Keywors being try.

There's only one more chapter that's already written after this, so if I do end up having to post it... be prepared for another hiatus.

So, without further ado, to the chapter!

Episode 55: Divine Fission! Lincoln and Sincoln Separated!

A wall burst open as Carol was sent flying across the hallway until she landed on a wall, hastily jumping away once the monster she was facing lunged and punched the wall, shattering it completely.

Carol promptly made a pair of finger guns and shot some lighting bolts at the creature, each consevutive shot sending her flying back as the bolts, rather than reflecting or dissipating once they were close to the creature, stopped once it aimed its palm at them, waiting until all the bolts had merged before it shot them right back at Carol.

While she narrowly dodged the attack, Carol was still sent flying once the charged bolt hit the ground and exploded.

Okay, they're part of the Lori Caste. A high-ranking member at that. I didn't think this fight would be easy, but this just makes it more obvious.

Then she turned around and saw Gloom and Lupe hugging each other, shivering.

"Why are you two still here?! You have to get out before-" and then Carol came to a little conclusion. "Don't tell me you're going to take your chances with the monster mutant."

To Lupe and Gloom's credit, they didn't tell Carol, but instead nodded to say that yeah, they were taking their chances.

"Fantastic," Carol rolled her eyes. "Like I didn't have enough to worry about."

Suddenly, the mutant monster returned to the fray and extended its tail towards Carol, whose cheek got a little cut. The creature kept launching its tail at Carol, and this continued until she grabbed the tail and began to lift the creature and spin it...

At least, that's what she would've done had the tail not split off once the creature was high in the air.

Carol dropped the tail in shock and it hit the ground with a loud *THUD* before it was absorbed into it.

Okay, so from what I can gather so far-

Carol jumped away as the creature fell and crashed on the ground hard enough to leave a crater.

Not only are they a high-ranking Lori Caste member, but they're also partially mutated with the same stuff that covers the planet. So, by all intents and purposes, I'm facing off against a Lori-Lisa Caste hybrid.

Carol let out an annoyed sigh.

Of all the combinations I could face off against, why did it have to be among the ones with best synergy?

Then, while the creature slowly stood up and created a new tail, Carol glanced at Gloom and Lupe, who flinched and backed away, before she looked up.

Now that I think about it, if there are two lovechildren in here, does that mean that their siblings are here as well?

The lovechildren stared at the monitor on the wall along with the Loud parents, who not only had little smiles on their faces, but also looked vastly more relieved.

"It is good to see you again, Mr. and Mrs. Loud," the monitor "spoke" with a synthetic voice. "Although it is lamentable that the rest of the organization couldn't make it."

"Excuse me, Grandma? Grandpa?" Lizy asked, pulling Rita's armor. "What's up with that large monitor in the wall?"

And then Leia quickly ran to and dragged Lizy back to her siblings. "Lizy, are you crazy?! You can't just call them grandma and grandpa! They're not the same parents of our parents!"

Lizy scratched her head. "By that logic, the Lola and Lincoln of this world aren't our parents, and yet you still call them "Mom" and "Dad" don't you?"

"Ha! She got you there, Leia!" Lupa snickered.

"Shut up, Lupa!"

"It appears that we have a few interesting visitors, or should I say, intruders," the monitor said, slowly turning to the lovechildren. "What are these children to you?"

"Oh, uh, these are the lovechildren; kids who were born from the union between a Lincoln and one of his sisters, though not the Lincoln and his sisters of this universe," Lynn Sr. explained. "They're not here to cause trouble, though."

"Is that so? Good to know," the monitor turned back to the parents. "I was starting to worry I'd have to start killing people. I have something important to tell you, and it would be very bad if anybody were to interrupt my explanation."

"Don't worry about them, Master Monitor, they won't do anything!" Rita replied, throwing a wink at the lovechildren. "So, anyway, what do you need to tell us?"

"It has come to my attention that, eventually, somebody has to wonder: when did the organization started? How? Why? These and many questions need to be answered eventually," the monitor shook itself, acting as a head. "And even if it is just you two, I believe there is worth in letting you know."

"Well, looks like you two are going to be busy," Leia said, rubbing her hands together. "So, if you don't mind, we'll be on our way-"

*CLANK*

Next thing both the parents and lovechildren knew, the latter had been chained on the ground, which morphed into the same shoes that the group were trapped in before.

"Apologies, but I cannot let you go anywhere, children," the monitor stated as the walls began glowing. "You have a very importante role in my plan, and I will not allow any divertion from it."

The parents, shocked at this development, didn't hesitate to let the monitor know their displeasure:

"Master Monitor, what the heck!?"

"Evven if they need to stay, is this really necessary?!"

"You should not speak like you know how to treat children, when you both have had demonstrated incompetent parenting skills," the monitor stated matter-of-factly. "In fact, you could even say some of your actions have been... Abusive."

The parents flinched, and the lovechildren grew concerned.

"Of course, that is besides the point. Right now, you are here for an explanation, not a lecture, so let us begin."

The monitor's screen glew and the entire room was enveloped in a green light, before everything turned into a matrix and reformed into what looked like empty space.

"At the beginning, the very beginning, I was all alone in the vast, cold horizon known as space. Not a single lifeform could be seen around me."

The monitor moved down.

"I was... Alone, for millions of years."

Suddenly, the center of the room materialized a small planet-like sphere, looking just as matrix-ish as the rest of the room.

"Eventually, I decided to go against my morals, and did the unforgivable: played God, creating not just a planet, but living creatures from the same materials as the planet."

The monitor tilted.

"The creatures were co-created with... A certain someone's help. Someone whose name I would rather not mention."

The monitor turned to the parents as the replica of the castle emerged from the planet.

"So, with the help of she-who-will-not-be-named, several creatures populated the planet, staving off my boredom as I worked on a new plan."

The matrix created a layered form of Lincoln, which confused everybody: one side clearly represented Neo-Lincoln while the other represented Sincoln, but... Why?

"You see, Proto-Lincoln split into two halves to combat corruption, but as both halves were far too strong to exist on this reality, they forcefully merged back together to further grow until they weakened to the point they would not tear the fabric of space and time with their presence."

The layered Lincoln split in both halves, and a Clyde-shaped figure appeared and destroyed the Sincoln representation.

"And once the corrupted version was freed, the Lincoln Buster, a living weapon created to combat Lincoln himself, will come and eradicate them, leaving the good half to rule the reality."

"Okay, this is good and all," Rita remarked. "But how do you even know half of this stuff?"

"Yeah, half of what you're telling us happened in the original reality, anf I don't know if computers were even a thing back then," Lynn Sr. Corroborated. "So, how could you know about this, Master Monitor?"

"Silly Lynn Senior, silly Rita..."

The room turned back to normal as the monitor's screen cleared up, revealing Proto-Lisa on the other end.

"I was part of the original reality!"

"Proto-Lisa?!" Rita exclaimed, clenching and raising her fist. "What did you do with the Master Monitor!?"

"You fools, I was the Master Monitor all along! Everything you worked for, every order you've been given and completed, have all been done according to my plan!"

Suddenly, the green highlights of the room turned orange as the place began shaking.

"And soon enough, you will witness something that will shock the universe to the core!"

"Okay, so, we're surrounded by small humanoid aliens that look like a baby version of Lisa with paler hair," Lola remarked, readying herself for a potential attack. "I'm guessing these are the children you were talking about, mister?"

"These are Lulus, artificial entities created through the use of xenomachines, and the DNA of Lisa and Lincoln," Pacowski explained, also trying to ready himself for a fight. "They're very numerous, very durable, and being so young, reasoning with them isn't an option."

"I don't know what's more upsetting," Lisa sighed. "The fact that the first artificial kind of human I've ever met work as foot soldiers for my counterpart, or the fact that they share the same name as Luna's former alter ego."

"Oh hey, now that you mention it, they do share a similar name, don't they?" Lola scratched her chin. "Weird."

The Lulus calmed down, and Lisa jumped off the rodent and made it walk towards the humanoids, who started... sniffing it?

"You have to be very careful what you say with these kids," Pacowski said, taking a step back. "They may not look like it, but they're as smart as Lisa herself."

"So, they know what we're talking about?" Lisa pondered before eyeing the entities. "Let me try something: hey, uh... All of you! What do you want?"

The Lulus exchanged looks, then turned back to the scientist and tilted their heads before pointing At the brainwashed rodent.

"You want to play with the mutant mouse?"

The Lulus exchanged looks again, then turned back and nodded.

"Something feels fishy about this, Lisa," Lola whispered, making sure not to lose her focus on the entities. "Maybe you shouldn't give it to them-"

The Lulus' eyes glew as they glared and growled at Lola, who hastily added:

"Or you can give them the rodent and that can be the end of this discussion."

The Lulus calmed down, and Lisa jumped off the rodent and made it walk towards the humanoids, who started... Sniffing it?

Eventually, one of the Lulus took off her pacifier, opened her mouth to reveal another, decidedly more alien mouth inside, and began devouring the rodent as the trio looked on with horror.

By the time the creature finished eating the rodent, not even leaving its skeleton behind, she put the pacifier back on and made a pleased noise as the rest of the Lulus' stomachs glew for a second, followed by them making the same pleased sound.

"Okay, now they're really freaking me out!" Lola remarked, the Lulus barely paying attention. "What do we do?"

One of the Lulus turned to Lisa and crawled towards her, the scientist slowly leaning back as the creature got closer. Once she was right in front of her, the artificial baby raised her arms, as if requesting the scientist to lift her.

There was a bit of hesitation before Lisa reached an idea:

"Show me how to cure the mutants and and I'll play with you."

After another tilt, the Lulu walked up to a sealed person in a capsule, broke into it with a single punch, and took them out, revealing they looked almost as mutated as Bobbie Fletcher. The Lulu put the person on the ground, put her hand on their back, and te being was covered in light as she separated the light from them, returning them back to their original form: David, one of Lisa's classmates.

"What the heck is going on?" he asked as he stood up and dusted himself.

"David! So this is where you've been!" Lisa said, running up to and hugging the confused boy. "If only I had known you had been abducted by my counterpart, I wouldn't have said those things about your sudden tardiness!"

David blinked twice, and separated from the girl. "Okay, explanations first, heartwarming-if-lacking-buildup reunion later."

The light the Lulu took out morphed into its original form as well: resembling another Lulu. And as the Lulus looked at each other, Lola came to a conclusion:

"So, in order to cure the mutants, we need to take the Lulus out of them. At least that's a start-"

Suddenly, the green highlights turned orange and the entire place began shaking, with the Lulus running up to Lisa and clinging to her while whimpering like puppies.

"Ugh, what now!?"

"This color, it's Lincoln's color!" Pacowski exclaimed. "Something must be happening to him!"

To him and the whole planet, it seemed, as the group of Ronnie Anne, Mrs. Santiago, Chandler, and Lori watched as the planet shook violently, the green highlights flashing between green and orange as the wildlife entered a panic.

"The entire planet is shaking," Captain Chandler Obvious remarked, before he turned to see the wildlife running away. "And the creatures in the planet are trying to flee..."

"Yeah, thanks for the insightful commentary, Chandler," Ronnie Anne remarked, looking around the shaking scenery. "But what we really should be asking is what's going on?!"

Eventually, Lori flew up to the sky, with Mrs. Santiago generating a rainbow bubble so she, Chandler and Ronnie Anne could follow. They eventually reached a point in the sky that allowed them to see the castle more clearly... And the orange pillar of light emerging from within it.

Not only that, but small pieces of the nanomachines making the planet split off the ground, morphed into winged eye-like... things, and surrounded the castle as the pillar eventually dissipated, followed by the castle itself contorting and twisting so the lovechildren, Loud parents, Carol, the mutant monster, and the flying group could witness the source of the once visible pillar.

"Hey, is that..." Ronnie Anne leaned closer to the bubble. "Lincoln?"

It was indeed Lincoln, who put a hand on his head as Clyde ran up to him and helped him stand up. The first thing he saw around himself was the machine, now irreperably busted, and the walls that had surrounded him had suddenly vanished, leaving him and anybody else who cared, to see the planet in its alien beauty.

Which was soon ruined by a simple statement:

"Well, Junior..."

Lincoln and Clyde turned around and saw another Lincoln standing nearby, stretching for a moment before he looked at Lincoln with spades-shaped eyes and finished:

"Everything that happens from now on, will be on you."

A green energy blast was shot at the imposter, but he simply morphed his arm into an arm cannon and shot a blast of his own, destroying both completely. Clyde, who had his arm cannon aimed at the impostor, gritted his teeth and lowered it as he turned it back to normal.

Then, the impostor morphed his arm cannon back to a normal and somehow created a mouth on his palm as he proclaimed:

"Lunar Screech!"

The mouth screamed, releasing an ear-piercing howl at the jungle surface of the planet, completely vaporizing it as Lori and the group watched in horror. Lincoln and Clyde were shocked too, but their expressions had a mix of anger as well.

"Haha, now it works!" the impostor said as his palm turned back to normal. "I guess you were detriment after all, Junior."

Clyde released Lincoln, making sure the guy could stand before he took a couple steps forward. "Listen up, Sincoln, just because you have your own body now, somehow, doesn't mean we'll let you do whatever you want!"

"You know, I would've angrily corrected you if you had called me that earlier, but after a month with that label, I think I've grown used to it," Sincoln spoke, accepting the name at last. "And we? Who else are you talking about?"

He put both his index and middle fingers on his forehead, closed his eyes, and barely a second later he said:

"Well, looks like we got quite the party on this planet: Carol, the Sadie Hawkins Concubines, Paige, our sisters..."

Lincoln's eyes widened at the statement. "How did you-?!"

"Omnidetection. What, did you think if you didn't bother to learn any other omni power, I wouldn't?" the impostor cackled. "That's not how it works!"

Then, Sincoln levitated and began floating up as a rainbow aura surrounded him.

"You and I are two different beings now: I'm the source of all pain and suffering! The source of all Just Retribution!"

The aura expanded as Sincoln left the atmosphere, now gaining a resemblance to a humanoid.

"The reason that Karma exists! The reason that all the wrongs in the world exist! I! AM!"

Finally the aura finished morphing, now resembling a giant humanoid whose figure eclipsed the entire planet.

"Sincoln!"

The aura mimicked Sincoln's movements as the creature cackled maniacally, with everybody on both Lisapolis and Planet Tokyo watching in horror.

"Watch in awe, inferiors!" Sincoln proclaimed, lifting his arm and pointing At the sky, the gisnt aura mimicking his movements. "This is but a mere fraction of the true power of God!"

Lincoln tried to take a step, but as soon as he set foot on the ground and put some force into it, a small crater was created, messing with the boys' balance.

"And now you get to see why it was necessary for me to stay inside you, Junior: even after upgrading the universe, you're still too strong. With me inside you, all the power held within you could be kept under control, but now that I'm out, you're pure, raw power," Sincoln explained, his tone dripping with mockery. "And now, you can't even move without threatening to tear the planet apart."

Sincoln narrowed his eyes. "There's nothing anybody can do to stop me now."

"That's what you think!"

From within the ground near Clyde, Proto-Lisa emerged, looking like a set of hexagons before rematerializing as herself, sporting folded arms and a confident grin.

"Come out to beg for mercy, Skinwalker?" Sincoln smirked. "I may consider it, but you've given me enough reason to destroy you along with this whole planet!"

Proto-Lisa snickered before bursting out laughing, just in time for some music to begin playing, coming from the spot where Lulu the idol was.

"What's so funny!?" Sincoln yelled.

"Beg for mercy? Why would I ever do that?!" Proto-lisa responded with a smug smile. "I got the thing to deal with you right here!"

Sincoln raised an eyebrow, and Proto-Lisa pointed at Clyde as she barked:

"Initiate Lincoln Buster protocol!"

Clyde raised an eyebrow before his eyes flickered, and he adopted a more dtilted set of movements. He turned to Sincoln as his eyes turned orange, initiating the Lincoln Buster mode again as a robotic voice said:

Analyzing, target.

Corruption status: Embodiment of Corruption.

Caste status: Casteless.

Character Class: Lincoln class.

"That thing again?" Sincoln asked, sounding slightly bored. "His eyes turned Orange, so what? He's still a Clyde; He's still beneath me!"

"The Lincoln Buster is no mere transformation, Sincoln!" Proto-Lisa responded, putting her hands on her hips. "It's a transformation built from the prototype reality to act as a counter against your unholy nature! It's a weapon designated to destroy you, Anti-God!"

Analysis complete.

All parameters met.

Sincoln leaned his arm back and clenched his fist, the aura repeating his movements once again.

"He better back up your bluff, otherwise, this entire planet is doomed!"

Sincoln launched a giant punch At the planet, gaining a fiery aura around the fist as it clashed with the atmosphere. Further panic ensued as Clyde kept staring at the fist, his limbs shaking as if he wanted to move, but couldn't, something that Lori's group quickly noticed.

"What are you waiting for, Clyde!?" Ronnie Anne exclaimed, banging the shield. "Get out of there!"

Chandler lowered his eyelids, while Lori turned her sight to Proto-Lisa, who barely glanced at her before turning her attention back to Sincoln.

"You'll be sorry you asked!" Proto-Lisa pointed at the aura. "Lincoln Buster! Show him what you're made of!"

Clyde finally moved; he aimed both of his arms at the fist, and turned them into arm cannons, which began charging rainbow energy as the fist came closer...

With one combined blast, the aura's giant arm was evaporated.

"No way," Lincoln and Ronnie Anne said in unison.

"Impossible!" Sincoln shouted.

Clyde promptly leapt from his spot and flew towards Sincoln, charging a rainbow blast in his cannon. Sincoln tried to smack him away, but Clyde teleported behind him that very moment, and shot the blast, destroying the aura as the unholy being was sent plummeting to the planet, creating an explosion nearly as big as one side of the planet itself.

This caused the planet to shake violently as Proto-Lisa grabbed her head and chuckled, blood coming out of her nostrils as she said:

"Well done, Lincoln Buster! That should've taught him a lesson!"

The prototype merged back into the floor, and then reformed near the crash site, with Clyde flying down soon afterwards.

"So, what do you think, Sincoln?" Proto-Lisa inquired to the crater. "Now will you bother to take him-"

The place began shaking once again.

"-seriously?"

Sincoln burst from the ground, screaming bloody murder as he prepared to lunge at Clyde, his very screech echoing across the planet...

And other planes of existence, it seemed.

"What the heck was that?!" Lynn exclaimed, trying to keep her balance. "Even I don't scream that badly when I lose a game!"

Harriet, who leaned near a wall, grimaced. "It can't be."

And that wasn't the only plane of existence to hear the screech: Stella and Cristina, in a place similar to Purgatory but with more red tones, looked at the heart-filled sky as the scream came and went.

"Master Cristina, do you think that-"

"I don't think, Stella, I know," Cristina crossed her legs. "The only person who could let out such a piercing scream is Lincoln. And if he's screaming that hard, something must be happening to him."

"Pardon me if this seems disrespectful, to you or him," Stella spoke, raising an eyebrow. "But is there really something that could cause God himself that much pain?"

Cristina slowly smiled. "Why don't you go find out yourself? I'm sure Fake Lisa would like to see you again."

Stella's eyes widened as she snapped at her master. "You can't be serious-"

Suddenly, she winced and clutched her chest, just in time to see Cristina with a hand raised, grabbing a living, beating heart tightly.

"Stella, we've already discussed the agreement behind your championship: I order, you listen. Understood?"

"Y-Yes... Master Cristina."

Cristina let go of the heart, which dissipated into light. "Then get going."

Stella took a deep breath, reached for her back and took out a bow and arrow. She aimed the arrow at the ground and shot it, opening a heart-shaped home which she jumped through afterwards.

And as she left, Cristina smirked.

"It's about time someone other than me saves his sorry ass."
