleans. I was ready to go back and get our home back.
We were finally heading back to home. But we were not going alone. Bonnie and Tyler was coming back with us. I know a lot was going to happen when we got back.
"Are you ready?" I asked Hayley.
"Yeah. I am ready. Mostly, how huge I am. She is getting ready." Hayley answered me.
"Of course, my dear. It's getting close to your due date. Now everyone is ready to go. Are you coming?" Elijah said from the doorway.
"Yeah. Let's go get our home back." She said.
We said our goodbyes to everyone and headed out. The trip was long. But we got back to the compound in good timing.
When we got back something felt off. I looked at everyone. Looks like I wasn't the only one who thought it. We put our things down and looked around.
But before we get any father. We were all going down to the grounds. There was a huge pressure into my head. Then everything went black.
The next thing I remember was waking up later on floor. I looked over to see Rebekah, Marcel, and Tyler. Bonnie was looking over Tyler. He looks like he got hurt.
"Matt, are you okay?" Rebekah asked.
"Yeah. What happened?" I asked.
"It was a trap. They were waiting for us. They took Hayley. Klaus and Elijah went after her." Bonnie told us.
"The witches." Rebekah said.
"Yes. Tyler and I tried to stop them. But they were to powerful. I am sorry." Bonnie said sad.
"Don't worry Bonnie. You did everything you could. Just stay here and take care of Tyler." I told her.
"We should split up. Never know what where they would take her." Rebekah suggested.
"I will go to the witch area. Rebekah goes to the church." I suggested.
"I will go with you. Those witches can be tough sometimes. Even if you are good with them." Marcel said.
"Deal." I said.
We then headed out to the witch's area. We were going on. We then came across them. There was a baby with them. That couldn't be. But it was. Hayley's and Klaus's baby.
"Hayley." I whispered.
"We have to save her then for Hayley." Marcel said.
"Deal. You go left and I will go right. Take down as best you can. Whoever gets to the baby first run." I suggested.
"Deal." He said.
We were just about to head into a fight. But then we saw Klaus, Elijah, and Hayley. They went right to fighting the witches. Marcel and I did our plan. Marcel got stuck by a witch. I got to the baby. I picked her up and ran.
I got back to the safest place I could think of. Bonnie and Tyler were waiting there. I looked at them and they know. Bonnie put a protective spell on a room while they stay as the front.
Time went by. I was getting worried. Hayley was alone and okay. I looked down at the baby. She looks like Hayley.
"Matt." I heard someone yelled.
I came out slowly. I was still going to be on guard. I then saw them all. Everyone was alright. I came down. I handed the baby over to Hayley.
She smiled down. After everything calmed down Hayley finished her transferrin by taking a little bit blood.
"What's her name?" Rebekah asked.
"Hope." Hayley said.
"Hope Andrea Mikaelson." Klaus said.
After today we know that is was going to be a new hope. Now that Hope is here. We now have our home and everything. We know it. After today with the witches. We just now have to make it a better place for everyone.
