LOUD EATS: DIFFERENT KITKAT FLAVORS! (GUESS THAT FLAVOR CHALLENGE!) [PART 1]
"Welcome, everyone!" Lori began to speak and continued. "Welcome to another new segment where we try some of the best and the worst of them all, although we would love to know the taste of… Welcome to LOUD EATS!"
"Please welcome, Lisa and Lola!" Lori continued, introducing the aforementioned sisters, who were sitting in their respective chairs at the dinner table. "Lisa was just the last resort for this episode to happen, I'll admit that."
"It's because you're still facing severe flatulence difficulties since you're ineligible to get a feature at this show," Lisa explained the real cause nonchalantly.
Lori frowned but quickly changed her expression and faces the other participant. "Lola?"
"I think I'm prepared at eating sweets again, but I'm not sure if I can handle the taste of those candies…" The princess simply responded.
"Alright, so you'll be eating several flavors of KitKat Chocolate Bars!" Lori announced from her cue card.
"Which is not chocolate anymore!" Lola elaborated sharply. "BUT GIVE ME THOSE, I WANNA TRY!"
"Hold on for a second, Princess Sparkles. I can guarantee that we will taste different forms of flavors, from bitter to salty, or even spicy! Our taste buds might experience blackouts after what we have just eaten." Lisa reminds Lola about the different flavors that they might get. "Or put in short, our taste buds will be broken afterward!"
"Really?" Lola replied unwary. "I just care about the sweets, not my tongue. Although, I might use my newly-bought spray."
Lisa only shrugged.
"Okay, we only have ten different flavors since we're all out of luck on finding more online and also being limited as it is. Sounds good to you both?"
"Sounds good." Lola nodded, while Lisa agrees without saying anything.
"So, we would like you both to put on some blindfold because we will play a game! Just guess what flavor is it and if you are right, you'll gain one point. If you can't figure out what flavor it is, well, you'll have to find out soon what it is. First one to get six points is clearly the victor of this game or whoever scores the highest after ten flavors." Lori stated the game's rules clearly. "Do you guys understand that?"
Both young children nodded in understanding.
"Okay, we have the first flavor coming up, just wear the folds and we're gonna start the game!"
Flavor #1 – Strawberry Cheesecake
Both Lincoln and Lana serves up the mystery food inside of a cloche, they served it on both Lisa and Lola respectively.
"Okay, open it up!" Lori ordered.
Both participants obliviously grab their white chocolate bar, they hoist it up until they barely made it through their faces. But instinctively, Lisa smells the bar first.
"I can already what this is but it's better to judge one's filling than its smell."
"What is it though?" Lola asked, still finding the precision between her food and her nose.
"Not telling," Lisa replied while chewing, carefully observes the taste. "It's sweet but I think the main food isn't dominating when you taste it. Not the best, but I think it's decent."
"Oh…" Lola said as she sends the bar to her mouth. "Wow… I have never tasted this one so sweet, I think I have eaten this one before."
"I could be wrong but I can reckon."
"Lola? You have ideas now?" Lori asked.
"Yeah, sure," Lola answered.
"1… 2… 3… Guess!"
"Strawberry Cheesecake!" Lisa guessed.
"Strawberry…uhh… Vanilla?" Lola unsurely responded.
"Lisa's right. It is a Strawberry Cheesecake!" Lori unveiled the answer. "Lola, so close, but I know what you're talking about. I think that was ice cream, isn't it?"
"I think so…" Lola said, shrugging in the process. "That was alright."
Lisa – 1 | Lola – 0
Flavor #2 – Wasabi
"Okay, get those candies before it melts!" Lori ordered.
Both sisters grasp the light-green colored wafer and inhaled the aroma of the chocolate bar immediately.
"This is odd, is this even possible?" Lisa asked, sniffing the bar once again.
"I swear Lana would love to eat this," Lola said. "It smells green."
Lisa took a bite of the wafer until her lip curls in disgust. "Oh, holy moly, this is not what I'm expecting! And now it feels like I need water. Ouch, it's burning!"
"AHHHHHHHHHH!" Lola shrieked after eating a bar of the mysterious biscuit. "I NEED WATER!"
Lincoln and Lana assisted them subsequently to consume water over their hot tongues. After a minute has passed, they seemed to calm down after experiencing a heat-seeking taste test.
"Oh wow, that was just bad…" Lola said.
"I can concur over your statement, but I have the most obvious answer," Lisa said.
"Any guesses?" Lori said. "You can go guess the flavor."
"Wasabi!" Both participants answered in unison.
"That was correct!"
"How did you even got the flavor and its pronunciation?" Lisa asked curiously to Lola.
"I just read it on one of dad's cookbook, which was hidden… at his closet." Lola lately realized that she accidentally spills a tea, covering her mouth eventually.
"Alright, that was… fantastic, Lola." Lori replied, unsurely on what can she say to Lola about the bombshell as she muttered. "Wow, she really is still a snitch."
"I HEAR THAT!" Lola loudly barked.
Lisa – 2 | Lola - 1
Flavor #3 – Soda Drink
"Okay, lift those candy bars up now!" Lori said.
Lisa inhales the possible fragrance of the current candy bar, which was colored in blue.
"Uh-huh."
"Okay, this smells like a drink or like a gum." Lola assumed, continues to inhale more aroma of the candy as she eats it. "Uh-huh, I was right."
"It tastes bland than I thought it would be, chocolate bars don't have to be this disgraceful."
"You have any guesses?" Lori asked them, which both complied with a nod. "Okay, guess the flavor!"
"Bubblegum!" Lola answered.
"Gummy Bears?" Lisa presumed.
"Guys, it's a Soda Drink," Lori announced, both competitors were in disbelief after finding out the real answer.
"Really?! I was also right! You should give me a half point!" Lola responded with a protest.
"But you didn't say 'drink', Lola." Lori reminded Lola.
Lola growled. "I was also half-right!"
"That was so enthralling! I got bamboozled!" Lisa added.
Lisa – 2 | Lola - 1
Flavor #4 – Strawberry
"Okay, go!" Lori ordered.
Both young girls snuffle the light-pink colored bar, both to their judgment, they found the smell very appealing to their smelling senses.
"Wow! This is what I've been waiting for!" Lola excitedly launches her bar inside and chews it slowly, savoring the flavor, humming to the great taste of the wafer. "This is the best one so far!"
"This is splendid! All I can say is, I thought they bought in packs so I can consume it." Lisa said. "I'd better find that pack before Lola does."
"What? I didn't say anything about that."
"Alright, people. Make a guess." Lori said.
"STRAWBERRY!" Both young Louds answered simultaneously, continues eating the remaining bar.
"That was the right answer, both got one point to their bag," Lori replied.
"Wonderful flavor," Lola said dreamily, sighing hazily.
"Savory…" Lisa added.
Lisa – 3 | Lola – 2
Flavor #5 – Soy Sauce
"Okay, pick those handles," Lori said.
Lola smelled the wafer first, followed by Lisa, who continues to inhale any possible scent from the current savory.
"I wonder what this is… and I thought I smell something…" Lola said, taking a bite of the white-colored bar.
"Okay, this one's a measly salty, like it has some sweets fused on it, but it's salty," Lisa said. "I hope there's no salt of everyone added in here, 'coz I'll be trouble."
"What is that even taste? I can barely taste anything sweet." The princess took another bite as she slowly chews the content. "This is so weird."
"You got answers?" Lori asked.
"I think so?" Lola answered unsurely. "I guess I'll try."
"Willing to take the gamble," Lisa added.
"Your answers are…" Lori said.
"Sauce?" Lola guessed.
"Salt?" Lisa followed.
"So close, but it's Soy Sauce!" Lori revealed the answer. "Lola, you don't get any point of that, even half of it. You're not being specific at all!"
Lola let out a thunderous groan. "Why am I being cheated?!"
"No, nothing's cheating, Lola!" Lori countered.
"That was… intriguing. Soy sauce? I swear I can sense a hint of English breakfast in there." Lisa said, finding a new remark over the flavor.
Lisa – 3 | Lola – 2
Flavor #6 – Matcha (Green Tea)
"Time for number six, go!" Lori exclaimed.
"Oh, goodness. I can smell the fragrance from two feet." Lisa said, noticing the unusual aroma of their chocolate bar. "It smells pleasant as well."
"It smells…" Lola sniffs again to reassure her description was right. "…wonderful! I can tell it's one of those green plants…"
Both children serve their wafer into their mouths to munch the delicacy.
"Oh… Wow…" Lola said while munching, carefully indulges the taste of the sweet bar. "It's strong… and sweet?"
"This is subtly great! Now I know why this one's on the top of their favorites." Lisa added.
"So, you actually know this one?" Lori asked Lisa.
"Affirmative."
"Got answers, Lola?"
"I think so?" Lola answered thoughtlessly.
"Okay, say your answers… now!" Lori cried.
"It's tea." Lola simply answered.
"It's called Matcha, or in English, Green Tea." Lisa followed with extra details.
"Lisa's correct." Lori declared the scientist as the round victor. "You still don't get any points of that, Lola."
Because of how unspecific she is, she is starting to get frustrated all over this matter as she cried upsettingly and held her head.
"I wish I could read more from Dad's cookbook…" Lola mumbled.
"Still a tattle-tale, I see," Lori responded from Lola's remark, which made her recoiled a bit when Lola hissed menacingly.
Lisa – 4 | Lola – 2
Flavor #7 – Citrus Golden Blend
"Two more for Lisa, three for Lola. Time to get complicated with the next flavor… and GO!" Lori declared.
Lisa hummed when she approaches the lemon-colored wafer to her nose. "Okay, this is way too simple to figure."
"I think it is, but I'm still not sure," Lola replied, agreeing to Lisa's statement.
As they lunge the sweets into their mouth to make a keen observation of the mysterious bar. Lola curled her lip when she took a bite.
"Okay… this one is sweet, is this even acceptable? I think I know what it is."
"This is unexpectedly befitting despite being a candy material, we all know what this is, right?" Lisa added.
"Okay, lock your answers now," Lori said.
"Orange!" Lola exclaimed her guess.
"Lemon and lime?" Lisa said afterward and quickly realized. "Oh, so that's how the delicacy was tangy. Good thinking."
"Thanks?" Lola receives the compliment unconfidently.
"All of your guesses are right!" Lori announced.
"Really?" Both participants reacted in unison.
"But on the cue card says that it is called Citrus Golden Blend, it consists of Orange, Lime, and Lemon. So, no one gets a point for this round."
Both children groaned in response.
"Dang it," Lola muttered under her breath.
Lisa – 4 | Lola – 2
Flavor #8 – Sweet Potato
"You can pick it up now," Lori said.
Both girls clutch the golden-colored wafer into their grasps. But to no avail, they cannot smell anything from this flavor.
"Okay, that was a letdown," Lola said, noticing that there were no hints of scent from this puzzling confectionery as she sends the content inside. "No smell means no clue."
"Uh-huh…" Lisa only replied when she chewed a bit of the bar. "This one is one of those sweet tastes that I can't recall its description."
"Oh, I think I know what it is," Lola said. "It reminded me of how Dad shared this with us."
"Got any answers?" Lori asked.
"Got one."
Lisa swallowed the remnants of the wafer and replied. "Still unsure but I go for broke."
"Say your answers now." Lori signaled.
"Sweet potato!" Lola cried.
"Potato?" Lisa said undecidedly.
"Talking about the turning tables, Lola got the correct answer! It is Sweet Potato." Lori revealed the answer. "Sorry Lisa, cannot take your answer."
"I swear that these technicalities really irk me," Lisa said, was not showing signs of any emotion. "But that's fine."
Lisa – 4 | Lola – 3
Flavor #9 – Purple Sweet Potato
"Lola has a chance of taking the lead if she can answer this one and the next flavor. So, let's take those chocolate bars on your hands." Lori said.
The taste-testers grab their purple-colored wafer and began smelling the candy bar.
"Still has no smell. What's up with these guys?" Lola said, noticing that there is no scent still on their current wafer. "Let's see…"
"I'm not sure how to put this but…" Lisa said as she swallowed the contents into her throat. "One of my nitpicks about this one is that too much sugar on a wafer is an easy-to-go to gulp in. I cannot indulge that much sugar despite being a sugar connoisseur."
"I think I got it."
"Alright, drop your guesses now!" Lori announced.
"Yam?" Lisa answered unsurely.
"It's…uhhh… Sweet Potato, but a purple!" Lola said confidently.
"Lola's correct again," Lori announced.
"Yes!" Lola reacted happily, swinging her fist in the air. "I thought that was the same taste like the last one but it's more sugary."
"Uh-huh, you got me on that one, sister. Impressive." Lisa responded, praising Lola's knowledge.
"Eh, that was just a lucky guess. Didn't know there was a food named yam." Lola shrugged.
Lisa – 4 | Lola – 4
Flavor #10 - Cheese
"Okay, Lisa needs to answer this correctly, so she can win this game; or otherwise, it's a draw!" Lori announced the stats of the game. "For the final flavor, take it and win it!"
Both girls quickly pick up the candy bar to settle the final score for the victory. Once again, the smell did not come until they took a bite from the gold-colored wafer, in which they grimaced in distaste.
"Gyaahhh!" Lola almost retched from the unexpected pungency of the flavor. "This… is… the… worst… flavor ever!"
"Dear, dear, dear, too much astringent… I think I know what it is… it's clearly obvious." Lisa said between her coughs. "This is misery!"
"I think I know this one as well," Lola said, coughing after swallowing the content. "The taste never left me!"
"Alright, for the win, go!" Lori announced.
"CHEESE!" Both answered concurrently and both cringed at the aftermath of the taste.
"THAT WAS CORRECT! YOU BOTH WON!" Lori announced loudly. "CONGRATULATIONS!"
Now a retching sound roared upon Lola and Lisa as they covered their mouth when their gag reflexes kicked in. Both of them raced towards their only bathroom to hear the awful sounds of vomiting upstairs. Much to the dismay of Lori, she wanted to end the video quickly.
She cringed and set her face in front of the camera. "I think that was the final touch to this edition of LOUD EATS! This is Lori! And don't forget to like, share, and subscribe to us for more content! We will see you soon!" She waved but quickly realized that the vomiting fever continues.
The sound was so contagious that even Lori wanted to release her remnants on her mouth, she quickly covered her mouth, blocking the barf over her mouth while her eyes teared up. Because of how ridiculous the taste of barf, she immediately sprints off to the bathroom to hear a third gagging sound to end the video.
