Chapter 27: Long Way Down, Part 2: Desperate Times.

Daemon could recognize it was not Illusions, but the Hanging Gardens seemed to change according to the will of Assassin of Black, something that should not be possible if Ruler's information was accurate. None of that mattered, in front of them was the Queen of Assyria sitting on her Throne looking calm despite being alone and with many enemies in front.

All that the First Mist Vongola has to do is kill the First Servant of this Great Grail War and use his own power so that the Hanging Gardens are not destroyed and use this Noble Phantasm to extract the Great Grail and use it.

The Einzbern Family had implemented Measures that hindered his goal, but as soon as the Great Grail is in place, they will only have to eliminate the rest of the competitors and both he and Giotto will change the Past by correcting their mistakes... they could save Elena, together. Now all he have to do is kill the woman who has managed to manipulate and control Noir.
