Chapter 33: pyro's trials part 3

After entering the final door Ichigo proceeded down the corridors for his trial, the trial of spirit.

Ichigo can feel a powerful presence inside the hall and can feel it coming all around him and proceed with caution.

As he walked Ichigo thought about the trials his friends passed, for Hulk it was strength, Uryu agility and Hank mind and they all passed with some difficulties and it was his turn.

The trial of spirit has to be the hardest one yet and now Ichigo is taking it.

After a long walk he has arrived.

Ichigo came to a shrine with 8 candles on pillars and in the middle was a statue of Pyro.

He approached the statue and merely touched it and it started to glow.

"Oh boy." Said Ichigo as he took a step back.

Just then a spirit of Pyro appeared.

"Hello Ichigo." Said Pyro.

"So Pyro this is my test what am I supposed to do?" Ichigo asked.

"Ok Ichigo listen up, for your test you'll enter the astral plane and face against a warrior I pick for you, you must defeat this warrior to pass this test and the last piece is yours, fail and you'll remained trapped there forever." Said Pyro.

"I understand take me there." Said Ichigo.

"Very well." Pyro said.

Ichigo then got into a mediate position and Pyro reached out and pulled Ichigo's soul and then took him to the astral plane.

After passing through dimensions they have arrived.

They arrived at the ruins of Hyrule castle.

"Where are we?" asked Ichigo.

"This is the ruins of Hyrule castle, the castle was destroyed by a powerful warrior and defeated the rulers and champion and now he rules the ruined kingdom he will be your opponent, you can come out now." Said Pyro.

Suddenly coming from the shadows was a tall man wearing armor and cape and was decorated with some tribal symbols (Ganondorf from twilight princess) and holding a glowing sword.

"Ichigo this is Ganondorf from the twilight princess timeline, he'll be your opponent." Said Pyro.

Pyro then vanished and Ichigo drew his blade and Ganondorf drew his.

"Don't hold back." Said Ichigo.

"En-Guarde!" said Ganondorf.

Both warriors swing their blades and begin the fight.

Their blades clashed as they fought, Ichigo is skilled with a blade but Ganondorf has experience on his side.

The two warriors swing their blades, blocking attacks and countering them trying to get a hit but none were giving an inch.

"Not bad for a boy." Said Ganondorf.

"Same to you Warlock." Said Ichigo.

The two continued trading blows until they decided to crank it up and use their powers.

"Try this!" said Ganondorf firing a ball of electricity at Ichigo.

"Nice try fool. But ICE WALL!" Ichigo shouted as he unleashed an artic blast from his hand stopping the attack.

But Ganondorf jumped above Ichigo and moved in for an aerial attack only to be parried by Ichigo's counter.

"Demonic fire!" Ganondorf said unleashing 6 balls of fire at Ichigo.

"Impressive but not good enough." Ichigo said conjuring up a wall of wind that block the attack and then he launched a blast of ice as Ganondorf making a lot of cuts on him.

"Not bad welp but take this!" Ganondorf said hurdling a blast of energy at Ichigo which he blocked only to get slashed in the back by Ganon's back strike.

"Clever Ganon but now try this." Said Ichigo gathering energy into his blade and did this "Getsuga Tensho!" released a powerful beam from one swing and Ganon tried to block it with his sword but he was being pushed.

"Now to add more power!" Ichigo shouted as he used his ice and wind powers to increase his attack making Ganon struggled against it until he was blown away and sent to the grounds outside of the castle.

Ganondorf was surprised he saw his sword sticking in the ground and tried to reach it only for Ichigo to grabbed and held both blades by his neck.

"Do you yield?" said Ichigo ready to chop Ganon's head off if he refused.

Ganon thought for a moment and realizing his choices he made one.

"I yield." He said.

Ichigo then put his blade on his back and then helped Ganondorf up and gave his sword back.

"Thanks for the fight Ichigo, I concede victory to you." He said.

"No problem Ganondorf." Said Ichigo.

The two bowed their heads in respect as Pyro's spirit appeared.

"Well done Ichigo that was impressive, I have seen enough and decreed that you pass your trial." Said Pyro.

Ganondorf then vanished as Pyro opened a portal for Ichigo to return to his body and he left.

Soon Ichigo was back in his body and in his hand was the green wedge and then Pyro appeared.

"Well Ichigo you have pass your trial." Said Pyro.

Then Pyro teleported Ichigo back to the others.

"So Ichigo you passed?" asked Hank and Ichigo nodded.

Soon Ichigo's piece glowed and left his hand and floated to the statue and went in the circle with the others.

Then all 4 doors and the statue glowed as a blinding light was shining, everyone shielded their eyes, after the light fade they look to see a gold and red treasure chest with some golden dragons decal on it.

Pyro's spirit appeared in front of them.

"Congratulations you 4 you have passed part 1 of my trial, you 4 completed 4 tasks and earned a wedge in the process those wedges were keys and found this chest, now the chest will remain locked until Ichigo defeats me. Now I will send you back to the others and there will be a 2 week break and when that is up I will come for Ichigo and we will face each other one on one." Said Pyro.

"Ok then." Said Ichigo.

Pyro's eyes glowed and teleported Ichigo and the others back along with the chest.

"Soon Ichigo you'll face your final test." He whispered.

The group was back at Kitana's castle with the chest in tow.

Hulk headed back to avengers tower, Beast took the chest back to the mansion to study it and will need help of magic and Uryu called Drake and he opened a portal back to Earth.

"Good luck Ichigo." He said as he went through and the portal closed.

Ichigo then headed for his room for a much needed rest cause when he faces Pyro he'll be ready.

Meanwhile….

Shao-Kahn was sitting on his throne and watched as the alliance was building more buildings to house their resources, he sat on his throne and rested as a vision was coming to his mind.

He saw that his enemies were gone, dark clouds in the skies, fire all around and he sits on a throne of skulls as watched at the alliance take the prisoners to different realms, but someone appeared wielding a big blade and has a lot of power in him and challenged him.

Shao woke up with an agitated look on his face and snarled.

"So this warrior thinks he can challenge me can he? Well we'll see about that." He said.

Just then MODOK appeared.

"Master Shao 3 new arenas are done." He said.

"Very well take me to it." He said and he followed the floating cyber head.

'Looks like I could use a stretch in training.' He thought.

Back on Earth Uryu told Drake what happened and he dismissed him.

"Good luck Ichigo you'll need it." Said Drake as he went to continue fixing up the JL watch tower. (the one from JLU.)

Things have got a bit more complicated.

Now the next chapter will have Ichigo rest, train and getting lucky as he prepares to fight Pyro.

Now when this story is done there will be a sequel.

Also sometime around March or April I will be applying for a job and when I get one my time writing stories will be limited.

Also I'll be busy hanging out with some friends so 50-50 if I write some chapters or not.

Ok that's is all I have to say now if you excuse me I got some stories to finish.
