Nurse: Nurse: Ok it's a…. girl congratulations. (She said with a smile)

Tony kissed me again and I noticed he had the biggest smile on his face. I have never seen him smile like that before. The nurse printed off pictures and while she did that, she handed me a towel to wipe my stomach off. She handed the pictures to Tony and then we paid and then walked to the car.

Tony: A girl I can't believe how lucky we are.

Me: I know you are getting your little princess.

Tony: We should go celebrate. Or do you want to go home.

Me: We can go buy some things for her. (I said with a grin)

Tony: Let's do it.

So, we headed to a baby store. We decided to go to Little Birdies Boutique. When we arrived, Tony kept picking up almost all the girl baby clothes. I kept telling him to put some back so we wouldn't spend so much money in only one store. I mean it's only our first-time shopping for our little munchkin. Still he went a little overboard on buying clothes, but I love the man and it's cute that he is so excited. We went to a few more stores and then we went to lunch and then we shopped some more. By the time we were done shopping it was 6 o'clock so we decided to head home because we were both exhausted. Tony turned on the radio to keep him awake but I fell asleep on the car ride home. Hey, its tiring growing a human being.

When I woke up, I realized I was in the hospital again. I reached down and touched my stomach and instantly started panicking. Is the baby ok? A nurse came in and rushed to my side.

Nurse: Mam it's ok. (She said as she took my hand) Your baby is fine. You can hear the heartbeat on the machine.

I guess I wasn't paying attention to that.

Me: Where's my husband?

She didn't say anything she just gave me a sad look.

Me: Where's my husband? (I asked panicking even more)

Nurse: I'm so sorry.

I started crying and flipping out when I noticed more nurses and doctors came into my room.

Me: I want to see my husband? (I said trying to get up taking the IV's out of my arms)

The doctors and nurses surrounded my bed and tried to hold me down while a doctor grabbed and needle and filled it.

Me: Don't I want to see my husband can't you understand that!

Nurse: Were sorry mam you're in no state to do that at the moment.

Me: What state should I be in to see my…. dead husband? I mean wouldn't you be upset.

Nurse: You need to rest think of your baby.

Me: I can rest after I see my husband, please.

Doctor: Not going to happen. (He said as he stuck the needle in my arm and before I knew it, I was asleep)
