Apprentice Changeling
The reason i didn't update for so long was because, to be frank i lost all interest and there were moments when i tried to write and did write a little here and there before losing interest again. It also helped that i had no idea where the story was going. like literally, i was shooting in the dark.
I am also going through some problems like work, money and some other stuff.
Beast boy crawled through the grass as he eyed his target.
The Cargo Drop, a mysterious box that held unknown power's. beast boy had to be careful, this wasn't going to be easy.
"Be careful, there are two people to your left heading towards the box" speedy said as he kept observing the situation. Beast boy also turned to his left to see the threat.
One was a caveman and the other was a pink-haired girl.
"wait up gnarrk, it's dangerous," the girl said as the caveman ran at the cargo with her on his back.
"what do we do" speedy asked
"aim for the leg" beast boy said as speedy shot gnarrk in the leg followed by beast boy who quickly changed his hand into a sonic cannon and shot gnarrk in the face.
It was an action that had been done over a thousand times, gnarrk quickly grabbed his partner and put her in between the blast and his face. The girl quickly bends her body to form that of a shield only for in the last moment to realize that she didn't have her power's.
"AAAAaaaa..." gnarrk screamed as his hand was burnt and because of the pain, he dropped his partner who fell to the ground, the moment she touched it she turned into a crate. "no..no..no..NNNNOOOOO" gnarrk screamed as his partner was dead.
"it's high time you joined her," beast boy said as he pointed his cannon at him but he didn't make a move at all only stayed there crying over his loss.
"I kind of feel bad for him" speedy said over the team communication line. "let's ignore him, we have to get the box first"
"ya, I forgot," beast boy said as he ran towards it before changing his right hand into a sonic cannon and his left into a burning hand which he slammed into the ground and used it to rocket backward as the ground he was standing on got sprayed with acid.
"Too late," a huge voice said from behind the Cargo before a massive blurry figure appeared
"what the hell is that"
"camouflage" beast boy answered as the blurry figure changed into that of killer moth.
"oh, how I have longed for this moment" killer moth said as he sprayed acid at beast boy who rolled out of the way.
"man he's got a thing for you, what did you do?"
"Nothing much just beat him, had him arrested and burned down his house," Beast boy told speedy.
"well, now I know why he wants to kill you," speedy said through the communicator as he repeatedly shot killer moth with his arrows but by the looks of it, there was barely any help.
"It is useless to fight me, I have the abilities of a super moth," killer moth said as he swung his hand and knocked beast boy out.
"oh crap" beast boy said as he couldn't even move
"how do I finish this" killer moth said as he walked towards beast boy "should I rip your hands off or Maybe I should melt you"
"gnarrrrrrkkkkk" gnarrk shouted as he jumped at killer moth, his body Changing to the size of a three-story house. before slamming his fist down onto killer moth who grabbed his fist with a slight amount of difficulty.
"you might be slightly bigger than me but I am still stronger" killer moth shouted as he pushed gnarrk back.
Behind the giant's fight, speedy quickly ran towards beast boy before throwing a smoke grenade at him. Using the smoke as a cover speedy quickly started to revive beast boy.
"While those two are fighting, how about we make a run for it," speedy asked him as he was almost done reviving him.
"no, we killed his partner and he is still helping us, I won't let him die alone," beast boy said as he got up "and secondly when do we ever run from a fight"
"you're asking me to die, you know that right" speedy told him.
"Well the jokes on him, cause he doesn't know that dying to protect someone, is an honour for heroes"
"yes, beast boy...i bet he will really stupid after he melts out bodies off" speedy remarked dryly
"buy me some time" beast boy said as he applied the first aid kit to regain his health
"gnarrk" gnarrk yelled as he started to throw punches one after the other
"what does that even mean" killer moth shouted as he dodged all the attacks that were thrown at him with ease. gnarrk was bigger bit killer moth was stronger, faster and better skilled at fighting, he skillfully avoided all the attacks that were thrown at him and gave precise punches to eaisly bring him down. "any last words"
"gnarrk" gnarrk said directly looking at his face.
"Why am I not surpriseeeedd" killer moth yelled in pain as he was shot in the eye with a grenade tied to an arrow. "why you little.." that's all he got to say as he was body-slammed into the ground by gnarrk.
"hurry up beast boy" speedy shouted as he kept on firing his arrow's
beast boy ran towards the cargo, there might be something he could use. He layed low and quickly made his way to what could be his last hope of beating this guy. "full health, escape rope and an Adrenaline shot...how am I suppose to beat anyone with this stuff" beast boy thought as he looked at his opponent.
'calm down, gar. remember what you been taught' words of his father, mento and Slade. 'your only limited to your imagination, ingenuity is key, everything is a weapon' Garfield said to himself before looking back to the cargo. 'That's crazy, so crazy that it might work' beast boy thought as he took the escape rope.
"that's enough" Killer moth shouted as he hit gnarrk to the side. "this end's now"
"your right, it does" beast boy yells as he shoots him with a Sonic cannon and a fireball. "now, that I have your undivided attention" beast boy said as he took out the escape rope
"You think you can run away, after all, you did. besides even if you get away I still have your scent, I will track you down and rip you apart" killer moth shouted as he ran at beast boy
"I am not running" beast boy shouted as he activated the rope and threw it at killer moth
Escape rope: an item used to open a portal from one place to any other place in the game
The rope twisted and turned before becoming a circle. Time seemed to slow down as the escape rope activated and in a moment the entire area was covered in bright light and unbearable heat and just like that it was over.
Speedy got up from where he had fallen when gnarrk was knocked down. "what in the world happened" speedy asked to himself as he looked around. The entire place was destroyed, the trees were all on fire, the ground and the rocks were scorched and there was this heat all around them.
"gnarrk" the giant gnarrk said in agony as layed there on the ground before returning to his normal size.
"seriously what in the world happened in ten seconds"
"I can explain that" beast boy said as he walked towards them with an orb in hand, said orb had three stars two red and one black "I used the escape rope to open a portal from here to the sun, the moment the portal opened whatever was in its direction was melted like butter on top of lava"
"where do you get these reckless ideas from" speedy asked as he looked at the carnage.
"manga" beast boy answered.
Title unlocked: over kill - kill one person in an absurd manner and destroying everything around you.
"you know what I don't care...you all right" speedy asked him as he nuged him lightly.
"ya, just fine" beast boy said as he ignored the title that popped up.
"so what is that ball" speedy asked as he eyed it carefully.
"it's a wishing ball. you can change it from one power to another with a maximum of three times" beast boy said as he threw the orb to speedy
"so what do we wish for, ability to stop time, I know to control minds, I know a better one how about the ability to see through clothes" speedy suggested.
"no, none of them... maybe the one to see through clothes...no she would kill me," beast boy said to himself.
"okkkk so any idea" speedy asked as the anticipation was killing him.
"just one" beast boy said as he pointed the orb towards a crate, which turned into light and in no time changed to the image of a girl.
"gnarrk" gnarrk shouts out in happiness as he limps towards his now revived friend.
"you wasted it on her. why would you even do that? that's wrong with you" speedy baffled at him.
"it's alright he is the main reason we even got this to begin with"
"hmmm, excuse me. I don't know what is happening but thank you for helping me" she said with a polite bow "the name is Kole and that is my friend gnarrk"
"name's a beast boy and this is speedy" Beast boy said as he looked over her while she covered her self with her hands even though she was fully clothed it felt like he was seeing through her
"don't tell me you have the ability to see through clothes" Speedy shouted in jealousy causing the poor girl to cover her self even more in fear that he was really seeing her bare as the day she was born.
"No, I don't have that kind of ability...not yet anyway," beast boy said as he turned back to Kole "you are not a fighter are you, so why are you here. this game is only for those who are...you know" beast boy said
"Hey! well for your information we do fight...if the situation called for it. so don't think that it's only you guys who know how to fight" she yelled.
"Kole, how about you guys join us"
"WHAT" both speedy and Kole asked as they looked at each other.
"There is strength in numbers and obviously, we all want to win. so it seems we have a common goal after all.
"We don't want to win, we want to go home," Kole said as she looked down
"Fine, if we win the game ends and everyone will be sent back home," beast boy said as he offered his hand to her "what do you say"
Hesitating for a minute, she eventually extended her hand to hold his "we will be in your care"
"Here, give this to gnarrk" beast boy said as he held out a health pack.
"What now, any plan on what to do next"
"How about we head to school," beast boy said as he felt sure that it was the place to go.
Control freak
"we there yet" Argent asked as both her and control freak rode down the street with a tricked out Lamborghini.
"no"
Two minutes later
"how about now"

"you ignoring me or something"

"you know how long we been riding for"
"thirteen minutes and twenty four seconds" CF replied as he kept on riding.
"what's so important about this guy" argent asked him, this was the second person they were visiting.
"nothing" before argent could question him further, he answered her "he's a comrade, so i need to make sure that he is well equipped"
"how many more, is he the last or.."
"After him there's one more"
"wow, you have three friends. i am a bit amazed"
"what about you, ms i work alone. you have zero friends"
"no, i have plenty of friends"
"name one" CF said a he stopped the car and looked at her "and they should not be people's who you saved first and then befriended"
"i...well there is this guy...you know what leave it, just drive".
"no need, we arrived" he told her as he opened his belt buckle "and if it helps i can be your ..."
"no" she told him as she looked out the window"
"awww, my feelings" he told her in mock hurt as got out of the car "it might take a twenty minutes or more depending on the situation"
"that much longer than that one eyed guy"
"he's a hard one to please" CF said as he waved her off "he's got a big potty mouth".
Yasnaya Polyana
Mumbo's body was covered in electricity as he shot a huge bolt of it at bumblebee who dogged it easy before cy fired a freezes ray at mumbo and rendering him immobilized before being tackled by an elephant empowered bumblebee and getting a kill added to her name.
"That's quite the tag-team you both have," a new voice said as he stepped out of the shadows
"Your bushido, aren't you? Cy said as looked at the newcomer.
"so, you know who I am. Then what I am about to do next will make sense" bushido says as he draws out a sword.
"Whoo! we don't want to fight you" cy said as he raised his hands "on the contrary we want you to join us"
"I don't work with scum, especially those that don't give a second thought to harming the defenseless elderly"
"Wait a sec, we weren't picking on him. He is the one who attacked us" bumblebee defended herself. "Come on cy, say something"
"No point, he's not going to believe us," cyborg said as he equipped a machete "and secondly action speak louder than words"
Bushido got into a stance "true" before charging at cy before stopping halfway as the ground broke but that was the least of his problems as cy was in front of him, his machete coming down which he blocked with his sword that immediately broke because of the hex magic running through it and just like that the match was over.
"Give up," cy declared pointing his machete at bushido
"I will not yield," bushido told him unfazed
"Then we are done here," cy said as he turned around and walked away.
"I don't need your mercy," bushido said as he stared at the figure of cyborg and bumblebee, as they got into a car and drove away.
Shelter
Raven kept walking through the dark tunnel alone in search of weapons .
A few minutes back
"You sure there are good weapon's down here," Aqualad asked as he, wildebeest and raven started to explore the Labrinth of tunnels that was the shelter.
"Let's split up to cover more ground" raven suggested.
"Why not, it's not like we have any better options" aqualad agreed.
Present time
Raven picked up another orb before taping on it, this was the fifth orb she found.
Ice wall- creates a thick wall of ice to act as a sheild.
"Seriously, come on give me something useful" raven yelled at no one in particular before resuming her journey before finding another orb "please let this be offensive" before taping it
Acid vomit- gives the user the power to vomit acid
Taking a deep breath raven threw the orb at full power at the wall, shattering it.
'either I turn back or keep going' seeing there wasn't any point she turned back and started to retrace her steps...that was the plan but it didn't look like the normal shelter she was use to playing, it was close to a labyrinth. Any way, she went about it the same.
'crap' Raven thought but never once in all of this, she had a calm and collected features of a person who had a plan. Even though she had nothing. Deciding to use her last resort. "AQUALAD, WEILDERBEAST" her voice carried an ecco. Through the labyrinth like shelter.
"I might not be aqualad but may I be of some assistance" a voice spoke around her before a man emerged out of the hall and into the room occupied by raven.
"Seemore" raven asked
"In the flesh" he said as he sent a Lazer vision at raven, who easily side stepped the attack
"I don't want to fight you but if you keep insisting then I might have to erase you" raven threatened.
"Scary" mockingly he replied.
"You should be"
"I have acquired powers that you couldn't even dream about." He said as liquid metal flowed over his body before taking the shape of Adonis armor before he tapped the orb in his chest and immediately he had multiplied into dozen or two
Slamming her hands into the ground to create an ice wall and started to run the other way. There was no way she would be able to beat him as she was now, hell they would need the entire team to take him down.
Taking a sharp left into a new corridor, she luckily missed a volley of Laser's that was fired by the clones of seemore.
Raven kept running until she met a cross road before freezing the first paths and then running towards the second one, to make it appear as if she had went the other way . In an attempt to dich her chaser, before running deeper.
'What is it, what is this feeling' raven thought as she followed a mysterious source that was in a way calling to her. She ran and ran and the closer she got the more she was pulled towards it. Until she reached the heart of it, the source of what was calling to her the entire time...a book.
"What in the world" raven said as she picked up the book and examined it "how are you even special. You don't even have anything written on you"
"if you could see what makes something special then it wouldn't be that special" words appeared on the page she that opened.
"What the hell?" shocked but recovering from it faster than expected "what are you"
"me? what are you? i am but a humble wizard trapped in a book for centuries but you my dear girl, your aura, you magical presence, the intensity of the power you hold and the colour of your soul are... beautiful"
"you think my soul is beautiful...wait, that's not important." raven said as she calmed down "what is most important right now is .."
"is to get away from here" words on the book interrupted her.
the sound of a hundred marching feet grew closer and closer.
"crap, they already found me." raven said before turning back to the book "you wouldn't have any ideas on how to deal with them do you"
"i do have a trick or two up my...pages" the told her as new words started to get edged on the pages "Hold my pages out and facing them while saying this incarnation '¥¥$$¥' and that might help and don't forget to follow me immediately afterwards"
"Hey, there. don't take it in the wrong way but we need to make you disappear" seemore spoke as more and more of him started to enter into the room. seeing there was no other options available she held out the book and chanted the new manthra '¥¥$$¥'
The book started to shake and it seemed as if all the pages had came to life and ripped itself of the hidge and changed into paper airplanes and flew towards the large group of seemore's. The planes itself were rather harmless but they were a great source of distraction as they flew around all over the place, underneath the legs and around them in overall. with the occasional eye poking, they served as great source of distraction.
Raven stood there and watch as the large gang was held off by nothing more that paper planes. A paper plane flew around before unfolding itself and the words "Run" were boldly written on it.
Nodding her head she made a quick dash out of there as the paper turned back into a plane and flew towards her.
"which way now" raven stood in front of a corridor that now had multiple paths. Deciding to give her luck a try she ran towards a random path only to be stopped by the paper plane that hit her on the head and then flew towards a different path "i guess this makes it easier" she said as she followed him as they made their way through the Labrinth.
"i feel a breeze" raven said as she started to examine the wall the paper had went and stuck itself on.
Back with seemore
"get off me, you pesky... paper" one of the seemore said as he grabbed a paper plane and ripped it apart, only for it fix itself and continue to annoy them.
"let's ignore them, they are only here to buy some time for the girl...what"
All the planes stopped in mid flight and changed into a sheet with markings, symbols and characters.
"what do you think they are doin."
"BOOM"
Raven jumped out of the hidden door that she found while examining the wall.
"we made it out" raven said as the paper plane fell onto the ground "you all right"
Raven placed her hand on it and immediately a notification popped up
"would you like to form a party"
"yes" "no"
She immediately tapped the yes icon and a new message came
"revive" as well as his health which was almost out.
"shoot" raven started to help her new partner before it was too late.
"thank you, i am in your debt"
"what was that explosion back there"
"the pages exploded" He told her "you didn't believe a spell of mine. was to create paper planes and nothing else"
"That was impressive but seriously who are you. i mean i never seen a spell like that"
"well, i already told you. i can stretch the story out but the key points will be the same. I was a wizard who fought for the people and challenged a evil dragon. i beat him but at the price that i was imprisoned in a book. The first couple of decades i was bored and then i started to extend my mind and found that i could see books and literature all over the world and so i began my quest for knowledge in how i could be free"
"How is it working out for you" raven asked with a slight hint of humour.
"well, i ran into a slight hickup..." He states as he new words form on the book "malchior"
"excuse me"
"that's my name" malchior told her.
"oh, the name's raven" raven said as she got up and gestured a hand moment "you coming"
"where?"
"Two find my friends"
"i have a spell for that" words appeared on the paper and below was a new incantation
"sure, why not" she didn't have any reason not to trust him.
"*#*#" all the words disappeared and names of people's appeared on the single sheet

"where's aqualad and wilder beast, there names aren't here"
"i am sorry, raven but this spell only shows you people you know and are in the same dimension. if they aren't here that means they're not in the game anymore"
"Who could have done this"
"maybe it was that armored one eyed cyclops" malchior suggested
"no, if it was him. He would have bragged"
"then, let's keep our eyes open"
"and heads on" raven completed.
"well said" the words at the bottom said "who are you contacting first"
"let's see" raven said as she looked over the names.
Starfire
Young Red Star was at one time just a feeble soldier, before subjecting himself to a quantity of super-soldier experiments. The Russian scientists had successfully created a picture perfect super-powered hero however at a price. His power was extraordinary and incredible while at the same time uncontrollable and harmed everyone around him, to a point he was a threat to his own home land that he had sworn to protect.
So, this moment felt out of reality as the little girl in gothic dress stopped his super strength enhanced punch( as powerful as his normal serum enhanced punch) and kicked him to the side.
"Red star, are you the alright" star asked as she hit the ground shattering it and rise up with her super strength and used her sonic screech to send the pieces flying at the girl at incredible speed.
Argent used her plasma creation ability along with her new accuired ability to create a plasma shield made of diamonds.
The earth projectile were easily stopped.
"It seems like your all in quite the pickel"
The Russian soldier, the spanish speedster and the orange alien said at the same time "what?"
"forget it" argent said as her hands glowed red and a plasma chain formed that came swing at everybody like a blade.
Star's hair extended and countered the plasma chain, both wrapping each other up before being pulled at by there respective party. star with her superhuman strength and argent with her plasma manipulation power's that allowed her to lift cars with ease.
"your quite good but i am better" argent said as she raised her free hand and a swirl of red plasma formed before it scattered and formed sentinel like soldiers (apperence: the destroyer in Thor, instead of sliver it's red)
"oh "#@#¥" star said as she turned her hair back to normal and used her nails to cut her hair off, before ducking the multiple attacks that came at her way.
"can we help" red stat asked as he dodged a swipe and a kick from two of the ten that came at him.
"Yes, hold them of so i can take out there conjurer" star told then.
"is she serious" mas y memos asked in unison as one of them spat acid at the ground while the other hit it with a lazer beam.
"don't worry we will hold them all back as long as you need" red star said as he used his skills he had developed in the army to shoot down sentinel closes to him with a AK.
"are you serious?" mas y memos said as they used what ever fighting skill they had to hit the sentinel and jumped back before throwing a grenade.
'boom'
Starfire slid under a sentinel's legs before jumping over another one. before landing in front of argent, Three sentinels surrounded her but she didn't even bat an eye and stated directly at argent.
With a wave of Argent's hand the three sentinels stepped back.
"Quite daring are we, I've be a good sport and humor u" argent said as she slammed her fist into the ground.
The earth shucked and broke before pieces of huge rocks came out of the ground connected to argent's plasma threads. "Dodge this" before the rocks came hurtling at star.
The rocks came at her like they had a mind of there own. twisting and turning own there own as they came at star who was having a hard time avoiding all of them.
Red star and mas y memos
Two sentinel to the left and to the right and three in the back, they was surrounded by them. To make matters worst they were also ten or more sentinels just standing in place, mostly they were programmed to act only if the situation called for it.
"i could have really used my power's right about now" red star said as he ducked under a punch and gave a upper cut to a sentinel.
"we know the feeling" mas y memos over at there side said as they threw a grenade to the far side and used there laser vision to hit all the sentinel around them, which did little to no damage and they jumped at them only for both the twins to disappear at the last second in there place was a grenade they had thrown at the beginning.
Ability: substitute - the user can change places with a desired object as long as it is(present tense) the property of the ability holder.
Does not work if the property or object is/has moved ownership to another individual.
The smoke cleared and the sentinel walked out without a scratch as there bodies were shining due to the plasma having changed into diamonds.
"that's not fair"
"tell me about it" red star said as he gave a extremely hard punch that threw one of the sentinel's back only for him to get back up. "they are learning, guns won't work on them anymore"
"then what do we do" mas y memos said in annoyance as they spat asid on a sentinel who jumped up to avoid it and followed it by changing there hands into diamonds to reflect the laser that was shot at them by the twins at red star.
"See if we have any other power orbs to fight them with". Red star said as he avoided the laser. "we need different power's, ones they haven't seen, yet"
Quick as possible the twins opened there invertor to see if anything was available only problem was there were in the middle of a fight and didn't get quite the opportunity.
"find anything" red star asked even in the heat of battle he held his composure.
"we are looking... oops" there while jumping away accidentally dropped all the orbs on the ground.
It's alright, just pick them...why is that one glowing" red star said as the only red orb was glowing before it exploded in a light of red and a face of the master of games appeared.
"i can grant you one power of your choosing, what might it be" The master of games asked.
Not understanding what was happening, and going with a feeling of what was happening. all three shouted. "My power's"
The light condensed and became a ball of energy that floated in the sky.
"Go, mas y memos" red star shouted as he used what little strength he had to throw one off the sentinel's the was surrounding him at the one's surrounding the twins to give them a chance to get out of the box like situation they were in.
They threw there pistol at the red ball, not enough. teleporting to the pistol before they threw there armour, not enough one last time. with nothing left they threw there power's to cover the gap. This time it was enough as there fingers grasped it and the ball went into them.

The user can transfer this ability to a person of there choosing.
mas y memos both the twins looked at each other and then at themselves, nodding to each other they grabbed there hands.
In a red flash they moved, faster than they ever could in there life. Punching aside one of the sentinel's that held red star to the side and shot two more with a energy blast, to the sentinels defence they had hardened themself to a diamond when they got hit/punched but it had the same result as a rock thrown at a fragile glass, as the sentinels shattered.
"what did you get" red star asked in amazement.
"see for yourself" they touched his shoulders and a red glow moved from them to him.
"This feeling, i..." words couldn't describe how he was feeling. The power that flowed through him felt like his own and at the same time, like it was someone else's.
Turning his head over to starfire he saw that she was covered by plasma infused earth and was crushing her, slowly.
He wanted to run towards her but two sentinels grabbed him shoulders and held him back.
"No more" he has his powers back, "No more, excuses" his eyes started to glow red. He grabbed the two sentinels before smashing them together and destroying them.
Seeing he was the most dangerous one there, few sentinels that were on stand by woke up and intersected him.
"This is pretty much your fault, if you didn't try to steal my car then this wouldn't be happening"
"we weren't stealing, we didn't know you were in there."
"tomatoes tomatoes, give up and swear your loyalty and i will spare your life and only yours" Argent offered, star was overall more better than her to friends and argent already had a weird male in the group she didn't need more.
"my friends matter more than anything else" star said not breaking eye contact.
"how long are you going to be defiant, you have no chance of beating me"
"Yes, she does" the plasma-earth that held star exploded as red star shot a blast of energy at her(friendly fire is allowed)
"Red star, how did you"
"transfer" Red energy flowed out of red star and into Starfire.
Robin
In the quite late night of a isolated land by the mountains.
"I kept my end of the deal, now it's your turn" Robin said as he approached the small lit fire of the man who stole his communicator.
"really" the man says as he gets up and puts a blanket over the fire, extinguishing it and killing what little light was left "i will be the judge of that.
Two day's back...no... today morning, if he was in this situation he would have been in a problem but now.
His eyes closed and his ears, nose and instinct all working overtime to pick up everything around him.
Robin Dodged a punch and gave a kick, which was easily caught before the man threw Robin to the side using his leg. Robin did a flip to correct his land before readjusting his stance to deliver and receive blows after blows as both the martial artist got up close while in a heated fight in the dark.
The man jumped back "that is enough, it seems you really have kept your word"
"i am not done" Robin said as he rushed towards him only for him to completely loose sense of him. there was no sound, no presence and no smell, as if there was no one to begin with, with this Robin came to a realisation that he was only able to fight him this long was because he let him.
The fire was lit back up as the man now sat near it.
"care to join" he said as he lifted up a bowl of soup to Robin.
"answers" Robin said as he sat near the fire looking at the mystery one eyed man.
"i was a mercenary back in the day." the one eyed man said.
"retired?"
"no, there is just new, fresher blood out there now" he said as he slipped on his bowl. "the ways of the old are being forgotten. so i took disciplines or apprentices to carry on what was left but.."
"does this have a point"
"i trained a talented kid, he didn't have as much talent as you, but it was enough." he said as he blew the soup.
"settle much"
"Don't get me, wrong. he had potential. but he was greedy for more and more. He wanted everything power, women, wealth and he had the ability to get it even if it destroyed the world" the man said with a grin tone but there was a bit of pride in it.
"how does this concern me, i mean if he even came to jump city then i might take care of it but..."
"trust me, he's already closer that you think" the told with a stern look.
"what does that mean"
"it means you already fought him a couple of times"
Time slowed as things started to fall into place. The reason why this guy's moves reminded him of someone but he just couldn't place his finger on it but now...
"you trained him" it was more of a statement that a question
"Yes, i did" the man confirmed Robin of his suspicion.
"so, you here to take me out, to make sure your apprentices has fewer obstacles"
"No, ofcourse not. Infact i am here for the opposite" looking at the confused face of Robin. he explained further.
"the truth is, i had my fortune told a couple of months back...i know...i know but there is a difference. this was by someone who i believe in and she gives aqqurate info" taking another sip he continued "she told me, my death was near and that i would meet it at the hands of what i created"
"well, servers you right"
"i would have personally went and done it but.."
"don't want to risk it"
"no, that's not it. i don't want to try and end something that i created, not again" the man told him and the possibility that he was too strong for him.
"by some chance i want to help you, where do i start. what are his weakness?" Robin questioned.
"i should be asking you that but for now continue your training with the true master and once you are strong enough, we will talk". the man said as he moved to his sleeping bag.
Robin wanted to continue but, he was tired and it didn't look as if asking for more was going to get him anywhere.
"who are you?" Robin asked before he was about to leave.
"Willson" the man replied as he went to sleep. "oh, Robin. know that even the brightest lamp, cast a shadow underneath"
Control freak
"Hey there, big guy. didn't expect to find you in a place like this" control freak said as he sat on the hospital chair.
"i can go where ever i want" gizmo told him as he was going through the shelves.
"what are you even looking for"
"nothing that concerns you" gizmo said not even looking at him but still had his head in the drawers.
"are you alright" CF asked a little suspicious.
"I'm perfectly fine"
"than why aren't you using your bad language"
"it doesn't concern you" gizmo told him and this time CF decided to simply drop it.
"well whatever man. it's your life anyway. the reason i am here is for a different reason" control freak said as he took a pouch out. "I am here to supply you with the latest tech"
"what in the world are those"
"simple things i brought out of the tv, just a little twerk here and there" control freak said as he boasted about himself "so what do you want exactly, i can literally give you anything"
"can you give me the power to heal" gizmo asked but in his voice there was a slight bit of pleating.
"Dude, your really scaring me" CF asked starting to get a little bit worried.
"Do you have it or not"
"ya, i do but before that i have one that heals humans and the other that fixes machines, which do you want"
"human's" without missing a beat gizmo replied.
"healing bandage, just wrap it around whatever you want to heal and it will be good as new, again it only works on humans and not machines" control freak reminded him. "now, let's see what you are hiding."
"i'm not hiding anything"
"it's for me to decide that" CF raised his hands "Detect life" the spell sent a sonar life signal throughout the entire area, detecting all players within a 1000 meters.
Gizmo stared at Control freak as if he would burst any moment.
"i have to leave" CF said as he hurried to leave
"wait, it's not like that" gizmo tried to stop him, his reputation was on the line.
"I know that you only look like a baby but still, a loli. do whatever you want, you sicko." CF said as he left but his voice could be still heard "and you aren't the reason i am leaving"
Starfire
"Star moved like a blur before hitting Argent's shield with such force that it sent argent skidding back.
"Help" mas y memos shouted as they had there hands full with the sentinels.
Star stretched out her hands at them and a red energy transferred from her to them.
mas y memos linked there arms and there free hands a ball of starbolt and the other a red nuclear energy formed as they used there speedster ability to rotate in there spot and shoot at all the sentinels around them and destroying them "red star"
The power again transferred from mas y memos to Red star.
"It was not necessary, but still thank you" Red shot said very humbly as green energy surrounded him and then concentrated into his hands. "machine gun mode". Balls of energy were fired in quick succession destroying whatever was left of the sentinels.
"you think you won, don't Blinder(praise) yourself" Argent's voice could be heard loud and clear from within her cocoon "all you did was Clanger(intentionally or unintentionally do mistake) your feet in the grave"
"friends, i would need the 'All for one' for the time being" star asked.
Red shot didn't say a words as the red energy transferred from him to her.
"let's end this argent".
The cocoon opened up and reformed it self as argent walked out.
"shall we continue" star asked as energy flowed through her body.
"let's" The cocoon which looked more like an umbrella than anything formed chain's of plasma at the edges with hooks at the end of the chain and started to rotated at breakneck speed, destroying the ground little by little as they picked up more and more speed, untill it looked like the blades of a mixer
"to much weight on one side will cause it to loose balance" Red star said from a safe distance.
Argent charged at star with her disk of destruction ready. Starfire used her newly acquired speedster ability to move out of the way before firing a huge energy blast to one end of the disk before hitting the other with another huge energy blast and kept repeating the process.
"you attempts are but for not" as the disk immediately tilted to both sides and corrected itself "firstly, i can change the angel of my creations, as i please. furthermore you have driven yourself into a corner."
Star turned around only to find that argent was right. She was trapped. If star was having a problem then she wasn't showing it, as a smile adored her face. "your strength is your power's, mine are my comrades"
"what a load of codswallop(ridiculous), where are your friends now when you are about to die" argent asked and for a second expected a definite reply.
"justo detrás de ella" (right, behind her) the speedster twins said behind argent.
"how did you.." that was all the words that came out of her mouth as laser beams were shot out of there eyes at point blank range into her followed by a blast of energy courtesy of Starfire that blasted argent to the side.
argent layed on the ground not moving, there was too much damage to the point where not only was she knocked out but also out of health.
"how..."
"i wasn't firing those energy blast to make your disk lose balance nor did i cornered myself on accident but to lure you hear" star said as she pointed to the pistol on the ground that belonged mas y memos who used it as a means to substitute themselves. "like i said my strength comes from my friends" star said as she lifted her hands as energy swirled around her fist. "after this is all over, you can come find us. we are a group of people's that mainly exists to protect people with our power's we are called the..."
"i will say this as nice and as american like i can" argent said as she took a deep breath "go suck a di.."
BANG
"What was that" Red star was the first to react as he had precious military experience.
"i been shot" star said as she examined the arm which just got shot, not because it got hurt but see in which direction it came from.
"red star, behind you" mas y memos said as red star jumped back to put some distance between him and whoever was behind him but it was pointless.
"sticky glue" control freak said a he threw a granade followed by green glue that stuck the granade to red star's back.
"get this off me" red star said in vain as the granade was firmly stuck to the back of his shirt.
"we are trying" mas y memos replied while they tried there level best but to no avail.
"4...3...2.." CF counted.
"Damn it" red star cursed as he pushes them to the side and used his inhuman strength to put some distance between him and the Speedsters by jumping in the air.
"NOOOOO..." star yells as the explosion silenced everything around it.
"you.." energy roles off star as it condenses around her fist before firing it at CF like a cannon.
"Demon dweller sword" a huge black sword covered in rust and looked as sharp as a hammer appeared in his hands which he used to send the mass of energy right back at star. "disable"
Star's hair extended as they dug into the ground and took a stand as the mass of energy collided with her and went back into her. For a moment it seemed as everything stood still before energy rolled off her in waves and disappeared entirely.
"what did you do" star asked as she brought out a mimi.
No response as control freak pointed the huge black sword at her.
Seeing there wasn't going to be any response she fired her shots only for it to be reversed back at her by the swing of the demon dweller sword. Hitting her and throwing her back, luckily she wasn't damaged enough to be knocked out but enough to be put on the edge of it.
Electricity charged in his hand and formed a ball while at the same time, all the iron filing in the sand all started to get attracted to his electro magnetic field of the ball he was creating.
"que en el mundo" (what in the world) both the Speedsters twins muttered in astonishment as the witnesses what could look like a ball of darkness.
Star got up before falling back to her knees as her almost empty health was affecting her.
The ball of darkness was fired with a thunders roar as it destroyed everything around it as it made its way towards star.
She didn't close her eyes as her death approached her and stared at the inevitable came closer and closer before she was pushed aside from it's way by mas y memos who switched places with All for one, in a way it was still there's. before pushing her to the side away from the mass of iron and electricity.
The sound of shredding filled the air as the attack kept going and going, maybe stopping at some unknown place.
Control freak looked at her and turned towards argent and made his way to her.
"oi, forget about me and focus on her" argent told him but either he didn't hear it or wasn't paying attention to her.
"she's no longer a threat" CF said as he kept a hour glass on the ground "this should reduce the time it takes for your count down to end"
"but" argent continued
"this also effects the revival time"
"i see, so this is it i guess, well i have to say. it was a quite the trip and a jolly good show there at the end" argent said as he looked at him, to see his face had lost all his joy and now filled with regret and nothing more.
"why do you look so sad"
"if i was here a little sooner, then i could have...then you wouldn't have...what i am trying to say is"
"i get it, but i guess that's life. we miss by that much. so we have to make the most of it and if we wait to long then you might lose it forever" Argent told him as she looked at the timer. "twelve more seconds. do me a favor. Cancel the partnership and kill me"
"What"
"increase your count. The more kills you have the more strength you gain"
"but.."
"It's the only way i can repay you for helping me so much and being my friend"
"being a friend to me was enough" CF said as he cut there link and pointed the gun at her "see you around kid"

"You might not not this but the thing is i am hard core otaku. Many time i fantasized, if my life was like an anime. How would it be? will it be a action? horror? tragedy? or a Fricking comedy?. i had this plots in my head, how i get my power's, how i will create my base and all the drama and in that...in the turning point of my life was something dramatic and now...i stand before it" CF stopped and for the first time he finally turned towards her and spoke directly to her.
Eye's red and a face twisted to that of a villain, a villain that was not there comic relief CF, not there couch potato or the nerdy geek of a villain but the ones that could sent nightmare to kids.
CF walked towards her, slow at the beginning and the middle and the end. his pase never changed. Until he stood in front of her
"Now that i stant before it, it's just shitty" He extended his hands, he had a magnitude of weapons and skills but he chose none and simply wraped his hands on her neck before squeezing her life out.
'Star, Star. are you there it's me. raven can you hear me'
'Raven how?' she questioned her mental state but went with it.
'i am using a spell for communication thanks to a book friend of mine' raven said but before she could continue
'no time, i am dying. control freak has more power here that in the real world. he can send your attacks back and cancel you power's and other stuff. be careful when you fight him. And take care of yourself, friend raven'
'Star wait, just tell me where you...' raven shouted
"It seems the line has been cut, i am sorry for your loss" malchior
"It's alright. we have to move" raven said as she watched the name Starfire disappeared off the page.
