Chapter 37: Love Will Always Find A Way

Purpledolpin05: Happy New Year (2020), also wow this story was written since 2017, the plot was long and the writing process took me longer than expected over the last…3 years. Anyways, here is a new chapter (focusing on some of the ships this time: friendships/romance, see it how you want). Also it's January 5th by the time I'm posting this, so it will also mark January's 5th birthday as of 2020 (in this story she's still 2 since GLR2 happens in 2017). Back to the review shout outs: -

To The GreatGodzilla: Thanks for the review. I haven't actually had a lot of chances lately to watch donghua or anime lately. Hhm I am not sure about Jordan yet since it is possible that her mom is Eden, Genie's girlfriend from the animation series of Aladdin, so I think of her as a cross between being a mythical being and a human++. I don't think Tracy or Jones have ever questioned karma based on the experiences they had gained over years. They weren't bullied a lot but were often ostracized by their peers due to their behavior. I've seen Descendants 3, and I don't think I will be making Hades as Mal's dad (it just doesn't seem to add up) since if Mal is a demigoddess she might outlive everyone else she knows. I'm not sure since god powers and having superpowers/magic seem to be different things but god powers for me seems to be the most elite/superior of other magic. I'm still drafting the third story, but I will keep your idea in mind, although I feel like I will be playing the story slightly closer to the movie's plotline. I think for Azlan he could be a role at inspiring Isle kids/Auradon kids to come out of their shells and not be ashamed of who they are. (Azlan is a transgender man, so he can help confused and troubled kids about how to embrace their sense of individuality. Yes, in my story Evie has German and some Latin ancestry/bloodline (Dakota's father is of Latin bloodline, and I headcannon Snow White and Evil Queen of German ancestry). I want Chad to be a better person/grow to be better and Tracy plays a role in helping him, since she is a better confidante to him and cares for him. In my stories/AU, Hades and Persephone are still married but he is imprisoned while she spends half her time restoring peace for the Underworld/raising her kids (except Hadie who has split custody of his folks, I think he is the only kid of the Isle who gets to visit his mom and siblings during winter/autumn) but they are still very much married and they have kids long before Mal was born. I guess for Belle/Beast, they get tehir redemption arc by being supportive of Tracy's Isle Reformation Program idea as compared to actual movies where they are depicted as lacking empathy to the Isle conditions (I love both of them, but I noticed a few of the fans seem to dislike Beast)

Disclaimer: I do not own Disney Descendants or any of the other mentioned Disney characters, all rights belong to their original owners. I only own my Original Characters and the plot of the story while The Malaysian Dream owns her Original Characters (the Isle tweens). Hope you will enjoy this chapter.

[Jay's P.O.V.]

So its ROAR fencing practice again, and I'm not sure how I'm gonna face Jones knowing that he is probably as upset at me as Feisty is.

But there is a chance that Feisty might come over today. She never misses out on watching Jones practice fencing. If I get to see her, I'm gonna tell her the truth and ask her out to the Cotillion.

I walked into the amphitheater where we usually held fencing practice as I blew the whistle as everyone started to gather.

"Alright everyone, bring it in."

I looked around to see if Jones was around. Sure enough, he was here; but he was practicing stabbing one of the practice dummies.

"Jones, it's practice time." Aziz called over to Jones.

"Fine." Jones nodded before he took one last glance at the practice dummy and stabbed a knife right into the chest.

I gulped a little, because this side of Jones would just say he is in a really bad mood right now

"Hey, where's Chad?" Carlos asked.

"He's running a bit late." Calvin Charming responded, after texting his brother.

"Why are you still here, I thought you quit." Emmerich asked.

"Oh I am, but I'm not missing out on watching Jones making everyone else cry." Calvin pushed up his glasses with a smirk.

"Guys, you would NEVER believe what I just heard from Ally. She told me she heard from Jordan Genie that Chad was last seen in Tracy's room. He left looking pretty cheerful." Matthew Hatter told us in a cheerful tone. Ugh why did he have to be a nosy gossiper?

Some of the cheerleaders were whispering the new information in excitement.

"Wait, did you just say Chad was in MY F-Friend's room?" I felt my blood boiling.

"Oh Jay, you must be SO jealous right now. I mean considering you really like Tracy, and her with other guys just irritate you." Taylor made a comment.

"Why would he be smiling? Normally when he leaves my sister's room he is bruised and beaten up." Jones questioned.

"Hi, sorry I'm late." Chad ran in at the exact moment.

What did he do to/with Feisty? Did he hurt her? (Nah, unlikely, she's the one who would hurt him) Why does he look happy?

I decided not to lose my cool right now and focus mainly on announcing the results of last week's ROAR tryouts.

"As you all know, I come from the Isle, right, and things are pretty whack there." I began my speech.

"Pretty sure whack isn't a word. Or an adjective." Emmerich piped in, correcting me.

"Or stabby." Jones nodded.

"Stabby isn't an adjective, Jones." Carlos interrupted.

"It is for me, C-Dog." Jones grinned. Some of the guys took a step back from Jones.

"Back to my point, but there is one thing the Isle's got on Auradon: if you're strong, we want you on our side, Girl or Boy." I told them.

"Excuse me?" Chad seemed shocked by my announcement.

"Yes, you are excused." Jones nodded as he interrupted Chad, everyone else tried not to laugh at Jones's comment.

"Jay, hold on. We can't just break the rules here in Auradon." Chad told me.

"Speak the truth Jay, gender doesn't define bravery." Jones gave me a cheer.

"That just might be the first time you ever said something nice to Jay." Carlos blinked, surprised.

"I have my moments, C-Dog." Jones winked over.

I took out the rulebook, before turning to the page with the guidelines and rules for our fencing team.

"The team shall be comprised with a captain and 8 men. So give it up to your new team captain." I gestured as Lonnie walked in. Aziz had the brightest smile on his face when he saw his girlfriend.

"Hi everyone." Lonnie waved, before she bowed her head and I put the team whistle over her head.

"Oh, hell to the no." Jones didn't seem too happy about Lonnie.

"Ok so as you all know, there is another spot open for our team, and I've decided to put my younger sister Tracy in the team." Lonnie announced. This was decided by both Lonnie and I even before I decided to step down.

"I already have ONE sister who is speeding up my aging process, I don't want my other one to nag my ears off." Jones made a sarcastic exclamation as everyone laughed.

"Alright, now everyone, huddle up…Where is Tracy?" Lonnie looked around.

"Avoiding you." Jones replied bluntly.

"She's skipping out today." Chad added.

Everyone started to bow to Lonnie the new captain. Chad was hesitant but complied.

"Ok I'll admit, you'd make a decent captain." Chad gave a compliment before he started to bow.

"Wow my sis must've really talked some senses into Chad if he's changing his behavior." Jones whispered to Carlos.

"Fine, everyone, give me ten push-ups." Lonnie declared as she blew the whistle.

"I hate you, Lon." Jones grumbled as he joined the joined us to do the push-ups.

"Nice form, Aziz." Lonnie winked at Aziz. Aziz hid a blush and returned Lonnie a confidant smile.

"Are you just saying this just because you and Aziz are practically a married couple?" Jones raised a hand as he asked. "just put a ring on it."

"JONES!" Aziz and Lonnie yelled, blushing red.

"What? I'm known to be brutally honest." Jones grinned as he continued his pushups.

After doing pushups and practicing fencing for an hour, practice has ended.

"Alright, practice is over." Lonnie blew the whistle as she announced the disperse of team practice.

I looked around, hoping to catch a glimpse of Feisty. She didn't show up.

"Hey Jay?" Lonnie walked up to me before she gave me a smile. "I can't wait to tell my mom all her kids made it to the team."

"C'mon Lonnie, we're gonna be late for our fitting appointment with Evie." Aziz called out as he waved over.

"Coming, Zi. See ya later Jay, hope things will work out between you and my sister." Lonnie gave me a weak smile as she left with her boyfriend.

"You sure you're ok going to the Cotillion solo?" I overheard Carlos talking to Jones.

"Totally, I'm not looking for a relationship at the moment. Plus, who else could be kinder to me than me." Jones nodded.

"Hey Jay, look I just want you to know that there is absolutely nothing going on between Tracy and I." Chad approached me.

"Oh, you can tell I was jealous?" I raised an eyebrow.

"Nah, Jones pointed out to me while Lonnie set me and him up to spar." Chad shrugged.

"Tracy and I used to be friends until I bullied Jones and ruined our friendship. But all I ever did was talked things out with her. Plus, she isn't my type and she made it clear that I am definitely not her type either." Chad teased before I rolled my eyes.

"So what did she say to made things clear?" I asked.

"She said that if she ever fell for me, it would have meant she lost all her standards in guys." Chad frowned before I burst out laughing.

"Yup, that sounds like her." I chuckled.

"You should talk to her soon, gotta jet. See ya." Chad ran off.

I sat on one of the benches as I noticed the rulebook sticking out of my bag. This reminds me of the time Feisty came over to see me after practice.

Random flashback…

"Hey Muscles, can I read your rulebook for the ROARs team?" Feisty came over to me after practice one day. She was wearing a white hoodie and a pair of shorts. Not gonna lie, she actually looks pretty.

"Why would you want to read that when you can just read me like a book?" I tried using one of my flirty one-liners at her. I know how much she loves reading books.

She gave me this odd expression before she started to laugh.

"Because, you're probably even harder to decipher as a book. Besides, it's kinda interesting to try and figure you out as a judge of character." She rolled her eyes at me as she sat on the floor and started to read my rulebook.

"Mr. and Mrs. Jay and Tracy Faizan-Li." She flipped to the first page before she read out loud. Our eyes widen at the uh…unexpected handwriting found in my book.

"I swear that's not my doing! It must've been our kids." I defended myself. I didn't write it down, I swear! I mean, I like her, but I haven't considered about marriage.

"OUR?!" She took a few steps back from me.

"I mean the kids. You know, the ones we usually babysit together." I added. Sometimes the kids would raid around my bag when I'm practicing fencing, chances are it could be Charles or Jamie.

"Oh uh I guess that makes more sense." She averted eye contact with me as she started to read.

"I'm going to shower and change." I told her as she nodded. I decided to tease her a little, before I leaned closer to her and asked her in a sly way, "Would you care to join me?"

"Uh no thanks. Keep your pants to yourself, Meatballs." She seemed flustered, it's cute when she gets all shy.

I came back out wearing my normal hoodie and jeans. Feisty is still sitting by the bleachers, reading the rulebook while writing something on a notepad.

"Boo." I snuck up behind her and whispered.

"Gah, you scared me!" She yelped a bit before I laughed.

"So how are you finding our rulebook?" I asked her, leaning closer to her.

"What is it with people and sexist language? Can there be gender-neutral pronouns or words for these kinds of social norms?" that would be what Feisty would say to me. She usually makes those comments to me when she borrows my rulebook to read.

"It's getting late, wanna grab something to bite?" I offered her a hand.

"Sure. How about some ice cream?" She smiled back at me as she took my hand to stand up

She then lost balance when she landed in my arms.

Our faces were only a few inches apart.

"Hi." I gave her a smile.

"Sorry." Tracy yelped, breaking free before she brushed her hair over an ear.

"I-It's ok." I stammered back, feeling my heart hammering.

Flashback ended

Later that day…

Jane was doing some arrangements of the Cotillion through her phone before going through her notebook where she keeps details of the event schedule.

"Hey Jane, you ok there?" Emmerich knocked on the door, before checking in.

"Hi Emmerich, sorry I hadn't texted you back. Mika Macintosh had messed up the order of flower decorations so I was spending the whole day reordering the flowers." Jane apologized, before inviting her classmate into her room.

"Nice room you got." Emmerich commented.

"Thanks. It's just simple décor." Jane smiled back politely.

An awkward silence between the two teens. Jane was just surprise she had invited a boy into her room. Emmerich was admiring how nicely decorated Jane's room was.

"Is that a piano?" Emmerich noticed a piano.

"Yeah, my mom makes me take Piano classes. She used to play Mozart music to me when I was younger and we'd play songs sometimes." Jane replied.

"I took piano classes back in my hometown, well technically my older sister Destiny takes piano classes and teaches us what she's learnt. Grammy doesn't have a lot of money to send all of us to music school so we make do with what we have." Emmerich replied with a smile.

Auradon Prep wasn't an easy school to get into as it was a school meant for the elite, the rich and the royally lucky. He managed to get into the school with an earned scholarship and keeping up with good grades can be difficult. He was just lucky that he and his siblings managed to earn scholarships to study in elite schools. His older sister Destiny was studying in Auradon University, his younger sister Fate is studying in Dunbrounch Sports Academy (a sports school, as Fate was already gifted in archery and sports). His youngest brother is hoping to get into a space camp someday.

"Would you like to play me a song? I'd love to hear you play the piano." Jane offered.

"Really? That's great. Thank you." Emmerich nodded, before they took a seat next to each other.

"I'm a little rusty." Emmerich stated before he tried playing a tune.

"What are you playing?" Jane asked.

"Try and guess." Emmerich replied as she blushed a bit.

"I got a lot of things I have to do, all these distractions, our future's coming soon."

"We're being pulled a hundred different directions."

"But whatever happens, I know I've got you."

"I remember this song, I used to listen to High School Musical every weekend with my friends (Chad, Audrey, Ben, Doug, Lonnie, the Freaky Five)." Jane smiled at the fond memories of when she was younger.

"Max used to always want to throw in some Power Rangers action in the middle of musical numbers." Jane added, remembering the time Summer Camp had a costume party and while Audrey opted to go as Gabriella because Ben was going as Troy. Jones, Max, Lizzie, Annie and Tracy donned on some Power Ranger costumes and started a paintball fight. That was also the year Ben got whacked over his head repeatedly by Tracy because she had a crush on him back then because that boy was too dumb to take a hint. Jones tried to pull a Zen-Aku mask but the camp counsellors deemed that Zen-Aku was too "evil".

"I really appreciate all the work you put into the Cotillion." Emmerich began.

"Thank you, I appreciate you helping out too." Jane nodded.

"Speaking of Cotillion, do you have a date?" Emmerich asked.

"No, I'm still working on final touchups on Ben's window painting commission, the boat needs to be fire-proofed. Don't ask, after the Fire incident with Town Hall, the school isn't taking its chances on any other places that could be caught on fire." Jane added, gazing at her folder of work.

"Then would you like to go to the dance with me? I really like you, more than a friend. I mean, you're sweet, funny, easy to talk to, kind-hearted and the most extraordinary girl I ever met." Emmerich asked, before reaching out for the corsage he got her.

"You mean, like becoming boyfriend and girlfriend? Holding hands, and go out on dates, and I can text you late at night and have deep conversations with?" Jane seemed taken aback but delighted over his love confession.

"Yeah, you're my first friend I met when I enrolled here, and I even asked for your mom's approval to ask you out…" Emmerich started rambling before Jane cut him off with a hug.

"I'd love that." Jane agreed as they smiled.

"Perfect. I'll pick you up by 6." Emmerich blushed, before playing another tune.

[Emmerich:]

"You're on my mind, you're in my heart.

It doesn't matter where we are, we'll be alright.

Even if we're miles apart…"

"IT'S ABOUT TIME!" Someone called out.

"JACKIE, CHLOE, WHY ARE YOU IN THERE?!" Jane yelped, shocked at the sight of the two royal grandkids in the air vents.

"This is where we hide when we don't want to face our problems." Jackie responded.

"Seriously, we've been waiting for Em to ask you out for MONTHS." Chloe added, before helping herself to a pudding cup.

"Go on, sing another part." Jackie cheered.

"You know, whenever I imagined being ask out on a date, it's usually when nobody is looking from the air vents." Jane admitted as the new couple giggled.

[Jane, Emmerich:]

"All I wanna do, is be with you. Be with you.

There's nothing we can't do. Just wanna be with you, only you.

No matter where life takes us, nothing can break us apart."

[Emmerich:]

"You know it's true,"

[Jane:]

"I just wanna be with you."

[Both:]

"I just wanna be with you."

"Now kiss." Chloe squealed.

"Eww, kissing is gross." Jackie gagged while Jane and Emmerich laughed at the young boy's remark.

"How did you kids even get into the air vents?" Jane frowned over.

"Everyone here is dysfunctional, that's what." Jackie replied, before giggling.

"We put the Fun in Dysfunctional." Chloe added as she and her brother hi-5ed.

Meanwhile…

Carlos was pacing up and down inside his dorms. Evie was having a fitting session with one of her clients, their friend Mal.

"Ok as soon as Mal leaves, I'm gonna march right in there and ask Evie out." Carlos was giving himself a pep talk. Normally this would be something he feels more comfortable going to Max and Jones for advice. Max is the one among the trio who has more dating experience, while Jones is the realistic friend who gives out his blunt opinions.

But no, this was something he has to try on his own, no help from friends this time.

"Go and ask her out, C-Dog!" Max gave Carlos a nudge on the shoulder.

"Shh, I don't want the girls to overhear us!" Carlos whisper-yelled back.

"Now, are you sure this is a good idea? What if Evie doesn't feel the same? Or worse, she just sees you like a Loyal Son." Jones leaned against the wall beside Carlos and Max.

"Wow Jones, that is the most terrible worst-case scenario, bro." Max frowned at Jones's statement.

"Well it did happen back when my sis liked Ben, and we all know how that confession turned out." Jones shrugged.

"You guys really need to tell me ore about your childhood days at Summer Camp 2010." Carlos arched an eyebrow at his friends. They both have a wild but enjoyable childhood while Carlos grew up in Cruella's abusive household. Although, it would have been awesome if Carlos had the chance to grow up together with Jones and Max.

"Just be you, but less nervous." Max assured Carlos.

"Be confident but not too arrogant." Jones added.

"C'mon, you can do it!" Max grinned at Carlos.

"Besides, you actually have a chance at asking Evie out compared to Jay's chances of asking out my sister." Jones nodded.

"Harsh much?" Carlos raised his eyebrows.

"Harsh is how I roll." Jones winked.

"Wish you luck, C-Dog." Jones gave Carlos a pat on the back.

"Remember to bring this too." Max handed Carlos a bouquet of blue roses, blue hydrangeas and forget me nots.

"Where did you get them?" Carlos questioned.

"Long story short, but Chandler isn't gonna be happy when he finds out I destroyed half his garden for flowers." Max shrugged.

Chandler Chandelles is one of the children of Fifi the castle maid and Lumiere, he's one of the younger group of adults. He works as the concierge for the castle but also likes gardening.

"These are beautiful!" Carlos gasped.

"…I really need to stop walking in on you guys." Jay opened up the door of the dorms he shared with Carlos and happened to stumble on Max handing Carlos flowers. He slowly reached to grab his beanie hat and his phone before awkwardly leaving the room.

"NO WAIT, THIS ISN'T WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE!" Max yelled out as he hurried behind Jay. "I LIKE GIRLS!"

"Or pansexual. I mean Max flirts with EVERYONE. But that's just his way of communication. Not in a romantic way but he just likes to sweettalk his way in and out of situations." Jones shrugged, before giving Carlos a pat on the back. "Just do your best, be sincere and honest about the way you feel for her."

"Thanks Jones." Carlos gave his friend a smile. Jones is the youngest out of the trio (oddly enough, Carlos was the oldest of the trio with Max in the middle) but he has some great advice sometimes.

"Oh yeah and remember to take the cupcakes you baked for her." Jones nodded before he went outside.

"Where are you going?" Carlos questioned before he yelped when he saw his friend knocking on Evie's door. The moment he wanted to shoo his friend away, Jones ran off to the end of the hall.

"Carlos? Hi, what's up?" Evie answered the door. Behind her was Mal in a blue-and-yellow gown.

"Jones, Max, why are you guys behind him?" Mal noticed Carlos's two friends behind the freckled boy.

"Go on." Jones whispered as Max grinned.

"Good luck, C." Jay gave Carlos a push forward.

Carlos started to sweat nervously before trying to find the words to talk to Evie.

"Evie Queen, I've always thought you were the prettiest, smartest, most extraordinary girl I've ever met, and I've had a crush on you from the moment we met. So…W-Would you do me the honor of being my date for the Cotillion this Friday? A-And if you don't exactly hate it by the end of the night, would you be interested in going out on a date with me?" Carlos started asking her out while trying not to blush.

Evie was surprised but then she started to smile, as she accepted the flowers and the pie.

"I'd love to, Carlos. And I like you too." Evie smiled back as she gave him a kiss on the cheek.

"SHE SAID YES!" Dude the dog yipped happily.

"About time." Allie Kingsley (daughter of Alice in Wonderland) cheered.

"You owe me 10 bucks." Freddie Faciliar told Taylor Maldonia who groaned and passed the voodoo doctor's daughter 10 bucks.

"I'm so happy for you guys." Inside the room was also Lonnie and her boyfriend Aziz.

"Ok how many people are actually eavesdropping in this hall?" Evie questioned.

"Max told us something was gonna go down today so we had to see what happens." Robyn Dunbronch commented. "whether it ends in cuteness or flames."

"Can we PLEASE not say flames!" Simon yelled over. "Zevon just set the kettle of war on fire."

"Actually: that wasn't water, I wanted to see if I can boil fluorine." Zevon stated with an awkward smile.

"Great, just what we need, more VKs!" One girl with platinum blonde hair named Elsie complained over to her roommate Ariana Rose (Audrey's snotty cousin) who rolled her eyes at the statement.

"Go off, Elsie." One girl with light brown hair and blue eyes (Chris Bjorgman, Kristoff and Anna's foster daughter) yelled over. Kitty (niece of the Cheshire Cat and Chester Cat's cousin) snickered as she gave her friend a hi-5.

"Have you been spending too much time with Jones, Carlos and Max?" Calvin Charming asked Zevon.

"Just Max. He gave me advice about how to impress Kozi." Zevon nodded. "Plus I saw this YA novel called Chemical Hearts in Simon's room and I thought that would be a good way to ask Kozi out on a date. Didn't imagine how it would all go wrong."

"You act before you think." Kailani frowned.

"Eh, Zevon is a lot tamer than me and Cal are. One year we put wasps inside the dessert bar." Robyn Dunbronch nodded.

"Lucky you Carlos. Congrats on you and Evie." Jay smiled as he patted Carlos on the back.

"So when will it be your turn?" Evie asked, giving Jay a side-eye to Tracy's room door.

"I'm trying." Jay rolled his eyes in response.

"Jones, have you seen Feisty?" Jay turned to Jones.

"No idea where she is. But I saw her leaving the room earlier with her notebook and laptop bag." Jones shrugged.

"Where could she be?" Lonnie wondered.

"…I think I may know where she is." Jay thought for a moment before an image popped into his head. "C'mon Lonnie, we need to hurry and get to her."

Switch Scenes…

[Jay's P.O.V.]

I walked all the way over to the bench near the school lake in the campus garden. Feisty likes coming here sometimes and I consider it to be our little hideout. She was sitting on a bench, with earphones plugged into her ears and typing on her laptop.

"How'd you guess she would be here?" Lonnie asked.

"Feisty and I have shared some fond memories here." I replied, remembering all the times she has flung me into the lake. The first time I saw her cry 2 years ago back when her dad and her had a broken relationship, she flung me into the lake when I went to check on her. The time both of us walked around the garden playing 20 Question.

"Those fond memories better be rated General." Lonnie raised an eyebrow at me, suspicious.

"Relax, I would never do anything that makes her uncomfortable." I defended myself. Sheesh, just because I used to be a Casanova back on the isle it doesn't mean I would ever make a move on her. Especially without her consent.

"Ok I understand why I'm here but why is Hayley here?" I motioned to Hayley Long.

"I'm their Guardian, that means I'm part of this family as well." Hayley stated. Oh yeah Lonnie told me a few years ago that Hayley and her have been like sisters since they were young and that Hayley is the next family guardian.

"Besides the three of you need to talk and you all need closure." Hayley insisted.

"Sometimes I feel like you should have taken Psychology and Counselling instead of Politics and Law." Lonnie commented.

"Oh, Jones is taking Psychology. He says everyone here needs lots of therapy." Hayley replied with a half-joking tone.

"I'm gonna go and talk to her first, I know how you feel about her, Jay. But she is my baby sister long before you've met her." Lonnie stepped forward, looks like she really wants to set things straight with Feisty.

"Alright, I'll come back later." I shrugged, giving them some space.

Because I know Feisty would refuse to listen to reason when she is upset.

[Tracy's P.O.V.]

I just finished editing the video using all the video footage and pictures I've taken while I was adventuring the dark side of the Isle. Now to send it to Calvin so he can broadcast it nationwide.

Because if Auradon rejects my idea, at least I can declare my plans as The Ghostwriter (my online alter ego). There is still so much to do, and so little time. Evie's been texting me to go over to her room to take a look at my Cotillion gown.

I let out a yawn before I shook my head, focusing on writing my proposal plan for the Isle Reformation Program. It has to work. I don't want the Isle folks to keep on suffering in abuse or malnourishment or even slavery.

"Hey Tracy." Someone blocked my view, I looked up and see my older sister Lonnie with our friend Hayley.

"Oh, what do you want? Can't you see I am busy?" I raised my eyebrows at my sister, motioning to her my workload.

"I know you're probably mad at me and Jay right now, but can you please let me explain for myself?" Lonnie looked sincere, and I have known my sister longer than I known Jay.

"Ok, fine. But please make this quick, I need to hand in my proposal plans." I sighed, before arranging my paperwork.

"Before you get mad at me, I just wanted to let you know that night it didn't mean anything between me and Jay. He only asked me to be his practice buddy just so he could ask you to the Cotillion." Lonnie began to explain to me.

"I would never cheat on Aziz, Aziz agreed for this one-time deal because he only wanted to see me reject Jay all over the place." Lonnie continued.

I smiled a bit, that sounds like Aziz, even if it was a temporary 'borrowing one's girlfriend as a practice date' Aziz would still be concerned and protective over Lonnie. He's always liked her; he sees the best and worst in her and he would always be there to lend a shoulder.

"Your sister would also like to apologize." Hayley motioned Lonnie to continue.

"I'm sorry, sis. I realized that I am always never there for you as a sister and as a friend. You needed me back then and I didn't even notice. I am a terrible sister and you have every right to resent me." Lonnie's eyes started to water, she seemed to be feeling guilty over the past.

"Nini, I don't hate you. We were kids back then; we did stupid things without knowing the consequences of what we said and done. You're my sister, and I can never hate you." I gave my sister an assuring smile. "Besides I am not mad at you or Jay. Right now, I am more focused on my Isle Reformation Program."

"By the way, I'm the new captain for the ROARs team now!" My big sister suddenly showed me something new about her. She was wearing the whistle that belongs to the ROARs team captain!

"Oh my gods! Did you rip that whistle out of Jay's neck?" I gasped. I immediately thought of when Miss Tutwieler from Suite Life on Deck mentioned she was once the Prom Queen when she went upstage to rip the crown off someone else's head.

"Wow, Trace, you sure have quite an imagination." Hayley snickered while looking at Lonnie's expression.

"What? Oh gross, no!" Lonnie seemed disturbed by my initial thought, but then she beamed at me proudly, "Jay made me the new captain!"

"That is amazing, sis! I knew you could do it!" I squealed, happy for her. I am so proud and happy that Lonnie got the role of the new captain! She's always been better at sports and is just as good as any guy out there.

"And guess who else made it to the team?" Lonnie asked in a humming tone.

"Who?" I asked.

"You, sis!" Lonnie grinned, quite happy about me making the team.

"Wow! I didn't expect to get in. To be honest, during the tryouts I was just channeling my anger and rampaging." I shrugged, just surprised I got in.

"You deserved it. Guess now us three Li siblings are in the ROARs team!" Hayley joked as the three of us laughed. Jones will not be that happy now that his sisters have joined the same sports team as he is.

"Yeah well I think I can't be always involved in practice; Ben wants me to help me out with the Isle Reformation Program." I smiled weakly at my sister.

"Well, could you at least be around the team for practice and the tournaments?" Lonnie asked me.

I already have a ton of plans going on, but it never hurts to spend more time to practice and make myself stronger. I mean I am helping Madam Nigel produce a school play for Auradon Middle School, Ben needs me to help him out with the Isle Reformation Program.

"Ok sure, but I might have a busy schedule later on so I will be skipping out practice sessions sometimes." I agreed as we shook on it.

"Welcome to the team, Tracy Li." Hayley gave me a pat on the head. I haven't seen her a lot lately but considering she is now engaged to Hunter Dunbronch and they're both in college so they have a busier schedule that we do.

"Hey, sis?" Lonnie called out, I turned to look at her.

"Wait till I tell mom and dad." Lonnie smiled as I smiled back at her. Our parents would be so proud that all their kids made it to the ROARs team.

"Now come on, Lonnie, we need to get ourselves over to Evie so you can see our Cotillion dresses!" Hayley suddenly remembered something.

"Is this an excuse just for you to see how much of a blushing mess you can make Hunter?" Lonnie asked.

"Yup, I just enjoy getting on his nerves. Plus, he knows how good I look in red." Hayley smirked

"Oh gross, TMI!" I gagged at them while Lonnie and Hayley giggled.

"Well, what about you then? I'm sure Jay is your obvious choice at asking someone to the Cotillion dance." Hayley joked.

I avoided their eye contact as I tried to digest the information.

So Jay and I have both wanted to ask each other to the dance, but I walked into his practice with Lonnie and mistook him as asking someone else instead.

He wanted me to be his Cotillion date. I felt like that is the biggest surprise to me.

Anyways, no time for thinking about boys right now. I've got work to do.

Normal P.O.V.

Tracy lets out a yawn after staring at her laptop for a few minutes.

"Here, I figured you might need a drink." She felt someone blocking her view, again. Looking up, she saw Jay handing her a bottle of drink.

"Thanks." Tracy nodded, accepting his offer before taking a sip off the drink.

"Jasmine green tea. How did you know?" Tracy looked up at him.

"Well you always talk a lot of how much you like drinking jasmine green tea. And there were some bottles being sold in the vending machine…" Jay explained, before he motioned to the seat next to her.

"Hey Feisty, is this seat taken?"

"I would say no, but you'd still sit here anyway. Ok fine, you can have a seat" Tracy made a little remark as she gave Jay a teasing smile.

"…"

"Can we talk?"

"Not now, Muscles, I have work to do. I need to see Calvin soon to discuss something." She was putting her laptop into her bag and ready to leave.

"Please, just hear me out." Jay called out, before he took her hand.

"Fine, you have 5 minutes." Tracy sighed, nodded.

"Feisty, look at me. You're gonna overwork yourself. This isn't healthy." Jay grabbed her by the shoulders as he got a clearer look of her face. She looked so tired and stressed. "Please, you need to rest."

"I can't! There is so much to do, I can't just sit around and act like everything is fine when people are suffering on the Isle! Children, elderly, animals even. I can't just sit by and do nothing when there are people who are in even worse conditions than I am!" She started to pace around back and forth; she looks like she is about to have a breakdown any minute.

'I can't bear to see her like this, I understand she wants to help but overworking herself isn't healthy…' Jay thought to himself as he watched his friend.

"Feisty, you are a kind person, probably one of the kindest people I have ever met. I know you want to help the Isle. I know you probably hate me right now, but I want you to know that I still care about you. You're trying so hard to help out, but overworking yourself isn't the right way to make a difference."

"But…I couldn't just leave the Isle after learning so much of the place without trying to even help them, I may not be from the Isle but I truly care for the people there…" Tracy's voice began to trail off, as her shoulders slumped down.

"Oh, how sweet for me to know you care about me." Jay winked at her as he joked.

Tracy started to form a small smile on her mouth before she punched his arm lightly.

"Don't be so cocky, Baron Mc-Biceps. Not everything is about you." She started to laugh as she snorted.

'She has a cute snort when she laughs.' That was something Jay noticed in his friend/crush over the last two years.

"I know you're worried but I just really wanted to do what I can to stop the Coachman and his trafficking syndicate. It's not easy but I really want to make a difference." She shook her head.

Jay grabbed Tracy by the shoulders before he looked into her eyes.

"Feisty, you ARE making a difference. You care about the Isle. You have a good heart that you show compassion to almost anyone you meet. And if you didn't care about the Isle enough, you would have never helped uncover the Coachman's child trafficking syndicate. You're more than you give yourself credit for, and that's one of the many things I really like about you." Jay told her, before realizing how uncomfortable she must be feeling and let go of her shoulders. "Sorry."

"…Wow that is really nice of you to say that." She began to shift her gaze to the floor before she brushed some of her bangs behind her ear.

"Your new haircut looks great on you." Jay spoke out.

"Thank you, Dizzy really did an amazing job at styling it. Although I kinda wished I had the chance to braid my hair." Tracy began running a hand through her hair.

"Feisty, look. I am really sorry about my exes picking on you." Jay apologized, he can't help but feel that it was partially his fault since he dated both the Shan sisters back then and dumped them when he had to leave for Auradon.

"Jay, none of this was your fault. You were a player back before I met you, and considering how much I have been warned by our friends about your mentally unstable exes, it was bound for accidents to happen. Besides, I would rather have myself be the one that's injured than having them hurt my brother or our friends." Tracy shook her head as she assured Jay.

Jay smiled at her. Feisty really needs to have more confidence in herself, she doesn't know how amazing she can be.

"Hey, remember when we were on the Isle? You asked me about how many girls I had dated before I met you." Jay cleared his throat.

"Oh. Yeah, I can hardly forget about that night." Tracy remembered that night before she subconsciously touched her lips, remembering when Jay kissed her.

"I didn't mean to jump on you like that, and I never wanted to hurt your feelings. I guess…I got jealous when I saw you being so chummy with other guys, because a part of me wishes I could be the guy you're close to." Jay started apologizing. I mean it was his fault he jumped the gun and thought kissing his crush was the best way to confess his feelings to her, but it was bad timing for both of them at the time.

"I admit, I dated a lot of girls, and I mean a LOT, but I have never really felt like I was 'in love' with them or even had romantic feelings for them. Back then it was kind of normal for us to just have flings and we weren't taught about feelings. It was more of a…"

"Physical relationship with no strings attached?" Tracy quipped in.

"I used to think that I might never fall in love or develop romantic feelings to a person, but everything changed when I met you. You taught me what love is supposed to be, and I like how you have the biggest heart and able to show compassion to almost anyone you meet. I really like you, Feisty. And I meant that. I…I think I might actually be…" Jay continued, as he reached out to take one of Tracy's hand.

"What?" Tracy asked, feeling her heart racing.

"I think I l-..." Jay seemed nervous and struggled with his words.

"Jay, you don't have to say the word if you're not ready to say it yet." Tracy stopped him.

"Not true, I want to say that word, I really do. And I want you to know that I really care about you." Jay sighed, before running a hand through his head.

"Jay, things happen for a reason, and sometimes you just need to wait for when the moment is right. You cannot rush when it comes to how you feel." Tracy nodded; she knew what Jay was trying to say.

"You may not be the first girl I met or the first girl I kissed," Jay started.

"I am definitely not the first girl you have physical intimacy with." Tracy interrupted with a sarcastic remark.

"That too, but one thing is for sure. You are the first girl who has stolen my heart. Tracy Li, you are the first, the last and the only person I ever had genuine romantic feelings for." Jay moved her hand to his chest. "Heck, you make my heart skip a beat, which I am very sure I had never experienced something like this before."

"I know, I messed up badly and I know you probably hate me, but I just wanted to let you know that you are important to me, and I hope maybe someday you'd forgive how petty I was." Jay turned to look at the ground.

"Jay, I don't hate you. I could never hate you. I was just having trouble digesting the fact that you were a much different person back before we met and that you dated a lot of girls. Plus, I had a lot of things on my mind at the time." Tracy found herself holding onto his hand.

"Another reason why I was giving you the cold shoulder while we were back on the Isle, was because I tried to ask you to the Cotillion, but I saw you asking someone else, I didn't know you practiced lines with Lonnie before I came over so I mistook it as you really asking someone else." Tracy explained.

"I wanted to ask you to go to the Cotillion with me, I mean…I've always been bad when it comes to the romance part, and to me, the biggest surprise I ever had was actually having a person I have feelings for to actually return the feelings back." Tracy continued to ramble on, as Jay started to smile.

"Ok since the truth is out, and that it is clear both of us wanted to ask each other to the dance. So…what now?" Tracy spoke out before both of them paused in awkward silence.

"I guess we can go with each other to the Cotillion…together." Jay began to fumble with his bracelet, when Tracy noticed that he still wears the friendship bracelet she made for him two years ago.

"As dance partners?" Tracy asked curiously.

"I was thinking more of a dance date, if it is ok with you." Jay clarified, not wanting to make his friend uncomfortable.

"We should ask each other to the dance, in our own way." Tracy pointed out. "because I had this whole speech ready about asking you to the dance."

"You can go first; I clearly need to rethink my strategy at asking you to the dance. I mean you already saw a peak of my surprise for you, so it shouldn't be fair." Jay nodded, it seemed like they always turn things into a competition.

"Don't need to, I wrote it down." Tracy reached into her pockets and pulled out a crumpled paper. "Sorry about that, I may have been pretty upset when I thought you asked someone else."

"I feel like this is becoming a trend, I mean back when we first met you gave me a crumpled letter after I confessed my feelings for you." Jay commented.

"I guess it means you still haven't lost that spark that drew me to you in the first place." Tracy smiled, before she blushed.

"Back at you, Feisty. You're a fiery one, still are." Jay gave her a smile back.

"Oh crud! I forgot to give my videos of the Isle over to Cal! And Evie wants me to go for the gown fitting." Tracy remembered before she yelped.

"Hey, maybe I can give your videos to Calvin?" Jay offered.

"Jay you don't have to, besides I wanted to talk to him over when is our next campaign." Tracy frowned.

"But I insist, besides, Evie has been pressing on about you haven't gone for your dress fitting yet." Jay insisted. He knows his crush/friend/Cotillion date has a lot on her plate right now, and he wants to be able to help her out.

"Ok fine, it's in this pen-drive, don't lose it." Tracy took out a black and red pendrive as she gave it to Jay.

"I guess I will see you around then." Jay stood up, ready to leave.

"Yeah. I'll see you at dinner later." Tracy gave him a wave.

"Hey, is it ok if I keep the letter you wrote for me? Since we both agreed to go together." Jay asked.

"Sure, it's yours to keep. But don't you dare make fun of me!" Tracy got flustered.

"I'll try not to. Besides, I like to keep the letters you give me. It's kinda like our thing." Jay gave her a wink before he went off.

'I might never know what he is thinking…' Tracy blinked, before a tiny smile formed by her lips.

But it was really good to finally talk it out with Jay, especially now that they agreed to go to the Cotillion with each other.

After helping Tracy run some errands, Jay walked back to his room and took out Tracy's letter to read it. He was a bit too busy with his thoughts that if he had turned around, he would have noticed Carlos with Max and Jones, playing video games and congratulating the De Ville boy at getting a date with Evie to the dance.

To Jay Faizan,

This is probably the least conventional idea I could think of as an excuse to express my feelings to you, but here goes nothing.

I met you two years ago and little would 15-year-old me know that we'd end up becoming close friends. When we first met, I thought of you as this jockey bad boy who likes to flirt with many girls and leave them brokenhearted. You were the kind of guy my folks would warn me to stay away from. But the more I got to know you; you continue to surprise me every day. You're surprisingly loyal and caring towards your friends, and I admire how much you care for your best friends.

We've been through hell and back, and I find it rather weird and funny of how different we are yet we click so easily together. You are the school's most popular athlete and I'm the socially-awkward tomboy who is well-known for being the girl who beat up Chad Charming.

What I am trying to say is: I like being around you. You open up to me and you showed me your insecurities and vulnerable sides. I like that we can always be ourselves around each other, and I really value this relationship that we have developed over the last two years.

You're an amazing guy, and I admit I have strong feelings for you. But I am not sure if I want to cross the line and ruin our friendship. Anyways, I was wondering if you would like to go to the Cotillion with me as my date. I've never been the kind of girl who gets asked out on dates (that part goes to my sister Lonnie, or one of the more popular girls at school) but I would be honoured if you and I could go to the dance together.

I hope you will consider my invitation, if not I hope we can still go in a group as friends.

Love,

Your Forever Feisty Friend, Tracy Li.

'Her letter is actually really…sweet. It's true to herself and expresses in her own way.' Jay smiled a bit as he put down the letter.

"Oh no, now I need to ask her to the dance!" Jay stood up.

"You already agreed to go with her, what's the point of turning this into a contest?" Carlos questioned.

"Because, Carlos, she's this amazing and compassionate person, and I want to give her an amazing experience." Jay explained.

"He better be not be talking about weird sex stuff with my sister." Jones commented, reaching out to grab a baseball bat and aiming at Jay.

"JONES!" Carlos and Jay both turned to yell at the Li brother. Max, on the other hand, was laughing in amusement.

"What? I thought you Isle folks were a lot more open and active in your private lives." Jones gave a half-shrug.

"No, I am not thinking about that sort of stuff, I was talking about asking her to the Cotillion. She already invited me." Jay motioned to Tracy's letter.

"This is SO romantic!" Max hummed.

"Look, I don't really know what appeal do you see in my sister, but I want her to be happy." Jones sighed, "and you're a decent person who treats her well."

"So don't break her heart." Jones griped Jay's shoulder before his face turned gloomy as he warned.

"Also, my sis isn't that interested in those extravagant romance stuff, so just be yourself around her. She likes it when she's with someone who isn't afraid to be themselves." Jones added.

"Who are you and what have you done to my best friend?" Max arched an eyebrow at Jones.

"I have been listening to you guys mope and cooed about your love lives. I picked up a thing or two about giving somewhat decent relationships advice." Jones stated.

Whew, I am finally finished with this chapter, it's been a very long writing process for me since life has been so busy lately. I'll be going for my internship training next Monday, so I might be busier with work by then. (Also, wow a 10k words chapter)

Chapter Talk: -

1 So first off, we kickstart the chapter with Jay and the ROAR team, announcing Lonnie as the new team leader and Tracy as the new backup team member. Jay is also easily jealous when he thought Chad and Tracy were too close (I peg him as the jealous type sometimes, since it's fun to see Jay being the jealous one of the two and Tracy is usually the jealous/insecure one when she sees Jay surrounded by girls) since now that Tracy and Chad are trying to rekindle their former friendship, some may mistake their platonic frenemy relationship as a romantic relationship. We're seeing more of Jay's POV in the chapter and about his inner feelings for Tracy, as well as how he feels about his other friends. Jay and Lonnie's relationship for this story is strictly platonic and they view each other as in-laws/friends (since Lonnie is dating Aziz, and Jay has a crush on Tracy).

2 Jane and Emmerich are officially going to the Cotillion together, I ship them not gonna lie. The references to their song was based off High School Musical 3 when Ryan asked Kelsi to the dance while playing her new song on the piano. I adore their relationship, since they are that cute shy couple that fight for environmental rights and aren't afraid to show their flaws to each other.

3 Carlos finally asked Evie to the Cotillion with him. I do ship Devie on one hand, but I have been shipping Carlos with Evie since day one (I read the prequel novel "Isle of the Lost" by Merissa De La Cruz long before I saw the movie). Also, I like to think that since Carlos is a lot more involved with his little friends group (Max and Jones, Max goes to another school so usually it is just Jones and Carlos on their own), the three of them sometimes gets questioned if they are a couple even though they all agree that their friendship is platonic and like a family. Carlos is straight, Jones is demiromantic-asexual, and Max is a pansexual disaster who flirts with almost everyone in a playful manner.

Note: In the first book "The Ghostwriter and The Lone Ranger", Tracy mentions to her brother and Carlos that some people have mistaken the duo as a couple when they kept tagging behind Tracy and Jay during their field trip to Corona Kingdom

4 Lonnie and Tracy got the closure they deserved. For Jones's sake, he is less involved in his sisters' drama and is the chilled sibling out of the three. Hayley joins in the sisters for a cutesy wholesome sisterly moment, since in the earlier book, Hayley is often involved in the Li-Fa family drama as she is the next family guardian in training. Initially I was deciding between either letting Jones tag along the sisterly bonding scene; or let him troll Carlos for his prom-posal practice with Max. I didn't know how Jones would have reacted if he joined the mix, and I am always all in for bromance content for the Three Musketeers of Mayhem (Tracy's nickname for Jones, Carlos and Max).

5 Also, Jay and Tracy talked out their problems with each other. Tracy is currently stressed out by her new workload, and Jay was caring enough to reassure her when she is on the brink of having a mental breakdown. Jay finally admits his feelings for her, and I think it's cute that they make a competition of who gets to make the first step when it comes to admitting their feelings for each other. And Jay, once again, reads Tracy's letters for him. I like giving Jay more character depth in this story as compared to what we only see from the movies. Eh, maybe I am biased towards Jay since Booboo Stewart is my celebrity crush. But I do enjoy giving character depth and character development for certain characters. [Also, I think Jay would be very scared to say the L word "love" to Tracy as growing up on the Isle, he doesn't really express his inner feelings well and puts up a strong front. I think Booboo Stewart's character Kyle from the Grizzlies kinda reminds me of Jay in some ways: both are athletic, but come from abusive backgrounds. Kyle is withdrawn and is clearly traumatized by any actions that reminds him of his abusive dad; rather opposite of Jay who is outspoken and puts up a brave front that doesn't show his vulnerable side easily to anyone]

Side note: Do you think that the ember of Descendants 3 might have represented the remaining life force of Hades since he has been de-ranked from immortal to mortal while imprisoned on the Isle?

Sorry, this is just a major question that goes on in my head for a while. Considering the fact I had cannon Persephone/Hades kids in my story, I think that if the ember has lost its spark, it could indicate that his immortal kids could have briefly lost their powers/strength, but Hadie (youngest child) might actually die as he is the youngest and has never been exposed to his powers.

Hadie (baby sibling) to Celia: I get that you dislike Mal, but by any expenses, do not accidentally kill me or my family members. I was legally dead for 7 minutes!

Melinoe (that younger sister who is a bit of a goth and has anger issues): actually make that longer since SOMEONE had to sing a dang self-reflective song.

Macaria (the calm big sister): sis, we have no proof Mal is dad's kid. And if so, it means Nana Demeter can FINALLY turn dad into a fertilizer. Zag, do something!

Zagrius/Dionysus (Zagrius is known as Dionysus in Orphic retellings/The oldest brother AKA college party animal): (sipping his glass of wine slowly as he watches drama burn down among the siblings)

Macaria: seriously?!

Update for "The Ghostwriter and The Lone Ranger 3": (I like sharing my idea process as I make up the story that goes along)

-Back while I was scrolling on Tumblr, I once came across a post that mentioned a young boy with brown hair and was wearing a skull backpack and appears in 'It's Good to be Bad' as a cyclist that Jay interacts with. He was unnamed and yet seemed to be on some of the promo character sheets. Some fans have speculated if he is Hadie, but in the books Hadie is stated to be younger than the Core Four (or around the same age as Carlos) and has blue hair like his dad. So I decided to 'adopt' him and decided to call him Kornelius, the son of the Horned King (from The Black Cauldron) and he is the best friend of Hadie (son of Hades/Persephone, Hadie is only allowed 6 months of the year to spend time with his mom and siblings in the Underworld while Hades is still stuck on the Isle). I read somewhere that Melinoe in the myths has a husband, a minor deity called Nil. So from now on, Kornelius will someday be known as a deity called Nil and marry his best friend's sister.

-I think I probably will not make Hades Mal's cannon father, as it ruins the relationship between Hades and his own family. And realistically, Mal announcing to the world who her dad was is a bad move for me as I can see the epilogue involving Persephone rising up from the underworld just to yell at Hades. I think Mal would probably have a more platonic, diplomatic relationship with Hades and agrees to only let him visit his family if he helps out. Yes, Hades did cheat on his wife with Maleficent but he will never marry her, but that one will be more towards when Topanga agreed to let Cory go on a date with Lauren from Boy Meets World, and this will break her heart. In reality of Descendants cannon, you mean to tell me that Persephone was cleaning up her husband's mess while raising their kids all alone while he was partying up with Maleficent? No thank you. (not even to other fandom where Hades has kids with other women)

-Persephone for this story will be based off Persephone from Gaumao's comic 'Hades and Persephone Ficlets', Chelsea Grayson from Raven's Home (being a single mom who raises her kids while her husband is imprisoned and also cheated on her with another woman), since I am fond of Hades/Persephone and was never the fan of Hades/Maleficent as I am a big and proud shipper of Victor Krane from Lab Rats with Maleficent (and frankly, Krane is the only guy I can see to date/marry Maleficent) I mean in hindsight, most of Hades/Persephone kids may look physically younger (between teens to early adults, except for Hadie who is 12 in my stories) are technically much older than half the Isle folks.

-I might change the plot for the Hades ember scene and probably maybe have one of his kids to tag along Mal and co, because considering Mal's dad is cannon (or maybe not, in my AUs I pull the Mamma Mia theory for Mal's dad, even though in one of my AUs, Krane snuck into the Isle once and got together with Maleficent, so chances are he's the father) Melinoe might actually try to kill Mal and her mom (in mythology, Melinoe was conceived when Zeus (Sephy's dad, gags) disguised himself as Hades to sleep with her. Hence, she is the only child with the warped-up origins and is sometime described as the mentally unstable one). Shame though, I felt like Mal's dad subplot for D3 was rather…underwhelming to me. My money of Mal's dad was leaning towards Smee (it would have been sweet for Mal to get baby brothers Squeaky and Squirmy) and/or Mor'du (Mor'du because of the fact he appears as a wisp of fire)

-For later on (it either happens at the end of the story, or I will make it and post it on "Wicked Chronicles" (it's a side story that happens between the movies/based off the School of Secrets series/mini flashbacks of the gang)), I will introduce Melinoe as a more vital character for Tracy's testament against the Isle slavery. Considering she is the Goddess of Ghosts and Nightmares; I think she could probably summon the ghosts of all the former victims the Coachman had enslaved.

Anyways, that is all for today. Thanks for reading, happy new year 2020. Feel free to favorite, follow or leave a review down below and tell me what you think of the chapter. Have a nice day/year/week/month.
