0713MM: Hey guys! I welcome you to chapter 61, and the final chapter, of my 5Ds fanfic! I do not own 5Ds, nor do I own Aura Flood Fudo. Chapter start!

Chapter 61

"Battle! Aurastar Dragon, attack Unconfined Hexbeast - Executioner! Celestial Radiance!" Aurastar Dragon opened her mouth and shot out a silver and indigo energy blast. The energy blast collided into Ariana's Executioner; thus causing an explosion on her side of the field. Ariana's sad smile didn't leave her lips as her jetpack short circuited from the attack and she fell on the ground on her back. (Ariana's LP: 3300 - 5250 = 0.)

"She did it!" Leo and Luna cheered.

"Told you." Aura smirked at Jack.

"Yeah yeah. How about ya shut up and take Aurastar Dragon back?" Jack smirked in amusement. Aura huffed before rushing to Akiza, then stopped.

"You ok?" She asked.

"Yeah, I'm alright." Akiza replied. "Oh, here." She hands Aurastar Dragon back to Aura. Aura took back the card, looking at it for a moment before glancing at Ariana. Ariana lifted her head up so she could see Akiza and Aura standing over her.

"You beat me….." Ariana whispered. "And because you have, my Support Gear to the Ark Cradle stops working."

"All that's left is Z-ONE." Aura muttered, before speaking. "Are mother and father's souls really in the Cradle?" Ariana glanced up at the sky to see that Z-ONE has also been defeated by Yusei, then back at Aura and nodded.

"They are…" Ariana spoke softly. "I can bring them back myself in case you were thinking of doing it yourself Aura Fudo." Aura twitched before she scowled at Ariana.

"Why would you do it?" She demanded.

"To atone for my crimes Aura Fudo." Ariana replied. "And as the original Crimson Priestess, I must atone for my sins. Reviving your parents is the best I can do."

"You…" Aura frowned.

"But if you do that, then…" Akiza began.

"I'll die? Of course I will." Ariana replied. "Besides, my time is almost up anyway."

"I thought as much. Your Aura is like burning embers." Aura frowned.

"So with the last of my power, I shall revive your parents." Ariana retorted. Ariana raised her arms up and the Moment appeared above them via a monitor. The Moment glowed a bright red, as did Ariana's entire body.

"Hey what's happening?!" Leo yelled.

"Ariana…" Aura whispered, stunned. Ariana released a loud groan as the last of her power was sucked out of her and into the Moment. Coming out of said Moment were 2 people that Aura and Yusei could easily recognize: There parents. Yusei and Aura gaped in shock as Hakase Fudo and his wife looked to one another, surprised.

"Darling we're…" Mrs. Fudo began stunned.

"We're alive." Hakase Fudo finished for his wife also surprised.

"Mother, Father." Yusei spoke, walking to them. Mrs. Fudo gasped tearing up before cupping Yusei's cheek.

"Yusei my son…" She choked.

"Mr. and Mrs. Fudo." Akiza greeted.

"Akiza." Hakase Fudo spoke. "You and Yusei have saved us all."

"Actually, that would be me." Ariana chimed in. "I revived you 2." The 2 looked to see Ariana who was being helped to sit up by Aura. Hakase Fudo walked to the 2, kneeling to properly face her.

"I see. Then you too have our thanks." He nodded.

"Thanks." Ariana retorted before she winced. "Urk….! I'm out of Aura….. Fuck…." Aura looked to Ariana before she let her own Aura slip out to Ariana. The indigo Aura gently cradled Ariana to her surprise.

"If you're trying to heal me Aura, just stop." Ariana told her before wincing again. "I'm fine with dying here. Oh, before I do, here." She pulled 2 copies of a photo album out of her cybernetic containment unit in her chest and handed 1 to Akiza, and 1 to Aura. "These photo albums hold the memories of my life as a young child to the part where me, Z-ONE, Antimony, Misaki, Aporia, and Paradox are all working together. Take them." Aura took it, nodding.

"Thank you. We'll keep them close." She replied softly. "And I'm not healing you. Even I know I can't heal you. I'm only lessening the pain. You deserve a peaceful passing. You've earned that right at least."

"Ha. You're too kind and selfless Aura." Ariana retorted as the rest of her mask crumbled away to reveal a cybernetic mantle over the right side of her face. She then winced again. "Here…..take my Deck too….. I'm no longer gonna need it where I'm going…" She took her Deck out of her containment unit and handed it to Akiza. "You can hold on it…."

"Ariana….." Akiza whispered. "You….."

"Akiza… You have found a new path for the future…" Ariana smiled as blood trickled out of her mouth. She then glanced between Aura and Akiza. "Aura…Akiza… Were what me and Z-ONE trying to accomplish… Was it…...wrong?..."

"Of course not. You 2 only wished for a future where humanity could survive. Though misguided, in your own way, you wished to form a bright future of hope." Aura assured gently, wiping the blood off of Ariana's face.

"Aura's right." Akiza added. Ariana chuckled hoarsely.

"Thank you….Aura Fudo….Akiza Izinski…." Ariana spoke softly. "I just know…that with this new path you've formed…the future is surely to be a bright one…..I just…know it….." Ariana's lips formed a sad smile as her eyes turned glassy and they fluttered between open and closed. This continued for a few more times before they finally closed. Akiza and Aura could no longer hear Ariana's breathing. Aura carefully set Ariana down, letting her Aura disappear.

"She's gone…" Aura said softly. Akiza felt tears trickle down from her eyes.

"Yeah….." Akiza teared up. Suddenly, the entire place began to quake.

"Ehhh?!" Leo glanced around frantically. "Why is the place shaking up?!"

"The Ark Cradle is collapsing!" Hakase Fudo gasped.

"Come on!" Jack gestured to the others as he got onto his D-Wheel. "Let's get out of here!"

"How?! The bridge we used to get here collapsed, remember?!" Leo panicked.

"We'll get out of here!" Jack snapped. "Just watch!"

"I bet the Crimson Dragon is gonna save us while we fall." Akiza noted as the ground around them began to crack under their feet. Before anyone could get onto their D-Wheels, the ground underneath them crumbled completely; thus they all began to fall towards Neo Domino City at high speed. All of them screaming in terror, only for the Crimson Dragon to sweep them up and bring them to safety.

"Called it." Akiza grinned, while sweatdropping.

"No need to be a smart aleck Akiza." Aura retorted, glancing at Bloodedge before standing. "We survived. We're alive with more than we planned."

"Yes we did." Yusei nodded.

"Though the circumstances aren't what I expected, I'm glad we can be here." Hakase Fudo replied, nodding to his wife, who smiled.

"And on the bright side, you'll see Yusei and Akiza getting married." Aura smirked. Mrs. Fudo and Hakase Fudo chuckled, while Yusei and Akiza's facial color turned dark red.

"Shut it Aura!" Both Akiza and Yusei told her in unison.

"Yeah no." Aura grinned, Bloodedge snorting in amusement.

"Oi!" Both Akiza and Yusei groaned in frustration.

"Hey Ariana confirmed it. I'm enjoying it." Aura grinned, dipping her hat.

"Ha!" Jack laughed. "Aura's got you there Yusei!"

"Yeah I do." Aura agreed.

"You can tease us later." Akiza retorted. "But for now, you two have a lot of catching up to do with your parents."

"Sadly it's going to have to wait." Aura sighed. "I have to find Elsworth about Sherry and maybe even help plan a funeral, tell Toru and Sect what happened to Misaki, and prepare grandpa before he meets them and gets a heart attack."

"In that case, I can take Mom and Dad to Martha's place." Yusei spoke up. "After you do all that, bring Klaus to Martha's place."

"Will do. I'll try to hurry." Aura nodded, getting on her D-Wheel. "Sherry saved me and gave me time. I got to make the most of it."

"Right." Yusei nodded as he glanced at Jack and Crow. "You 2 want to come with me and my parents to Martha's place?"

"Sure. Why not." Crow shrugged.

"I'll go." Jack added.

"Us too!" Both Leo and Luna smiled.

"You going with them too Akiza?" Aura asked.

"Of course." Akiza smiled. Aura smiled before facing Bloodedge looking to Sherry's body for a moment.

"Let's go Bloodedge." She replied. Her monster nodded as she sped off; Bloodedge following her.

"Well I knew you kids would be alright, but this is quite the surprise."

"I know right?" Jack grinned. "We all enter the Ark Cradle, then come out with Yusei and Aura's parents." Martha poured tea for them as they all sat in the dining room before she sat down, facing the older Fudos.

"Well it must be wonderful to be back." She remarked.

"It is." Mrs. Fudo replied as she took a sip of her tea.

"I'm sure it'll take time for others to adjust to seeing us, but it is a gift to be alive." Hakase Fudo smiled.

"That I can agree on." Martha smiled.

"Wait, you guys know each other?" Yusei questioned, glancing between his foster mother and his parents.

"Long before Zero Reverse and before you were born." Mrs. Fudo smiled.

"Well that explains the photos in your room and tiny attic." Jack remarked. Then they heard knocking at the front door.

"It's me!" Aura called. "And I brought grandpa!"

"I'm coming." Martha called, standing to get the door. Soon Aura and Klaus came into the room Klaus seeing Hakase Fudo and Mrs. Fudo before looking to Aura.

"This is them?" He asked.

"Yeah. Mother, Father, this is Klaus Flood; my adopted grandfather. Grandpa, these are my birth parents: Hakase Fudo and his wife." Aura introduced. Klaus removed his hat, giving a polite bow.

"It's an honor to meet you both." He said to them.

"I say the same." Hakase Fudo retorted.

"Yes and we're so grateful you took Aura in." Mrs. Fudo began.

"No really, it's me who should thank you two." Klaus replied with a small smile.

"Thank us?" Mrs. Fudo repeated.

"Well it's more for my son and daughter-in-law. Bless their hearts." Klaus replied. "Even with the circumstances by saving Aura from Zero Reverse, you gave them a miracle. A child to raise and love as their own. For them and myself, thank you." Hakase Fudo and Mrs. Fudo glance at each other, then back at Klaus.

"You're welcome." Hakase Fudo replies.

"Geez grandpa, when were you the sappy one?" Aura muttered, covering her red face with her hat.

"All thanks to you Sparky." Klaus smiled.

"Grandpa!" Aura groaned.

"Sparky?" Mrs. Fudo repeated before giggling.

"Ah a little nickname I gave her since she started dueling when she was 6." Klaus grinned.

"And I'm 19 man!" Aura hissed.

"Yet still the same little Sparky." Klaus chuckled. Both Hakase and Mrs. Fudo join in on the chuckling, mostly in amusing. Jack and Crow just snickered, while Yusei smiled to contain his own laughter.

"I swear to Crimson old man!" Aura groaned.

"Ah come on Sparky, it's your birth parents. I can tell them any embarrassing stories." Klaus replied.

"Don't you dare!" Aura shrieked.

"Oh please do!" Martha laughed. "In exchange, I'll tell embarrassing stories about Yusei, Jack and Crow." At those words, Crow, Jack and Yusei all stopped laughing and glared playfully at their foster mother.

"Don't you dare Martha!" All 3 males hissed.

"Oh the stories I got." Klaus laughed, sitting down, facing the older Fudos. "Hope you two are ready to hear." Both Hakase and Mrs. Fudo nodded in agreement, yet also quite eagerly as well. Crow, Jack, Yusei and Aura all groaned, while Akiza, Leo, Luna smiled/snickering, eager to hear the stories.

"Just bury me." Aura muttered.

"I hear ya." Jack agreed.

"And I hear those snickers you 3." Aura glared at Akiza, Leo, and Luna who were holding in their laughter.

1 month later…

"Happy birthday Yusei, Aura!" The Fudo twins blew out their candles as their friends and family clapped, Carly taking a picture while Aura flushed.

"Still not used to attention." Aura muttered.

"Well get used to it." Yusei smiled. "Because it's gonna happen a lot."

"Yup cause today it's all about you 2." Toru grinned.

"Yeah yeah!" Leo grinned.

"I'll cut everyone a slice." Martha said as she pulled out a knife from a drawer and began to cut the cake for those that wanted one.

"If Mother hadn't mentioned the sweets…! Why did I have to have a sweet tooth?" Aura groaned, blushing.

"Everyone does to an extent." Yusei remarked. "In your case sister, your sweet tooth is on the extreme level of sweet toothness."

"Brother!" Aura hissed, red face.

"Aura dear, if I hadn't mentioned sweets, you wouldn't be here, would you?" Mrs. Fudo asked. "I may have been just a soul a month ago, but I know what you would do had I not mentioned sweets."

"JustenjoyyourselfAura!" Leo spoke with a mouthful of cake. Luna rolled her eyes at her brother's antics and punched him lightly.

"Manners brother!" Luna hissed. "If you don't, then Martha will have you help her with the dishes." Leo's eyes widened at that, then he swallowed the remaining bits of cake in his mouth. Aura gave a light chuckle as she took the plate Martha handed to her, taking a bite at once her eyes brightened.

"Delicious!" She cheered. Jack, Crow, and Yusei, along with the others (excluding Leo), all took a bite of their slices of cake.

"I concur." Mrs. Fudo agreed. "Made this-"

"From scratch?" Martha finished with a smile. "Yes I did."

"It's amazing Martha." Aura grinned, taking another bite happily.

"Thank you Aura." Martha smiled.

"And once we finish the cake we can do gift giving." Sect grinned.

"You guys didn't went overboard on gifts, did you?" Aura questioned at once, looking at them all suspiciously.

"And what if we said yes?" Jack raised an eyebrow. "Why does it matter anyway? Can't have Yusei gain all the gifts, now can we?"

"Considering it's been that way for basically his whole life, there may not be anything for you Aura." Crow told her jokingly.

"That might just relieve me a little." Aura muttered, fork in mouth.

"Unfortunately for you Sparky, that won't be the case." Hakase Fudo smiled, patting Aura's head.

"You too Father?!" Aura groaned.

"Get used to it." Jack smirked. "Least you're not being a called a troublemaker."

"Well...you kinda were Jack." Crow laughed.

"Shut it!" Jack snapped.

"I think the reason you 3 joined me all those years ago was to get away from Martha." Kalin laughed. "Because from what I've heard from her, all 3 of you were troublemakers."

"Wait Jack and Crow I believe, but Yusei?" Toru questioned, glancing at him. "I can't see it."

"Don't let his good nature fool you." Aura deadpanned, taking another bite of cake.

"Oh yes." Martha chuckled. "Like Kalin said, all 3 of them were troublemakers. Yusei was more of a...special case really. Mostly because he was oblivious to the trouble he was causing."

"Oi!" Yusei groaned, but then laughed lightly. "Yeah yeah. I was the oblivious troublemaker."

"Complete opposite from Aura, who use to be an evil little devil." Klaus grinned.

"One time with that prank when I was 10 and you're not letting that go." Aura scoffed.

"Ha!" Jack laughed. "Oh that's hilarious!"

"We can save other stories for later." Martha spoke up. "Let's move on to present opening."

After everyone finished there slices of cake, everyone began to hand there gifts to Aura and Yusei.

"Thank you so much everyone for these gifts." Aura thanked, flushing pink.

"Yes, thank you." Yusei smiled.

"You're welcome!" Leo and Luna grinned.

After a few more hours, the guests that arrived began to leave Martha's place. Aura was sleeping soundly on the couch, her head on Yusei's lap as she slept.

"We told you that you wouldn't die." Yusei murmured. "Now you get to experience the future alongside your friends." As if hearing him, Aura snuggled closer to Yusei. Akiza smiled softly, walking to his side.

0713MM: And there ya have guys! My revised 5Ds fanfic is done!^^ There WILL be a 5Ds fanfic that takes place about 20-25 years after this fics ending, so all the canon characters will between 40-45 years old in that fic. Meaning they'll be married and have kids!^^

"I think she knows that now." Akiza whispered. Yusei nodded at Akiza's words in agreement.
