As Orion recovered with Starshooter by Orion's side, Megatron and Optimus headed for home. Optimus smiled as Megatron had an arm wrapped around Optimus. The young Prime knew what that meant – Megatron wanted a certain something when they got home. And now that Optimus was free, he smiled and welcomed what was to come once they arrived home.
Meanwhile, elsewhere in the citadel, other bots were milling around near the library of Sparklings. There were still so many sparklings and you going's left to find a family. Sapphire was one of the younglings. She was a flyer bot. Her royal blue coloration with flecks of silver was had she had earned her designation. The one thing that she had found was two of her siblings, also flyers but they were youngling mechs, her triplet brothers. Both were bigger than she was but they were very protective of her. One was named Garnet as he was deep red in coloration. The other was named Topaz, and he was a slightly lighter shade of blue than Sapphire was.
"I wish we could find our family" Sapphire told her brothers.
"Just settle. Our creators may not even realize that we exist" Garnet told her softly. Sapphire sighed. What they didn't realize that they had been the product of an "unapproved union" before Primus freed all the bots. They had been sparked to Starscream after Optimus had accidentally sparked the seeker one time as unknown to Megatron Optimus had found the harem room at first, though neither bot remembered the triplets, as Megatron, while still evil, had purged their memories.
"I just hope someone takes us in" Topaz said.
"Me too, but I am glad I found you two" Sapphire said as her hugged her brothers.
And as they talked, one of Optimus' sons, Taurus stopped into the library of sparklings. Taurus was looking for some of the bots he knew from his former home that he had been shipped to. He came in often, looking for old friends when out on his walks. He never realized he had more siblings, even if they were half siblings.
Garnet, the bot closest to where Taurus passed by, suddenly felt something as Taurus passed by. Garnet was not sure but he called out to the young mech, well older than Garnet but not quite yet an adult. "Yes?" Taurus asked, not sure why he was called.
"Excuse me, but my spark reacted when you walked by, as if you might be kin" Garnet explained before introducing himself and his two known siblings.
"I'm not sure how we could be kin, but if allowed, I could take you with me and we could find out if we are related. My name is Taurus. Come with me" Taurus stated, allowing the three younger younglings out of the area they were in and headed for hook or Ratchet. Boy, would all be in for quite a shock.
