"Yuzu!" Yuya calls out as he runs up to her with Gongenzaka and Sawtari. "Yuya! Yuya, you're okay!" Yuzu responds, but Yuya immediately grabs her by the wrist "Don't worry about me" He tell her and pulls her along. "H-Hey! Where are we going?" Yuzu asked. "To the harbor! My Dad is over there!" Yuya tells her. "Huh? Sir Yusho is?!" Yuzu surprised.
On the boat to Academia "Asuka…This is far enough, you should get off" Yusho tells her. "No, I will go with you as well, Teacher" Asuka refuses. "I'll be fine on my own. I will convince Leo Akaba" Yusho reassures her. "I already told you that won't happen. I won't let you make it to Academia" Dennis reminds them. Yusho and Asuka look to the side in shock. "Well done deceiving me back there…I won't let you get away again" Dennis comments.
Yuzu, Yuya, Gongenzaka and Sawatari all reach the pier just in time to see the boat halfway to the horizon. "Damn it! We didn't make it?" Sawatari curses. "Is Sir really on that boat?!" Yuzu asked Yuya. "Yes, he should be" Yuya replies. "We should still be able to catch it!" Yuzu states as she turns around and runs. "How are we to do that?!" Sawatari asked. "I'm going to look for a boat!" Yuzu points out. "A boat?" Sawatari asked. "A fishing boat or a motorboat, anything will do. There should be one that can take us there!" Gongenzaka agrees. He then runs off as well, while Yuya looks at the ship.
Seagulls fly past "If you want a Duel, then I'll face you" Asuka states. "Stay out of this, traitor. I'll turn you into a card after this. But before that I'm going to finish things with Teacher" Dennis replies. "You ran away from me last time, but this time, we're surrounded by the sea. You have nowhere to run. So with that, you'll accept, won't you, Teacher?" He tells Yusho and Yusho narrows his eyes. "I will be the one to Duel you!" Kaito declares. "Kaito!" Yusho surprised to see his student. "Who are you?" Dennis asked. "I came here in Shun's stead to save Yuto" Kaito declares. "You're that Kaito? Teacher's other disciple…Kurosaki's friend…." Dennis muses. "You will lead me to Yuto after I defeat you" Kaito warns Dennis. "Lose? Me?" Dennis incredulous. "There's no way I'd do that! After all aren't you from a world that's under Academia's control?" he points out.
"We are not under their control! Academia has laid down their arms, and now they're currently helping the Xyz Dimension with reparations. Under Edo Phoenix's orders" Kaito replies. "Edo did?!" Yusho surprised. "Yes, in a Duel with your acquaintance, Yuzu, Edo's heart opened. And she also reminded me of the importance of my comrades. That's why I will fight you. In order to bring back Shun's best friend!" Kaito explains. "I see" Dennis replies. "So simply put, Edo got deceived by Yuzu and betrayed us. How pathetic" He laments. "Yuzu..." Yusho whispers and then smiles. "Fine then, I'll fight you!" Dennis agrees. "I like the idea of crushing one of teacher's disciples in front of him" He comments angrily. "And while we're at it...We'll have not only Teacher, but the passengers on this cruise watch as well! A splendid Entertainment Duel between the two disciples of Yusho Sakaki!" Dennis suggests as he backs away. "Are you sure about this?" Asuka asked. "Yes. Watching this is also a teacher's duty" Yusho replies. "So now then everyone, we have a rare show you've never seen before! I hope you enjoy it on this gorgeous stage we've prepared for you! The name of it is: The Entertainment Duel Show!" Dennis tells everyone. "Entertainment?" A bald man with confused. "They're having a show with Duelling?" a Woman asked. "What's he talking about?" a young man wonders. "The competitors will be two disciples taught by the greatest entertainer of this generation, Yusho Sakaki! Me, Dennis and…The greatest hell, Kaito!" Dennis declares. "Who's the heel here?!" Kaito annoyed. "Quit screwing around!" He warns Dennis, activating his Duel Disk. "How rude!" Dennis complains. "Are you sure you're Yusho Sakaki's disciple?" He asked. "You won't be able to make anyone smile with a scary face like that!" He tells Kaito. "Enough talk!" Kaito tells Dennis. "Then, let's begin shall we?" Dennis agrees, snapping his fingers. "DUEL!" Dennis and Kaito cry out.
"Allow me to start us off with a flashy opening" Dennis states. "My turn! I, using the Scale 2 Performage Bubble Gardna and the Scale 5 Performage Candy Crafter, Set the Pendulum Scale!" Dennis declares. "With this, I'm able to simultaneously Summon monsters from Levels 3 to 4" He states. "Pendulum Summon! Come forth, my monster! First off is, Performage Hat Tricker! (ATK: 1100) Next up is Performage Flame Eater!" Dennis chants (ATK: 1200). "This is just like last time, two Level 4 monsters!" Asuka observes. "It seems our return viewers have already guessed it! My Duelling isn't complete without his presence!" Dennis agrees. "I Overlay my Level 4 Hat Tricker and Flame Eater!" he declares. "The show must go on! Artisan of the air, swing across the stage with grace! Xyz Summon! Come forth! Rank 4! Performage Trapeze Magician!" Dennis chants (ATK: 2500). This attracts the attention of the passengers. "I end my turn here" Dennis said. "It's your turn next" He states. "Make sure to make it as exciting!" He tells Kaito.
"My turn" Kaito declares and draws. "When I don't control a monster and there is a monster Special Summoning from my opponent's Extra Deck on the field, I can Special Summon Cipher Twin Raptor from my hand!" Kaito states (ATK: 1600). "Next, I Summon Cipher Wing from my hand! (ATK: 1400). By Releasing it, I activate its effect! I increase Twin Raptor's Level by 4! " He declares (Twin Raptor's LV: 8). "This monster can be treated as two Xyz Materials" Kaito explains. "I Overlay my now Level 8 Twin Raptor!" He declares. "Galaxy shining in the darkness, embody the demon of revenge and become my very servant! Xyz Summon! Descend now! Rank 8! Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon!" Kaito chants (ATK: 3000). The crowd were quite impressed "Very nice!" Dennis agrees. "That demon of revenge bit has a nice ring to it! Fits your heel role perfectly! If you attack with that you'll be able to destroy my Trapeze Magician, but, but that alone would be boring as an Entertainment Duel, wouldn't it? You need to do something more that will shock everyone!" He comments.
"Then just as you stole Yuto, I will steal your monster from you!" Kaito warns him. "I use one of Ciper Dragon's Overlay Units and activate its effect! Cipher Projection!" He declares. "I negate Trapeze Magician's monster effect until the End Phase, and take control of it! Then it becomes Cipher Dragon" Katio explains. Trapeze Magician moves to Katio's side of the field, and light surrounds it, taking the form of Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon (ATK: 3000). "Wow! This is amazing! To think you changed how it looks too!" Dennis impressed. "But now you don't have a monster to attack anymore...Huh? Wait! I'm the target attack!" he realizes. "Battle! I attack you directly with my first Cipher Dragon! Cipher Stream of Eradication!" Kaito declares. "When my opponent declares a direct attack, I can Special Summon Performage String Figure from my hand! You'll be battle him!" Dennis responded (ATK: 0). Instead of being destroyed, it redirects the light stream to explode as fireworks in the sky, wowing the crowd. "Feast your eyes! String Figure cannot be destroyed in battle and makes the damage from it 0!" Dennis tells the crowd. The crowd cheers "And at this moment I activate the Pendulum Effect of the currently set Candy Crafter. Increasing my life by 1000!" Dennis declares, which showers him with candy that transforms into energy (Dennis's LP: 5000). "This effect can be only activate when my opponent controls a monster with greater ATK then an "Performage" monster I control" Dennis explains. "That was a lifesaver! If you had attack Trapeze Magician without using you effect, I would've been in trouble! Thanks to that, our audience is loving this!" he admits. "I set one card and end my turn. At this moment, Cipher Dragon's effect ends, and Trapeze Magician's control is returned to its owner" Kaito states. "Welcome home, Trapeze Magician" Dennis said (ATK: 2500). "Now's when the real deal starts!" He states. "I'll use all the power I have to make Teacher and the audience, have the most fun they've ever had!" Dennis states and he smiles nastily.
"My turn!" Dennis declares and draws. "I Summon Performage Damage Juggler from my hand!" He declares (ATK: 1500). "And I activate String Figure's monster effect" Dennis states. "When this card is used as Material, I can perform a Fusion Summon without a Fusion Card!" He explains. "The cards I fuse are Damage Juggler and String Figure!" Dennis declares. "Pain-manipulating acrobat! Merge with the formless strings, become a new witch that swings through the air! Fusion Summon! Come forth! Level 7! Performage Trapeze Witch!" He chants (ATK: 2400). "You finally get to meet your, Trapeze Magician. With this we're at our strongest!" Dennis comments. "I use one of Trapeze Magician's Overlay Units and activate its monster effect!" He declares. "With this Trapeze Magician can attack twice this turn!" Dennis states. "I see. After all that talk, you're just going to lower Cipher Dragon's attack and finish it with multiple attacks from Trapeze Magician. Is that really all you're going for?" Kaito notes. "Correct!" Dennis agrees. "As expected of Yusho Sakaki's disciple!" He notes. "If you know that much, you must have a counter ready, right?" Dennis whispers. "Trap Card, open! With Cipher Dragon as my target I activate my Trap Card: Cipher Deterrent!" Kaito declares. "With its effect, Cipher Dragon cannot be destroyed this turn, and at the end of the Battle Phase its ATK is doubled!" He explains.
"Woah! That trap is amazing!" Dennis gasped. "Well, that's what I say as I pretend to be surprised…This is all within my calculations!" He states. "What?!" Kaito asked. "You're the wanted man Kaito, after all. There's plenty of info on you in Academia's database" Dennis points out. "After seeing you Duel data this whole Duel has been going as I planned" He comments. Kaito was furious "So you've been dancing in the palm of my hand!" Dennis claims. "I use the remaining Overlay Unit of Trapeze Magician, and make Trapeze Witch can attack twice!" He said. "Now then, behold this graceful aerial swinging show!" He tells his audience. Both "Trapeze" monsters leap into the sky and swing from their staffs "Look at this perfectly in sync monsters fly through the air!" Dennis asked his audience.
"First I attack Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon with Trapeze Magician!" Dennis declares. "At this moment I activate Trapeze Witch's effect!" He states. "When an "Performage" monster battles it lowers my opponent's monsters by 600!" He explains and Trapeze Witch releases a burst of stars that reduce the ATK of Galaxy-Eyes (Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon's ATK: 2400). "Go! Trapeze Magician!" Dennis said and the attack of Trapeze Magician connects with a square kick in the chin to Cipher Dragon. "Due to Cipher Deterrent's effect, Cipher Dragon is not destroyed!" Kaito reminds Dennis. "But you will take the damage!" Dennis counters (Kaito's LP: 3900). "A simple 100 damage shouldn't hurt,much less itch. That's to be expected though" Dennis notes. "But the second won't be like that" he sinisterly wonders. "Go! The second attack, Trapeze Magician!" He declares and Trapeze Magician let go of its staff to lock wrists with Trapeze Witch, launching another kick and reducing the ATK of Galaxy-Eyes (Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon's ATK: 1800). "It got lowered by 600 again from Trapeze Witch's effect!" Asuka gasped. "And even though it avoids its destruction it will take the damage….700 of it!" Dennis tells Kaito (Kaito's LP: 3200). "There's still more to come Next I'm attacking with Trapeze Witch! And of course with its effect Cipher Dragon's ATK is lowered by 600 again!" Dennis states. The crowd gasp in wonder as the ATK of Cipher Dragon falls another 600 (Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon's ATK: 1200). "Trapeze Witch's ATK is 2400, and the number you get after subtracted Cipher Dragon's 1200 ATK from it…Is simple enough to figure out, right? The damage you'll take is 1200!" Dennis states. Trapeze Witch kicks off Galaxy-Eyes and releases a burst of hearts that blast both it and Katio backwards screaming (Kaito's LP: 2000). Asuka and Yusho both gasp in horror as Kaito struggles to his feet and glares at Dennis in rage. "Nice, very nice!" Dennis praise. "That angry and frustrated face gives me chills" he claims. Trapeze Witch backflips from grasping the wrists of Trapeze Magician and grabs her own staff. "But I wonder how much longer you'll be able to glare at me with those eyes…" Dennis wonders. "Enough of your talk! Your attack isn't over yet! Hurry up and come at me!" Katio tells Dennis. "Then as you wish…" Dennis said. "Let's perform our final consecutive attack, Trapeze Witch! Attack Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon!" He declares. Trapeze Witch" somersaults from her staff "At this moment, Cipher Dragon's ATK is lowered by 600 (Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon's ATK: 600). And Kaito, the damage you will take is…1800!" Dennis explains and Trapeze Witch kicks off it, causing an explosion of light to fling Katio to the edge of the ship (Kaito's LP: 200). "I end my turn here" Dennis said and he and his monsters take a bow. "Due to Cipher Deterrent's effect, Cipher Dragon's ATK is doubled at the End Phase" Kaito reminds Dennis (Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon's ATK: 1200). Kaito struggles back up.
"My…My turn!" Kaito weakly declares and he draws Sayaka's Little Fairy. "This is Sayaka's…? The will of my comrades? So they will guide me to newer heights" Kaito wonders. "I will fight with the will that my comrades entrusted to me!" He declares as he remembers Shun, Sayaka and Allen. "Comrades, huh?" Dennis whispers and he smiles in regret. "I Summon Little Fairy!" Kaito said (ATK: 800). "That's Sayaka's card!" Yusho recognize. "Little Fairy?! That card wasn't in his data!" Dennis shocked. "Isn't it boring having a Duel that follows your data?" Kaito asked. "What?!" Dennis said. "Let me borrow your words, It's entertainment when you surprise everyone! You should enjoy an unpredictable Duel!" Kaito tells Dennis. "I can increase Little Fairy's Level by sending one card from my hand to the Graveyard. The card I will send to the Graveyard is Cipher Etranger!" Kaito states (Little Fairy's LV: 4). "And when Cipher Etranger is sent to the Graveyard, I can add one Rank-Up-Magic Card to my hand!" He explains and he adds Rank-Up-Magic Cipher Ascension to his hand. "I activate Rank-Up-Magic Cipher Ascension!" Kaito declares. "With Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon as its target I Xyz Summon a Cipher Xyz Monster one Rank higher!" he states. He overlays the Rank 8 Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon, which disappears into an Overlay Network of pure light "Rank up: Xyz Change! Galaxy shining in the darkness…Release your light unchanging for all eternity and create a path to the future! Descend now! Rank 9! Neo Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon!" Kaito chants (ATK: 4500). The three-headed Galaxy-Eyes appears "Rank 9?!" Yusho shocked. "W-Wow!" Asuka gasped. Dennis gasped in shocked.
"Due to being Xyz Summon by Cipher Ascension's effect its ATK is increase by 500!" Kaito explains (Neo Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon's ATK: 5000). "An ATK of 5000!" A man states. "What a powerful monster!" An Women exclaims. "I use all of Neo Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon's Overlay Units and activate its monster effect! Cipher Super Projection!" Kaito declares. "I gain control of all my opponent's monsters with their effects negated! And all of them become Neo Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragons!" He explains. Both Trapeze Magician and Trapeze Witch transfer to Kaito's field, becoming cloaked in light that takes the form of Neo Cipher Dragon (ATK: 5000x2), thoroughly impressing the crowd. "But that's all for show! You can't attack directly with the monsters you've taken! So all that can attack me are your original two monsters, even if you attack me with your 5000 ATK Neo Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon and you 800 ATK Little Fairy…With my Bubble Gardna's Pendulum Effect I can halve the damage I take!" Dennis states. "So you think even with my monsters' attack, you'll have some LP left?" realize. "That's right!" Dennis confirm.
"I wonder about that" Kaito asked and smiles, much to Dennis's shock. "I activate the Continuous Spell: Cipher Interference from my hand!"Kaito states. "I attack directly with Neo Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon!" He declares. "With Cipher Interference, when two or more "Cipher" monsters I control battle, one of their ATKs is doubled until the battle ends" Kaito explains (Neo Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon's ATK: 10000). "An ATK of 10000…" Dennis gasped. "Go! Neo Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon! Cipher Stream of Eradication!" Kaito orders and Neo Galaxy-Eyes blasts a massive light stream at Dennis, who can only gasp in shock as he is blasted off his feet (Dennis's LP: 0). Neo Galaxy-Eyes fades, as does Kaito's Duel Disk blade.
The crowd watch in a shocked silence, and Dennis can't even bring himself to say anything until Yusho begins clapping and the crowd join in. "Damn it…I lost no once, but twice to those guys from the Xyz Dimension…!" Dennis curse as sits up and Yusho walks over to him "What are you doing?" He asked Dennis. "It would be rude of you to wait any longer to reply to this audience's applause" Yusho states. Dennis closes his eyes with a smile "Applause is for winner. It has nothing to do with me who lost" He replies. "Sheeesh…That's because you've never lost before, isn't it?" Yusho mutters. Dennis looks up at him in confusion. "Dennis, this applause is for you and Kaito. You both made all these people smile. It was a great show" Yusho tells him. He then offer his hand to Dennis "Come with me….With you, we'll be able to make plenty more people smile! We can change Academia!" Yusho tells him. Dennis's shoulders shake "I can't do that!" He replies. He leaps to his feet and wards Yusho off "I betrayed Yuzu and Kurosaki. I can't return to being friends with them now" Dennis lament. "You-!" Katio exclaims as he advances on Dennis. "Don't worry! I will tell you where Yuto is. And the other boy Yugo too" Dennis reassure him as he backs to the prow of the ship. "Yugo is the boy Rin was searching for…" Asuka remembers. "The two of them are in two towers. Yugo is in Academia's East Tower. Yuto is at the top of the West Tower!" Dennis reveals as he backs away and Yusho pursues him, Kaito gasp "With that I can no longer return to Academia either. Since I told you the Professor's greatest secret" Dennis laments. "I pray that you can save both of them" He reassures them. "When you see Yuzu tell her this, the days I spent with her as Lancers truly were fun" Dennis asked Yusho.
With that, Dennis turns his Duel Disk on his wrist so that it points at himself. "You-! What are you?!" Kaito asked in horror as Yusho and Asuka gasp in shock. "It's an illusion! The final Entertainment I'll show you! Your applause please, as I change this body of mine into a card!" Dennis declares. "Stop it!" Kaito screams "Dennis!" Yusho cries. But it was too late, Dennis activated the function of his Duel Disk, he backflips off the ship's prow, and he vanishes in a flash of purple light. A glowing card flutters through the air and Yusho catches it and closes his eyes sadly
Back at the pier "Guys! How did it go?" Yuzu asked as she meets up with Sawatari and Gongenzaka. "No luck here" Gongenzaka replies. "Yeah, no chance at all" Sawatari mutters. "They're all out this way too!" Yuya laments as he joins them. "Maybe there aren't any boats left that can take us?" Sawatari wonders and a shadow fall over him. "Y-You're-!" Gongenzaka when he saw Yuri standing over them. "Yuri!" Yuzu happily said. "There is a boat! Follow me!" Yuri tells them.
