Opening the gift that was tagged to me to see a large cardboard box, opening that to see jars and arrows, all of the items were something for demigods, a large blanket that was weaved with green's, white's and greys. Seeing something was under the blanket, gently moving the blanket away to find a new shiny bow made of Osage orange. Fighting back a gasp and tears began to fall down my face. Alex had sent a series of amazing gifts. Holding the bow up to the light which was shining and stretching amazing.

New Year Eve has arrival which was a great thing for everyone but it was also annoying with all people fighting to get into the right place and view of the ball dropping. Headed down to the lair to see the guys and see what they're doing for New Year's eve. Coming in through the elevator to see the lair was still decorated for the holiday season.

"Happy New Year Eve Guys!" I announced myself.

"Tabs!" Mikey laughed running from the shadows and pulled me into a tight hug and made both of us laugh.

"Happy New Year Eve Tabitha," Master Splinter said. "It is good to see you."

"Did you get a gift from Alex?" Leo asked coming into view.

"Yeah did you?" I asked turning to face Leo, Mikey let me go.

"They were lovely gifts," Master Splinter said. "I will need to thank her when I see her."

"Can I ask what the gifts were?" I asked walking over to where Master Splinter was.

"We got weapons," Mikey said. "Really good weapons."

"Alex somehow drop them off without us knowing about it," Raph growled.

"Anyway on a lighter note its new year eve," I said. "We should celebrate it."

"I agree," Mikey said jumping on the ball of his's feet.

"You may go out but you must stay hidden and not be seen." Master Splinter said. "You may go to Tabs' apartment."

"Thank you sensei." We all said.

He gave a smile and nod.

Eating some pizza before sneaking out and make to a stop on a rooftop that overlooks time square. We watch and laugh at the people that were pushed together watching and celebrating the end of the old year. Mikey started to dance as the band perform. Slipping our hot chocolate and enjoying the festivals.

"We have just a minute before we ring in our new year!" Regis Philbin said in the mic.
We join in as we counted down.

"10…9…8…7…6…5…4…3…2…1…Happy New Year!" We all yelled.

As fireworks shoot out and Frank Sinatra's New York, New York started to play. Mikey offered me a hand. We started to dance and laugh. "And Find I'm king of the hill Top of the heap." Mikey and I sing off-key.

"Alright time to go you too," Leo said.

"Come on Leo!" Mikey said spinning me away and tried to get Leo dance with him.

Causing me to laugh aloud.

Don took it upon himself to bring me back well the other guys headed back home. As we came to a stop in front of my door.

"Well, this is my stop," I said.

"Yeah," He said smiling before pointing up at something. "I think someone put up something," Looking up to see we were both under a ball of mistletoe. Meeting his where his eyes would be. Smiling at each other large smiles came across our face. He reached up and I reached down. Lips meet, causing my eyes to shut and enjoy the moment. Air soon became a clear need, we pulled apart, and a large blush came across my face. "Happy New Year Tabs."

"Happy New Year Don," I said.

He smiled at me before leaving to go back home. I was literally on cloud nine as I walked into my apartment, crashing into my bed, gently touching my lips and smiled more. Allowing myself to fall asleep with that kiss making me smile.
