0713MM: Hey guys! I welcome you to chapter 59! In this chapter, it's Akiza Izinski vs Sayer! I don't own Yu-Gi-Oh! 5Ds, nor do I own Aura Flood Fudo. Chapter start!
Chapter 59
Akiza drove through a dimly lit corridor on her D-Wheel until she reached a new brightly lit room. She stopped her D-Wheel and got off it to observe her surroundings. A massive gear that took over the edges of the platform was spinning in reverse to symbolize negative energy.
So this is 1 of the 3 main gears powering the Ark Cradle. Akiza thought. The only question is, how do I turn it off?
"By defeating me in a duel Akiza." Akiza gaped, turning her attention to where the voice had come from. She gnashed teeth upon seeing the Arcadia Movement Leader, Sayer, standing in front of her with a dark smile on his lips.
"So you read my thoughts." Akiza scowled. "Of course you could read others' thoughts."
"I am a very powerful Psychic, Akiza." Sayer remarked coolly. "And so are you. Yet you waste your power on weaklings. Such as those…..pitiful people you call "friends". You could have been, and done, so much more."
"It's because of Yusei and his friends that I am who I am today!" Akiza shot back. Sayer gnashed his teeth in anger at Akiza's words.
"What has that Satellite Reject done for you?" Sayer retorted coldly. "I'll tell you. Nothing! He has done nothing for you! All he and his friends have done is hold you back from reaching your true potential as a Psychic!"
"No!" Akiza snapped. "If anyone has been holding me back, it's you! You claimed that the true potential of Psychic is through their hatred and anger! You only believe in destruction!" She clenched her right hand into a fist and placed it on her chest. "But through selflessness, my Psychic powers have grown more powerful than ever! Because of this, I shall use my Psychic powers to not bring destruction and death, but healing!" At her words, Sayer's anger began to skyrocket.
"YOU FILTHY BITCH!" Sayer roared as he unleashed a wave of psychic energy at Akiza. Akiza raised her hand and formed a shield around herself; thus stopping a/absorbing Sayer's psychic energy wave with ease. When he realized his energy wave failed, he growled like that of an animal and called upon his psychic blade and charged Akiza. Just as he was about to swing, his arm stopped in its tracks. He gaped, then tried to move his right arm, only for it to not move at all.
"H-How…..!" Sayer growled.
"I told you I've become far stronger." Akiza replied as she performed a psychic energy wave of her own; thus making Sayer stagger backwards several feet, his psychic blade vanishing.
"Humph. So we're basically evenly matched in terms of psychic powers now." Sayer remarked. "In that case…." He raised his left arm up and activated his duel disk. "Let's see how strong you are in terms of dueling skills!"
"With pleasure!" Akiza declared as she too activated her duel disk.
"DUEL!"
I hope that you're with your parents now Sherry. She thought. A shout snapped Aura out of her thoughts. The shout came from further up ahead the pathway from the first gear she and Crow had deactivated.
"Thats!" Aura gasped.
"It looks like a duel is about to start somewhere up ahead." Crow spoke.
"Let's go check it out then." She said.
"Right!" Crow grinned as he got on his D-Wheel and sped off. Aura did the same and followed Crow.
"I'll start Sayer!" Akiza announced as she drew a card. "Draw!" (Akiza's hand: 6 cards. Akiza's LP: 4000. Sayer's hand: 5 cards. Sayer's LP: 4000.) Akiza looked at the cards in her hand.
Mother….. Akiza thought.
Flashback, 2 and a half hours earlier
"Mother…..are you sure?" Akiza asked. "This is your Deck after all."
"I know Akiza." Setsuko replied as she presented her Deck to Akiza. "But I want you to take it. It's your Deck now."
"Mother…" Akiza spoke softly before smiling and placing her Mother's Deck into her duel disk. "I won't let you down."
"You never have Akiza." Hideo smiled. "Now, go and help your friends."
"Right!" Akiza smiled as she hugged them goodbye. "I'll make you both proud once this over. You'll see! WIth Mother's Deck, I WON'T lose!" Both Hideo and Setsuko watched their daughter get onto her D-Wheel and sped off to the location of her other friends.

That's right. Akiza thought. I made a promise to my parents, especially my Mother, that I'd use her Deck to guide me to victory. And that's EXACTLY what I intend to do!
"What's the matter Akiza? Too afraid to make a move?" Sayer's words snapped Akiza out of her thoughts.
"Absolutely not!" Akiza shot back.
"Oi! Akiza!" Akiza turned to the side to see Aura and Crow show up on the other side of the gear-like platform; thus watching her from the sidelines.
"Crow, Aura." Akiza spoke.
"So… Aura Fudo is here as well…." Sayer growled in anger. "Fine fine. I'll kill her after I kill you, Akiza Izinski!"
"Of course that psycho is here too." Aura muttered with a snarl.
"Come on Akiza! You can do it!" Crow spoke.
"Right!" Akiza spoke. "I'll start by Normal Summoning Sylvan Flowerknight to my field!" A flower-armored knight appeared onto Akiza's field. (Sylvan Flowerknight, Level 4 EARTH Plant-type monster, ATK/DEF: 1800/1000. Akiza's hand: 5 cards. Akiza's LP: 4000. Sayer's hand: 5 cards. Sayer's LP: 4000.)
"Wh-What?! Sylvan?!" Sayer gaped, taking a step backwards in surprise. "But how?! Why?!"
"Sylvan Flowerknight's effect!" Akiza continued, ignoring Sayer's surprised remarks. "Upon it being Normal Summoned, I can excavate the top card of my Deck. If it's a Plant monster, I sent it to the Graveyard. Otherwise, I must place it on the bottom of my Deck."
"Humph. Fine." Sayer grunted. "So go ahead."
"I will." Akiza spoke as she drew the top card of her Deck; thus revealing it. "It's Sylvan Cherubsprout, so I must send it to the Graveyard. After that happens, I can Special Summon 1 Level 1 Plant monster from my Deck." She pulled a card from her Deck and placed it onto her duel disk. "I Special Summon Sylvan Peaskeeper from my Deck!" The small green peapod-like monster appeared onto Akiza's field. (Sylvan Peaskeeper, Level 1 WIND Plant-type monster, ATK/DEF: 400/100. Akiza's hand: 5 cards. Akiza's LP: 4000. Sayer's hand: 5 cards. Sayer's LP: 4000.) After the monster appeared, Akiza grabbed another card from her hand. "And since a Plant monster(s) was sent to my Graveyard, I can Special Summon Sylvan Sagequoia from my hand!" Sayer looked around in surprise as the ground shook; thus a massive tree emerged behind Akiza. (Sylvan Sagequoia, Level 7 WIND Plant-type monster, ATK/DEF: 2600/2100. Akiza's hand: 4 cards. Akiza's LP: 4000. Sayer's hand: 5 cards. Sayer's LP: 4000.)
This power….! What is it?! Sayer thought.
"3 monsters already?" Crow wondered aloud.
"Peaskeeper effect!" Akiza continued. "Upon its Summon, I shall excavate the top card of my Deck. You know what happens if it's a Plant monster, right?"
"Tch…..! It goes to your Graveyard…!" Sayer growled. "But answer me this Akiza Izinski! How do you hold so much power now?! You were able to fend off my energy so easily now! What changed?! Last time I blasted a psychic energy wave at you was during our training days at Arcadia! You couldn't stand against it! So why…..?! Why can you fend it off now?!"
"Isn't it obvious Sayer?" Akiza crossed her arms. "You focused on hatred and anger. You claimed that those emotions alone are enough. But they're not! It's all thanks to Yusei and his friends that I-"
"SHUT UP ABOUT THAT SATELLITE REJECT!" Sayer shrieked hysterically. "He's nothing but garbage! The absolute worst kind of filth there is in this world!" He pointed up towards Aura and Crow. "And Aura Fudo is no better!"
"I should've let you stab his windpipe." Aura muttered to Bloodedge. "Oi Akiza! Hurry and shut that bastard up!"
"The only one who is gonna shut up is you and Akiza!" Sayer growled as he pulled a card from his hand. "I activate the Quick-Play Spell Kozmo Combination!"
"What?!" Akiza's caramel eyes widened.
"It's not your turn! You can't do that!" Crow spoke.
"If I pay 1000 LP to activate this card, that doesn't matter!" Sayer shot back. "I can Fusion Summon 1 Kozmo Fusion monster from either my Extra Deck, Graveyard or banished zone by using monsters from my hand, side of the field, or Graveyard as Fusion Materials! However! If my opponent controls a Special Summoned monster, I can use monsters from my Deck! These monsters can either be sent to my Graveyard, or be banished!" 2 cards ejected themselves out of Sayer's Deck. "I shall be fusing my 2 Kozmo Landwalkers to do this!" The spirits of the 2 machine monsters appeared and flew up into the swirling Fusion Portal. "Walking machines of pure destruction fuse in the burning flames of my hate to form the ultimate war machine! Appear now! Level 8! Kozmo Carrier!" Out of the Fusion Portal came forth a massive ship-like monster. (Kozmo Carrier, attribute: DARK, type: Machine/Fusion, Level 8, ATK/DEF: 2400/3000. Akiza's hand: 4 cards. Akiza's LP: 4000. Sayer's hand: 4 cards. Sayer's LP: 3000.)
"Well what do you think?" Sayer grinned.
"Humph. Regardless, Peaskeeper's effect will still resolve." Akiza remarked as she drew a card. She looked at it, then placed it onto her duel disk. "I excavated Sylvan Princessprout; who shall be Special Summoned as a Level 1 monster." The flowery-dressed princess appeared next to Flowerknight. (Sylvan Princessprout, Level 1 LIGHT Plant-type monster, ATK/DEF: 100. Akiza's hand: 4 cards. Akiza's LP: 4000. Sayer's hand: 4 cards. Sayer's LP: 3000.)
"Pointless! Utterly pointless!" Sayer laughed.
"Akiza has 4 monsters on her field, but she'll need something powerful to beat that thing." Aura frowned.
"Yeah." Crow nodded as he looked over Kozmo Carrier's effect via his duel disk. "It's effects are quite strong. It cannot be targeted or be destroyed card effects. Then during each of Sayer's Standby Phases, he'll gain 500 LP for every monster on the field. And if that wasn't bad enough, so long as Carrier is out, Sayer can pay 1000 LP to stop any of Akiza's attacks in battle."
"Your birdbrain friend is right Akiza!" Sayer grinned maliciously. "If you end your turn now, I'll regain 2500 LP! Hahahahaha!"
What will you do Akiza? Aura thought, looking to the other. Akiza clenched her teeth, then they turned into a smile.
"Ha. So you surprised me with a Fusion Summon on my turn." Akiza retorted. "But, don't think that'll be enough!" Akiza raised her right arm upwards; thorns sprouting out of her right hand and forming a circuit. Sayer looked up and gaped.
"What…is this…..?!"
"Shine! The circuit of friendship and bonds!"Akiza announced. "The Summoning Conditions are 2 Rose and/or Plant monsters! I set Sylvan Peaskeeper and Sylvan Princessprout into the Link Markers!" The Bottom-Left and Bottom-Right Link Markers of the circuit glowed red. "Link Summon! Appear Link 2! Crimson Rose Moonlight Sorceress!" Out of the dark blue circuit came forth a crimson white dressed female. She twirled her staff before appearing above Scarlight Red Dragon Archfiend. (Crimson Rose Moonlight Sorceress, attribute: LIGHT, type: Spellcaster/Link Rating 2, Link Arrows: BL/BR, ATK: 2100. Akiza's hand: 4 cards. Akiza's LP: 4000. Sayer's hand: 4 cards. Sayer's LP: 3000.)
"Link Summon…..?!" Sayer gaped.
"So she using Link Summoning." Aura smirked.
"Alright Akiza!" Crow pumped his fist.
"You…..!" Sayer growled.
"I activate Moonlight Sorceress's effect!" Akiza announced. "Now once during each of our turns, I can Special Summon 1 Tuner monster from either my Deck or Graveyard to the field! So come forth, Glow-Up Bulb!" A small bulb plant monster appeared onto Akiza's field. (Glow-Up Bulb, Level 1 EARTH Plant-type Tuner monster, ATK/DEF: 100. Akiza's hand: 4 cards. Akiza's LP: 4000. Sayer's hand: 4 cards. Sayer's LP: 3000.) Sayer looked at Akiza's field, then chuckled darkly.
"Ha! What are you going to do now Izinski?!" Sayer sneered.
"This!" Akiza raised her right arm upwards. "I tune my Level 1 Glow-Up Bulb with my Level 7 Sylvan Sagequoia!" The 2 monsters turned into 8 white stars as they soared into the green pillar of light. ""Flowers born from the Black Garden, transform into a dragon covered by your thorns! Synchro Summon! Come forth, Level 8! Black Rose Thorn Dragon!" Out of the green pillar of light came forth a black and red rose thorny dragon. Said dragon roared at Sayer. (Black Rose Thorn Dragon, attribute: DARK, type: Dragon/Synchro, Level 8, ATK/DEF: 3000/2500. Akiza's hand: 4 cards. Akiza's LP: 4000. Sayer's hand: 4 cards. Sayer's LP: 3000.) The roar sent a wave of wind at Sayer; who raised his arms to cover his face. Through his arms, Crow, Aura, and Akiza could see him sneering.
"Hahahaha! Yes! That's the psychic power of Akiza Izinski!" Sayer laughed hysterically. "Go ahead! Destroy this entire cradle! You'll kill everyone inside! Including yourself!"
"Is he serious?!" Crow gaped. "I get that Akiza is powerful, but I think she can control herself! That lunatic is just trying to provoke her!"
"That's all he's good for really." Aura scowled.
"If you think you can provoke me, think again!" Akiza snapped as the winds died down. Afterwards, Akiza thrusted her right hand forward. "Black Rose Thorn Dragon's effect! Upon its Special Summon, I place Thorn Counters on all your monsters! Then, all your monsters lose 1000 ATK/DEF for each Thorn Counter!"
"What?!" Sayer growled. "That effect doesn't target! No!" A massive thorny rose sprouted out of Kozmo Carrier; thus reducing its ATK/DEF to grabbed 2 cards from her hand and set them.
"I end my turn with 2 face-downs." Akiza concluded. (Akiza's hand: 2 cards. Akiza's LP: 4000. Sayer's hand: 4 cards. Sayer's LP: 3000.) "Your move now."
"Indeed it is!" Sayer spoke. "I draw!" (Akiza's hand: 2 cards. Akiza's LP: 4000. Sayer's hand: 5 cards. Sayer's LP: 3000.) "Now then, since it's my Standby Phase, I shall recover 2000 LP! Ha!" Sayer's body glowed green as his LP rose to 5000. (Akiza's hand: 2 cards. Akiza's LP: 4000. Sayer's hand: 5 cards. Sayer's LP: 5000.) Sayer then tched as his LP fell to 4000. "I use the Graveyard effect of Combination! By paying 1000 LP, I shuffle this card back into my Deck, then I draw 1 card!" He placed the card back ontop of his Deck, which shuffled, then he drew. He looked at the new drawn card and his eyes widened with utmost glee.
Perfect! This'll teach Izinski! Sayer thought. (Akiza's hand: 2 cards. Akiza's LP: 4000. Sayer's hand: 6 cards. Sayer's LP: 4000.)
"I don't like that look in his eyes." Aura frowned.
"Me either." Crow added. Sayer grabbed the card he drew and revealed it.
"I activate Kozmo Combination!" Sayer grinned.
"Again?!" Akiza gaped.
"That's right again!" Saye grinned darkly. "Now I fuse Kozmo Forerunner and Kozmo Tincan from my Deck to Fusion Summon!" The 2 monsters appeared before swirling into the Fusion Portal above them. "Flying base burn together with the white scrap in the flames of my hate to form the hateful warrior of my battlefield! Fusion Summon! Rise up! Level 8! Kozmo Junkman!" Out of the Fusion Portal came forth a massive giant made out of scrap metal. (Kozmo Junkman, attribute: LIGHT, type: Machine/Fusion, Level 8, ATK/DEF: 3000/2800. Akiza's hand: 2 cards. Akiza's LP: 4000. Sayer's hand: 5 cards. Sayer's LP: 4000.)
"What the hell?!" Akiza gaped as she stepped backwards.
"Hahahaha! I shall crush you with this guy!" Sayer's dark grin widened. "Upon Kozmo Junkman being Fusion Summoned, I can pay 1000 LP to target up to 2 cards on the field, then banish them!" Sayer grunted as his LP fell to 3000, then he pointed at Akiza's 2 face-down cards. "I'll banish those 2!" The 2 set cards vanished from Akiza's field. Akiza tched as Sayer grabbed 2 cards from his hand.
"After Junkman banishes the 2 cards, I can Special Summon up to 2 Kozmo monsters from either my hand or Graveyard!" Sayer grinned. "So from my hand, I Special Summon Kozmo Dark Destroyer! And from my Graveyard, I Special Summon Kozmo Forerunner!" 2 machines that bore the resemblance of the Millenium Falcon and a Star Destroyer from Star Wars appeared onto Sayer's field. (Kozmo Dark Destroyer, Level 8 DARK Machine-type monster, ATK/DEF: 3000/1800. Kozmo Forerunner, Level 7 LIGHT Machine-type monster, ATK/DEF: 2800/1400. Akiza's hand: 2 cards. Akiza's LP: 4000. Sayer's hand: 3 cards. Sayer's LP: 3000.)
"After that, I add up there ATK/DEF." Sayer explained. "Then I gain LP equal to half the total of whichever is higher."
"Let's see. Forerunner and Dark Destroyer have a total of 5800 ATK and 3200 DEF." Crow spoke as he did the math.
"Which means the ATK is higher and he'll gain 2900 LP." Aura frowned.
"Aww man!" Crow groaned. "Just when you think his LP has decreased, it just incre-! Gah!"
"Silence worm!" Sayer snapped as he shot a psychic blast at Crow; thus making him stagger. "No one asked for you to talk, so shut the hell up!"
"Crow!" Aura gasped.
"Ugh…" Crow groaned as he rubbed his shoulder.
"That'll teach that insignificant worm." Sayer spoke coldly.
"Why you!" Aura snarled.
"Shut up Aura Fudo!" Sayer growled. "You have no room to talk! No matter!"
"This coming from the psycho that should be locked up!" Aura snapped with a feral growl.
"So should you!" Sayer shot back before he chuckled to himself. "Anyways, I shall gain my 2900 LP now." Sayer's body glowed green as his LP rose to 5900. (Akiza's hand: 2 cards. Akiza's LP: 4000. Sayer's hand: 3 cards. Sayer's LP: 5900.)
Hmm… Using Dark Destroyer's effect would be useless against Black Rose Thorn Dragon. So I'll settle for this. Sayer thought as he grabbed a card from his hand.
"I set 1 card and end my turn." Sayer concluded. (Akiza's hand: 2 cards. Akiza's LP: 4000. Sayer's hand: 2 cards. Sayer's LP: 5900.)
Why didn't he attack me? Akiza thought. He could have easily destroyed my my Crimson Rose Moonlight Sorceress. What's he waiting for?
"Humph! Fine! I draw!" Akiza declared. (Akiza's hand: 3 cards. Akiza's LP: 4000. Sayer's hand: 2 cards. Sayer's LP: 5900.)
I may have Thorn Dragon, but even if I attack twice, it won't matter so long as he's got Kozmo Carrier to shield himself at the cost of 1000 LP. Akiza thought. In that case.
"Shine! The circuit of friendship and bonds!" Akiza announced as the circuit appeared again. "The Summoning Conditions are at least 2 Plant and/or Rose monsters! I set my Link 2 Crimson Rose Moonlight Sorceress and my Black Rose Thorn Dragon into the Link Markers!" The Bottom-Left, Bottom, and Bottom-Right Link Markers glowed red. "Link Summon! Come forth! Link 3! Crimson Rose Moonlight Knight!" A crimson moonlit armored female knight appeared onto Akiza's field (Crimson Rose Moonlight Knight, attribute: LIGHT, type: Warrior/Link, Link Rating 3, Link Arrows: BL/B/BR, ATK: 2600. Akiza's hand: 2 cards. Akiza's LP: 4000. Sayer's hand: 2 cards. Sayer's LP: 5900.)
"Heh…. A Link 3 monster ..." Sayer mused.
"That's right." Akiza spoke as she thrusted her right hand forward. "And due to her effect, I shall revive my Black Rose Thorn Dragon! After that, not only will your Junkman lose 3000 ATK/DEF, but your monsters shall lose 1000 ATK/DEF via Black Rose Thorn Dragon's Thorn Counters!"
"So what?" Sayer shrugged as Black Rose Thorn Dragon re-emerged onto Akiza's field. "I personally don't care." He watched as Junkman's ATK/DEF fell to 0. "And you can reduce my monsters stats all you want; it won't change anything."
He's right. Akiza thought. In that case…
"I end my turn." Akiza concluded. (Akiza's hand: 2 cards. Akiza's LP: 4000. Sayer's hand: 2 cards. Sayer's LP: 5900.)
"Not so!" Sayer's lips formed a dark smile as he gestured to his face-down card. "I activate-!"
"Oh for fucks sake! Not that card again!" Akiza interjected angrily.
"Hoh? So you knew it was Kozmo Combination?" Sayer questioned before he laughed. "Well either way, you're right! So I shall fuse Kozmoll Wickedwitch and Kozmo Soartroopers!" The 2 monsters appeared before swirling into Fusion Portal above Sayer. "Witch of evil and soldier of darkness mold together in the flames of my hate to form the dark embodiment of fury! Fusion Summon! Appear now! Level 8! Kozmo Alien!" Out of the Fusion Portal came forth an alien-like creature that bore grey skin and had black, beady eyes. (Kozmo Alien, attribute: DARK, type: Psychic/Fusion, Level 8, ATK/DEF: 2800/2400. Akiza's hand: 2 cards. Akiza's LP: 4000. Sayer's hand: 2 cards. Sayer's LP: 5900.)
"Come on now! A 3rd Fusion monster?" Crow groaned.
"And a grotesque one at that." Aura winced.
"My turn worm! Draw!" Sayer grinned maliciously as he drew. (Akiza's hand: 2 cards. Akiza's LP: 4000. Sayer's hand: 3 cards. Sayer's LP: 5900.) "And now due to my Kozmo Carrier's effect, I gain 4000 LP since there are 8 monsters on the field." Sayer's body glowed green as his LP rose to 9900. After that, he looked at the card he drew; his eyes widened with absolute glee. "Heheheheh… Hahahahahahahahaha! I've drawn just what need worm!"
"What now?" Akiza groaned. "You're so obnoxious for a man of your caliber."
"You better shut up or I'll make you Izinski!" Sayer growled. Eventually, he regained his composure. "Now then….. I activate Kozmo Combination!"
"Are you fucking kidding me?!" Akiza shrieked. Sayer's body began to glow a black, sinister aura. His laugh became more malevolent.
"Did you really think you could defeat me on your own Izinski?!" Sayer screeched with malicious glee. "Never! And now to prove it! I fuse my 3 Fusions on my field with Kozmos Dark Lady and Dark Planet from my Deck!"
"Fusion of 3 Fusion monsters and 2 more monsters from the Deck?!" Aura gaped as a Fusion Portal appeared and absorbed the 5 monsters.
"Monsters of pure fury and rage fuse in the flames of inferno and arise as the hateful emperor! FUSION SUMMON! Appear Level 12! KOMZO EMPEROR!" Out of the Fusion Portal came forth a massive figure that wore black clothes and a hood. It's eyes glowed yellow as it raised its arms to form an offensive stance. (Kozmo Emperor, attribute: DIVINE, type: Psychic/Fusion, Level 12, ATK/DEF: 4500. Akiza's hand: 2 cards. Akiza's LP: 4000. Sayer's hand: 2 cards. Sayer's LP: 9900.)
"THIS IS MY STRONGEST MONSTER AKIZA SETSUKO ISINSKI!" Sayer's shrieked hysterically. "YOU COULD NEVER BEAT ME AND NEVER WILL!"
"Tch…!" Akiza tsked.
"This monster gains the effects of every Kozmo card that's present on the field, in my Graveyard, and in my banished zone! In addition to its own effects!"
"What?!"
"That's right!" Sayer grinned. "So I'll gladly use its effect to use Junkman's effect! I pay 1000 LP to banish your 2 monsters, then I can Special Summon up to 2 Kozmo monster's from either my hand or Graveyard! So come forth Wickedwitch and Soartroopers!" Akiza's 2 monsters vanished instantly, as well as Sayer's 2 Kozmo monsters appearing on his field. A dark cloaked figure holding a dual blade of red energy and an armored soldier. (Kozmoll Wickedwitch, Level 4 DARK Psychic-type monster, ATK/DEF: 1900/300. Komzo Soartroopers, Level 3 DARK Psychic-type monster, ATK/DEF: 1000. Akiza's hand: 2 cards. Akiza's LP: 4000. Sayer's body glowed green as his LP rose to 10,250. (Akiza's hand: 2 cards. Akiza's LP: 4000. Sayer's hand: 2 cards. Sayer's LP: 10,250.) Sayer put his right hand to his cheek.
"You could give you a swift victory with 1 strike from my Emperor, but I'll have his underlings attack first!" Sayer clenched his right hand into a fist and thrusted it forward. "Kozmoll Wickedwitch, Kozmo Soartroopers, attack Akiza directly!" The dark cloaked lady leap into the air and slashed Akiza vertically while Soartroopers fired at Akiza relentlessly. Both Crow and Aura could hear Akiza's screams despite the loudness of Sayer's attacks, in addition to his dark laughter.
"Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha! That's right Akiza Izinski! DIE!"
"Akiza!" Aura shrieked.
"Akiza no!" Crow cried out. Shortly after the barrage ended, the smoke began to clear. Sayer crossed his arms in satisfaction.
"That fool should be dead right about now." Sayer sneered. Unfortunately the psychic psychopath, the smoke cleared completely, only to show Akiza still standing. Blood trickling down from her face, lips, her arms and legs. Even her clothes were torn. Sayer's eyes widened in complete shock. "N-No! You can't be alive! This is impossible!"
"It's too bad that I am." Akiza spoke as her wounds began to heal themselves, surprising Sayer even more. "You'll have to do better than that Sayer.
This is impossible! Sayer thought frantically. Last time I dueled Akiza, she had Misty to back her up. And with 1 blast from my Hyper Psychic Blaster, it killed her! The only reason she was revived then was because of Black Rose Dragon! But this time…. I can't feel that Dragon at all! Is this….her power at its fullest?
"Whoa….!" Crow spoke softly. "She was bombarded just now. And look at her, she managed to heal all of her wounds like they were nothing!"
"Her powers have truly grown." Aura whispered, relieved.
"Aura, Crow." Akiza started. "The reason my psychic powers have become this strong is not because of my friends. It's also because of my vigorous training back at my parents house, in addition to the help of Mina and Officer Trudge, along with my self training." Akiza's lips formed a smile. "I've learned a lot from my last duel against Sayer. And this is the result of all that training! My psychic powers are now beyond my former mentors'!"
"You're all bark and no bite!" Sayer snapped. "Kozmo Emperor, attack her directly! And this time…..make certain she dies!" The emperor raised his arms upward and shot lightning at Akiza. Just as the lightning was about to connect and wipe out Akiza's remaining 1100 LP, Akiza pulled a card from her hand and revealed it.
"I activate the Trap card, Rose Wave!" Akiza revealed.
"Useless! Absolutely useless!" Sayer spoke hysterically. "All I have to do to negate that pathetic trap of yours is pay 1000 LP and either send 1 card from my hand to the GY, or banish 1 card from the Graveyard!" He looked down at his duel disk to realize that his LP didn't drop. "What?! How come it didn't work?!"
"Sorry to disappoint you, but you can't activate any cards or effects in response to Rose Wave's activation." Akiza smiled.
"You…..!" Sayer growled. "How dare you!"
"Due to this card's effect, all cards you control are shuffled into your Deck! Ignoring their effects!"
"No…...NO!" Sayer shrieked as his 3 monsters vanished. "Urk…..I end my turn….. Ha! Not like it matters! You'd need monsters to have a total of 10,300 to beat me! And that's nearly impossible!"
"Really now?" Akiza grinned as she drew. "Let's find out!" (Akiza's hand: 3 cards. Akiza's LP: 550. Sayer's hand: 2 cards. Sayer's LP: 10,250.) Akiza looked at the card she drew and smiled. "This duel is over."
"How so?" Sayer questioned.
"This is how!" Akiza grabbed a card from her hand. "I activate Monster Reborn to revive Sylvan Sagequoia!" The giant tree monster re-appeared onto Akiza's field. "Next I use Sagequoia's effect! I excavate the top card of my Deck! If it's a Plant, it goes to my Graveyard!" She drew and looked at it. "Ah, Rose Lover. Perfect. Now I banish Rose Lover to Special Summon Sylvan Hermitree from my hand!" Another massive tree with fiery red leaves appeared next to Sagequoia. (Sylvan Hermitree, Level 8 FIRE Plant-type monster, ATK/DEF: 2700/1800. Akiza's hand: 1 card. Akiza's LP: 550. Sayer's hand: 2 cards. Sayer's LP: 10,250.) Akiza then played the last card from her hand to be Pot of Greed and drew 2 more cards. She drew another and played it; thus putting her hand at 3 cards again. (Akiza's hand: 3 cards. Akiza's LP: 550. Sayer's hand: 2 cards. Sayer's LP: 10,250.) She looked at the card she drew and she smiled again.
"I hope you're ready!" Akiza grinned.
"For what? Your pitiful attempt to win? Of course!" Sayer grinned.
"Alright, if you say so." Akiza spoke as she grabbed a card from her hand. "I Normal Summon Sylvan Flowerknight." The flower-armored knight appeared onto Akiza's field.
The stage is now set for my victory with these 2 cards in my hand. Akiza thought.
"I activate the last 2 cards in my hand that shall end this once and for all." Akiza spoke. "First up is United We Stand. This shall be equipped to Flowerknight; thus boosting her attack to 4200 and DEF to 3400. As for my last card, it's the Spell card Armorment. By halving my LP, I can have United We Stand's effects to be applied to all of my monsters until the End Phase!"
"WHAT?! NO!" Sayer shrieked. "YOU CAN'T DO THIS!"
"I can and just did!" Akiza grinned as Sylvan Sagequoia to 5000 ATK and 4500 DEF, and Sylvan Hermitree to 5100 ATK and 4200 DEF.
"Whoa!" Crow gaped. "Okay let me see here… 5000 + 5100 + 4200 is….. 14,300 damage?!"
"She's got him now!" Aura grinned.
"BATTLE!" Akiza declared. "Sylvan Hermitree, Sylvan Sagequoia, Sylvan Flowerknight…..attack Sayer directly!" All 3 monsters nodded at Akiza's command and attacked Sayer with full force. Through the smoke of the 3 attacks, Sayer went flying backwards and he landed on his back. (Sayer's LP: 10,250 - 14,300 = 0.)
"Hell yes! Akiza won!" Crow grinned as he pumped his fist.
"Impossible…..!" Sayer muttered angrily to himself. "How could I….. …?!" Aura and Crow ran to Akiza when Aura felt the temperature drop once more. Akiza and Crow looked confused.
"Did it just got cold all of a sudden?" Crow questioned.
"So you showed up again." Aura frowned.
"Ha, yes I did, Aura Fudo." The shadowy cybernetic woman spoke as she appeared before the 3.
"So here to kill me again?" Aura snarled, letting her Aura slip.
"You know, you can use my name." The figure spoke, stepping out of the shadows to show her body entirely covered in cybernetics. Her left eye, caramel brown, was the only thing being shown. "But no; I'm not here to kill you Aura Fudo. I'm here," gestures to Sayer. "for this scumbag."
"What?!" Sayer gaped as he looked up. "I saw you attempt to kill Aura Fudo after her duel against Sherry! So why not kill her right here right now?!"
"For once, I agree with the shit." Aura frowned, Bloodedge at her side. The cybernetic woman glanced between Sayer, Aura, Akiza, and Crow before laughing.
"Why am I not killing Aura Fudo?" She repeated. "Simple. The last time I tried was to only test Sherry Leblanc's loyalty. In fact…..I knew she'd take that fatal blow for you!" Gestures to Bloodedge, who was holding Sherry's limp body. "Such a foolish human! Sacrificing herself for someone she doesn't even know! Let alone would even care about! And yet…...she still did it…. And do you want to know why?"
"Why's that?" Akiza demanded. The cybernetic woman turned her attention to Akiza. If her cybernetics weren't covering her face, the trio would see a dark smile on her lips.
"Hope. That's why." She retorted nonchalantly. "Hope… Miracles… Those things are nearly non-existent…. Humans bet on the slightest chance at success…. But in the end….they are betrayed by miracles and hopes in the end… One way or another…..."
"You're wrong!" Akiza shot back.
"Am I?" The cybernetic woman replied, malice in her tone. "If I'm wrong…..then where's your proof?" Akiza was about to say something, but the cybernetic woman dismissed her words, then approached Sayer; thus lifting him up and off the ground. "As for you bastard…you have fulfilled your purpose…. Creating Alicia Ruin, Akiza Izinski's perfect clone, was all I required of you… And you succeeded in confusing that bastard of a Crimson Dragon…."
"So it was your plan!" Aura snarled in fury.
"Yes it was." She retorted. "As part of my revenge for that stupid Dragon did to me. I'll never forgive him for removing my status and majority of my powers during my time!"
"What's this lady talking about?" Crow wondered.
"Now I see. It all makes sense." Aura frowned darkly. "You know more of the Crimson Dragon and its Priestess. Not only that, but you utilize Aura just like I can. An ability no normal human can do. Not even a Psychic can do so." Aura pointed to Ariana. "Ariana of Ylliaster, you're a previous Crimson Priestess, aren't you?" Ariana felt her lips curl into a dark smile as she lifted her right arm's sleeve up to reveal a faded Mark that's exactly like Aura's Mark. Upon it being revealed, Akiza, Crow, and Aura's Marks glowed a bright red.
"Does that answer your question?" Ariana remarked coldly. "And I wasn't just a previous Crimson Priestess….. I'm the original Crimson Priestess!"
"The original?!" Both Akiza and Crow repeated in surprise.
"Original? That would mean you lived thousands of years in the past. That's not possible." Aura frowned. At Aura's words, Ariana chuckled darkly.
"Heh… For once, you're right." Ariana replied. "But you missed 1 crucial detail….. There was no Crimson Priestess thousands of years ago. The original is from my and my brother's era in time. The only reason there was one thousands of years ago to begin with is because of me losing my status and majority of my power. It was passed down for several centuries until it reached this era in time." Ariana then threw the stunned Sayer down the shaft. After she did, she glanced at Crow and her lips under her mask curled into a sneer. "As for you birdbrain…..you're not worthy to bear the Mark of the Crimson Dragon…" She then glanced at Aura and scowled. "And neither are you in regards to being the Crimson Priestess… I could easily strip you both of your Marks and power…. The only issue with that is that if I do…. I'll become too weak to move… So I won't do it…"
"Lot of talk coming from you." Akiza frowned deeply.
"Oh…..I disagree Izinski." Ariana retorted. "You see…..had it not been for me….you never would have joined Arcadia and felt at home…. Not only that, but had Arcadia succeeded in there goals…. Neo Domino City would no longer exist….. Thus saving my time from destruction…" She laughed darkly as she put a hand to her metallic mask. "And you Izinski…...would have killed millions…. Tch…. If only Yusei Fudo and his bastard friends didn't save you…"
"What?!" Akiza gaped and stepped backwards. "N-No….!"
"You can deny it all you want, but you lot are my and Z-ONE's pawns." Ariana remarked. "You have been from the start."
"You bastard!" Crow snarled. "I'll pulverize you!" He charged her to punch her in the face. Ariana watched him in amusement before grabbing his wrist with lightning fast speed, surprising Crow. Ariana then held Crow up by his right arm. "Oh? Is this the arm that got broken because of Team Catastrophe? I suppose I could just break it again…. Or better yet…I could just shatter your whole body…." After several seconds of complating. Ariana threw Crow; thus he skidded on the ground to a stop.
"I've said too much already." Ariana sighed. "Oh well. Nothing I can do about it now." Her body began to glow a dark aura before a portal appeared behind her; thus sucking her in. "I will see you 3 later. Should you make it to me and Z-ONE's main room in our Ark Cradle headquarters…..the Fate of the entire world will be decided…." And with that, Ariana vanished, as did the portal she vanished into.

This card is also treated as Psychic-type as well as its original typing. If this card is Fusion Summoned: You can pay 1000 LP to target up to 2 cards on the field; banish them. After that, you can Special Summon up to 2 "Kozmo" monsters from either your hand, Graveyard or banished zone to your field, then you gain LP equal to half their total combined ATK/DEF, whichever is higher. The monsters Special Summoned by this effect cannot attack this turn and their effects are negated. You can only use this effect of "Kozmo Junkman" once per turn. As long as you control another "Kozmo" card: This card cannot be destroyed by battle or by card effects. Each time a monster your opponent controls is destroyed: You can Special Summon that monster to either players side of the field in face-up Defense position with its effects negated.
