Aladdin, Abu, Rainbow Dash, and Fluttershy quietly crept around. Jasmine, who was being confronted by Jafar, spotted them. Not just her, but the other ponies as well. They hussed at their friends to keep quiet. To keep their cover, Jasmine had an idea.
" Oh, Jafar..."
Jasmine stood up, getting Jafar's attention.
" I've never realized how...incredibly handsome you are."
Earlier, Jafar had wished for Genie to make Jasmine fall in love with him, but Genie wouldn't do it, being one of the rules that he has. Pretending to be smitten to him, Aladdin, Abu, Rainbow Dash, and Fluttershy would have time to save them. Genie saw them and was overjoyed. Staying quiet, he approached them.
" Al, I can't help you. I work for senior psychopath now. What are you going to do?"
" Hey, I'm a street rat, remember?" Aladdin replied.
" You know. The REAL Aladdin." Rainbow Dash added, her and Fluttershy giving him confident grins.
He grinned back and nodded.
" You two go save your friends. I got Jasmine."
The group took off in two separate directions. Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy got to their friends. Seeing how they were trapped, using physical force wouldn't work. And would be loud.
" So how do we free them?" Rainbow Dash asked as she was thinking.
" Uh...I try the bird." Genie suggested, the pair not realizing he followed them.
Looking at Iago, they noticed a bunch of keys hanging from his neck. Rainbow Dash looked at Genie, confused.
" I thought you said you couldn't help."
" I did. But who said I couldn't provide some suggestions?" Genie asked, winking at them.
The two grinned.
" Glad you're still our friend." Fluttershy remarked.
Her and Rainbow Dash stated to hatch a plan. However, they saw Abu jump over them and grab Iago. While the bird had been relaxing and eating some fruit, he saw Aladdin sneaking toward Jafar and tried to warn him, but was stopped by Abu.
" That works." Rainbow Dash said.
The two ponies flew over and took the keys.
" Thanks Abu." Fluttershy whispered, rubbing his head.
The pair got to Twilight and Rarity and began unlocking their chains.
" I knew you two could do it." Twilight told them weakly, happy as her and Rarity's chains fell off their hoofs.
" We were getting worried about you." Rarity added.
" Us? It's you we were worried about. You both look totally drained." Rainbow Dash replied, her and Fluttershy noticing how lifeless their eyes were.
Twilight struggled on to her hoofs.
" Our magic was taken, but we'll worry about it after we free Applejack and Pinkie Pie."
The four crawled across the room, not being seen, and got to Applejack and Pinkie Pie. The two stiffened up when they heard their hoof steps.
" Relax. It's us." Rainbow Dash whispered.
" Oh thank Celestia." Applejack muttered, her tensions leaving her.
" We'll have you out." Fluttershy said.
The ponies were almost done untieing their friends when Iago's fruit dish fell to the floor. Jafar turned and caught Aladdin, but Jasmine quickly grabbed and kissed him, much to everyone's discuss.
"Gross..." Rainbow Dash remarked in disgust, her tongue sticking out.
But that gross kiss gave them time to finish freeing their friends.
" Glad you got to us in time. It felt like being strangled by snakes!" Pinkie frantically told her friends.
" I thought we were gonners!"
Jasmine's distraction didn't last long and Jafar could see Aladdin in Jasmine's gold tiara.
" You!"
He zapped Aladdin away into a pile of gold. Twilight and her friends gasped.
" How many times do I have to kill you boy!" Jafar angrily exclaimed as he knocked down Jasmine, trying to fight him.
Seeing their friends in trouble, the ponies charged at Jafar, despite some of the weakness some of them still had.
" Get the staff!" Twilight ordered before Jafar striked all of them down.
Aladdin, taking a sword, quickly came to their aid and fought the villain.
" Get the lamp!" He shouted.
Jasmine and the ponies ran to get it, but Jafar saw this and overpowered Aladdin. He used his magic and trapped Jasmine in an hourglass.
" Jasmine!" Aladdin said while sand started to pour in the glass.
Abu and Carpet tried to get it, but were met with unfortunate fates.
" Hurry! Get it!" Twilight shouted.
Jafar shot his magic at the trotting ponies, but luckily they were able to dodge it.
" Nice! Keep going!" Aladdin cheered.
Jafar was not about to give in.
Rainbow Dash slid across the floor on her back and got the lamp.
" I got it!" She exclaimed, still on her back, holding it out proudly in the air.
But their victory was short-lived. They were suddenly hit by Jafar's magic. He threw them against the piles of gold and tied their hoofs tightly together with strong ropes. The lamp landed in front of Aladdin. He tried to obtain it, but Jafar sent a bunch of large swords, stopping Aladdin and Jafar taking it. Soon he turned all the swords into fire when Aladdin tried to attack him. Twilight and her friends struggled to free themselves, but their confines were too tight.
" He's a disgrace to magic! How dare he!" Twilight let out, still struggling.
Just then, they were quiet and witnessed in terror as Jafar transformed himself into a snake. Below him, Twilight noticed his staff.
" We need to get free and retrieve that staff!"
" These ropes are pretty tight. Luckily, they aren't all against us." Applejack said.
In her mouth, was a rope, confusing her friends.
" How..."
" Don't know. Guess Jafar isn't as smart as he thinks he is. Now for that there staff."
Applejack, using only her mouth, prepared for her move.
" Applejack, are you sure you can do this without leg support?" Rarity asked.
" Hey; don't underestimate my lasso skills!" Applejack mumbled,the rope still in her mouth.
She twirled it in air and successfully lassoed the staff. Applejack then pulled it in and gave it to Twilight.
" Nice work Applejack." Twilight told her.
Taking the staff, it didn't take long her long to figure it out. With some tinkering, Her and Rarity's magic was restored.
" Oh that feels so much better." Rarity remarked.
With their strength returned, Twilight and Rarity freed themselves and then their friends.
" Now to take care of the big problem." Twilight said, referring to Jafar.
The ponies came to Aladdin's aid just as Jafar was about to bite him. Applejack roped his mouth shut. Rainbow Dash punched him in the face while Twilight blasted him with her magic, Pinkie Pie taunting and distracting Jafar all the while.
" Help Jasmine!" He told the ponies after Rarity and Fluttershy checked on him.
Aladdin ran up to Applejack.
" I got this."
Aladdin, Twilight, Rainbow Dash, and Pinkie Pie continued fighting Jafar while Applejack, Rarity, and Fluttershy ran to the hourglass to free Jasmine.
" Hang on, darling! We'll get you out." Rarity assured Jasmine, her hoofs and face pressed against the glass as she watched the princess struggle.
" Stand back. These bad boys will get the job done." Applejack said, showing off her back legs.
In the mist of the fight, Jafar saw Applejack kicking the hourglass with Rarity and Fluttershy helping. Aladdin stabbed him with his sword.
" Jasmine, hang on!" He shouted, ready to swing a club at it.
Jafar took him, along with the ponies.
" Help!" Fluttershy yelled, catching her friends attention.
Twilight, Rainbow Dash, and Pinkie Pie tried to help, but got caught as well. All of them were now trapped in Jafar's strong coils.
" Little fools!" Jafar sneered.
" You thought you could defeat the most powerful being on earth!"
" That's kind of the idea." Rainbow Dash let out, the coils strongly wrapped around her body as she barely managed to say her sentence.
" Without the genie boy, you're nothing."
Mentioning Genie, Aladdin got an idea.
" The Genie has more power than you'll ever have!"
" What?!" Jafar exclaimed, squeezing them the group tighter.
" He gave you your power, he can take it away."
Genie, who was hiding, didn't know why Aladdin was bringing him into the conflict.
" What are you doing?!" Rainbow Dash muttered.
" He's going to pop us like balloons!" Pinkie gasped.
" Just hang in there. I got an idea." Aladdin told them.
He continued telling off Jafar. Realizing Aladdin was right, Jafar slithered over to Genie and made his final wish. To be a powerful genie. Reluctant, Genie granted his wish. Jafar then started to transform, freeing Aladdin and the ponies. After they regained some fresh air into their lungs, they went back to save Jasmine. Together, they successfully smashed the hourglass. Jasmine tumbled out and into Aladdin's arms. She was alright, though briefly suffocated.
" Look!" Pinkie cried.
Looking up, Jafar had turned into a huge, red, evil genie as he laughed, the wind blowing fiercely around them. It almost picked up Twilight and her friends. Twilight used her magic to keep them on the ground.
" What have you done?" Jasmine asked Aladdin, the two them holding on to each other's arms.
" Just trust me!" He replied.
On the floor, the ponies saw the lamp. Using her tail, Rainbow Dash grabbed it.
" Aladdin! Heads up!"
Rainbow Dash threw the lamp to Aladdin. He caught it. As Jafar gloated about his new powers, Aladdin stepped forward.
" Not so fast Jafar. Aren't you forgetting something?"
Jafar stared down at him.
" You wanted to be a genie, you got it!"
Just then, gold cuffs appeared around Jafar's wrists and his own black lamp. Aladdin took his lamp and Jafar began to get sucked up into it while he spun around, taking Iago with him, until finally he was in the lamp.
" Very clever Aladdin." Twilight told him, grinning.
Genie agreed, scratching his head.
With Jafar gone, all his magic disbursed and everything went back to normal.
" So what should we do with these guys?" Rainbow Dash asked while they heard Jafar and Iago argue inside the lamp.
Genie took it.
" Allow me."
Holding it in his hand, he flicked it to the Cave of Wonders for ten thousand years.
" What if someone did get a hold of that lamp?" Rarity asked.
" Not a chance. The Cave of Wonders isn't going to give it up that easily." Genie assured her.
Jasmine walked next to Aladdin and held his hand. He turned to her and took both of hers.
" Jasmine; I'm sorry I lied to you about being a prince."
" I know why you did." Jasmine replied.
Aladdin was prepared to leave, but Jasmine didn't want him to. She had fallen in love with him. Twilight and her friends watched sadly, feeling bad for the two.
Genie, having heard everything, stepped in.
" Al, no problem. You still got one wish left. Just say the word and you're a prince again."
" But Genie, what about your freedom?" Aladdin asked.
He shrugged it off, preferring Aladdin and Jasmine to be together instead. Aladdin looked at Jasmine.
" Jasmine, I do love you. But, I gotta stop pretending to be something I'm not."
She held his hand on her cheek.
" I understand."
" Good answer." Applejack muttered to her friends, all of them proud that their friend finally accepting who he was.
" Genie. I wish for your freedom." Aladdin proclaimed.
Genie was prepared to Aladdin into a prince again, but stopped when he heard his wish.
" What?"
" Genie; you're free." Aladdin repeated, holding his lamp before it started to float.
Everyone watched in awe as the magic swirled around Genie, his gold cuffs disappearing and his lamp becoming nonfunctional. Genie, for the first time, held it.
" I'm free..." He uttered, astonished that this was actually happening to him.
He tried to get Aladdin to wish for something, but didn't do it, proving he was really free. He laughed with joy and bounced all over the place.
"I'm hitting the road! I'm off to see the world!"
Genie packed a suitcase and happily looked at Aladdin, only to suddenly frown.
" Genie, I'm gonna miss you." Aladdin told him.
" Me too, Al. No matter what anybody says, you'll always be a prince to me."
The two shared a somber hug.
" And I'm gonna miss you girls as well." Genie said scoping them up and hugging them.
" Us too." Twilight replied.
They shared a hug before he released them.
" Still, I wish we could help Aladdin and Jasmine." Twilight lamented.
" Surly there's something we can do." Rarity said, but Twilight shook her head.
" It's against their law if we do."
The sultan, having heard everything, approached them.
" You've certainly proven your worth as far as I'm concerned." He told Aladdin.
It was then that he created a new law. The princess shall marry whoever she deams worthy. They overjoyed Jasmine chose Aladdin as she happily ran into his arms. Genie got in on it and gave everyone a big, goodbye hug before taking off. Twilight and her friends smiled, watching him until he disappeared.
" I need to thank you, for sticking by my side." Aladdin told the ponies, walking in front of them.
" It was nothing. Helping others is what we do." Twilight replied.
" Especially if they're a friend." Rainbow Dash added with a wink.
Jasmine too had to thank them.
" You girls really helped us. I must give all of you something."
" WE must give you something." Aladdin said, stepping in and taking Jasmine's hand.
" And I know just the thing."
Whispering in Jasmine's ear, she gladly nodded and went into the palace.
" Wonder what it could be?" Applejack asked Twilight.
" I hope it's jewelry!" Rarity said, her eyes glowing.
" Pretty sure it's something different." Applejack told her, rolling her eyes, but giving Rarity a small grin.
Aladdin and Jasmine then came out.
" This is from me and Aladdin." Jasmine said.
In her arms were shiny lamps. Twilight and her friends gladly took them.
" Thank you." Twilight said.
Rainbow Dash stared at hers excitedly and began to rub it.
" Sorry. My lamps are genie free." Jasmine told her, chuckling.
" Drat!" Rainbow Dash let out in disappointed.
Suddenly, Twilight and her friends lamps started to glow.
" Time for us to go." Said Applejack.
" Hope it's alright with you guys." Rainbow Dash added.
" Is it for something important?" Jasmine asked.
" Yes. Very important." Twilight replied.
" Then I guess we should say goodbye then. Thanks for everything."
Jasmine embraced the ponies.
" Hey girls..." Aladdin said.
" It's been a fun ride. You take care of yourselfs out there."
" We will. Bye Aladdin." Rainbow Dash told him.
Aladdin and the ponies gave themselves high fives before Aladdin and Jasmine waved them goodbye. Outside of Agrabah, the lamps turned into a turquoise jewel, then the portal appeared.
" On to the next one." Twilight declared as they stepped into the portal.
