This is an remake version of the first season of Yu-Gi-Oh Arc-V, a lot will be similar but some stuff will be different.

Arc-V! The start of Pendulum

Last time, Halil and Olga got challenged to a duel by Michio who was working together with Teppei. At the same time, Yuzu got challenged by Dennis and she put up a good fight against him, however in the end she lost the duel, however at that time Serena appeared, much to Yuzu's shock since she believed she was Ruri. Yuya on the other hand had reached the ancient ruins area in order to find Kurosaki and finish their talk. However they got interrupted by the members of Knight of Duels who wanted revenge against Kurosaki, however Sora arrived with three members of the Obelisk Force who faced the Knight of Duels members while Sora and Kurosaki left to have a rematch. Yuya then witnessed how the Knight of Duels members lost and got turned in to cards and he felt great anger appear from within him, what's gonna happen next?

Chapter 36- Descend! The Supreme King Black Dragon

Yuya felt an incredible anger and hatred towards the Obelisk Force well up from within him, however he didn't know where it came from. He lifted his face up towards the air while he let out a primal roar as his eyes began to glow and a dark aura surrounded him.

The Obelisk Force members then turned around and began to walk way, "Alright, let's get back to our mission of finding Miss Serena". Obelisk Force red said while the other two nodded their heads.

However they then heard how a cold voice called out to them, "Wait!" The three of them looked behind them and saw Yuya walked towards them while being surrounded by a dark aura.

AT THE SAME TIME, IN THE STADIUM,

Nico was really nervous as he heard the audience cry out in frustration over the fact that the feed for two of the four dueling areas was out of commotion, "Um… It looks like we won't be able to get back the feed for the volcano area and the ancient ruins area for a while. So while we wait for it, let's see how the duel in the jungle area is going".

The complains of the male audience was completely overwhelmed by the cheering of the girls, especially the housewives in the audience. Yoko placed her hands on her cheeks, "Michie really is a superstar, after all the cameras are all on him right now". Shuzo look at her with a troubled and tired expression.

AT THE SAME TIME,

A frustrated Mieru grabbed her remote and turned off her TV, "If I can't watch darling then there is no point in watching TV". She had heard Yuzu admit that she was Yuya's girlfriend and it had made her really irritated, however she was still determined to win his heart.

She then held up her crystal ball in the shape of an apple, "If it comes to this, then I'll just use my crystal ball to… no wait". She then stopped and lowered her crystal apple, "In this case, I should go there to watch in person". She then got out of her chair and ran out of her room.

AT THE SAME TIME, IN THE JUNGLE AREA,

Michio smiled as he had five Cookmates on his field, "And now since we have all these ingredients, why don't we have a voluminous duel?" Now please be sure to eat every bite".

Teppei was smiling while he was eating a rice ball, "Looking good Michie! I hear that you feed your opponents until they collapse". However he got a shocked expression on his face when he heard a loud footstep next to him and saw Gongenzaka standing next to him.

Teppei looked at Gongenzaka irritated, "Hey, get out of the way! I can't watch the duel if you stand in front of me".

Gongenzaka looked at him with a serious expression on his face, "How about you get up and duel me instead of just sitting here and watching someone else duel?" Teppei got a shocked expression on his face while Gongenzaka held up a Pendulum card and continued, "I, the man Gongenzaka, challenge you to a duel by betting one card by the rules of the Battle Royale".

Teppei looked at him for a few seconds before he looked away with a smirk on his face, "I refuse!" Gongenzaka's eyes widened and he let out a shocked sound when he heard that. Teppei looked at him again, "If you really want to challenge me to a duel…" Teppei then held up five fingers, "You need to bet five Pendulum cards".

Gongenzaka's shocked expression got replaced by an angry one, "What? Why you…" Teppei didn't answer him and just waved at him to go away, making Gongenzaka even angrier.

AT THE SAME TIME, IN THE STADIUM,

Tatsuya narrowed his eyes when he saw Teppei's action, "Even though Gongenzaka challenged him to a duel, he really doesn't plan to fight fairly in order to advance through the Battle Royale, does he?"

Futoshi had an irritated expression on his face while he was eating out of a chips bag, "That's such an underhanded tactic that it's giving me shivers". Ayu and Tatsuya nodded her head, agreeing with Futoshi.

Shuzo however got a troubled expression as he looked at the monitors that was supposed to display the volcano area and the ancient ruins area, "But what's happening to Yuya? And Yuzu too".

AT THE SAME TIME, IN THE VOLCANO AREA,

Dennis continued to look back and forth between Yuzu and Serena with a confused expression on his face. Yuzu also looked at Serena shocked and then asked the question that appeared in her head, "Are you… Ruri?" Dennis looked at her confused.

Serena just ignored Yuzu's question and looked at Dennis with a serious expression, "Face me!" She then pointed at him and continued, "I know that you're a remnant of the Xyz forces".

Yuzu widened her eyes in shock when she heard that, "The Xyz forces?" She looked Dennis shocked, wondering if he was from the Xyz Dimension like Yuto and Shun Kurosaki.

Dennis got a troubled and confused expression on his face, "Huh? A remnant of the Xyz forces? I don't know what you're talking about".

Serena glared at him, "Don't play dumb with me! If you're not going to start this duel then I will!" She then held up her Duel Disk and its sword shaped energy blade appeared.

Yuzu widened her eyes in shock and quickly spoke up, "W-wait a minute! We're currently in the middle of the Junior Youth Championship right now! What are you…?"

However she got silent when she felt a hand on her left shoulder and saw Dennis smiling at her, "It's alright Yuzu, it's clear that this girl is misunderstanding something here, however, adapting to situations like these are part of entertainment dueling as well". Yuzu looked at him confused while he turned towards Serena with a smile.

"Alright then, shall we get started?" He then activated his Duel Disk while Yuzu sighed. Dennis looked at her, "You should step back a bit Yuzu, however please continue watching, after all dueling is more fun with an audience". He then drew his first five cards.

Serena narrowed her eyes while she drew her first five cards as well, "The first move is mine". She then grabbed a card in her hand and placed it in to her Duel Disk, "I activate the card Polymerization!"

Yuzu widened her eyes in shock when she heard that, "Polymerization? But…" If this girl really were Ruri like she believed, then why would she use Fusion Summoning since it had been used to destroy her home.

Serena then grabbed two cards in her hand, "I now fuse together Moonlight Blue Cat and Moonlight Purple Butterfly". Blue Cat and a girl with butterfly wings on her back appeared on the field and got sucked in to the vortex that appeared.

"Now blue cat that prowls through the darkness, butterfly with violet poison! Spiral in to the moon's gravity and become a new power". Serena put her hands together, "I Fusion Summon! Come forth, beautiful beast that dances in the moon light! Moonlight Cat Dancer". Cat Dancer then appeared on the field, Atk: 2400.

A smile appeared on Dennis's faces when he saw Cat Dancer and thought to himself, Just like I thought, it's her.

Yuzu however continued looking at Serena, Ruri is Kurosaki's younger sister, so that means that she would never use Fusion Summoning after what happened to Heartland, so who is… wait, Yuya told me how he had met Yugo, another guy with the same face as him and Yuto, so could she be another girl with the same face as me as well? Considering Serena's words, Yuzu had a bad feeling that she might be from Duel Academy.

Serena however just grabbed one of the remaining two cards in her hand, "I now place one card face down and end my turn". A card appeared in front of her before it vanished. She then pointed at Dennis, "Now come at me!"

AT THE SAME TIME, IN THE LDS CONTROL CENTER,

One of the workers looked at its screen that display a high level Fusion Summoning reading, "We're detecting a high level Fusion Summon reading from the volcano area, it's many times stronger than the readings from iceberg area earlier". Reiji narrowed his eyes, he figured that Serena must've challenged Dennis to a duel since he was using Xyz Summoning.

BACK TO THE VOLCANO AREA,

Dennis placed his fingers on his deck, "Alright then, it's my turn now, which means it's time for the showtime you've been waiting for! I draw".

He looked at the card he had drawn, "First I summon Performage Flame Eater in attack mode". Flame Eater then appeared on the field, Atk: 1200.

Dennis then grabbed another card in his hand, "And next, since there is at least two monsters on the field, I can special summon Performage Hat Tricker in attack mode!" A magician hat appeared on the field and out of it came a pair of glasses, a cloak with a pair of hands sticking out of it, Atk: 1100.

Serena narrowed her eyes when she saw the two level 4 monsters, "He now has two monsters with the same level…" She was sure that he would use the two monsters to perform a Xyz Summon.

Yuzu looked at Dennis with a smile, also believing that he would Xyz Summon using them, wondering if he was going to summon Trapeze Magician again or Xyz Summon another monster this time.

However Dennis had gotten a troubled expression on his face, Damn, I got caught in the moment and special summoned Hat Tricker without thinking. If I Xyz Summon now then she will definitely get the wrong idea which wouldn't be good for me. Dennis was frustrated over his mistake.

Dennis closed his eyes and got a troubled smile on his face, "E-excuse me for a moment…" Dennis who realized that he needed to hold back grabbed a card in his hand and revealed a spell card in his hand, "It's bath time!"

Yuzu's eyes widened in shock when she saw the card Dennis had revealed before he placed it in to his Duel Disk, "That card was…" She had seen Yuya use it in the past.

A spell card with colorful bubbles appeared on the field and bubbles appeared around Dennis side of the field, "Thanks to the continuous spell card Bubble Barrier, all Performage or Performapal monsters on my side of the field can't be destroyed by battle or card effects once per turn, not only that but I won't take any battle damage".

Dennis looked at his hand, he was sure that his Bubble Barrier wouldn't last long and knew that he needed something else to buy him time. He then grabbed a card in his hand, "I place one card face down and end my turn". A card appeared in front of him before it vanished.

Yuzu got a shocked expression on her face, "Huh, But why?" She wondered why he hadn't summoned Trapeze Magician since it would've had more attack points than Cat Dancer.

Serena glared at Dennis, "Why didn't you Xyz Summon even though you could?" She wondered why her enemy was holding back against her.

Dennis looked at her with a troubled expression, "Well… because I'm not an Xyz remnant, whatever that is…"

Serena gritted her teeth, "You're still planning to play dumb? Fine then, it's my turn now!" She drew her next card and looked at it.

Serena revealed the card she had drawn before slamming it in to her Duel Disk, "Now I'll Mystical Space Typhoon to destroy your Bubble Barrier". A typhoon came out of the spell card and destroyed the Bubble Barrier, causing Dennis to grit his teeth.

Serena then grabbed the last card in her hand, "Next I summon Moonlight Blue Cat in attack mode". Blue Cat appeared on the field, Atk: 1600.

Serena then held out her hand towards Cat Dancer, "I activate Moonlight Cat Dancer's special ability! Once per turn, I can sacrifice a Moonlight monster on my field which will allow Moonlight Cat Dancer to attack all of your monsters twice each, however they won't be destroyed by the first attack". Serena then pointed at Blue Cat, "So now I sacrifice Blue Cat to activate Cat Dancer's special ability". Blue Cat then disappeared.

Dennis got a smirk on his face, "I figured that this would happen…" He had known that his Bubble Barrier wouldn't buy him much time.

Serena then pointed at Flame Eater, "Now Cat Dancer, attack Flame Eater!" However at that moment Dennis pressed the image of his face down card.

"Sorry, however I now activate the trap card Half Shield!" His face down got revealed and it was a shield and half of it was black while the other half was white.

The shield appeared in front of Flame Eater, "Now by targeting your Cat Dancer, any battle or effect damage dealt to my from it will be cut in half". Dennis sighed. He knew that he would be able to survive this turn thanks to his trap card.

Cat Dancer grabbed the crest moon emblem on her dress and it grew longer and began to glow. She then threw it towards Flame Eater and while the shield reduced the force of the attack it still hit him, forcing Dennis to shield his face from the intense shockwaves, Dennis LP: 4000-3400.

Serena once again pointed at Flame Eater, "Attack Flame Eater again". Cat Dancer caught her crest moon emblem and spun around and threw it again, and this time, the attack destroyed Flame Eater. Dennis groaned as he slides backward slightly because of the shockwaves, Dennis LP: 3400-2800.

Serena then turned towards Hat Tricker, "Next, attack Hat Tricker". Cat Dancer once again threw her crest moon emblem towards Hat Tricker. Half Shield appeared in front of Hat Tricker and absorbed some of the force behind the attack before it hit Hat Tricker while Dennis once again groaned because of the shockwaves, Dennis LP: 2800-2150.

Serena then lifted her left arm and swung it to her side, "Now attack Hat Tricker a second time and destroy it as well". Cat Dancer caught her emblem and threw it for a fourth time and it hit the Half Shield which before it hit Hat Tricker. Dennis then screamed as the shockwaves finally sent him flying on to his back, Dennis LP: 2150-1500.

Serena glared at Dennis who was slowly getting up in a sitting position, "I end my turn now, so make your move".

Dennis sat up and looked at Serena with a smile, "Wow, you really don't pull any punches do you?"

However Yuzu looked at Serena shocked, she had also felt the shockwaves from her attacks, "What's going on? What's with this incredible power? It's exactly like when Yuto dueled against Sawatari, but if she's not Ruri…" She then gasped as an idea appeared in her head, "Could it be… is she from the Fusion Dimension?"

AT THE SAME TIME, INSIDE THE ANCIENT RUINS TEMPLE,

Sora and shun was standing across from each other with their Duel Disks activated and their first five cards drawn. Shun glared at him while Sora had a twisted smirk on his face, "Get ready, I won't lose towards you again Xyz scum.

Sora then grabbed a card in his hand, "I'll make the first move, and I'll start by summoning Edge Imp Tomahawk in attack mode". Edge Imp Tomahawk then appeared on the field, Atk: 1800.

Sora's smirk then grew bigger, "And next, I activate Tomahawk's special ability!" He then revealed Edge Imp Frightfuloid in his hand, "Once per turn, I can send a Edge Imp monster in my hand to the graveyard in order to inflict 800 points of damage to you".

Sora placed Frightfuloid in to his graveyard and Tomahawk then launched a few blades at Shun. Shun jumped backwards and the blades hits the ground before they explodes. Shun shields himself from the shockwaves and barely keeps himself from getting sent flying out of the temple, Shun LP: 4000-3200.

Sora then grabbed a card in his hand and places it in to his Duel Disk, "Next, I end my turn by placing one card face down". A card appeared in front of him before it vanished.

Shun got up on his feet and placed his fingers on his deck, "My turn, I draw!" He drew his sixth card and looks at it, "Now I summon Raid Raptors – Vanishing Lanius in attack mode". Vanishing Lanius then appeared on the field, Atk: 1300.

Shun then grabbed another card in his hand, "And next, since I have Raid Raptors – Vanishing Lanius on my field, I can special summon Raid Raptors – Fuzzy Lanius". A Raid Raptors that looked like a smaller purple and blue version of Vanishing Lanius appeared on the field, Atk: 500.

Shun then held out his hand, "And next, I overlay my two level 4 Raid Raptors in order to build the Overlay Network!" Vanishing Lanius and Fuzzy Lanius turned in to purple energy and dived in to the vortex that appeared on the ground and a pillar of light came out of it.

"Avian hunter of the afterlife, seek the truth with your dark eyes and grasp glory with your sharp talons! I Xyz Summon! Take flight, rank 4, Raid Raptors – Force Strix". And owl looking Raid Raptors monster with two purple orbs orbiting around it appeared on the field, Atk: 100.

Sora narrowed his eyes as he looked at Force Strix, He summoned yet another low attack points Xyz monster, He thought to himself. He had learned from his last duel against Shun not to underestimate his Xyz monsters since while a lot of them had low attacks, they also had powerful abilities to balance out their lack of attack points.

Shun then held out his hand, "And next, I activate Force Strix's ability! By using one overlay unit, I can add a dark attribute winged beast from my deck to my hand".

One of the overlay units orbiting around Force Strix shattered and a card came out of the deck and he revealed that it was a second Raid Raptors – Vanishing Lanius.

Another card then came out of his deck, "And next I activate the effect of Raid Raptors –Fuzzy Lanius, when this card is sent to the graveyard, I can add another Fuzzy Lanius to my hand". Shun grabbed the card while he explained and then revealed that it was Fuzzy Lanius.

Shun then grabbed a card in his hand and revealed Raid Raptors – Vanishing Lanius, "And since I summoned Vanishing Lanius earlier, I can special summon my second one". The second Vanishing Lanius then appeared on the field, Atk: 1300

Hun then held up Fuzzy Lanius, "Not only that, but since I have my second Raid Raptors – Vanishing Lanius my field, I can also special summon my second Raid Raptors – Fuzzy Lanius as well".

A second Vanishing Lanius and Fuzzy Lanius then appeared on the field, Atk x 2: 1300/500.

Sora gritted his teeth, He used his Xyz monster's effect so that he could add monsters that he would be able to summon to his hand, He thought to himself frustrated, wondering if he planned on using them for another Xyz Summon.

Shun held out his hand towards Force Strix, "Next Force Strix's special ability activates! This card gains 500 extra attack points for every winged beast other than itself". Force Strix, Atk: 100-1100.

Sora looked up at Force Strix shocked and confused before he looked at Shun with a smirk, "So, you powered it up huh? However is that the best that your monster is capable off?" He then narrowed his eyes and glared at Shun, "You better not take me lightly just because I held back last time and lost because of it".

Shun closed his eyes for a moment, "I always duel seriously, even against a worthless opponent like you". Shun opened his eyes and a glared sharply at Sora.

AT THE SAME TIME, OUTSIDE OF THE TEMPLE,

Yuya continued walking towards the Obelisk Force members with hatred burning in his eyes, "I will never forgive them, the Fusion Dimension, Duel Academy".

The Obelisk members looked at Yuya who was walking towards them, "Who the heck is this guy?" Obelisk Force yellow wondered, however Obelisk Force red then gasped, "Wait, look at his face, he is one of the guys that the Professor told us about!" The other two members looked closely and realized that he was right.

FLASHBACK,

A large number of members of the Obelisk Force had gathered in front of Leo Akaba. Leo looked at them, "I have a special mission for all of you, other than bringing Serena back, there is two people in the Standard Dimension that you need to eliminate".

The Obelisk Force members looked at each other confused. Leo had asked them to wait because he had someone he wanted to talk to them about that he didn't want Sora to hear.

Leo then turned to his right and two holographic images of Yuya and Yuto with the images of Odd-Eyes and Dark Rebellion next to them appeared.

The members of the Obelisk Force gasped in shock when they saw the images, "Sir, why do they look just like Sir Yuri?" The others wondered the same thing.

Leo looked at them, "The reason why they look like Yuri is not important, now listen". He then turned towards the image of Yuya and Odd-Eyes, "This boy's name is Yuya Sakaki, he is from the Standard Dimension, his ace monster is called Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon and he is also the creator of the Pendulum Summoning method".

The members of the Obelisk Force looked at each other confused when they heard about the unknown summoning method. Leo decided to explain, "By looking through Sora Shiunin's memories, we discovered that he invented a powerful summoning methods that allows him to special summon multiple monsters of different levels based on certain conditions, and even if these Pendulum monsters would leave the field, he can just summon them right back during his next turn". The Obelisk Force looked at each other shocked when they heard how powerful this Pendulum Summoning was.

Leo then turned towards the image of Yuto, "This boy's name is Yuto, he is a duelist from the Xyz Dimension and his ace monster is called Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon. He came to the Standard Dimension with his comrade, the same man that defeated Sora Shiunin. He came there to find out if LDS had any connection to Duel Academy".

Leo then turned back towards the members of the Obelisk Force, "If these two are allowed to grow any stronger than they already are, then they will become a great danger to our mission, so they need to be eliminated if you happen to meet them".

The members of the Obelisk Force looked at each other, they could hear a suppressed hatred in Leo's voice, something they had never heard before, however they just bowed their heads, telling him that if they ran in to either of them then they would eliminate them.

END OF FLASHBACK,

Obelisk Force green looked at Yuya, "He looks like the one that could use that Pendulum Summoning method". The other two nodded their heads.

Yuya stopped and glared at them, "Why… why did you guys come to this dimension?"

The Obelisk Force members chuckled before Obelisk Force Red answered, "We don't have a reason to tell you".

Yuya narrowed his eyes and the glow in his eyes intensified, "I won't let you bastards do as you please, duel me!" Yuya held up his Duel Disk and activated it.

The Obelisk Force members chuckled, "That's fine by us, let's do this". Obelisk Force green said with a smirk. The three of them then held up their Duel Disks and activated them.

All four of them then drew their first five cards. Obelisk Force Red then threw out with his hand, "The first move is mine!" He looked at his hand, however a frustrated expression appeared on his face. He then grabbed a card in his hand, "I start by summoning Ancient Gear Hound Dog in attack mode". A mechanical dog appeared on the field, Atk: 1000.

Obelisk Force red then looked down, "I end my turn now, alright guys, finish this quickly".

Obelisk Force yellow got a smirk on his face, "Of course, leave it to us, I draw". He drew his next card and looked at it and his smirk grew bigger, "I now activate Polymerization, and with it I fuse together the three Ancient Gear Hound Dogs in my hand".

Three Ancient Gear Hound Dogs appeared on the field and then got sucked in to the vortex that appeared on the field, "Now mechanical hounds who carries on ancient spirits, fuse together and become a new power! I Fusion Summon, come forth, level 7, Ancient Gear Triple Bite hound Dog!" A mechanical dog with three heads appeared on the field, Atk: 1800.

Obelisk Force yellow then pointed at Yuya, "Now Three Bite Hound Dog, attack the opponent directly!" Triple Bite Hound Dog opened all three of its mouths and yellow energy gathered in them.

Yuya gritted his teeth and looked around and then saw an action card and ran over to it and grabbed the card just as Triple Bite Hound Dog unleashed his attack. "So that's an action card huh? Well I'm sorry about to tell you this, but when Ancient Gear Triple Bite Hound Dog attacks, you can't activate spell or trap cards".

Yuya's eyes widened in shock when he heard that, and next the three blasts that Double Bite Hound Dog slammed in to him and sent him flying on his back, Yuya LP: 4000-2200.

Obelisk Force yellow then grabbed a card in his hand and revealed it to be a spell card with a large gear on it, "And next I activate Ancient Gear Explosive, which means that by targeting an Ancient Gear monster on my field, you take damage equal to half of its original attack points".

The gear appeared in front of Triple Bite Hound Dog who grabbed it with one of its heads and jumped up and threw it towards Yuya and it landed behind him before it exploded and sent him flying forward screaming, Yuya LP: 2200-1300.

Obelisk Force yellow then grabbed the last card in his hand and placed it in to his Duel Disk, "Next I end my turn by placing one card face down". A card appeared in front of him before it vanished.

Obelisk Force green then placed his fingers on his deck, "Then it's my turn now". He drew his next card and looked at it while Yuya slowly getting up again.

Obelisk Force green then got a smirk on his face and revealed that he had drawn Polymerization, "Now I activate Polymerization, and with it I fuse together the three Ancient Gear Hound Dogs in my hand". Three Hound Dogs appeared on the field before they got sucked in to the vortex that appeared.

"Now, mechanical hounds who carrier on ancient spirits, fuse together and become a new power! I Fusion Summon, come forth, level 7, Ancient Gear Triple Bite Hound Dog!" A second Triple Bite Hound Dog appeared on the field, Atk: 1800.

He then grabbed one of the two remaining cards in his hand and revealed it and it was Ancient Gear explosive, "I also activate Ancient Gear Explosive, which means that now you take damage equal to half of Ancient Gear Triple Bite Hound Dog's attack points". The Gear appeared in front of Triple Bite Hound Dog who grabbed it with one of its heads and threw it in front of Yuya who used his arms to shield himself from the explosion that caused him to slide backwards slightly, Yuya LP: 1300-400.

Obelisk Force green then grabbed the last card in his hand with a smirk and then revealed it, "And then just for fun, I activate the spell Rush Recklessly, which increases Triple Bite Hound Dog's attack points by 700". Triple Bite Hound Dog, Atk: 1800-2500.

Obelisk Force green looked at Yuya while his smirk grew bigger, "And with this, you're finished, now Triple Bite Hound Dog, attack his life points directly!" Triple Bite Hound Dog charged up energy in each of its mouths and then fired it at Yuya while the three members of the Obelisk Force chuckled with smirks on their faces.

Yuya however grabbed a card in his hand, "Since you just declared an attack, I can summon Performapal Kuriborder in attack mode and then he becomes the new target of your attack". Kuriborder then appeared in front of Yuya, Atk: 300. The three energy beams then flew towards him and hit him, .

Yuya got a smirk on his face when he saw the shocked expression on Obelisk Force green's face, "And not only that, if I were to take any battle involving a battle with him, I instead regains life points equal to the damage I would've taken, which is 2200 thanks to your Rush Recklessly". Yuya explained while his smirk grew bigger, Yuya LP: 400-2600.

Obelisk Force green gritted his teeth in anger before he glared at Yuya, "Fine you managed to survive this turn, however your luck won't last for long. I end my turn, which means that the effect of Rush Recklessly now ends". Triple Bite Hound Dog, Atk: 2500-1800.

The Obelisk Force members gritted their teeth for a few seconds since they had failed to eliminate Yuya right away, however their smirks soon returned. Obelisk Force red then held up his the three cards with the images of the Knight of Duels members of them, "You might have managed to survive this turn however do you want to drag this duel out? I mean in the end your fate will be the same as these guys".

Yuya gasped in shock when he saw the carded duelists and gritted his teeth, and then at the moment he felt someone roar in anger inside of him. Yuya at that moment placed his fingers on his deck, "It's my turn, I draw".

Yuya looked at the card he had drawn and then grabbed a card in his hand and revealed them, "Now I use the Scale 3 Destruction Magician and the Scale 8 Creation Magician to set the Pendulum Scale!" He then placed the two cards in his Pendulum Zones and the word Pendulum appeared between them.

Two pillars appeared and in one of them a male magician with white and green armor with blue fur on his back and a shield with a long blade sticking out of each side of it appeared and in the other a masked female magician with an eye patch over her right eye, in a red and pink dress with a bow appeared and the numbers 3 and 8 appeared underneath them and the large pendulum appeared and swung between them.

Yuya got a wicked smirk on his face as he looked at the Obelisk Force members, "And with this, I can summon monsters between level 4-7 at the same time. Now Swing, Pendulum of the soul, draw an arc across the ether! I Pendulum Summon! Come, my monster servants!"

The portal appeared between the pillars and two beams came out of it, "First is Performapal Nightmare Knight". A small knight in black armor with a tie around his neck with a short sword and a shield appeared on the field, Atk: 1700.

"And next is Performapal Shadow Panther". A shadow appeared on the ground and out of it appeared a black panther with a star on its right side with dark red eyes and dark red claws and roared, Atk: 1000.

Obelisk Force red looked at the two monsters that appeared on the field, "So that's Pendulum Summoning huh? However neither of his monsters can defeat our Triple Bite Hound Dogs which means the only monster he will be able to attack is Hound Dog, and then thanks to Triple Bite Hound Dog's ability to attack three monsters during each battle phase, one of you two can defeat both of his monsters and then the other one can beat him". The other two members nodded their heads.

However Yuya's smirk only grew bigger, "And next, I overlay my two level 4 monsters in order to build the Overlay Network!" Nightmare Knight and Shadow Panther turned in to purple energy and dived in to the vortex that appeared on the ground and a pillar of light came out of it.

"Fangs of pitch-black darkness, rise up against the foolish oppression, descend now! I Xyz Summon! Come forth, rank 4, Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon!" Dark Rebellion then appeared on the field with a mighty roar with two purple orbs moving in orbits around him, Atk: 2500.

The Obelisk Force members gasped in shock when they saw Dark Rebellion, "He went from Pendulum to Xyz Summoning? Also isn't that the dragon the other boy looking like Sir Yuri is supposed to have?" Obelisk Force green asked shocked and the other two nodded, just as confused as he was.

Yuya then held out his hand towards Dark Rebellion, "Now I activate Dark Rebellion's special ability, by using one overlay unite I can cut the attack points of one level 5 or higher monster in half until the end of the turn and Dark Rebellion gains the same amount, and so by using both of them, both of your Triple Bite Hound Dog will get their attack points in half, Treason Discharge!"

Dark Rebellion roared while both of his overlay units shattered and his wings extended and purple energy gathered around them and then unleashed it at the two Triple Bite Hound Dogs and trapped them, Atk x 2: 1800-900. Dark Rebellion, Atk: 2500-4300.

Yuya then held up his Duel Disk, "Next, I activate the special ability of Performapal Shadow Panther and target Dark Rebellion". Shadow Panther appeared out of his graveyard and he put it in to one of his pockets.

Yuya then pointed at one of the Triple Bite Hound Dog, "Now Dark Rebellion, attack Triple Bite Hound Dog with Revolt of the Lightning, Disobey!" Dark Rebellion flew towards the Triple Bite Hound Dog while his spike began to glow and he rammed it in to it, destroying it and the shockwave of the attack sent Obelisk Force green flying to the ground, Obelisk Force green LP: 4000-600.

Yuya's smirk then grew bigger, "And next the effect of Shadow Panther activates, if this Pendulum monster is in the graveyard then at the beginning of the battle phase, I can remove it from the game and target one monster on my field whose attack points is higher than its original attack points. During the turn this effect is activated, only the targeted monster can attack and if it destroys a monster in battle then it can attack again, and it can keep using this effect for every 1000 attack points it has, however it can't attack directly the turn this effect is activated".

The Obelisk Force red and yellow got shocked expressions on their faces when they heard that. That meant that Dark Rebellion could attack up to four monsters this turn, which meant that their monsters wouldn't survive this turn either.

Yuya then pointed at the second Triple Bite Hound Dog, "Now Dark Rebellion, attack the second Ancient Gear Triple Bite Hound Dog with Revolt of the Lightning, Disobey". Dark Rebellion roared as he flew up while his spike began to glow before he flew down and rammed it in to the second Triple Bite Hound Dog and caused an explosion that sent Obelisk Force yellow flying to the ground, Obelisk Force yellow LP: 4000-600.

Yuya then turned towards Hound Dog, "Finally, destroy Ancient Gear Hound Dog!" Dark Rebellion then turned towards Hound Dog and flew towards him and rammed his spike in to him, destroying him and sent Obelisk Force red flying as well, Obelisk Force red LP: 4000-700.

The Obelisk Force members slowly got up and glared at Yuya who looked at them while his smirk grew even bigger, "And with that this duel is over".

The Obelisk Force members looked at him confused, "What are you talking about? Your dragon can't attack anymore since we don't have any more monsters". Obelisk Force red said to Yuya.

Yuya however held up his Duel Disk and Nightmare Knight came out of his graveyard, "I activate the special ability of Nightmare Knight! During my battle phase, I can remove Nightmare Knight in my graveyard from the game in order to inflict 1000 points of damage to any player that took battle damage this turn".

The Obelisk Force members eyes widened in shock when they heard that and saw how Dark Rebellion gathered purple energy in his mouth before he unleashed a massive beam towards them.

Obelisk Force yellow gritted his teeth and pressed the image of his face down card and a trap card with the image of a red monster face with yellow eyes and mouth, "Not so fast, I activate Chaos Life! Since our life points are about to become 0 because of your card effect, the damage is negated and then we'll gain life points equal to the damage we would've been taken". A red energy beam shot out of Chaos Life and cancelled out of the effect of Nightmare Knight, Obelisk Force red LP: 700-1700. Obelisk Force yellow & green LP: 600-1600.

Yuya gritted his teeth before he looked at them, "Fine then, I end my turn, which means that Dark Rebellion's attack points return to normal". Dark Rebellion, Atk: 4300-2500.

The Obelisk Force members looked at Yuya, feeling a little scared of him now since he had nearly finished them in one turn.

AT THE SAME TIME,

Sora looked at Shun's field, Shun had summoned his three copies of Force Strix, Atk x 3: 1100. Sora gritted his teeth, He used his Force Strix's special ability to gather the monsters to summon a second Force Strix, and used his second Force Strix's ability to summon the monsters he needed to Xyz Summon a third one, but why did he summon three of them and when will he be finished? Sora wondered what Shun planned to do next.

Shun narrowed his eyes, "You have finally gotten over the shock and now you're getting annoyed? When why don't you go and pick up an action card?"

Sora growled for a second when he heard that but then he got a smirk on his face before he took out candy, "Nah, I'm planning on beating you without them to prove to you that it was just a fluke that you beat me last time". He licked his candy after he said that.

Shun narrowed his eyes as he grabbed two cards in his hand, "Since I have an Xyz monster on my field, I can special summon the two copies of Raid Raptors Singing Lanius in my hand". Two small yellow and black mechanical looking birds appeared on the field, Def x 2: 1800.

Shun then held out his hand towards his Force Strixes, "And now the attack points of my Force Strixes to increases once again". Force Strix, Atk x 3: 1100-2100.

Shun closed his eyes, all the preparations are now complete, so it's time to attack". Sora gritted his teeth as the first Force Strix moved to attack.

BACK TO THE VOLCANO AREA,

Serena gritted her teeth as she glared at Dennis, "I have never had a more boring duel. Now hurry up and make your move! I want to hurry up and end this so I can find that Raid Raptor user". Yuzu gasped in shock when she heard that, since she realized now that Serena must be one of the Duel Academy members that Yuya had faced together with Shun.

Dennis looked at Serena with a shocked expression on his face before let out a chuckle, "Man you are a really scary girl aren't you? You want to find Kurosaki huh? Well then, if you're saying all of that…" He got a really serious expression on his face, "I guess I should get serious for a bit myself then".

He then placed his fingers on his deck, "It's my turn, I draw!" He drew his next card with a confident smile on his face, however he got a shocked expression on his face when he saw that he had drawn a Polymerization, Of all the cards I could've drawn, why did I draw the one I can't use for several reasons? Dennis knew that this might really be his last turn. However he then noticed a card in his hand that he had missed earlier and a smile appeared on his face since it could buy him a little more time.

Dennis sighted and pretended to be depressed and placed his Polymerization in his hand before he grabbed another card in his hand and placed it face down in defense mode before he placed a card in to his Duel Disk, "I place a monster in defense mode, and then I end my turn by placing one card face down". A monster appeared face down in defense mode and then a face down card appeared in front of him before it vanished.

Yuzu and Serena got a shocked expression on their faces before Serena gritted her teeth and clenched her right fist which trembled, "Desperately summoning a monster in defense mode, are you… underestimating me?"

Dennis got a troubled expression on his face, "No, that's not it, it's just…" Dennis tried to come up with an excuse, however Serena was not going to listen to him.

"No more excuses! It's my turn". She drew her next card and looked at it, "I now I summon Moonlight White Rabbit in attack mode". A female in a dress with a golden moon shape mask over the upper part of her face with long white hair with rabbit ears on the top of it wielding a huge hammer appeared, Atk: 800.

Serena then pointed at Dennis, "Once per turn, Moonlight White Rabbit can return a spell or trap card to its owner's hand!" White Rabbit lifted her hammer and slammed it in to the ground and Dennis's face down got sent back to his hand.

Serena then held out her hand towards Cat Dancer, "And next, I activate Moonlight Cat Dancer's ability, so by sacrificing White Rabbit, it can attack all of your monsters twice". White Rabbit disappeared and Cat Dancer grabbed the crest moon emblem on her dress and it grew larger and began to glow.

Serena then pointed at Dennis's face down monster, "And now I'll attack your face down monster with Cat Dancer, but like before it won't be destroyed by the first attack". Cat Dancer threw her emblem right after Serena said that.

Dennis's face down monster got revealed and it was a clown using a hand to balance on a large ball while holding a question mark staff in his other hand, Def: 1200. The clown jumped over the attack while the emblem flew back towards Cat Dancer.

Dennis looked at his monster with a smile, Performage Trick Clown luckily is in defense mode, so I might survive this turn, however I do have a back up plan if she manage to find a way to inflict battle damage to me. Dennis thought to himself as he looked at the card that had just been sent back to his hand, Performage Tactical Retreat. It was a continuous trap card, once per turn if he only has only one level 4 or below Performage on his field, he can shuffle it in to his deck and then he can special a random Performage monster from his deck whose attack is equal or less than the card to his deck and if that monster would be destroyed, then he would not take any battle damage that turn.

However it had another effect in the hand as well, if he only had one Performage monster on his field and he would take damage from a battle involving it, then he could discard Performage Tactical Retreat to negate the battle and return both of the monsters to the deck, Both of the players then would be allowed to special summon a monster from their graveyard whose attack points were lower than the original attack points of the returned monsters, however the players would take 300 points of damage times the special summoned monsters level the special summoned monsters also wouldn't be able to attack the turn they were summoned.

Serena then held out his hand towards Dennis, "And next, I activate my face down, the trap card Moonlight Dance". Her face down card got revealed and it was a trap card with the image of a man and a woman dancing in the moon light.

"During the battle phase, if a Moonlight monster attacked, I can change all of your monsters to attack mode and both of their attack and defense points are cut in half".

Dennis's eyes widened in shock when he heard that and then ropes of light came down and wrapped themselves around Trick Clown's arms and legs and lifted him straight up, Atk & Def: 1600-800/1200-600.

Serena then pointed at Trick Clown, "And next, I'll attack your Performage a second time and end this duel once and for all". The moment after she said that, Cat Dancer once again threw her emblem at Trick Clown.

Dennis however chuckled, "No, I'm afraid that that won't happen, now let me show you a miracle illusion!" He lifted his right hand to snap his fingers, however he stopped when he saw a few people jump past them overhead. He got so distracted that he missed his chance to use the effect of Performage Tactical Retreat and Cat Dancer's emblem slammed in to Trick Clown and destroyed him.

Dennis then was sent flying to the ground while screaming by the shockwaves of his monster's destruction, Dennis LP: 1500-0. Yuzu looked behind her at Dennis shocked over how easily he had lost, however she knew that the reason was that he had for some reason held back during the duel.

Serena narrowed her eyes while she deactivated her Duel Disk and Cat Dancer disappeared, "What a worthless opponent". After saying that she began walking towards Dennis. Yuzu looked at her worried, wondering what she would do to Dennis.

However at that moment six people jumped down on to the walk bridge and Yuzu gasped in shock. Serena turned her head around and gritted her teeth when she saw six members of the Obelisk Force standing behind her, she hadn't expected that they would manage to catch up with her so quickly.

AT THE SAME TIME, IN LDS'S CONTROL ROOM,

Alarms suddenly began blaring, Nakajima looked at Reiji, "Sir, another Obelisk Force squad has appeared in the volcano area".

Reiji narrowed his eyes and spoke without looking at Nakajima, "Deploy the Youth team now!" Nakajima nodded his head while feeling nervous, hoping that this would end well.

BACK TO THE VOLCANO AREA,

The smirking Obelisk Force members were walking towards Serena and Yuzu. However the next moment something crashed in to the walk bridge and created a smokescreen, two figures then jumped out of the smoke while carrying Yuzu and Serena.

The shocked Obelisk Force members coughed and looked in front of them as the smoke disappeared. The Youth team was standing there. Yuu then stepped forward, "Sorry, but we won't let you go any further than this". Yuu said with a confident tone, however it only caused the smirks to reappear on the faces of the members of the Obelisk Force while they activated their Duel Disks.

AT THE SAME TIME, IN THE CITY,

Mieru stopped running when she reached another part of the city that was sealed off, "No one is around here either, I guess the entire city must be sealed off during the battle royale", Mieru figured that since enormous action fields had appeared in the city, it was too dangerous for people that's not part of the battle royale to just walk around.

Mieru then lifted her crystal apple, "Where, where is darling fighting right now?" She asked while she turned around.

BACK TO THE ANCIENT RUINS AREA,

The Obelisk Force members looked at Yuya who looked at them with a twisted smirk on his face while feeling a little frightened by him, "Just what is this guy? We need to finish him right now". Obelisk Force yellow and green agreed with Obelisk Force red since they also felt that Yuya was dangerous.

Obelisk Force red placed his fingers on his deck, "I draw". He drew his next card and looked at it, "Now I activate the spell card Fusion Sage, which allows me to add a Polymerization to my hand". A card came out of his deck and he revealed it to be Polymerization.

He then grabbed a card in his hand, "Next I summon Ancient Gear Hound Dog in attack mode". A new Ancient Gear Hound Dog appeared on the field, Atk: 1000.

A smirk appeared on Obelisk Force red's face, "Once per turn, if my opponent has a monster on their side of the field, Ancient Gear Hound Dog can deal 600 points of damage to the opponent, now go, Hound Flame!"

Hound Dog opened his mouth and a cannon appeared in it and then a stream of flames was fired from its mouth that hit Yuya, causing the Obelisk Force members to chuckle satisfied. However to their shock Yuya appeared out of the flames and looked like they hadn't bothered him, Yuya LP: 2600-2000.

Obelisk Force red gritted his teeth troubled and grabbed two cards in his hand, "Next, I activate Polymerization, and fuse together the Ancient Gear Hound Dog on my field with the one in my hand". A second Hound Dog appeared on the field and both of them then got sucked in to the vortex that appeared on the field.

"Now mechanical hounds who carries on ancient spirits, fuse together and become a new power! Come forth, level 5 Ancient Gear Double Bite Hound Dog". A mechanical dog with two heads appeared on the field, Atk: 1400.

Obelisk Force red got a smirk on his face, "Now you're done. Once per turn when you summon one or more monsters, Double Bite Hound Dog can put one gear counter on those monsters, also if any monsters with a gear counter on them battles, they'll be destroyed". However Yuya didn't answer him and just looked at him, which caused Obelisk Force red to grit his teeth, "I end my turn".

Obelisk Force yellow placed his fingers on his deck, "I draw". He drew his next card and looked at it, "I now activate Fusion Recovery, which allows me to add one Polymerization and a monster I used as a fusion material to my hand". Polymerization and a Hound Dog came out of his graveyard.

Obelisk Force yellow grabbed the two cards before he held up Hound Dog, "And next I summon Ancient Gear Hound Dog in attack mode". Hound Dog then appeared on his field, Atk: 1000.

Obelisk Force yellow then pointed at Yuya, "And then I'll also use Hound Flame". His Hound Dog then opened his mouth and the cannon appeared in his mouth and unleashed a stream of flames from his mouth that hit Yuya and sent him flying to the ground, Yuya LP: 2000-1400.

Yuya got up on his feet and brushed the dust off him with an uninterested expression causing the Obelisk Force members to get more nervous, Obelisk Force yellow then looked at Obelisk Force green, "I-I end my turn now".

At that moment Mieru came running in to the ancient ruins area and almost collided with Gongenzaka. Both of them stopped and Mieru looked at Gongenzaka, "Where is darling?" She asked with a serious expression. Gongenzaka didn't answer and just looked around, he then gasped in shock and Mieru also gasped in shock when they saw Yuya dueling against three unknown opponents with Dark Rebellion next to him.

"Yuya? What's going on here, who is he fighting?" Gongenzaka didn't know why, but he got a bad feeling about this situation.

AT THE SAME TIME, IN THE STADIUM,

Shuzo, Tatsuya, Futoshi and Ayu were running towards the exit of the stadium. Currently the only areas that was being displayed was the iceberg area and the jungle area and they weren't really interested in what was going on in them. They were starting to wonder what was going on with Yuya and Yuzu and so they decided to go and check in person.

However a stadium worker suddenly blocked their way with a serious face, "Sorry, but non participants are forbidden from entering the battle royale areas, so please return to your seats".

The kids looked at him shocked, "No way, but doesn't that mean that we won't be able to return home until it's over?" Tatsuya asked shocked, which caused Ayu and Futoshi to say at the same time, "Why?"

Shuzo narrowed his eyes, "Even if we take the current situation in to consideration, isn't it just weird?" He asked with a suspicious expression on his face.

However at that moment they heard a voice behind the worker, "My apologies for this". The worker moved the side and Himika Akaba could be seen in the corridor in front of them with Reira next to her.

Himika turned towards them with a smirk on her face, "This is the first time that Leo Corporation has used the solid hologram duel system outside of a stadium, and we wouldn't want any accidents to happen".

Shuzo got over his shock from seeing Himika and narrowed his eyes, "I see, so the reason why you're not allowing anyone to leave the stadium is to make sure that no accident happens huh?"

Himika's smile grew bigger, "Indeed, I'm glad to hear that you understand the situation". She then looked at Tatsuya, "Oh, you're one of the finalists of the Junior Class Championship, Tatsuya Yamashiro correct?"

Tatsuya gasped in shock since he hadn't expected her to pay attention to him, "y-yes ma'am".

Himika's smile grew even bigger and she placed a hand on Reira's shoulder and looked at him, "The other semi final match to decide your opponent is about to begin right now in another stadium, however, the winner will be Reira of course".

She looked at Shuzo and the kids again before she spoke again, "I'm looking forward to the final match tomorrow. The top 8 matches of not only the Junior class but also the Youth class is all on schedule. It's a shame that we can't show them, but…"

She turned away while still looking at Shuzo over her left shoulder, "The feed will soon return to the stadium and the tournament will continue like nothing even happened. Yes everything will go as planned". She and Reira began walking to get to Reira's next match.

Shuzo narrowed his eyes suspiciously, "Everything will go as they plan huh?" He had a feeling that there was something that Himika hadn't told them.

BACK TO THE ANCIENT RUINS AREA,

Obelisk Force yellow three placed his fingers on his deck, "It's my turn, I draw". He drew his next card and looked at it, "I activate the spell card Graceful Charity, now I can draw three more cards as long as I discard two". He drew three more card and looked at them.

He then revealed two of the cards, "Now I place Ancient Gear Soldier and Ancient Gear Golem Reactor Dragon in to my graveyard". He placed the two cards in to his graveyard.

Obelisk Force yellow then revealed a spell card with the image of a large pot with a large mouth and tongue, "Now I activate Pot of Avarice, so now by shuffling five monsters in my graveyard back in to my deck, I can draw two cards". The three Ancient Gear Hound Dogs, Triple Bite Hound Dog and Ancient Gear Soldier then came out of the graveyard and he then placed them in to his deck which got shuffled.

He then drew two more cards and looked at them, "Next, I summon a Ancient Gear Hound Dog". Ancient Gear Hound appeared on the field, Atk: 1000.

He then revealed another Ancient Gear Explosive, "And next, I activate Ancient Gear Explosive, which means that you'll take 500 points of damage". A gear appeared in front of Hound dog who grabbed it in his jaws and threw it at Yuya and it exploded in front of him, causing him to slide backwards, Yuya LP: 1400-900.

Obelisk Force yellow then pointed at Yuya, "And next, I activate the effect of Ancient Gear Hound Dog". His Hound Dog then opened his mouth and a stream of flames that hit Yuya and sent him flying to the ground, Yuya LP: 900-300. Obelisk Force yellow looked at him, "And with that I end my turn".

Mieru got worried when she saw that, "Darling!" She tried to run towards him however Gongenzaka stopped her by grabbing her shoulder, "Let go! Darling is…"

However Gongenzaka had a troubled expression on his face, "Wait! Yuya is acting strange, just like during his duel against Kachidoki". Mieru looked up at Gongenzaka shocked and confused before she turned back towards Yuya who was slowly getting back up.

The dark aura around Yuya got more intense and then he let out a loud scream while an inhuman pressure and intimidation".

Obelisk Force red took a step backwards, "What the hell is this freak?" Obelisk Force green gritted his teeth, "We need to eliminate him as soon as his turn is over".

The glow in Yuya's eyes got more intense so that it almost turned white. He then placed his fingers on his deck, "My…turn!" He drew his next card and unleashed a shockwave that almost knocked the Obelisk Force members off of their feet.

Yuya narrowed his eyes when he saw that he had drawn Odd-Eyes, "Swing, Pendulum of the soul, draw an arc of light across the ether! Pendulum Summon! Come forth, my most loyal monster servant!" The portal appeared between the two pillars and out came a red beam and Odd-Eyes appeared on the field, Atk: 2500.

Gongenzaka narrowed his eyes, "Yuya now has two dragons on his field".

Obelisk Force red got a smirk on his face and chuckled, "So your ace monster has appeared huh? However because of that, Ancient Gear Double Bite Hound Dog's special ability activates and a gear counter is placed on your dragon". Double Bite Hound Dog roared and a small gear appeared next to Odd-Eyes and attached itself to his neck.

Obelisk Force red's smirk grew bigger, "Now, if you want to lose your dragon, then go right ahead and attack with him".

However a smirk appeared on Yuya's face and he turned his face towards Destruction Magician, "Destruction Magician, watcher over the contrast, unite the stars under your sharp judgment. I activate Destruction Magician's Pendulum ability! Once per turn, one Xyz monster's rank will be treated as a level until the end of this turn, which means that Dark Rebellion now gains a level of 4".

Destruction Magician held up his shield and lights gathered across it and then gathered at the center of it to form a hexagram shape before beams of light shot out of it and hit Dark Rebellion, Rank-LV: 4.

Gongenzaka's eyes widened in shock, "What? He changed the Xyz dragon's rank to a level?" He wondered what Yuya was planning by changing Dark Rebellion's rank to a level.

Yuya then looked up at Creation Magician, Creation Magician, watcher over the harmony, fill the heavens with stars with your arcane powers! I activate Creation Magician's Pendulum ability! Creation Magician pulled her bow and fired a forked arrow at the ground between Odd-Eyes and Dark Rebellion and red magical energy surrounded them both before it entered Dark Rebellion, LV: 4-7.

Gongenzaka's eyes widened in shock, "N-now he has two level 7 dragons on his field, is he going to summon Odd-Eyes Blazing Dragon?"

Yuya narrowed his eyes, "Now I overlay my level 7 Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon and my level 7 Dark Rebellion Dragon in order to build the overlay network". Dark Rebellion and Odd-Eyes turned in to purple energy and flew up in the air before they flew down in to the vortex that appeared on the ground and a pillar of light came out of it.

"Dragon with dual colored eyes, eradicate all enemies that opposes you with your scales of wrath! I Xyz Summon! Come forth, rank 7, dragon with eyes of rage! Supreme King Black Dragon – Odd-Eyes Rebellion Dragon!" A large black dragon with red glowing lines with two massive orbs on its back with blades sticking out of them appeared, it had a large bent blade on each side of its chin with two smaller blades above them and its face was half black and half blue with one red and one green eye, Atk: 3000.

Odd-Eyes Rebellion Dragon let out a powerful roar that created powerful shockwaves that nearly knocked the Obelisk Force members off of their feet, "These shockwaves can't be made by someone from Standard". Obelisk Force red managed to barely say while struggling against the shockwaves.

Gongenzaka also struggled against the shockwaves Odd-Eyes Rebellion Dragon unleashed. However he then got Mieru's foot him his face, "Darling!" Mieru cried out while she tried to jump towards Yuya, however the shockwaves sent her flying in to Gongenzaka and both of them was sent flying.

AT THE SAME TIME, IN THE ICEBERG AREA,

A bright light appeared and then Yugo suddenly appeared on his motorcycle. Yugo let out a shocked sound when he saw his surroundings and stopped his motorcycle.

Yugo took off his helmet and looked around, "Is this… the ice age?" He then took out a card and looked at it. The card was Clear Wing Synchro Dragon, "Whenever this guys shines I get warped to random places, but tell me that this time, I have been sent through time, eons in to the future where humanity has been destroyed…"

However he then saw two people not far from himself, "Wait, there is other people here!" He then lifted his hand and shouted, "Hey you guys! Where am I?"

Takeda and Umesugi turned around when they heard a voice call out to them, and Takeda gasped when he saw Yugo, "You're…" Umesugi got a determined expression, "Yuya Sakaki!"

Yugo narrowed his eyes in irritation when he heard that, "Don't get my name wrong right away! I'm Yugo". However Takeda and Umesugi didn't listen to him and just activated their Duel Disks, still believing that Yugo were Yuya and wanted payback.

BACK TO THE ANCIENT RUINS AREA,

Yuya looked at the Obelisk Force members, "If Odd-Eyes Rebellion Dragon is summoned by using a Xyz monster like Dark Rebellion as a Xyz material, it can destroy all of my opponents level 7 or lower monsters, and then they takes damage equal their monsters attack points, Overlord Howling!"

Odd-Eyes Rebellion let out a howling sound that created shockwaves that destroyed all three of the Obelisk Force members monsters, Obelisk Force red LP: 1700-300. Obelisk Force green & yellow LP: 1600-600.

Yuya then narrowed his eyes while the dark aura surrounding him got even more intense, "Not only that, but during the turn his effect when summoned is activated, I can use one of his overlay units, and that will allow Supreme King Black Dragon – Odd-Eyes Rebellion Dragon to attack for every monster destroyed through his effect when summoned".

Gongenzaka and Mieru gasped in shock when they heard that, "It can attack once for every monster destroyed by its effect when summoned?" Gongenzaka said shocked.

Odd-Eyes Rebellion roared as he grabbed one of his overlay units with his jaws and crushed it, "Three monsters were destroyed, which meant that I can finish all three of you right now you bastards".

Odd-Eyes Rebellion's eyes light up lightly and the blades on the orbs on his back split open and light blade wings appeared out of them, "Now get them, Odd-Eyes Rebellion Dragon! Rebellious Wrath Strike Disobey!" Odd-Eyes Rebellion flew up in to the air and spun around and flew downwards while the blades on his chin began to glow and then he dug them in to the bridge and flew towards the members of the Obelisk Force who was starting to panic.

Odd-Eyes Rebellion roared and tore his blades out of the ground and slashed the Obelisk Force members who screamed in pain as they fell to the ground, Obelisk Force red LP: 300-0. Obelisk Force green & yellow LP: 600-0.

Gongenzaka and Mieru looked at Yuya's back in shock while Odd-Eyes Rebellion disappeared since the duel was over.

AT THE SAME TIME, IN THE LDS CONTROL CENTER,

Reiji narrowed his eyes as he looked at the screen displaying Yuya, Nakajima next to him was staring in shock, they had watched the duel from the beginning to the end, and at least Nakajima had been shocked when Yuya had changed Dark Rebellion from a rank 4 monster to a level 7 in order to summon a never before seen Xyz monster.

However the next moment, readings appeared on the screens while the word Synchro appeared on them as well.

Nakajima recovered from his shock and looked down at the people at the computer screens, "What's happening now?" A woman answered him with a serious tone, "We have just detected a powerful Synchro Summon energy reading from the iceberg area".

Reiji got a slightly shocked expression when he heard that, "What?" There shouldn't be any Synchro users in the iceberg area right now. Not only that, but the readings was higher than the readings of ace of the Synchro course Toudou Yaiba.

AT THE SAME TIME, IN THE ICEBERG AREA,

Umesugi and Takeda were lying on the ground, LP X 2: 0. In front of them was Yugo on his motorcycle with Clear Wing behind him before the dragon disappeared as the duel was over.

Yugo looked at Takeda and Umesugi irritated, "Hey! How long are you two just gonna lie down over there? Where am I? Answer me!" However Takeda and Umesugi didn't answer him as they were unconscious.

Yugo sighed when he realized this and took off his helmet and looked at them, "Come on, you were the ones who forced me in to this duel to begin with, the least you could do is tell me where I am". He then started his motorcycle and drove off, trying to find someone else that might be able to tell him where he were.

BACK TO THE ANCIENT RUINS AREA,

Yuya were looking at his defeated opponents, a bright light then appeared out of their Duel Disks and all three of them disappeared, which shocked both Gongenzaka and Mieru.

However Yuya didn't react to it and only turned around and began walking in the direction of Gongenzaka and Mieru. Gongenzaka narrowed his eyes as he noticed that despite looking in their direction, Yuya didn't pay any attention to them. He then saw how Yuya turned his head slightly to the left and looked in that direction behind Gongenzaka.

Gongenzaka got confused and followed Yuya's gaze and saw an old temple behind him. He stood up, "What's going on inside of that temple?"

A second later Shun came in to sight. Gongenzaka got confused for a second, "Kurosaki?" He then gasped in shock and looked at Yuya who was still walking in silence, "Don't tell me… is he planning on challenging Kurosaki now?"

However Gongenzaka then noticed how cracks appeared in the pillar that Yuya was about to walk by and then the pillar broke in half and the upper half began falling in Yuya's direction.

Gongenzaka quickly ran towards Yuya, "Yuya, watch out! However Yuya didn't react and just kept walking as the pillar was falling towards him. Gongenzaka gritted his teeth and jumped forward, "YUYA!"

Gongenzaka managed to grab a hold of Yuya and push him to the ground before the pillar landed on his back and he was struggling to keep it up. Yuya gritted his teeth before he began thrashing under Gongenzaka and let out a beastly roar.

Gongenzaka gritted his teeth trying to ignore the pain he felt in his back and looked at Mieru, "Hurry, go and find someone who came help". Mieru stood there in shock over what had just happened. Gongenzaka looked down at Yuya who kept struggling to get free before he looked at Mieru again, "Hurry, I'm counting on you".

Mieru who finally snapped out of her shock nodded her head, "A-alright, I'll be back soon". She then quickly turned around and ran off while trying to ignore the inhuman screams that were coming from Yuya.

A WHILE LATER IN THE JUNGLE AREA,

Halil and Olga gritted their teeth, even though they were two against one and had their ace monsters on the field, they were still struggling to keep up with Michie.

Michio then held out his hand, "And now for the finishing touch! I now return both Royal Cookmate Princess Pudding and Royal Cookmate Knight Napolitan to my hand in order to destroy both of your monsters". Princess Pudding and Knight Napolitan disappeared from the field, then both Flaming Spirit of the Lamp, Fire Jin and Arctic Beast Iceberg Narwhal began to swell and doubled in size before they both got destroyed.

Michio then pressed the image of his face down card, "And next, I activate the trap card Metabolic Storm, which means that you take damage equal to the attack points of the monsters destroyed by my Royal Cookmates!" Olga and Halil got shocked expressions before they got hit by a strong gust of wind that sent them flying to the ground, Halil LP: 1800-0. Olga LP: 2400-0.

Michio then bowed with a smile, "I'm grateful for your visit and I hope that you will come and dine with me again".

Teppei got a smirk on his face, "Alight, you won! I knew that you could do it partner". He then walked over to Olga and Halil who was getting up in to a sitting position. He then held out his hand toward them, "Alright, give me your Pendulum cards".

Olga looked at him with a troubled expression, "I don't really get why you should have them since you didn't do anything". Halil narrowed his eyes irritated, "How shameless, taking the prize without doing any of the work". Both of them held out the Pendulum cards they had betted and Teppei grabbed both of them.

Teppei chuckled with a satisfied expression, "Thank you and please come again once you have found more Pendulum cards". He looked at the two Pendulum cards, "I'm really looking forward to working with you partner". He turned toward Michie with a smirk.

However Michio wasn't paying attention to what he said, he stared at Mieru, shocked by what she had just told him, "Huh? Yuya is…?" He had a hard time believing what Mieru had told him since the Yuya he had met would never act the way that she had described.

Mieru then turned towards the confused Teppei and pointed at him, "Hey you! If you're his partner then come with me too!" Teppei looked at her confused since he had no idea what she was talking about.

AT THE SAME TIME IN THE STADIUM,

The feed from the jungle area was suddenly cut, much to the irritation of many of the housewives who was enjoying watching Michio duel.

Nico was troubled over that the feeds was getting cut one by one, he then spoke in order to try and explain the situation, "Um… from what I have been told, it seems like a non participant or even just a crazy fan has snuck in to the battle royale".

The audience continued to complain since they wanted to know what was going on in the battle royale. Yoko however had placed a hand on her chin, I only saw her for a few moments, but that looked like that girl that come to our house while Yuya was unconscious, and I think she said something about Yuya to Michie, has something happened to him? Yoko was worried that something bad might have happened to her son.

AT THE SAME TIME, IN THE LDS CONTROL CENTER,

The people at the computer screens kept scanning the iceberg area, one of them spoke, "We have scanned the iceberg area a few times, however we can't confirm the presence of any duelists in it".

Reiji narrowed his eyes slightly when he heard that, "I'm sure that the one who performed that powerful Synchro Summoning we detected earlier must have been a duelist from the Synchro Dimension, and if it is that pawn of the Fusion Dimension that Kurosaki mentioned earlier, then we need to find him right away, before he harms someone. Keep searching!" The people at the computer screens nodded their heads and continued searching for any signs of duelists in the iceberg area and the other areas in order to find any duelist they didn't recognize.

Reiji then looked at Nakajima, "And what about Yuya Sakaki?" Nakajima looked at him, "He was moved to the jungle area by the people who went to help him".

AT THE SAME TIME IN THE JUNGLE AREA,

Gongenzaka, Michio and Teppei were struggling hold Yuya still on the ground while kept struggling while screaming.

Michio looked at Gongenzaka with a troubled expression on his face, "How did this happen?" He had never seen Yuya who most of the time acted cheerful and happy act like this.

Gongenzaka gritted his teeth while he turned his eyes towards Michio, "I don't know, Mieru and I found him while he was dueling some strange people and already then he was acting strange, however he only became like this after the duel. It's like he's possessed by something".

Teppei looked at Gongenzaka with a troubled expression, "What? Don't say something strange like…" However at that moment Yuya bit his right hand and he let go of his arm and held his hand in pain, he then received an uppercut from Yuya who was still thrashing.

Teppei gritted his teeth as he grabbed Yuya's arm again, "Why do I have to do this? Now when I think about it, I'm not this guy's friend or anything".

Michio looked at him with a serious expression, "And I wasn't your friend either when we first met, but I still listened to your request and became your comrade. I did that because I figured that if I worked with you I could duel a lot of people and further polish my skills". Teppei looked shocked at Michio when he heard that.

Michio then continued with a serious expression, "Now it's your turn to listen to my request, so please help Yuya with me".

Teppei looked troubled to the side, "Even if you say what, what can we actually do right now?"

Mieru held out her crystal apple over Yuya with a serious expression, "The first thing we need to do is determine what the thing possessing darling is".

Teppei looked at her shocked, "You can do that?" Mieru narrowed her eyes and looked at him slightly when she heard the doubtful tone in his voice before she looked in to the apple again, "I'm Mieru Houchun, I'm a divination duelist with the greatest fortune telling abilities in my school. If I use that power then…" The apple then lit up.

Mieru narrowed her eyes slightly, "I can see it, I can see it". She then gasped in shock and Gongenzaka looked at her with a serious expression, "What's wrong?"

Michio also looked at her with a serious expression, "Did you see something?"

Mieru narrowed her eyes confused as watched a purple orb and a orange orb circle each other inside of the apple, "I don't know how, but there is two souls inside of darling".

Gongenzaka, Michio and Teppei looked at her shocked, "Two souls?" All three of them asked at the same time, having a hard time believing what they had just heard.

Mieru narrowed her eyes further as she noticed a dark shadow appearing from deep inside of Yuya that was closing in on the two souls, "No, it's not just two souls, there is something else, deeper inside of him, there is something that's trying to overwhelm the two souls, to devour them".

Michio got a confused and worried expression, "Something? Do you have any idea what it could be?"

Mieru shook her head, "No, this is the first time I have seen something like this, but one thing I can tell you, is that it's a really terrifying existence". Gongenzaka got a concerned expression on his face, "Terrifying existence?" He didn't know how much of what Mieru said that he could believe, but he did know that something was seriously wrong with Yuya right now.

Teppei had a nervous expression on his face, "C-cut that out you guys, there is no way…" However at that moment Yuya rose his body up and screamed causing Teppei to let go in fear, however the next moment, it seems like all power left Yuya's body and fell down unconscious.

Gongenzaka looked at Yuya worried, "Yuya?" Mieru and Michio also looked at him worried.

AT THE SAME TIME, IN THE LDS CONTROL CENTER,

Nakajima looked at his tablet before he looked at Reiji, "Sir, according the report I just received the Fuuma ninjas who caught Serena has brought her to the iceberg area". Reiji narrowed his eyes when he heard that.

AT THE SAME TIME, IN THE ICEBERG AREA,

Yuzu walked next to one of the two ninjas that had grabbed them while the ninja next to her was carrying the Serena who was struggling on his shoulder. Serena glared at him, "Let go me off me! I said let go of me you masked ninja! I didn't need your help, so why did you get in the way of my fight?" The ninja who carried her that had a red handkerchief and brown hair sighed troubled and finally put her down.

Serena quickly jumped back so she was a few steps away from him and glared at him angrily at him, "What is it that you're after? It doesn't look like you're working with the Obelisk Force, otherwise you wouldn't rescued me from them".

The ninja didn't answer her and looked at the other ninja which Yuzu recognize as Tsukikage, the one who defeated Mieru, "Tsukikage, I'll leave these two to you. There might be more of them nearby so I'm going to go and check on the situation".

Tsukikage nodded his head, "Understood big brother Hikage". Hikage then vanished in high speed from sight as he went to see if any more members of the Obelisk Force was nearby.

Yuzu looked at Tsukikage, "Do you know what's going on here? Who was those guys that you saved us from?"

Tsukikage looked at Yuzu and spoke with a serious tone, "From what we heard, those guys are from Duel Academy that's in the Fusion Dimension".

Yuzu gasped in shock when she heard that, "Duel Academy?" She then looked at Serena, "Then, are you Ruri after all? Did you manage to escape from the Fusion Dimension on your own? After all, why else would those people chase…"

However Serena interrupted her with a stern voice, "My name is not Ruri, I'm Serena!" Yuzu got shocked when she heard that, "Serena?"

Serena looked at Yuzu, "It's true that those guys are from Duel Academy and that they came here to capture me, but I won't let them capture me!" She then glared at Tsukikage, "Even without you and your brother's help, I would've fended them off myself". Tsukikage just closed his eyes and turned his back toward her.

Yuzu looked at Serena confused, "Out to capture you? If you're not Ruri then why are they after you?"

Serena narrowed her eyes in frustration, "It's obvious, they are obeying the professor's orders!"

Yuzu blinked in confusion, "The professor? Who is that?"

Serena closed her eyes, "In Duel Academy, the professor's orders are absolute! We are not allowed to disobey those orders, but I disobeyed them in order to show him my own power".

Serena held up her right hand and clenched it, "If I eliminate the remnants of the Xyz Dimension that's hiding here in Standard, then the professor will regret not sending me to the front lines, that's why I came here!"

Yuzu looked at her troubled, "Is that why you fought Dennis? Because you thought that he was from the Xyz Dimension because he's an Xyz user?"

Serena nodded her head, "That's right, however it seems like that I was wrong about that guy".

Dennis who was hiding behind an block of ice listening to them with his arms crossed got a smile on his face, "Told you".

Yuzu looked at Serena troubled, "So that means that you're from Duel Academy? And the front lines you talked about is the Xyz Dimension right?"

Serena nodded her head with a determined expression, "That's right, all of my comrades went to the Xyz Dimension and were able to display their skills honorably, however…" She got a frustrated expression on her face, "I for some reason was forced to stay behind by the professor's orders".

She closed her eyes frustrated, "And that's I¨m determined to defeat the remnants of the Xyz Dimension in this world, like that Raid Raptors user. However because of that guy who used that weird summoning method called Pendulum Summoning, I failed, if I had faced him on my own, I would've taken him down".

Yuzu got shocked when she heard what Serena had said. She realized that Serena must've been one of the two people from Duel Academy that Yuya had faced together with Kurosaki.

Yuzu got a determined expression and looked at Serena, "Do you even know what Duel Academy did in the Xyz Dimension, what they did to Heartland?" Serena looked at Yuzu confused, not understanding what she was talking about.

Yuzu got a sad expression on her face, "Heartland, Ruri's home, was a peaceful place, until that day… the day Duel Academy attacked Heartland without warning and turned the city in to a battlefield. I heard that the people from Duel Academy kept attacking the people from the Xyz Dimension, even the defenseless ones and turned them in to cards with smiles on their faces, treating the whole thing like it was some sort of a hunting game". Serena narrowed her eyes when she heard that.

AT THE SAME TIME, IN THE VOLCANO AREA,

Hikage appeared on top of a rock and saw three members dueling three members of the Obelisk Force. Hikage narrowed his eyes, "I thought that six members of Duel Academy showed up here… so where is the remaining three members?" He was worried that they had might run in to some other unfortunate duelists that might have been turned in to cards.

BACK TO THE ICEBERG AREA,

Serena got a smirk on her face and closed her eyes and let out a mocking chuckle, "That's just ridiculous!" Yuzu looked at her confused and Serena looked at her with a serious expression, "Laughing while attacking people like it was a game? The duelists of Duel Academy are honorable warriors. They would never do something so foolish and dishonorable as that".

Yuzu narrowed her eyes, "Are you saying that they are lying?" She had seen the pain and rage in Kurosaki's face when he talked about what happened and she had also heard what Sora said during his duel against Kurosaki, also she remembered what Yuya told her about what he and Yuto had talked about and she doubted that Yuto would've lied about something like that.

Serena narrowed her eyes, "Duel Academy has one noble goal that it's trying to achieve". She held up a finger and continued, "And that's to make all four of the worlds one".

Yuzu got a shocked expression on her face when she heard that, "Make all four of the worlds one?"

Serena nodded her head, "The invasion of the Xyz Dimension was for that very purpose. Eventually we will assimilate the Synchro Dimension as well as the Standard Dimension that we're in right now as well, all for the goal of uniting the four worlds. All of the soldiers of Duel Academy are trained in order to achieve this noble goal, so there is no way that Duel Academy's prideful warriors would do the things you said".

Yuzu got an angry expression on her face when she heard that, "You called them prideful and honorable, but where are the pride and honor in bringing tons of people grief?"

A smile appeared on Serena's face, "What would they have something to grieve over? The Xyz Duelists should have their own pride as well". She closed her eyes and continued, "Even if they were to lose their lives in battle, if they fought with all of their might to the very end, they should be able to accept the result and…"

However she got silent when she felt a pair of hands grab her shoulder and opened her eyes shocked and saw Yuzu glaring at her, "So you're saying that they should just shut up and accept when they lose their families as well?" Serena blinked confused before Yuzu continued, "The soldiers of Duel Academy didn't bring grief to just the duelists of the Xyz Dimension, but to their friends and families as well".

Serena narrowed her eyes, "Aren't their families duelists?"

Yuzu sighed and closed her eyes, "Yuto and Shun Kurosaki, the Raid Raptor user you talked about earlier are fighting to save Kurosaki's little sister Ruri that has been kidnapped by the Academy".

Serena's eyes widened when she heard that, "That Raid Raptor user… is trying to save his sister… who was kidnapped?"

Yuzu nodded her head and let go of Serena's shoulders, "That's right, and if you don't believe my words then you should go and ask him yourself". Serena lowered her head slightly and looked at the ground while thinking about what Yuzu had just said.

AT THE SAME TIME, IN THE JUNGLE AREA,

Yuya was lying with his head in Mieru's lap while Michio placed a spoon of to his mouth and fed him. Yuya then groaned and slowly and saw both Gongenzaka and Michio in front of him with worried expressions on their faces, "Gongenzaka… Michio…"

Mieru then looked at Yuya's face, "Darling!" Yuya widened his eyes shocked, "You're… Mieru? But what are you doing here?"

However Mieru didn't answer him and just held up arms with a happy expression, "He's back! Darling is back to being the usual darling!" She then embraced his head which caused him to struggle to get free.

A little while later so sat Yuya in front of a pot where Michio were making a stew, next to him sat Teppei who was relieved that Yuya wasn't acting crazy were scratching his cheek with a smile, "Well it was nothing really. The reason you came back to normal was because of my help. By the way, the soup that you just drank was made with the fish that I caught from. I don't really need any thanks… but if you insist, then you can give me all the pendulum cards that you have…"

However he then noticed that no one was listening to him and he got frustrated, "Hey! Are you even listening to me?"

However Gongenzaka looked at Yuya, "Yuya, what happened to you? Who was those guys you were dueling and why where you dueling them?"

Yuya looked down with a troubled expression, "I think that those guys called themselves the Obelisk Force and they are from Duel Academy… and the only think I remember is that they appeared out of know where and fought the members of the Knight of Duels and after they lost… they got turned in to cards".

Gongenzaka's eyes widened when he heard what Yuya had said, "The members of Knight of Duels got turned in to cards?"

Michio looked at Yuya shocked, "That can't be!" He had hard time believing what he had just heard but he didn't believe that Yuya would lie about something like this.

Yuya narrowed his eyes, "I know that it sounds crazy but I saw it happen, and after that I felt an overwhelming anger appear from within me and I don't remember anything after that". He looked at Gongenzaka, "You said I dueled them right? Did I defeat them?"

Gongenzaka nodded his head with a serious expression, "Yeah, by Xyz Summoning a dragon I have never seen before".

Yuya widened his eyes when he heard that, "I summoned an Xyz dragon you have never seen before?" He then took out his deck and looked through it and found an Xyz monster he didn't recognize and looked at it, "Supreme King Black Dragon – Odd-Eyes Rebellion Dragon?"

Gongenzaka nodded his head, "You summoned it by changing that Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon's rank to a level and then raised it to level 7". Yuya looked at Gongenzaka shocked, however once he looked at Odd-Eyes Rebellion's effect then he understood why he had done what Gongenzaka had just said.

Yuya then noticed how Mieru was looking at him through her crystal apple and turned towards her, "What are you doing Mieru?"

Mieru looked at him, "Before, I used my crystal apple to try and see why you were acting so strange and saw that you had two souls inside of you". She then looked down at her crystal apple troubled, "And then, I saw some else, something dark and twisted inside of you that didn't seem human".

Yuya widened his eyes when he heard that, "I have two souls within me?" He then lowered his head thinking about what she said about him having something dark within him, since Marik had said something similar to him.

Michio who looked at Yuya for a second then turned towards Mieru, "I still have a hard time believing that Yuya could have two souls within him, maybe you mistook what you saw?"

Mieru looked at him with a frustrated, "I didn't, however I myself don't know how that is possible since I have never seen anything like it before".

Yuya however narrowed his eyes as a thought appeared in his head, Could it be, Yuto? He thought to himself troubled while he took out Dark Rebellion and looked at it, Are you inside of me? Could that be what happened to you? If that's the case then the images I have seen of people being turned in to cards… it was what happened to the people of the Xyz Dimension, and that anger and hatred I felt was yours, the anger and hatred towards Duel Academy.

Yuya got a troubled expression on his face, But, you entrusted me with this card while asking me to use my dueling to bring smiles to the faces of the people, if you hate Duel Academy so much, then why would you ask me to… Yuya thought to himself troubled.

AT THE SAME TIME, IN THE ICEBERG AREA,

Serena closed her eyes and made a decision. She opened them and looked at Yuzu with a determined expression, "I understand, I'll do that, I'll go and fine that Xyz Dimension duelist Kurosaki again and ask him if what you told me is the truth, I believe that if I hear the story from him personally then I will be able to tell from his emotions if it's true or not".

Yuzu nodded her head satisfied, and then she got an idea, "Oh I got an idea, let's switch clothes with each other". Serena looked at her confused and so Yuzu decided to explain her idea, "It would just be a problem if the agents sent by Duel Academy found you before you managed to find Kurosaki right? And since we look the same, if I have your uniform, they'll think I'm you".

Serena placed a hand on her chin, "I see, so you're willing to be my double and lead draw away their attention from me?" Yuzu nodded her head. Serena then nodded her head and grabbed her jacket, "Alright, let's do it".

However Yuzu stopped her while panicking, "Wait wait! We can't change in front of that Tsukikage". Serena looked at Yuzu confused when she heard that and Yuzu then grabbed her arm and pulled her behind a ice rock and looked at Tsukikage with a hard gaze, "We're going to change clothes here, so don't look this way got it?"

Tsukikage turned away and closed his eyes, "Understood". He hadn't planned to look to begin with so Yuzu's worries had been unnecessary.

A few minutes later Serena was dressed in Yuzu's clothes while Yuzu was dressed in Serena's uniform. Yuzu then looked at Serena with a serious expression, "I believe that Kurosaki should be in the ancient ruins area". She remembered that Yuya wanted to finish his talk with Kurosaki and so when she heard that he had headed towards the ancient ruins area she figured that Kurosaki might be there".

Serena nodded her head and then both she and Yuzu turned around and ran in opposite directions, Serena towards the ancient ruins area while Yuzu ran to try and draw the attention of the agents of Duel Academy to herself. Tsukikage then looked at Serena, he would continue to keep an eye on her in secret since that was his mission and then vanished in high speed.

Dennis smiled as he continued watching the whole time. However he then noticed a bright light in front of him and looked forward. A smirk then appeared on his face when he saw who it was, "So you're finally here? I was getting tired of waiting on you… Yuri!" Yuri opened his eyes and got a smirk on his face.

So Yuya got consumed by the darkness within him and challenged the Obelisk Force members to a duel, the Obelisk Force members who had secretly been ordered to eliminate him and Yuto if they ran in to them accepted the duel. Yuya had some trouble because of the fact that he couldn't activate action cards because of their Ancient Gear monsters, however he soon gained the upper hand thanks to Dark Rebellion and his monster Performapal Shadow Panther. At the same time, Serena challenged Dennis to a duel believing that he was a duelist from the Xyz Dimension while he was actually and undercover agent for Duel Academy and so he lost because of him holding back. Also around the same time Sora challenged Shun Kurosaki to a rematch to prove that he is the stronger duelist. The member of the Obelisk Force then managed to reduce Yuya to 300 life points, however he then with the Pendulum abilities of Creation Magician and Destruction Magician used Dark Rebellion and Odd-Eyes to Xyz Summon the Supreme King Black Dragon – Odd-Eyes Rebellion Dragon and use him to win the duel, however he soon after went complete berserk and Gongenzaka who had arrived near the end of the duel along with Mieru asked Mieru to find help and so she asked Michio and Teppei for help. Later after Yuya recovered he heard about what happened and learned that he had two souls in him which he figured must be Yuto. At the same time, Yuzu who had explained to Serena what happened in the Xyz Dimension convinced her to meet Kurosaki in order find out the truth. Pendulum Ability,

If a dragon type monster or a pendulum monster destroys an opposing monster in battle and sends it to the graveyard, the opponent takes damage equal to half of the destroyed monster's Atk.

Special ability,

1, Once per turn, you can equip this card to a pendulum monster, that monster gains 600 attack points and can attack opposing monsters for every 1000 attack points it has but it can't attack directly while equipped with this card. If the equipped monster would be destroyed by battle, you can place this card face up in the extra deck instead.

2, During your battle phase, you can remove this card in your graveyard from the game, and then you can target one monster on your field whose Atk is higher than its original Atk. You can only attack with the targeted monster this turn and it can't directly, however it can attack opposing monsters for every 1000 attack points it currently has.

Performage Tactical Retreat (continuous),

1, Once per turn, if you only control one level 4 or below Performage monster, you can shuffle it back in to your deck and then you can special summon a random Performage monster from your deck whose Atk is equal or less than the card returned to his deck and if that monster would be destroyed, then you won't take any battle damage this turn.

2, If you only have one Performage monster on your field and you would take battle damage involving it, you can discard this card from your hand to your graveyard, negate the battle and return the attacking monster and your Performage to the deck. Both players are then able to summon a monster from their graveyard whose Atk is lower than the Atk of their returned monsters. Both players then will take 300 points of damage times the level of the special summoned monsters and the special summoned monsters won't be able to attack during the turn they're summoned.
