"Shinku Hadoken!!"
And then a massive blast of Ki was felled through the air as it then smashed the air resistance like a knife through butter it reached its destination or cutting point.
"Take this- Haaa!!"
Krillin just in the nick of time condensed his own Ki as he let out an equally powerful Kamehameha wave at Ken's own Hadoken.
This caused another whirlwind to form around the audience as they all gasped in amazement.
Instantly both Ken and Krillin's faces were drowned out by the massive burst of Ki released from both of their palms.
Causing multiple groans to fill the air as they both seemed to be equal in power and finally Ken gave out- Krillin won as with another wave he washed Ken straight out of the arena – landing him into the grass meaning he was disqualified.
However it seemed that he wasn't bothered and instead happy he'd met a rival in the path of martial arts. Ending his time with a quick handshake and smirk he made his way out to the lounge where he'd wait to see Ryu perform.
• Number One Akuma VS Son Goku = Son Goku
• Number Two Ken Masters VS Krillin = Krillin
• Number Three Ryu VS Bulma
• Number Four Tenshinhan VS Yamcha
"Contestant Krillin will now move onto the next stage- with the next match being between Contestants Ryu and Bulma."
"That was an amazing beam struggle- done by Krillin and Ken- but it seems Ken's endurance was wavering as determined by his loss- still a great battle."
With a similar applause Bulma and Ryu entered the arena as they got ready to battle- with the announcer's nod the battle began as immediately Bulma charged up her Ki converting it into Frost.
Before immediately striking it at Ryu instantly the tiled floor was coated in sharp glaciers with frost emanating from Bulma.
She rushed straight in the battle forming an iced gauntlet before striking a solid punch on Ryu's Shoulder.
This was because in the midst of battle he quickly side stepped away though it didn't help as he was still attacked by the solid punch that did a dent on him- literally.
But the worst part was that from his shoulders down the frost began spreading trying to coat his arms in it- and with no other choice he quickly rotated some internal energy before defrosting himself.
All while shooting multiple Hadoken's from one arm at Bulma- causing her to flip and counter each attack with her own Ki blasts.
Finally the frost dissipated as layers of steam rolled off of his body before he quickly used his move Quick Step.
Sun Tzu's Art of War- clearly captured the figure as he was just like the description described in the famed guide.
Ryu was as fast and gentle as the wind if not faster, he possessed the calmness and quietness of the forest, he was as fierce and audacious as fire and he was as immovable as Mount Tai.
Without hesitation he stepped back up even though he was blasted numerous times and this only heightened his determination.
The eternal challenger, with seemingly no end to his journey- just what is he grasping- just why is he fighting? No one knows- yet the fight still breathes on within him- it engulfs him as he tries to find an opponent stronger than him.
With a roar he exclaims to the skies above- ""I SHALL NEVER REST… as long as the breath of fire vibrates within my very being- I WILL FIGHT!!"
His drive to never back down- never lose and never give up- breathes his very strength as his inner fire emerges with its untold fury.
Quickly he forced Bulma into close combat as his each swing and kick only further highlighted her faults- her flaws- her weaknesses.
"Could this be- The end? This spectacular battle of each style is so captivating, it has enraptured me into the battle- however it seems Contestant Ryu has the edge in this battle!!"
Seeing this the Announcer began speaking loudly causing the audience to roar in a frenzy.
Yamcha was now beginning to become aggravated as he witnessed the one he loved getting beaten down and hearing the sickening crunch of bone and back breaking- he wanted to enter the arena and stop it all- but was held back by his friends.
Both Krillin and Goku began trying to console him- however the urge to rush there and stop it only increased as he witnessed his partner losing so badly- he knew she needed more training- yet he allowed her to join and now- now it was backfiring.
"Yamcha- stop." said Krillin as he carried on.
"Allow this battle and let it play out, intruding would only be disrespectful to the arts and styles of the opponents."
Finally Goku stepped in as he managed to console the Wolf Fang warrior.
"We all get hurt and if your going to be like this imagine what she feels every time you train, spar and fight breaking your bones and ripping your muscles- endure the pain she endures for you."
Each of Ryu's swings only revealed opening after opening as even though she had great power- she could not utilise it properly.
And with a final moment of destruction- she spammed multiple shards of ice straight at Ryu's body however with his growing power each shard dissipated in his range turning into vapour that trailed the skies.
"Great power you possess- yet you fail at battle- listen well!"
"Range... Speed... Priority... Focus."
"Know and master all of your attacks!!"
With this final sentence Ryu clenched his fists before punching Bulma in her guts with flame coated fists before he utilised a quick Shoryuken to her chin.
With a jumping, spinning uppercut he sent her flying out of the ring with multiple broken bones and a busted chin she was sent flying out of the entire Budokai Stage.
"And would you look at that- Contestant Ryu has seemingly ended the battle with a punch to the gut with rib breaking consequences and a spinning uppercut straight to her chin- the winner has been verified as Ryu!!"
"A fearsome battle this has been- with multiple amazing displays- just who truly will win this Budokai- Find out in 30 minutes after dinner!!"
• Number One Akuma VS Son Goku = Son Goku
• Number Two Ken Masters VS Krillin = Krillin
• Number Three Ryu VS Bulma = Ryu
• Number Four Tenshinhan VS Yamcha
Since Bulma had been sent flying and landed on the ground in a crater due to her Injuries Ryu had won- he was incredibly skilled as he seemed to have the whole battle within his grasp.
Each move, block and counter seemed to have been visualised by him multiple times before he attacked.
And so rightfully he was the winner.
