Hey guys. Sorry I didn't update sooner. This is another short chappie. Soooooooooooo sorry. Hope you will like it anyway.
My hands trembled and my jaw dropped open.
"Leave. Now!" I now stood in front of him, no longer afraid what he would do to me or not.
"Now, why should I leave when the fun has just begun." I almost lost control.
"Listen, Jacob. I don't know what you're plans for Charlie are or why you would tell me about Edward Cullen, but you must
know that I really don't care anymore. Not about Charlie nor about the Mayor." Jacob's eyes hardened. Not the answer he had expected from me, but I
wanted him to leave me alone. Once and for all. All I wanted was a quite life.
"Will you just listen to me for a minute?"
"You've one minute, Black."
"Okay. As I said before, I need to know everything about Charlie. His men. His plans."
"Why?"
"Do you really want to know or do you just want to know because you want me to leave?" I took a deep breath. Again.
"I really want to know what Charlie has done to you? You would've never come to me if it wasn't important. So, speak." His face paled.
"You really want to know? Fine. Your dear father killed two of my best friends. And he'll pay for what he did to them."
"What?"
"You heard that right. Your rotten father killed them without mercy."
"Who? Who did he kill?" Jacob closed his eyes for a brief moment.
"Does that really matter?"
"Yes. To me it does."
"Embry and Seth." I gasped even though I only knew Embry.
"I'm sorry."
"Don't tell me that you're sorry. We all knew that's bullshit. You hate me as much as you hated Embry or Edward. Just don't say anything and listen to me."
"Okay."
"Charlie is planning something, but I've no idea what. I need to know because believe it or not, I worry about my Dad's and Joe's safety. No matter what I did in the past. They're still family to me even though I didn't show it in the past." I was quite for a moment. Never before had Jacob shown real concern for someone else.
"How did they die?" Jacob gave me a look as if I was crossing a line.
"It was a bad idea. I knew it. You will never understand what's really going on. You're just a little girl." I took a step towards him.
"No, you listen to, asshole. I'm not a kid nor am I your punchbag. You can't just come to my house and expect me to believe everything you say. I saw the Mayor, okay. I saw him die. You did some terrible things in the past and there are a million reasons why I should never talk to you again." I shook my head, ready to leave when Jacob grabbed my arm.
"He cut off their heads and send them to my father. Are you happy now!"
Soooo. Leave a review. Sorry for the short chapter, but I wanted to post something. See ya.
