S6 CH364 – The Ultimate Weapon
Prince exhaled as he exited another abandoned house. It felt like he'd searched nearly a hundred of them. Still, there was no sign of Eva.
Had he found other survivors? Yes.
Did he care? No.
Prince did not shake the other survivors awake or linger long enough to care for them. They were disposable in the world he desired to live in.
All he wanted more than anything was to hold Eva in his arms again and for them run to the sun together.
What about the Swords? Prince no longer cared.
All he cared about was finding his final heaven with Eva.
What about Sithis? Prince no longer cared.
Life wasn't eternal. He'd live as many of his days with his love as he could. When Sithis arrived, he'd go down fighting. He'd never die on his knees.
Prince shoved his hands into the pockets of his leather jacket and expertly-stumbled through Peridot Islands Residential area.
The world around Prince resembled a futuristic-and-magical ancient Greek city. The houses were constructed from stone with tile roofs. The stone walls however were painted and covered in a variety of triangles, squares, rockers, stars and shapes akin to a variety of West African cultures. The petrified Oddish, Gloom and grass-pokemon that were stone-grey statues within the homes hurt to look upon.
(Were the pokemon that inhabited the waters of Atlantis under a similar spell?) Prince wondered.
Then, Prince watched as a lone Wingull landed at the edge of the docks. The bird-pokemon glanced around, cawed, and then took to the sky once more.
(Pokemon that aren't native to this city don't get frozen in it. Makes sense otherwise Raiden or Trey's Pikachu would have been affected.)
Prince's trek led him to northern edge of Peridot Island. He found several docks and dozens of rowboats, sailboats and fishing boats.
When the sun dropped over the horizon the moon did not replace it. The only light that illuminated the abandoned city was that of the stars.
After another swig of Draco Tonic, Prince stumbled to the center of the residential area and into what resembled the local bathhouse.
(Maybe she's here.) Prince thought.
When Prince entered the doors, he heard a strange melodic tune being sang from deep within the bathhouse.
"Lala…lalalalaaaaaa…lala-" The tune echoed.
Prince's eyes narrowed. (That don't sound like Eva.) Hands on his pokeball.
Prince carefully crept through the bathhouse, his ears leading him closer-and-closer past the lobby, through the locker room until he reached the source of the tune.
Singing in the whale-sized pool of steaming crystal-blue water was Ezal.
The crackhead turned and, "PRINCE," He shouted ecstatically.
The pharaoh covered his ears. "Fuck!" He grimaced.
"Prince!" Ezal stood, dragging his legs through the water.
"Shut up!" Prince hissed, "And sit down in the water."
"Why?" Ezal cackled. "Ain't no reason to hide my weenie! We both got the same equipment don't we?! I was born naked," He shouted proudly, "And I may as well die naked!"
"Keep your voice down." Prince hissed, "Everything echoes in here."
"Right!" Ezal shouted, ignoring Prince's request.
Prince stared into Ezal's eyes, "Have you seen Eva?"
Ezal scratched his chin, "Maybe I have. Remind me what she looks like again."
Prince rolled his eyes. "To hell with this." He hissed turning away.
"Oh wait," Ezal cackled, "I'm clownin', you know I'm clownin' baby. Red head, perfect titties full'a milk, wholesome and nutritious looking bitch that one with a real nice ass. Yeah, she fine then a motherfucka fo-"
Prince stopped and looked over his shoulder. "Have you seen her?"
Ezal smiled, "Yeah, maybe I have."
Prince turned around and advanced on Ezal. "Where is she?"
Ezal shrugged, "Not here, OBVIOUSLY," the crackhead snorted. "Otherwise, I'd be blowing her back out."
Prince clutched Raiden's pokeball. The urge to launch of a bolt of lightning into the water and electrocute Ezal boiled Prince's blood. Then, logic won the battle with pride. "If she's not here," Prince's removed his hand from his belt, "Then where did she go?"
Ezal bit his lower-lip and remembered his mission. Even now he could hear the venom in Sasha's words.
Sasha shook her head, "You stupid crackhead! I should kill you but you know what I've got a job for you. You stupid piece of shit, go find Prince and bring him here! Tell him it's urgent or I'll tie you to a bedpost, put a hanger on a stove, let it sit there for half-an-hour and shove it up your ass very slow."
Ezal was far more terrified of Sasha than anything else on the planet. "I tell you what," Ezal proposed, "Lemme finish washing my ass and I'll take you where she went." Ezal lied.
Prince glared at Ezal. "How long ago did she leave?"
Ezal thought for a moment. "She left as I was coming in. The sun was still up. She looked good, my man. REAL good, hehehehe."
Prince shook his head. "I'll wait up front for you."
"EY!" Ezal called, "You ain't gon wash yo ass?! Don't be shy! I may do crack but at least I wash my ass, right?!"
"Hurry up." Prince strode back to the lobby.
"Lala…lalalalalala…" Ezal's serenade continued on. Prince did his best to ignore the echo as he waited. He resisted the urge to peak into the women's side of the bathhouse.
What if she was there? What if Eva was quietly taking a bath?
(Waiting for me?) Prince thought. Then Prince's memories returned him to how soft Eva's skin felt against his own. She was soft as peach, the perfect complement to him.
It was as if God had created for Eva's body solely for Prince to master.
He remembered how beautiful her voice felt in his ears, their time on Killing Moon, her tears of not being good enough in battle, watching her grow into a warrior, her Kingdra slowly becoming powerful enough to go blow-for-blow against the stronger pokemon.
Prince molded and shaped Eva into everything Sasha had refused to be for him. Loyal, inspiring and the perfect partner to defeat Sithis with.
Prince had weaponized Eva but now he couldn't find his secret weapon.
The perfect love was now the ultimate weapon that would conquer Sithis.
The imperfect destined love was a burden that Prince wished to discard.
(Eva? Where are you?) Prince thought. (He'd better tell me.) Forgetting the fact that Ezal worked for Sasha.
Then, Prince's eyes locked onto something. He hadn't seen it when he first entered.
(Eva?) Prince stared at the doorway. (She really was here.) Staring at the words sprayed above the bathhouses doorway.
"Lenus and I are waiting for you"
There was only one being known as Lenus that Prince knew of, Eva's Kingdra.
(She really was here.) Prince realized. His eyes lighting up with delight.
