Hey everybird! What's up!?
So for the past couple of days now I been thinking about a new story idea I may want to do in the future in place of the other story I had in mind. I don't want to talk about it now because I want to say it in a separate little update post! So stay tuned for that!
Anyway… Moving on to today's question…
What is your favorite Star Wars parody that was made?
Me: It's a close tie between the Family Guy parodies or the Phineas and Ferb one, but I think I'll go with the latter, since it still takes the original A New Hope, but it's like a side story and what happens in the background.
Now moving on to your questions…
From Nightfly123, (And by the way buddy… It would be nice if you could answer the question of the day like others have been doing…) he asks, "What would you like to see happen in an Indiana Jones 5 movie?"
Me: Maybe seeing the very first adventure of Indy, I would say treat it like Solo: A Star Wars Story, seeing how he became Indiana Jones, the adventurous archaeologist he is.
And lastly, before we get to maybe the last part of this story, thank you to Brittanyamed for the fav and follow!
Little Adventurer Part 5
As Jewel pushed the secret opening to their exit, the wall opposite from where they came in slid open, dust flying out and temporarily blinding Jewel and Emma as both of them coughed from the material, having to close their eyes. As they reopened their eyes they were both in awe at what they were seeing…
A treasure thousands of years old, which went from one empire to the next, seeing their rise and fall, a treasure which many have sought and possessed, only to have it taken away and lost before being found again. And it wasn't just one single item… Hundreds of artifacts filled a very large cavern, statues, jewelry, gold, scrolls, everything one could possibly imagine from thousands of years worth of history.
Jewel was speechless, this was by far one of her greatest finds, although she couldn't take all the credit for this find…
"If only you could have seen this grandpa…" Jewel silently whispered to herself.
One more time to the past…
As Jewel came back downstairs from her parents' bedroom, she went to the door that led down into the basement of the house, taking a deep breath as she reached up for the knob and turned it, the door creaking open as darkness greeted Jewel. Most little girls would turn away in fright, but not Jewel as she bravely began walking down the wooden steps into the bottom of the house. The hum of the boiler sounded as everything in the basement was still and silent as Jewel, other than the boiler, could only hear the soft beating of her heart as she searched for the final clue which would lead to her prize.
Of course the final clue was right next to the boiler as Jewel saw it, the glow from the heat radiating out showing, providing the little light in the room as Jewel carefully stepped over boxes to reach the final clue. The final clue resting on an old rocking chair as Jewel reached it and unfolded the final clue, which was very easy because it wasn't really a clue at all.
"Well done my little adventurer, you have reached the end of the journey and now the final prize is waiting for you in the living room where I am." The final note read as Jewel smiled, making her way back to the basement door, opening it and was now safely back inside the more comforting part of her house as she went to the living room, where her grandfather was waiting for her.
"Not bad Jewel, I think you beat your last time doing one of these." Henry smiled as Jewel went up into her grandfather's lap.
"So what's the prize today?" Jewel asked.
"This." The elder said as he took out a book about the Templar Knights. "I hope you enjoy reading this latest addition." Henry smiling as the front door of the house opened up and a few seconds later Jewel's parents showed up.
"Mom, dad!" Jewel said happily as they entered the living room.
"Hey sweetie, I see you and your grandpa played another one of your games." Jewel's mother smiled as she hugged her daughter and gave a kiss to her father on his cheek.
"Oh yes, did so faster than last time." Henry commented as Jewel's father was clearly not interested at all.
"A waste of time if you ask me…" Eduardo said.
"Maybe next time you two could join us." Jewel hoping.
"No thanks sweetie, it's simply too boring…" Eduardo replying as Jewel had a sad look and Henry a disappointing one.
"What your father means sweetie, is that we simply don't have the time, but this is something you two can enjoy and share together." Jewel's mother smiled.
"Ok mommy…" Jewel sighed and turned to her grandfather. "Grandpa, can we do another right now?"
"Save it for another day, my little adventurer, there is always time for more adventures." Henry chuckling as he got up from his chair. "Now how about we go get some hot chocolate." Henry said as Jewel smiled and they both went to the kitchen.
To the present…
Jewel, standing in front of the amazing find, shed a tear, which rolled down her face as she thought about how much she would have liked to have her grandfather standing besides her, saying how proud he was of her. Jewel was so into her thoughts that she didn't hear Emma speaking to her at first.
"Auntie Jewel?" Emma said as the little pigeon was pulling lightly on Jewel's wing.
"Huh?" Jewel replied as she snapped out of her thoughts and looked down to see Emma. "Oh sorry, just got lost in some thoughts, what is it?"
"I think I see the way out." Emma pointing out some stairs in the back of the huge cavern which led to a small door.
"Good eye Emma." Jewel smiled as the two walked between the piles of ancient treasure to the stairs, going up to their freedom from this.
Meanwhile, back where Jewel and Emma entered with Hondo and his gang, who have left awhile ago, one of the church workers who came for a new day, was very confused as he was checking out the broken piece of entrance which opened up the secret passageway. Suddenly he heard a banging as then the wall, several feet from the already open passageway, broke open as the church worker jumped up slightly as Jewel's head poked out.
"Hey, you got a phone on you?" Jewel asked.
About 30 minutes later, the police arrived, but also some others as well as they saw Emma and ran froward.
"Emma!" Both Emily and Tara shouted as Emma ran to her mothers, meeting them as the two female birds wrapped their wings around the pigeon.
"You okay sweetie?" Emily asked.
"You must have been so scared, I'm sorry I let you get kidnapped." Tara apologized.
"It's okay mommy, I had Auntie Jewel with me." Emma said as Jewel stepped up. "And mommy…" Emma looking at Emily. "I think I can wait a little more to go on one of your digs." Emma saying to the surprise of her mother and before Emily could reply, Tara did.
"I think you're right sweetie, we would feel a lot better if you're at home after what happened today." Tara said as she turned to Jewel. "And thanks Jewel, for keeping your promise."
"It was no problem, but Emma was extremely brave on her part, reminded me a lot of myself when I was her age." Jewel smiled as she looked to see Blu waiting for her as she turned her attention to her husband.
"I'm so glad you're safe Jewel, I was afraid a little, but I knew you could pull through." Blu said with a relieved face on.
"Was there any doubt?" Jewel joked as she put her wings around Blu, Blu doing the same as he brought his wife's face up close.
"A little bit." Blu joked back as Jewel playfully slapped Blu's side before the two gave each other a loving kiss.
As the group went to rest up for a little back at the house Emily, Tara, and Emma lived, Jewel told her friends about the massive find she found underneath the church, telling them the museum was about to get a lot more attention paid to it than ever before, of which both Emily and Tara were happy by. And the museum got to work as they went about safely taking the thousands' year old treasure back up, of course they didn't take everything, as there was not enough room in the museum, but sharing it with the rest of the world as the treasure sprung up in museums across the world.
Meanwhile, shortly after Jewel and Emma got out, Jewel spoke to the police about Hondo and his gang, who were on their way to Boston to seek out the false clue Jewel gave them. As Hondo and his gang were about to break into the Old North Church in the city, Boston police surrounded them and with Hondo and his gang having no means of escape, surrendered and were arrested, with nothing for their troubles.
Back in New York City, after the opening of not only Emily's big find, but also the freemasons treasure, in which of course both Blu and Jewel attended and celebrated with Emily and Tara, the Blue macaw couple were to go back home. Emily, Tara, and Emma going with them to say goodbye and of course thank Jewel for everything.
"Goodbye Jewel, thank you again so much for everything you did." Tara said to Jewel as she hugged her friend.
"No problem Tara, you and Emily are my good friends and I would do anything for you two." Jewel replied.
"If only we could do the same for you one day Jewel." Emily joked a little.
"Well, lets hope it never comes to something like this." Jewel smiled as she pulled up Emma. "And Emma don't grow up too fast, enjoy being a little kid a bit longer."
"Yes Auntie Jewel, love you." The pigeon hugged onto Jewel as Jewel held onto the little girl in return, the two holding their position like that for a couple of minutes.
Blu, who was in the cockpit of the jet, warming up the engines and checking the systems, saw Jewel holding Emma as Blu sighed. Ever since he married Jewel, he has been wondering about this one important thing which could completely change their lives. And well coming to New York City, seeing a couple of Jewel's friends together with a child brought back those thoughts and made them more stronger. Jewel finished her goodbyes to her friends and goddaughter before entering the jet for back home, coming to the cockpit as she bent down from behind Blu's seat.
"Ready to go back home Blu?" Jewel asked with a smile as she kissed him on the cheek and was about to head on back to sit down herself, but Blu stopped her as Blu took off his pilot's headphones.
"Hey Jewel…" Blu spoke.
"Yes Blu?" Jewel asked as she stopped and turned back around to face her husband.
"I think it's time we think about having kids…" Blu revealed.
And yeah… That's the end of this story!
Quite an end wouldn't you say!?
Well I hope it makes you ready for what happens next!
And with that…
See everybird later!
